Small boutique hotel in an excellent location for exploring La Rambla. My only gripe is that the thermostat appears to be inoperable and I was unable to make my room warm. The temperature may be centrally controlled which is not good for cold natured people like me. Excellent staff though!

Everything seem to be okay we had to wait a little while for check-in but the fee that was quoted was not correct. They charge $18.+ over The original quote also a resort fee was part of the quote. There is nothing here to justify that extra fee no extras including water. everything is an extra No explanation was given for the extra charge

This property was centrally located on Le Rambles. Very clean and quiet. We were not disturbed at all. I will stay in this property again.

This hotel is 1 star at most. They checked us in room that smelled like kitchen. After we changed room they gave us une with no windows. There is no hot watter so be prepared to take cold showers. One of the worst places I’ve stayed

Our balcony was disgusting. I wish I could attach a picture. Very disappointed that our flight was rerouted so we missed our first night of checkin. We had 3 rooms… with paid breakfast. A total of 1400$ and they wouldn’t credit us anything at all not even breakfast. I understand they were all prepaid but we stayed for 6 nights. They could have offered us something. Also no bar or restaurant in hotel.

Lots of sketchy people around here, I had my phone stolen by a pick pocket next to the front door.

The hotel is right on Las Ramblas, the area is a little sketchy at night but you are in the middle of everything. The room was too basic. It was like a Holiday Inn with a more trendy hotel name. Not even a coffee machine. Did not have an actual closet! It was a rack that moves! Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. I felt misled. Most staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. Who would when the key machine and the printer weren’t working? Check in took like 15 min so I don’t know what else was probably not working. Overall, although it wasn’t horrible, I would not recommend.

There was duct tape on the bathroom door frame and the wifi kept going in and out. The breakfast was nice, but vastly overpriced. Got woken up twice at 9 AM to ask if I wanted new towels despite "do not disturb" sign on the door. Otherwise, the location right by the shops and metro, nice walk to the beach was fantastic. Staff was very helpful and there 24/7. Felt safe, quiet, and very clean.

This Hotel has an excellent location but that is it! The Room was not clean nor the bed sheets....the smell in the room was terrible....no tissues, no coffee machine....no drinking water in the room.

This hotel is right on Las Ramblas which is a very busy tourist location, but the room was fairly quiet and we were facing the street. We loved the location close to the Gothic Quarter, which was our favorite part of Barcelona. You can walk to shops, the quarter, restaurants, and bus from here easily. Las Ramblas is VERY touristy and VERY crowded! The hotel and room were clean and well maintained, staff was friendly. The rooms were a little small but otherwise everything was comfortable. Breakfast was included in the rate and had a good selection. The only thing the hotel did not have was parking for our rental car. There is underground paid parking right in front of the hotel but we ended up paying $90 CDN for 3 nights in that parking.

A little run down.

The staff is very nice and always helpful. Check in was easy. The property is a little run down and the breakfast is okay, not great. Area of the hotel is perfect. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, the market and gothic cathedral.

The hotel is well located for sightseeing and restaurants- it took only 20 mins from the airport also. The room was very comfortable- great airconditioning and large bed. Service was great. Breakfast was ok- lots of options, but as we do not eat pork it got a bit repetitive for us and we opted eating out. Overall very happy to recommend.

This hotel offers a great location at the heart of all the hustle and bustle in Barcelona. Close walk to most places and sights. The hotel itself was clean and staff was helpful. Only concern was that there was a strong sewage smell in our room the entire stay. It seemed to get stronger with the days. We later found out that there was an issue with their A/C.

The food was very good, the staff is great.

Not good. I was put in room 104 by the lift. Tried to sleep but all i could hear was the lift pinging as it reached the floor, and could here voices all night in reception. No sleep at all The main shower head didnt work. And the floor was sinking near the bathroom. Also kicked a pedal hidden u der the bedding. I wont stay here again. Staff where friendly. Breakfast was fine. Rooms are tired

The check in staff were wonderful, and helpful, throughout our stay. The room had a great view of La Rambla, and was extremely quiet! I would like to see a box of tissues added, more hangers for clothes, easier to use safe. We will stay here, again.

The property was located right on the Ramblas which made it convenient to find and be in the Gothic part of the city. Unfortunately, there were no drawers or closets for my clothes, which was a little inconvenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We arrived in Barcelona just as travel restrictions were coming in. Reception kept us informed of what was happening and we did take an earlier flight home. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the room looked just like the pictures. I wish we could have stayed longer

Great hotel in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the metro and the Gothic Quarter. We had breakfast included. Reception staff very welcoming and pleasant. Always forget there’s no tea/coffee facilities in the room though!

It was a nice and quiet place to return. It was clean and tidy. The bed was huge which was great. Only downside was there was a funny smell in the room. Had this when travelled abroad before and I think it's what they use to clean the floor.

Great location . Very clean. Comfortable bed. Staff very helpful. TV was not working. WiFi poor quality. Breakfast good quality but but only few pieces from each item displayed. When I booked I paid extra to choose with breakfast and when I arrived there all advertisements were for free breakfast. Overall I think is good hotel and I would recommend it. Thanks.

Very centrally located — easy to go place— Las Ramblas right in front—- had a front room and no noise—bed hard but slept fine—- AC works great—- no storage in room had to live out is suitcase—bathroom had no room for anything but the shower was wonderful—- crazy thing safe in the roll about clothes hanger bar, so put stuff in safe and anyone could just roll it out!!! Breakfast just OK! Because of the location I would stay there again

Excellent location, great customer service and staff. Room was fairly clean except for some sort of yuck on the curtain. This is a smallish room but was enough for a home base. Unfortunately our room was on the first floor and facing a courtyard area with a playground that was verrrry noisy at all hours. And I mean all hours. Drunken people were vomiting on the pavement under our window. Room tip: ask for a room on a higher floor to get away from the outside noise. We didn't hear any of our fellow hotel-guests, so just outside noise. You can't beat the location though.

Apart from location, this hotel was pretty awful. Rooms are dirty, bathroom was dirty. Only one person at check in so you had to wait forever to get to your room. One of the most expensive stays on our trip for no apparent reason. It was so so bad.

Location was perfect, by the beach and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and great looking. I had excellent hospitality and would stay there again.

The Eurostars Ramblas is a solid, straight forward hotel room in a great location, right on one of the city center aveneues that is lined with shops, bars and fooderies, and is only a 12-15min easy walk to the lively and lovely beaches of Barcelona, and also connects you north to central plaza of the city.

Worst hotel everrrrr!!!!!!

I have been traveling the world and staying in all types of hotels and I can assure u that Eurostar Ramblas is the worst hotel I ever stayed . The most important was how disgusting the room was ! It was so dirty and full of hair everywhere ,also some bugs on the bed with torn sheet and pillow cover!!!! All of this for a 160 usd per night ! Just imagine all that money for this crap ! I would have stayed in a hostel and found better cleanliness “photos attached “ and when I went to the rude receptionist blond with curly hair her reaction was I’m sorry u can send the photos to the management ! No room move was offered even after I showed her the disgusting photos I took ! Anyway she was rude from the first moment at check in with bad attitude and zero knowledge about anything in the city ! Honestly stay away; luckily me and my husband were only staying for one night otherwise I would have booked another hotel as it’s impossible to stay in such a hotel that deserves to be classified as minus ten stars not four !!!

Hotel is comfortable, clean and conveniently located in the tourist area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi was good.

Very uncomfortable mattress and noisy bed. Hotel main door always closed (during day and night) and just the staff could open from the inside. The issue is they were often not available and we had to wait several minutes outside, what is not very nice based on the location. The card reader, which should allow customer to open the door with the hotel key, was not working.
