Located further away from the city centre, but with a very good transport links. Clean and tidy place. Good kitchen and friendly staff.

Breakfast choice was poor considering they call themselves a 4 star hotel. Area around is run down and doesn’t really feel safe.

We choose for pool which was small & uncleaned. Tried to charge additional 48 Euro for us to use! Manager stepped in and Davide excellent. Breakfast included was below average. The hotel must rethink this offering for chilled meats and cooked three! Eggs, sausage pieces and bacon (trade description activation or fda consumer protection would not waste time here!). Pastries and coffee very good; not excellent yet the best part. There is no shop here and although we buy a lot of bottles of water as easier, many other guests complain to each other. Our room comfortable and wet room has damage from water overflow in door frame and a lock to its door that did not work. We travel by public transit and tram 14 works really well for centre qnd canals. Runs late on too. Did not try buses. Warning on the tiles of pool area, when wet they are extremely slippery to skin and when dry in the sun they are burning to the touch. Mosquitoes are a plague around pool and there are 20 to 30 sun loungers. It gets busy between 8am and 8pm use time. Did not try lunch or dinner there and would not see a reason to reuse this hotel. Novotel in better location with pool and Grande too; both 4 star too and similar pricing (one lower, one higher). Thanks to Davide for making communication enjoyable.

Not a 4 star hotel

Rooms nice and comfy, staff did hardly smile since we arrived and the pool that you had to pay for was tiny and sometimes you didn't get space around it.

I can't believe this hotel has 4 stars! The elevator buttons were so dirty we've decided to use the stairs. Overall dirty, the only ok amenity is the pool, but the area is too small, only for like 6 people at the time and they also charge 8€ per person for using the pool! The restaurant was closed and there is nothing around this hotel. Horrible area and far from everything. Beds are too small. The bathroom door didn't close...

A good stopping point for us travelling around Italy, the man at reception was extremely helpful but some of the restaurant staff let this down. We had dinner at the restaurant (we were the only people there) but they spent more time laughing and joking with each other than checking in on what we wanted. The food was good and staff were generally friendly. Not much around the location and have to travel to get to places.

I recently stayed at iH Hotels Milano Lorenteggio and overall, it was a charming experience. The staff were incredibly amiable, making my stay pleasant from start to finish. One highlight was the included breakfast, which offered a decent selection to kickstart the day. However, I must admit that the bed was not the most comfortable, which impacted my sleep quality somewhat. I would still recommend iH Hotels Milano Lorenteggio for its friendly atmosphere and cleanliness.

Stay Away From this Hotel. Had a very horrible experience at this hotel. Night staff is rude. He controls the temperature for all rooms. All 3 nights we stayed , they kept making the rooms hot. I had to go in the middle of night to request him. He has a bad attitude. I think he was doing it on purpose to us. On the last day, we had a purse stolen in the breakfast area. Kitchen staff and the reception staff were least bothered. They didn’t even bother to help or look around. It seemed like we were targeted on purpose. It has to be the Staff in the breakfast area. Stay away from this old and bad hotel. PERIOD. Note: I doubt that any of the staff or the IH Hotel management will dare to comment on this review, ‘ coz this is the truth and it really happened to us!

Short family break

Staff very nice and helpful . Carol and Danielle . Nice and clean . Well maintained. Breakfast good , limited hot food options usually 3 options . Scrambled egg , sausages and potatoes. Lots of drinks and coffee etc . Location of hotel at the start of tram service so perfect to get to central locations . Walking distance to tram. McDonald’s and Turkish kebab place nearby with 2 superstore nearby too. Only negative is you have to pay for pool half day or full day options only . Big thanks to reception team for sorting out a local taxi service with 6 seater to airport at 4 am .

Rooms decent and clean. Pool water was green, didn’t look so clean. Front desk staff spoke English well enough but were not friendly or welcoming.

Comfortable hotel on outskirts of city. Spacious, modern rooms and furniture. Good buffet breakfast but a couple more hot vegetarian options would be nice. Tram station 5 mins walking distance away, takes around 30-40 mins directly in to the main square, via Navigli.

Nice and clean hotel. Nice staff. Unfortunately, the air conditioner did not work, but it was ok for mid March.

Pleasant stay but far from the centre

The hotel is pleasant but it is far more distant to the centre than the 20 minutes advertised. It is located in a nice area of Milan, with access to a tram and a couple of buses. There is an excellent restaurant opposite the hotel as well as a supermarket 5 minutes by walk. Also a gelataria but we didn't try it. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. One of our duvets was stained but promptly replaced when I told them about it. Breakfast wwas ok, with a nice and varied selection. The cappuccino was excellent.

The overall experience was ok. The room was relatively clean, bur I was bitten by some bug in the room overnight. The skirting in the room was need of repair. The service at reception was good, friendly and efficient.

Good value for money. Spacious room with all you need. Free parking, modest breakfast included. I wouldn’t mention pool in the description as it out of use. It takes 25 stops - 30 min to the Duomo by tram #14.

Good base for exploring Milano.

The property was very well maintained and the rooms are quite spacious. The only thing missing was a Gym and pool for a workout..

Milano - Lorenteggio - a nice place to stay.

The hotel was very nice. Clean, very friendly and helpful staff with good food and nice restaurant. Breakfast was especially good and Stefano, the restaurant waiter (who was always there, morning and night!) was especially kind. :-)

The perfect stay

The room was ok. A typical, nice, clean room. What made this experience remarkable was the service. The individuals behind the reception desk gave us perfect advice, suggestions, directions and really heard and responded to what we needed or asked. They made the trip fun, and easy.

The hotel is clean and in a great location but the staff on checking in were really miserable would still recommend staying there!

Plus: Room exactly as described and advertised in pictures. Everything looked new and well maintained. Really good breakfast buffet, meets most needs. Excellent, professional and courteous staff. Minus: Too much noise from surrounding rooms. Floor tiles were dirty, at check in day. Bathroom bin not emptied every day.

Amazing room, good location and great value.

Really nice modern hotel rooms, extremely spacious with a huge bed and awesome shower. Reception and bar are small and not great, but restaurant is nice with outside seating and a decent breakfast. Only downside is that what we thought was a pool on the photos is actually a water feature. Location is decent as it’s only a short ride on the tram to the centre and we has plenty of free parking.

Excellent hotel near Vodafone.

This is an excellent hotel, well maintained and with good service. It is well positioned for business with Vodafone's office in Milan. Breakfast is very good. Wifi works well.

Nice and very clean hotel. Good breakfast and excellent espresso coffee. Dispite being not in the heart of the city, it still has good restaurants and bars around. Will stay there for sure next time.

Nice clean modern hotel close to the centre Parking onsite, which is very helpful in Milan Room spacious and comfortable, no real bar area but breakfast good. Will use again.

Overall very good but internet is FAAAST!!

The hotel doesn’t look like much from outside but there are 3 major pluses to it: staff are very nice, parking is free, and it’s the first time I go to a hotel with fast internet, and I mean 100mb down/upstream. What a difference the last point makes for connecting to work remotely. I will most definitely come back.

Nice clean hotel with a friendly atmosphere. Staff are welcoming and the rooms a clean and spacious. The surrounding area is more of a commercial area but the Metro station is only a 20 min walk away so not too bad.

This Hotel it is OK for your stay if you like to stay far away from everything. breakfast is good you have plenty of different selections and you can order a cappuccino from the kitchen. but is not good for tourist. is very far away from metro station and train.

It was a good option. The only bad thing is that most of the time one of the elevators was out of service and also both of them looked very old.

Nice Hotel, but in a boring area

Hotel is in a sterile, office/industrial area, which to be fair, I new about in advance. I arrived late and left early, so wasn't an issue, but if I had a bit more time on my hands, wouldn't have been ideal. Nice modern hotel though. Didn't have food, as arrived too late, but the bar was open for a few drinks

All the people that work in the hotel are really nice and helpful, they can solve any problem or situation that you ask for it and they're really nice, all of them. Laky from reception recommend me a good place to eat on Saturday lunchtime (when the restaurant from the hotel was closed), nailed it!

Did not have our connecting rooms we booked. Staff could not accommodate our needs. Problem with locking door. Problem with elevator. Breakfast is a thumbs down!!!

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Frühstückssaal war sehr überfüllt aber die Mitarbeiter haben ihr Bestes gegeben. Die Umgebung ist etwas runtergekommen.

OK hotel away from the chaos of the city center.

Check in was quick and efficient. Ample parking spaces, parking in the basement of the hotel is a plus in Italy. The room was comfortable, but the beds were relatively small. The bathroom needs some repairs, the sink tap looked ugly and dirty. But the worst thing was the lack of adequate insulation. We had a bad night with our neighbors arriving after midnight and making a lot of noise. The noise coming from the toilet in the upper apartments is also very annoying. The breakfast was honest, but for Italy the espresso was terrible.

A estádio foi boa , o quarto grande e espaçoso, com muito conforto. Deviam ter mais chá disponível pra todos. Tentar ser mais sustentável e não retirar as toalhas todos os dias.

Hôtel bien pour une ou deux nuits

Hotel un peu excentré mais à 30 min de tramway du centre. Parfait pour aller voir le GP à Monza. Dommage que le parking et la piscine soient des frais en plus vs le prix de la chambre.

Belle hôtel. Mais j'étais outré de devoir Payer l'entrée de la piscine. Je pensais que c'était compris dans le prix .. sinon ils nous donne sac , bonnet de bain , tong ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Le petit déjeuner est assez varié. Ce n'est pas une très grande piscine mais elle suffit largement . Le personnel je ne les pas trouver très souriant mais tres professionnelle.

Das Hotel sieht renoviert aus. Leider waren die Zimmer noch nicht richtig fertig gestellt. Toilettendeckel und Brille lagen bei beiden Zimmer lose drauf. In einem Zimmer war in der Fernbedienung die Batterie leer, die Badezimmertüre konnt man nicht schließen, da das Metallstück im Türrahmen komplett fehlte. Frühstück war gut. Umgebung war nicht besonders schön. Wir konnten nocht mit der Straßenbahn,da wir nicht jeder eine EC Karte mit hatte. Es gab also keine andere Möglichkeit ein Ticket zu erwerben.Das Personal wirkte etwas überfordert mit der Abrechnung. Die Nutzung des Pools musste man extra zahlen . Fitnessraum ear kostenlosvund die Geräte waren echt gut. Auch bei der Parkgebühr musste man für jedes Mal, wenn wir wieder in das Parkhaus gefahren sind10€ bezahlen, sodass wir bei 2 Übernachtungen 30,€ Parkgebühr bezahlt haben.

La personne a l accueil n est pas du tout agréable ni souriante. Ne parlant pas italien elle a parlé en anglais mais sans effort pour ralentir le rythme.... Pas un sourire ni a l arrivée ni au départ ... Deux jeux de serviettes vs 4 personnes et des lits fort petits pour deux personnes (120?) parking payant et piscine 8€ par personne !!

Anormal de devoir payer un accès à une piscine extérieure de plus pour une piscine toute petite avec des enfants qui ne font que crier et vous sauter dessus quand vous vous baignez....

Prima hotel alleen niet voor ons

Het is een prima hotel met een mooie ruime kamer en heerlijk ontbijt! Absoluut niks op aan te merken. Helaas was dit voor ons niet de juiste keuze, het hotel ligt vrij ver van het centrum en ligt ook niet in een gezellige wijk. Het zwembad wat € 8,- per dagdeel kost was eigenlijk al vol met gezinnen en nodige daardoor ook niet echt uit. Een beetje een dubbele beoordeling dus.

Fortjener en svak tre stjerner

Hotellet er veldig slitt og gammelt. Dører henger og slenger, råte på badet og møkkete sengetøy. Bassenget tar dem betalt ekstra for og frokosten er av den enkleste sort. Bestikk, service og påfyll sv mat lar vente på seg. Området rundt hotellet er et ikke komfort, eller trygt område. Mye støy og belastet område noe vi så med egne øyne. Med godviljen til kan vi rate dette hotellet til en liten tre stjer.

Helt ok hotell, liten bit att åka med spårvagn. Dock kunde de städa de allmänna utrymmena lite bättre. Poolen ingår inte i hotellet, måste betalas separat för dyra pengar.

Helt elendigt hotel; alt er larmende, støjende, beskidt og klamt. Maden er uspiselig og alligevel er prisen den samme som mange andre steder. Var nervøs for at få madforgiftning. Poolområdet er småt og ulækkert. Hold jer væk.

L'hôtel n'est pas trés bien entretenu à partir des ascenseurs pour aller aux chambres. La réception est bien. Les chambres ne sont pas très propres Le petit déjeuner est parfait avec beaucoup de choix et aussi très bon.

Hot outside, but a comfortable cooled room. That was perfect. I had a room key with the room number on it. Don't like that, feels not hygienic. Breakfast ok (stop putting sugar on breadrolls, it's not ok!), dinner was a bit disappointing with boring risotto (no cheese, only saffrane risotto). Burgers are good. Bed is hard, but good. Bathroom excellent, perfect shower!

Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön, Personal sehr nett. Auch parken ist absolut kein Problem, da man in einem Industriegebiet ist.

Solides Hotel in Mailand

Ordentliches Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Leider war der Pool nicht nutzbar. Das war sehr schade.

Det stod information att det fanns en pool i hotel när vi bokade dock när vi kom till hotellet var poolen stängt pga pågående reparation. När vi väl bodde där ingen som hälsade när vi kom in. Inte så service inriktad och hjälpsamma under frukost.
