Hotel idoop hmmm what can i stay Hotel looked good from a distance but getting inside the Lobby was a bit scary after the Earth Quakes in this area. The Hotel was totally unsafe and Dangerous due to 3 Quakes and lots of Damage to the structure. Now in saying all of this as I was about to check in and talking to staff who were Extremely Helpful and pleasant to help us in anyway they could and tried their best to give as much assistance as they were able to But Hotel was not habitable ---after extensive repairs maybe ok

Dirty room

Dirty walls in the bathroom and room itself (can see splashbacks and brown marks), security box doesn't work, and the smoke alarm has been detached. Whilst the bed looked clean, the fact that all the other things around the room were still dirty made me question the overall hygiene of the room. The hotel breakfast was decent. Choices of fried rice, chicken, stir fry veg, tempeh & tofu, juice, coffee, tea, fruit (which was papaya during our one night stay) and toast. Eggs can be ordered from the staff.

A truly awful experience...

This is an honest account of my stay at iDoop, it is very negative but is important for other travellers to read. I booked to stay here for 3 nights, I chose it because of it's location and the photos made it look like a reasonable place to stay for a few days. When I arrived the main lobby was dirty and had a weird smell, the staff checking me in were very rude with one male member particularly having a bad attitude. I went to my room, the corridor leading up to the room was dark and dingy, it looked very aged and again there was a strange smell. The room was truly shocking. Out of my over 10 years of using hotels.com this has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy, it was humid and the air con nevertheless worked. The window looked out to the inside of the hotel. There were cigarette burns around the room. The floor had dirt marks on it and there was. Lot of dirt everywhere. The bathroom was vile, the shower was caked in yellow body fat and there was lime ale around the shower head. There's was a strong smell of dampness. I checked out immediately and stayed in the Hotel Santika instead which was a million times better. I would they recommend you avoid this hotel and book somewhere else either Hotel Santika or Favehotel which appear to be of better quality.

Nice hotel in the City Center

Very Fuss-free Hotel. I got a room with a balcony on the top. But the balcony was very small with a very high wall covering the city view. Rooms had simple yet nice decor. Rooms did not have a fridge but that was not a problem. Hotel was just a 5 mins walk to Mataram Mall where you can get your amenities and food there.

Very good in many aspects!

Very clean, compact room. Soft comfortable bed with crisp clean sheets. Good air conditioning. Nice toilet shower layout.

Idoop

Very nice stay. The breakfast was very good, as well as the in-room menu. My only criticism is that the soperific lobby music they play can be heard too clearly from within the bedrooms from 7.00-21:00 - as there is a music speaker on every level. However the staff did turn the music down when I asked them. But the volume was back up the next day. Overall a very good Hotel option for Mataram at a reasonable price.

Value for Money

we had the deluxe room and the bed was huge and very comfortable for 4 of us. location was also good as there were eateries within walking distance. the only setback was the air-conditioning was not powerful enough on the first night. however the problem was resolved the following day. considering the price we paid, we are very satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is clean, new, modern, and comfortable. There are computers to use for free.

Good accommodation

The room is big and clean. The hotel does not have a lobby. There a some stalls nearby where guests can buy food. Overall,I recommend this hotel.

Great city Lombok hotel

Nothing fancy but quite enjoyable stay. Great service from a very friendly staff.

One of the best in Mataram

We stayed here after coming from Senaru and needed some AC and comfy bed. Location is great right next to Mataram mall. Room is big with hot shower and very comfy bed. Staff are very courteous and super helpful. Stayed for 2 nights before heading back to Kuta. Definitely worth a stay when in Mataram.

Simple but clean

This is a "cutesy" hotel with small, simple rooms, great bathrooms, hot water and strong water pressure. Although the breakfast is "Indonesian," it is good, has lots of fruit, and you can order an omelet. We speak Indonesian so don't know about staff English skills, but we can say that staff are very helpful. The small fabric/shirt shop has fair, fixed prices and there is a local "mall" with McDonalds and Pizza Hut a five-minute walk away. Taxis wait across the street from the hotel.

An excellent hotel in the centre of Mataram

I stayed at the Idoop hotel for six weeks while attending an Indonesian language course at the University of Mataram. I had originally intended to stay for one week but the service and accommodation were so good I decided to stay there for all of the six weeks. The hotel is very new and modern. It has modern pop-art decor and none of that heavy, traditional furniture one sees so often in Asian hotels. The rooms were light and airy. There were great views of Mataram from the room and from the roof. I had a Superior room which was perfect for my needs. The bed was as comfortable as those in the Sofitel. The airconditioning was efficient - I kept it on 26ºC. The Housekeeping staff were very good and were able to meet all my requirements. The TV, which I didn't use much, was OK and had several Fox and National Gepgraphic channels with Indonesian subtitles, and several Indonesian channels which helped understand what was going on in Indonesia. There was one English-language channel: Channel News Asia from Singapore. The restaurant is called the Café Warhol and has artwork on the walls in the Warhol pop-art style and modernist chairs similar to the Eames Eiffel Tower chairs. The food was good, especially the breakfasts, and the staff would make some things for me that were not standard itams. The restaurant staff and the reception staff were excellent.

Great accommodation in town at an affordable price

Reached Lombok airport around 9pm so we didn't plan to go straight to senggigi but head to Mataram for the night. Room was clean and new; the hotel staff were really efficient and helpful. Borrowed a universal adaptor from them too.

天井の点検口が外れていたり、シャワールームのドアが一部壊れていて、トイレが水浸しになったりして、設備面では不満があった。スタッフは皆、親切に一生懸命に応対してくれるので、総合的には価格に見合った、またはそれ以上の良いホテルだと思います。

朝食がひどい

スタッフの対応はよかったのですが、なんせ朝食が種類少なくて味もいまいち。一日でほかのホテルに移りました。 客室の設備は充分だったので素泊まりなら次回利用してもいいかも、と感じました。

stayed for 1 night only on our way to Gili Trawangan, the hotel is simple and minimalist because they don't provide many facilities. The main concern for me is they need to pay more attention for the cleanliness of the hotel especially the bedding. During my stay the bed sheets & pillow covers had some stains which for some people might find this unpleasant. The breakfast was simple but tasty.

마타람몰에서 가까움. 시설은 괜찮음. 환풍기를 통해서 오는지는 모르겠으나 담배연기가 잔잔하게 계속나서 공가 쾌적하지 못함. 옆방 티비소리가 내방에서 튼것마냥 잘들림. 길리가기전 하루 묵는정도로만 딱임.

위치는 마타람 중심부로 찾기 어렵지는 않음. 호텔은 현대식으로 오래되지 않았으나, 객실은 조금 부족함이 있음. 저렴한 가격을 찾는 여행객에게는 추천할만함. 조식은 간단하게 제공되며 다른 부대 시설은 없음.

酒店評價

酒店設備略微簡陋、冷氣完全唔凍、隔音設備有點差，以及房間有陣陣怪味。食物一般、唯一只能讚的是職員服務態度好。

Bon Hôtel dans la capitale

Hôtel très correct, offrant un bon confort et un excellent rapport qualité prix. Personnel avenant et sympathique. Mais ça ne vaut pas la peine de loger dans la capitale....

Ingen kunde engelska

En stark jordbävning väckte oss på morgonen. Folk skrek och evakuerade. Dock fick vi inte reda på någon info eller liknande från personal, ingen kom heller och sa att det var säkert att gå in igen. Eftersom jag skulle resa vidare ville jag veta om det var säker men personalen bara skratta åt en och sa att det gick på dålig engelska. Inte bra!

Quick stay

Very lovely stay for a couple of days. I wouldnt recommend the city itself, since it is kinda boring and ugly.

前回始めてI DOOP HOTELに宿泊し　金額に対して納得が出来たので、今回も3日宿泊しました、角部屋の禁煙室に泊まりました、角部屋なので、部屋の形が曲がっていましたが、特に問題はありません、冷蔵庫も付いていてとても役に立ちます。シャワーのお湯がなかなか出ないのが不便でした、１０分以上お湯を出していないと、暖かくなりません。 朝食もとてもおいしかったです、夜食も、メニュー豊富で、おいしかったです。

Idoop Hotel Lombok 位於市中心,鄰近購物中心,這是我第二次入住此飯店,但他的HOUSEKEEPING做得不好,我選擇的房間為DELUXE ROOM,但房間內的冷氣整夜都是不冷的,這點需要改善,飯店人員服務態度良好,希望能夠改善上述所提出來的一些問題.

Actually I found hotels by "Gili trawangan", don't know why hotels.com showed this hotel which far far away that needs to travel by boat...so I transferred to my friend luckly...

Okej för en natt

Rummet på Idoop var rent men luktade lite konstigt, eventuellt av mögel eller fuktskador. Vi anlände sent på kvällen och beställde mat i hotellrestaurangen. Det som serverades var helt enkelt inte ätbart och vi fick därför bege oss ut för att leta reda på annan mat. Området hotellet ligger i är väldigt ruffigt och det är ingen plats vi hade valt att stanna på, men vår vistelse var bara för en natt och för det priset vi betalade anser vi att Idoop ändå är okej. Wifi fungerade inte när vi anlände och personalen ljög flertalet gånger kring detta vilket gjorde oss besvikna och sänkte helhetsbetyget. Vi hade behov av att kontakta familjen hemma och därför var detta frustrerande. Det började fungera igen efter ca 5 timmar. I helhet ett ok hotell för en natt men inget vi rekommenderar för längre vistelse.

Nice Hotel

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in Mataram. Located just 10 mins walking from Mataram Mall. The room is clean, bed was good, bathroom was oke. Couldn't ask for more, best for it's price.

Super Hotel, leider Lage nicht so top

Am Hotel ist fast nichts aus zusetzten, außer dass es in der Gegend nicht ganz so viel zu sehen gibt. Um einige Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden muss man sich einen Roller für 10.000 Rupia pro Tag mieten. Das Essen ist richtig gut und das Personal sehr freundlich!

Wonderfull new and neat hotel, kind people...

We had a really nice stay at the Idoop. Clean, good shower and the best bed we had during our travelling so far. The staff is most friendly and willing to help with any kind of request. All of the staff speak English. There is a nice shopping mall nearby but for other touristic atractions you have to rent a taxi or car with driver. That can also be arranged in the hotel... I am sure we will visit the hotel again on our next travels.

Letak hotel sangat strategis,ditengah kota Mataram

Secara keseluruhan sudah bagus,untuk standar hotel bintang 3 (City Hotel). Namun untuk saluran televisi satelit yg dipakai sangat mengecewakan. Salurannya tidak lengkap. Dari sekitar 20 chanel yg ada,hanya ada 1 chanel Indonesia. Yaitu Trans TV (Mungkin karena memakai saluran TV berlangganan Trans Vision), sisanya saluran luar negeri. Itupun tidak semuanya bisa ditonton,karena ada beberapa saluran yg "Ngeblank" alias tidak muncul acaranya. Untuk menu room servicenya kurang banyak dan harganya terlalu mahal. Karena harga tersebut cocoknya untuk hotel bintang 4/5. Ketika saya menginap disana,kebetulan sedang ada acara dinner. Lobby&restaurant sangat sesak. Sangat tidak cocok diadakan acara dilokasi seperti itu. Seharusnya cari hotel yg ada ballroomnya. Jangan dipaksakan. Apalagi tempat parkirnya tidak memadai. Saya yg menginap disana menjadi sangat risih karena harus melewati tamu2 luar yg ada untuk acara tsb.Musik yg ditampilkan sampai kedengaran ke dalam kamar. Sangat berisik. Tapi untuk kamarnya saya suka, minimalis dan modern

secara keseluruhan bagus. menu sarapan tidak banyak tapi hampir semua menu rasanya enak. kekurangannya adalah air panas di kamar tidak maksimal panasnya dan channel TV tidak ada yang indonesia (ada 2 saja yaitu trans vision). Satu hal penting lainnya adalah shower cup hanya tersedia bila kita meminta (harusnya sdh tersedia). sisanya bagus, nyaman, staff ramah, oke untuk kembali menginap disana lagi

Don't stay here. Just don't.

Let me start with the positives: the room was clean and nice, looks exactly as pictured, the TV selection is good, and the food is okay. That's where the list ends, unfortunately. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so it will cost a lot to get to anything you want to do. After check-in, all we wanted to do was take a nap. They called us a few times during that nap to remind us of things they'd forgotten to ask when we checked in. Despite the language barrier, they were able to send engineering to fix our broken TV. We did eventually get a nap, and were able to check our email for about 10 minutes before the internet broke. It's a good thing we had the nap because they were fixing some wiring in the wall beside our bed all night with a drill. Then they came to clean the room - at 8 in the morning. When we had no hot water in the shower, we told them at breakfast. Upon returning to the hotel in the evening, there was still no hot water. After 3 more calls to our room, they sent someone from engineering again -- and he turned the water back on. But the best was yet to come for idoop - upon checking out, they tried to recharge us the full amount for our stay because they hadn't written it down. We found the receipt and showed it to them, but they still wanted to charge us again. A couple managers later, I guess they realized that was illegal, and we were free to go. Avoid at all costs.
