Very noisy bars around the hotel, not the hotels fault

On arrival was given room key, I asked about aircon told yes in room. Then I mentioned safe, receptionist gave me a key, no mention of charge. I was not informed about breakfast times or WiFi. Young girls English wasn’t good. Taken to my room, which was ground floor beside kids swimming pool. Very noisy as was next to pool services room, also didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the balcony as peoples sunbeds were right up against the railings at my balcony, couldn’t have curtains open as no privacy. On arrival to the room, there was a fridge in middle of floor defrosting & a pool of water surrounding it. Was cleaned up within 30mins by cleaner but felt this should’ve been checked before arrival. The room was smelling of smoke, being a non smoker it was noticeable. The bed was very uncomfortable but was clean. Only had breakfast a few times but that was my choice. On departure, I handed my room key & safe key over to same girl at reception. She Google translated asking if I had made payment for the safe. I explained she hadn’t told me there was a charge as I would’ve paid on arrival. She didn’t understand so owner of hotel had to come. His words were “darling” everything is extra charge. I explained the girl hadn’t told me this but she lied to him saying she had. He wasn’t happy with me & just gave me a hand gesture & said forget it. I was made to feel embarrassed as I if I had been told about this charge I would’ve had no problem paying in advance. Feel hotel is overpriced.

Ida Hotel - What a Wonderful Place!

Ida Hotel is amazing! We had a wonderful stay for a week, which wasn’t long enough. We will certainly be back in the future. We were fortunate to stay in the new hotel block (Bonjour) and the rooms are immaculate. The food is highly recommended. Furthermore, the staff are fantastic - they go above and beyond for the guests.

Very good location and friendly and helpful staff .food was excellent, we were half board . The area around has bars and loud music playing very late evening , but very central would recommend, but be mindful of the music.

Good Stay with some Minor "Reservations"

There are many wonderful things about a stay at the Ida Hotel. The property is very clean and you constantly see employees cleaning every area of the hotel. It is centrally located (right on the town square and a very short walk to beach), the staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool area is great, and overall the food was good, with a couple of understandable exceptions. The one tourist thing that we booked through a staff recommendation via a "personal connection" was a Turkish bath. It was awful so I recommend resisting any "insider advice" from the staff and booking excursions through the local tour companies instead, where we had much better results in terms of quality. Our best experience was a boat tour where you spend the day visiting different places to swim and enjoy the absolutely beautiful water. The rooms at the Ida Hotel are utilitarian but fine. Our biggest issue was that you can't run the A/C when you leave the room so it takes a long time to cool down the room after a long day out, which can make for uncomortable conditions as you try to go to sleep (and uncomfortably cold conditions later at night). We also learned that you need to bring your own beach towels - not only to the Ida Hotel - but the entire town. Even with any imperfections, we enjoyed our stay and, especially consdiering the very reasonable cost, it's an excellent value.

We have stayed 2 nights. The hotel is clean. It is 5 minutes walking to the beach. The breakfast is great. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Ida Hotel Icmelar

The Ida Hotel is friendly and welcoming. The staff are eager to help and can't do enough for you. Breakfast is amazing. Not a set breakfast menu but off the main restaurant menu. Great food morning afternoon and evening. The pools are and sunbathing area's are set really well and spotless. This was my second visit to the Ida and It is booked again for next year. This hotel is too good to miss. Thank you all at the Ida far a perfect stay.

Short stay

Fantastic stay for 2 nights with family and friends. The rooms are small but perfectly equipped. All staff very friendly and the breakfast full English was beautiful!

The owner and staff were super kind and friendly. They did everything they could to make us feel home. The hotel is small but cozy with everything to have a good time. The restaurant is the best we tried in the area with reasonable prizes. The location is excellent, very close to the beach and also from the shops and just in front of a green area.

Just superb, in every aspect!

I have been incredibly lucky to stay in some of the best hotels around the world ( paid for by my employer, at the time) but I can say in all honesty that the Ida Hotel gets 5* from all our party of 4. The food was excellent, the hotel was extremely clean and the people working there were just some of the best I have have ever experienced! Would I go back…..most definitely! Congratulations to all at the Ida Hotel for making our stay brilliant!

Very nice and clean hotel. We only needed one night as passing through. Seemed to be package holiday makers rather than individual travellers. Great location, 2 min walk from the beach. We had excellent dinner in the restaurant.

The hotel is in a perfect location for all the local amenities. Really friendly and helpful staff including the amazing cleaning ladies. Fantastic food that's always cooked fresh, no frozen rubbish here. Very slight down side is one slightly over the top bar across the road. They go quite at midnight. Didn't spoil our holiday

Have visited İçmeler many times and different hotels, the Ida is the best.

Beautiful BnB hotel, 2 mins from beach

Pristine BnB style hotel in a quiet location in central Icmeler. Rooms were modern, tastefully decorated and well appointed, linens/towels all new with working fridge, Cable TV, and balcony. Bathroom was spacious and shower worked really well :) Definitely revisit this hotel!

Will return next year. Excellent location. Pool facilities excellent. Close to the beach. Breakfast excellent. Good choice for evening meals

Very Good Hotel

Very good hotel in centre of Icmeler,a couple of minutes walk from beach and bus stop for Marmaris.Hotel is absolutely spotless,rooms cleaned daily to a very high standard.Food in restaurant first class with first class service. Hotel staff very good from the cleaner to the poolside/restaurant waiters. Rooms adequate with great shower,tv,fridge,wifi and safety deposit box(£20 for 2 weeks) All in all a very good hotel,well worth a stay.

Service is extremely friendly and attentive and the restaurant is very good. Good value for your money. However, the rooms are small and need to be updated.

Otel temiz ve çok merkezi. Bir günlük seyahat için tercih ettik memnun kaldık.

We stayed for 4 night and it was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was clean and big enough. Location is center of icmeler so you can go everywhere by walking. Also staff are very friendly and helpful.

Мы провели в Ida hotel чуть больше недели. Это небольшой тихий семейный отель, возможно, не самый новый, но очень чистый и аккуратный. Отдельно отмечу отличное расположение - центр и до моря 5 минут пешком. Порадовала хорошая звукоизоляция: дискотека от отелей не подалеку спать нам не мешала. Единственный минус - это то, что вода из душевой кабины просачивалась на пол и появлялась лужа, но нам это сильно не мешало. При отеле есть отличный ресторан и бар, где мы завтракали и порой ужинали. Персонал очень приветливый и улыбчивый, они все делали для нашего комфорта. У отеля есть бассейн, точнее их три: один побольше для взрослых, поменьше для детей и ванна джакузи. Периодически мы проводили время там, было отлично! Спасибо большое за наш отличный отпуск!

İçmeler Merkez Rahat Konum

Karşılama gayet iyi. Asansör yok. Bölge çok sıcak bir yer ama odalar nedense aşırı sıcak. Klima ise biraz yetersiz. Otelin genel eşya durumu biraz eskimeye başlamış. Kahvaltı vasat ama yeterli. Konumu çok iyi olduğundan tercih edilebilir.

Calisanlar kibar ve ilgili. Kahvaltisi harika. Tekrar tercih edebilecegim bir otel.
