As many comments wrote the same beds are very bad.. I stayied 3 nights and will never come back. 1am to 5am reception guy tried to fix next door visitor air condition.He did not ofcourse .i had a flight same day and o did not sleep when i complain this, rude reception lady said '' i do not care i have to fix the aircondition'' . Doors are making too much noises every visitor close the door. One floor 4 rooms this .makes lots of noises..be careful if you planining to book this hotel.

A pleasant break

Stayed in a Deluxe room with Balcony for 8 nights. Good size room with large bed and safe but limited number of clothes hangers for two people. Issues with aroma from bathroom and water not hot but good pressure. Enjoyed a pleasant break in a good location which was surprisingly quiet considering the numerous hotels located in the Soi. Small swimming pool on the roof. 1.3 metres depth with towels available from reception.

Decent place for the price. Rooftop pool. Friendly staff. Room was a little rough inside and looked like it needed an update. Otherwise it was a nice place.

Good value place in Patong

Perfectly acceptable for the price. Our room wasn't quite as nice as the last time but for the money in the location you can't go wrong.

Nice, price worthy, As everywhere else in Thailand the staff are more interested in their mobile phones than in customers.

Good and clean hotel room with basic amenities. Very near to the popular bazaan night market and within 15mins walk to patong beach and just 10mins to jecelyon shopping centre.

Good but could be better.

The stay was uneventful and as per expected of a budget priced hotel. Pro: Hotel location wad quiet and nice. Rooms were clean and tidy Con: Lack of complimentary tea and coffee in the room. Room service were generally slow. Check out service had a slight delay due to misplacement of my details. General toiletry kit were non complimentary Overall: good stay but did not live up to the expectation of being a 4star hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful .house cleaning was good .I stayed in 2 different rooms .The ones facing the rear of the property had harder beds and pillows and no balcony so I’d recommend the rooms facing the road .They let me stay an extra hour on the last day of my departure which was nice of them .Handy position to night market and main shopping centre.Bangla rd was 8 min walk .The small hallways can be echoing a bit ,but most hotels are like this .Ive stayed here 3 times over the last few years .Good three star hotel

5 night stay in Patong

Check in was quick, efficient and courteous. Room was good. BUT. Bed extremely hard. Electric kettle in room is cheap plastic variety which makes coffee or tea taste of plastic. TV had only 1 channel in English that I could find so cannot be considered to have satellite TV. Despite that it was good as location is good for Jungceylon and night food market but still quiet.

Overall very nice experience

Great location, lovely staff, clean room! Only one thing to improve: please add a microwave to your hotel so that guest can heat their food!

Blackout curtains, close to beach, food, nightlife

Stayed 05-Sep-2016 for 2 nights in room 402A. Booked Deluxe Double room without breakfast. There is no coffee/tea or kettle in room but free drinks from the vending machine in reception. Hotel is in 2 blocks with the reception in the middle. I stayed in Block-A which comprised of 4 rooms per floor, so the corridor was v.small. there was one lift for each block. Rooms are key-card operated and auto-deactivates at 12pm on checkout day. I had arranged (and paid for) late checkout of 4-hours for 16:00, however the key-card still locked me out of my room after 12pm. I had to ask reception had to re-activate it. Shower cubicle water was hot in the morning but only warm in the evening, it rained heavily whilst I was there and I wanted a hot shower. The room has very good blackout curtains. There's a single chair/hammock in reception which was relaxing when I had to wait for the taxi-van to the airport. Receptionist was very polite and helpful. Night market with food stalls 3-mins walk away. Nightlife and beach are 10-mins walk away on the other side of the main road. Note: There were other icheck inns in Patong, so make sure taxi takes you to the correct one.

Quiet hotel in perfect location.

Perfect area so central to key attractions. What is best is that it is located right next to Banzaan markets where you can eat very cheaply every night. There is also a Big C in Junceylon just across the road. The hotel is up a short alley so despite its centrality it is quiet so you can sleep well. Staff were friendly and efficient. There is a cheaper massage place called Dee8gree close by( turn right out of the hotel, then right at the end of the street, then left again and it is just up the road on the right hand side- all up about 200 metres). This is well worth a visit as it was best massage I have had in Thailand. Only problem I had was the bed was firm. The pool was small but always empty so great to use.

Good location for Bangla Road

Poor quality breakfast (supplied by a cafe across the road) but can't complain too much as this hotel overall is good value for money.

I'll be back for sure

New and modern. The room was spacious, clean, and very functional. I especially liked that there's a place to put your laptop and sit at it, heaps of power points, and the large shower cubicle. The location is fairly convenient 10 minute walk to Bangla Road. The wifi was fantastic (fast, no web-page login, just a secure connection). But the rooftop pool area could do with another sun lounge or two.

Icheck patong.........

The room was ok for the price you pay. However, the bed mattress is very poor in these hotels, if you want comfort then I would pay alittle more and get a better standard hotel. My room backed onto a building site, so wasn't great if you wanted to stay in bed alittle longer. Overall it was clean, staff are polite. It's pretty much what to expect for what you pay. If I had the choice I would pay more for the comfort. No bar or food available at the hotel, which wasn't helpful. Basically, does the job if your just crashing for a day or two and passing by in patong.

A local hotel in a great location

Relatively new established hotel. A bit difficult to find as the map on hotels.com is not accurate. It is located right at the back on the same street as The Crib and Hemingways Silk. Stayed at the highest 8th floor and it was very quiet from the busy street. The bathroom was dark with not much lighting. The rain shower was very nice with adequate hot water and pressure. I did not pay extra for breakfast and there are plenty to eat along the street and it is walking distance to the seafood market and Jungceylon shopping centre. The beach is approx 10mins walk and free beach towel hire at reception. There is also a free 24hr coffee and tea machine. This hotel is very good value for money and the staff are always smiling. I paid an average aud47 a night for my 4 nights stay and will stay again if I ever go back to Patong again. There is also a small roof top pool for an afternoon dip.

Nice stay in Patong

The hotel is nicely located, next to the fresh market that opens in the evening and offers cheap street food/fresh fish/drinks etc. Also few minutes from jungceylon mall good for activities such as massage during the day. Beach is about 15 minutes far and very hard to walk during the day but nice walk through lively Thanon Bangla road. The shower had some rust, needs better take care but rest was really good. Pleased and recommend for short stays.

Great place to stay!

A lovely clean modern hotel just out of the chaos of Bangla road. There is an incredible night food market just around the corner and you can walk to Bangladesh road in 5 mins and patong beach in 15

Hotel is new but wall is super thin

This was my 4th trip to Phuket, They asked 500B for the mini bar but I did not have enough cash so they took all the mini bar away from the fridge, that was good for me as I don’t use mini bar and gives me the room for my drinks etc. Location -> Good, very close to Jungceylon shopping centre, Banzaan Fresh Market (small night market at night), 5 minutes to Bangla Road, 10 minutes to the beach. AIrcon -> worked good Bed -> Large bed but 2 beds put together. Safety box in the room Wifi -> worked good in the room Built in robes Room get cleaned every day (There was "Do not disturb sign”) My room: Superior did not have the blacony. Shower -> Both rain shower and hand held shower Fridge -> worked good and kept my drinks & fruit chilled. Mugs (not small cups) -> I liked these for my coffee. Yes I borrowed the kettle. Big self spaces. Roof top pool -> very small No chair in the room. (there were tables and chairs in the lobby area). Coffee machine in the lobby area but it all had sugar. I borrowed the kettle to make coffee and tea which I brought from home. Not in the room but you can borrow from the reception's are: Hair dryer, Kettle, Beach Towel, Umbrella, DVD Player Wall is super thin (very cheaply made?)and you can hear everything, also the bell from the lift was noisy, as the doors for the 4 rooms are so close to the lift; I suggest to put the volume down a bit.

New hotel and good location

Great hotel with perfect location

Hotel is new so am sure this will be the first review. We loved our stay here, it's close to everything the famous bangla road, restaurants, in front of the boxing studium and next to the shopping center. Stafff are so friendly and welling to help out. For you solo travellers yes the hotel is guess friendly ;)

Good Experience:)

Being a new hotel, it is great for families as they have connected rooms. Staff there is also very friendly. Room was forgotten to clean one day but it was clean on the very next day when we told the staff about it. Wifi is considered rather strong there. There is also a swimming pool on the eight floor of the hotel which is good for both the adults and children to swim and relax at. Location of hotel is very good too with easy excess to the shopping centre , BANZAAN MARKET and 10-15mins walk to Patong Beach. Would return to stay for next visit.

everything is fine

The hotel manager is very cute helpful person.Everything is fine until i had a motorbike accident.Then the vacation wasnt good for me.I recommend this hotel it has a giod wifi , good location, helpfull staff.
