This is a perfect option for a closet airport stay! The breakfast was soooo good. Fresh baked bread and real eggs and a great selection of typical salad items and the espresso was fabulous!! The hotel was new and super clean. Highly recommend.

The hotel was in a great location if you are flying out the next day. The hotel decor was really nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Tasted like mom made it. I just wish the restaurant was open later since the hotel is in an industrial area. I highly recommend it.

Considering the price, this is a very nice accommodations. The bed is very comfortable, bathroom very clean. The check in is painless. It is not too far from airport. Hotel arranged free taxi to airport. Very quite.

It was a very pleasant experience after a long day of travel. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Very clean room with all the necessary things. It was very quiet even being very close to the airport.

Staff not helpful and very very slow night before leaving we requested the shuttle service to the airport which didn’t arrive and had to order a taxi also there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room it was very basic would not stay again

Very nice place to stay overnight if you have a connection next day. Nice restaurant, very nice breakfast.

Having water coolers on the floors with carafes in rooms is a great way to reduce the use of plastics. Charging a fee for early check-in when the rooms are already prepared is not good customer service. Not having kettles upon request, not good customer service. Having a fire alarm, not anticipated so understandable, but not advising in a timely manner that the alarm has ended is not okay. I have stayed in many Ibis locations and found this experience to be less pleasant than others.

The overall experience of staying at the hotel was very satisfactory. From the cost of the accommodation and the modernity of the rooms, to the availability of decent meals and the availability of a no cost shuttle taxi service to the Warsaw Chopin Airport, it would be difficult to fault a stay at this refurbished hotel.

The shower was fantastic, with everything brand new. The complimentary taxi shuttle to and from the airport was a great perk. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a selection including pancakes, eggs, and a variety of other foods—definitely not your typical continental breakfast. Additionally, a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away provides convenient access to the town center for only $1. Highly recommended!

Omg, the shower in my room was amazing! Fantastic water pressure - it was such a lovely experience lol. Hotel is very modern, new and close to the airport. Took me seven minutes to get to my terminal, which was very convenient. Plus breakfast and the transfer were included in the nightly rate. I would highly recommend the Ibis!

The hotel's price was not expensive and they provided a taxi that brought us to the airport.

Modern, clean hotel and very friendly stuff, excellent breakfast . I enjoyed my stay there , would definitely recommend this place my friends.

The staff are fluent in English and Polish, room was clean and like new condition. Hotel restaurant food was good as usual (I ate the pasta dish and the burger and both were cooked properly and were very good) and the cost was reasonable. This hotel also offers a free ride to/from the airport if you need to fly in/out. This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and I will probably stay here again in the future.

Close to the airport, after a long long day of flying. The rooms are very nice, and they make one of the best hamburgers I’ve had.

This is a relatively new hotel, located just west of Chopin Airport on a main road, with bus service. The hotel offers free transportation between the hotel and the airport. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, although the selection is limited, I tried the pasta dish and liked it very much. There is also a breakfast buffet with a good selection of breakfast foods, sausages, eggs, pastry, fruit, cereal, etc., at a reasonable cost. There are several small shops (Zabka is probably the best option) within 10-15 minutes walking distance, if you want to buy things that you need, or normal food, or drink items. The desk and restaurant staff speak either Polish, or English. My overall impression of this hotel was favorable, so I would recommend this hotel and will probably return there again in the future.

Stay ruined by airport transfer.

Stay completely ruined by their airport transfer service on the way back to the airport. Was told the transfer was booked for 1700, nothing arrived. The reception called the transfer company and told us it will be here in 15 mins. 1740 and still nothing. At this rate we will probably miss our flight. Do not rely on their airport transfer to get back to the airport. Spoke to the manager who didn’t seem bothered about the situation. Had to book and pay for an Uber

Mitash I hope say correct his name. He working at reception. He helped us a lot . Printed my flight tickets with no problem. Order me taxi no charge. Then after my mom went to airplane I had to came back to hotel he ordered me Uber even helped me with money because I didn’t have enough money for taxi . Thank you so much!! I definitely recommend this hotel. If I stay again in Warsaw I will stay in Ibis Styles .

Pros: Nice looking hotel, helpful staff, good rooms, nice showers. Cons: wasn't able to sleep in the morning due to the noise from renovation in the hotel. Hotel provides free taxi to the airport. Beware of the drivers, they are scammers trying to get extra payment from you. Very unprofessional.

The room was very nice and clean. The receptionist was very helpful, they let me stay until 2 pm free of charge. And free taxi to Warsaw Chopin Airport is a helpful thing.

I often travel and have to stay in hotels. Ibis Airport Hotel is The Cutest and Cosyest Hotel I've ever stayed in!!! And it's a brand new!!! Rooms and Lounge area are comfortable, with a bright design. Staff is genuinely polite and ready to help. Breakfast and a Free taxi FROM and TO the airport. Special "Thank you" for Irina, Bruno and Julia (cook) Good job!!!

They are not checking for the soap dispensers, so when you are taking a shower, you learn that there is no soap... a real downer.

Modern,new hotel. Great reception, comfortable room. I would rate it 5 stars but soap dispenser was empty in the shower, so it was not great getting wet and not having soap, no soap bar either. I also think it would be nice to have wash clothes and hand towels. I still would stay there again.
