Just lovely to be close to everything, restaurants, beach etc.

Through no fault of hotel there is a lot of building and development going on making the beach bit directly accessible and noisy. Still love the hotel, it's staff and location.

We've stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row as we love the convenience and location, unfortunately through no fault of the hotel there is a bus drop off point next to it which played music very loud and early in the morning.

Nice, clean, good staff. Breakfast buffet needs some improvement. Good lunch and dinner menus selection but the food quality was very poor

Staffs were very friendly ! Ngoc and Tai ( check in ) and Nam ( check out ) were amazing! Since it was slow season , they upgraded our room to ocean view to better our experience which was very kind of them ! The area is amazing, you can walk to anywhere, beach is across the street, coffee shops , milkshakes, ice cream at every corner. Seafood , do your research i wouldn’t go to any place in the area ! E bikes at both corners for rent ! Highly recommend to rent a bike , we went to front beach , into town and back to back beach , had so much fun ! Last but not least, the infinity pool is amazing!!Went in the pool after breakfast and we had the pool to ourselves, view is on point !

Love this hotel. Beautiful infinity pool. Staff are very nice and helpful. Will come back in the future.

The rooftop pool was very nice. We went in a last minute idea and were able to book a king bed room for just $36 US! Food was ok at breakfast but expensive comparably

Delightful Stay in Vung tau Vietnam

Vùng Tàu is a cool little coastal town only a few hours from Ho Chi Minh City. We took the ferry boat directly here, which is quite peaceful, and the nice alternative to driving. This hotel is right across the street from the beach and is in great condition and has a very friendly staff. New Year’s celebrations were abundant so at night time it was a little noisy. Highly recommend this property.

Service staffs are excellent, especially Miss. Hang (front desk) was really good - she approached us with every welcome manor, and really helpful to explain & answered all the questions i had ( and it's quite a few) with a smile. The room was really nice (got free upgraded), very clean. Loved it- will come back again. Nguyen Dinh Nghia

This is the second time we have stayed here and once again we can't complain, from the staff to the amenities to the convenience of the property you feel like you're made to feel special. There were more international holiday stayers this year compared to when we last stayed when there were more Vietnamese people so there was a notable difference in how the staff were been treated which was not acceptable. The hotel and staff itself is amazing, I can't wait to come back here again and the staff here deserve all the commendations they get as they are absolutely lovely.

We were supposed to stay there for 28 nights ,and pre paid , when we arrived to our room the size of the room is like a closet, we asked for a refund to stay somewhere else they denied I requeste we asked them to see other rooms , since we are staying for 28 nights we need more room , they showed us a bigger , but they wanted us to pay a additional 1500 dollars more for this room, we declined and told them we would stay for a shorter period , after 14 days we left the hotel , the bed in the larger room is a queen bed not comfortable and squeaky, the rooms are not cleaned, the windows in our room were never cleaned, breakfast is great if you are Asian, the gym is ok , but you have to turn the air conditioning on your own , other wise it’s plus30 in it , I asked to speak to the manger of the hotel , he never answered and I never saw him .

Great staffing special Hiếu &Nhi, find the best way to accommodate any requests that you need. Nice and clean facility. Food is ok but not the best especially breakfast with precooked eggs. I would rate 4.5 stars and definitely will come back.

I like and love this hotel. Therefore today I extend to stay here 1 night more. This sentence will be the one of the best response of this hotel's assessment. For near future, I will stay here when I visit Vung Tau again.

The seaview from the window was the best view ive had in Vung Tau! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunetly i can not remember the young ladie receptionists name but she was very helpful and incredibly kind (the name had 3 letters) I also LOVED the hotel was plastic free. I will definetly be returning or recommending this hotel if i return to Vung Tau. Thankyou for having me!

Highly Recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal stay! The hotel is right across from the beach with multiple food stalls just around the corner. The staff were very accommodating and helpful with recommendations - Luan helped me with everything, including extending my stay. I will be back!

Very friendly staffs. Ms. Trang buffet service made me a nice breakfast bag before 6am to go to tsn airport.

The hotel is lovely, you are made to feel special from the second you walk in. The facilities in the hotel are amazing, great restaurant, bar, pool and family friendly with playroom for the kids. The hotel is literally across the road from the beach and close to local restaurants and corner shops. I would certainly recommend this hotel to families and to those without families as the rooms are soundproof and would love to come back again.

Good play to stay at. The free breakfast is really good too as most breakfasts are quite mediocre in my experience.

A nice new hotel right on the water at the Back Beach.

This hotel was AMAZING! Originally booked for 2 nights and ended up extending for an additional 2 nights because of how much we all loved it. Right across from the beach, beautiful hotel, delicious buffet breakfast, helpful staff, spacious rooms (we’re were in the family room with the bunkbeds), nice pool and kids club. Would go back in a heartbeat!

I like this hotel very much!!! The only thing I would suggest was to add some Vietnamese popular dishes such as “Bun bo” & “Pho” onto your lunch & dinner menus. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Right across the street from the beach. Lovely views from the rooms. Breakfast was very good. Luan at the Front Desk was very helpful and friendly as we had a few requests. We liked it so much that we stayed an extra night. My daughter, 5 years old rally liked it too.. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Fantastic hotel, located just across the street from the main entrance to the beach. Nicely decorated, very trendy. The room is exactly as advertised. Staff were very friendly, especially at the front desk. Central location and close to everything. The rooftop pool is good, but overloaded with kids. The rooftop also becomes a very enjoyable nightclub: great drinks and great music / vibes, but (my only complaint)people bring their little children with them which, as a foreigner I find a little weird.

Great stay and very good facilities. However reception staff often will hang up when you call when you speak English this is not good customer service. They also tried to charge me more for two people in the room yet on the website it’s the same price whether it is one or two people. The bars staff is often not there and they advertise that it is open at 11am but often it is not. One day it didn’t open till 2pm so I was very disappointed in the staff

A new hotel at Back Beach with funky decor & uniforms. Great service! Noisy late night/early morning- music coming from the beach I think.

The hotel had only been open for 6 weeks so everything had that 'newness' about it. The rooms were modern with a large TV on the wall in front of the bed which was very firm but comfy. The shower stall was large and roomy however the bathroom needed a double towel rack instead of a single. Only complaint was the rooftop bar, there wasn't enough lighting to be able to read the menu. A lovely waiter used a mobile phone light so we could see. And lastly, some cocktails were a little short on volume.

Nice Hotel

Hervorragend, Zimmer sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Empfehlenswert auch für Familie. Umgebung und Frühstück sehr gut. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Strand vor der Haustür.

　Black out happened in day time. Very special to me, this size of hotel. Because It is Ibis. I had a lot of sweat.

Ein normaler Kaffee (Filterkaffee/Americano) ist nicht im Frühstück enthalten. Also ohne Kaffee (nur gegen extra Bezahlung) ist das kein Frühstück !

Comfortable holiday hotel

酒店位置很棒、房間窗外的的海景很棒、衛浴的水溫水壓很棒、床睡起來很舒服，舒服到都錯過早餐時間、住過很多國家的ibis、設備雖然簡單、但總是不會令人失望！

Không gian rất dễ thương,nhiều màu sắc nhìn rất thích,nhân viên nhiệt tình từ lễ Tân đến phục vụ,thức ăn ngon, giá phòng hợp lý,cả nhà mình đều rất thích,nhất định sẽ trở lại
