Decent but modest
Very clean hotel with an outstanding breakfast and nice ambience.
Good place if u want to stay outside Main city of Rome
We received a different room, that we have booked
Enjoyable stay with no issues. All staff were friendly and accommodating.
Nothing to add
Rooms are a little dated but the hotel in general is good. As all Ibis Style Hotel, the rooms would benefit of having Coffee/tea facilities. It's available for the same hotel standard in other hotel chains.
walkable from the nearest metro.
Great place to stay in next to beautiful plaza with friendly stuff and great breakfast
Air conditioning not great in the rooms.
The hotel was clean. Staff friendly & helpful. Be prepared to walk because the hotel was about 15 mins walk from the bus stop where we got off as directed by google maps. I will use the hotel again if i am in that neighborhood.
Great place to stay .
Staff excelent, very good food and breakfast, quiet and clean
Not easy to find the hotel.
Hotel is ok if you are white
Hotel conditions were ok however the staff was not friendly. We went to hotel restaurant for dinner the waitress was rude and treated the others with more attention. We felt they were a little prejudice. .
For the cost, it was a bad deal. Breakfast was terrible every day. Customer service at the front desk was below average, every day. My room was not ready for check in at 4 pm, despite a 2 pm check in time.
Clean, nice and staff are always helpful.
The property is exceptionally convenient to the metro that takes you to central Rome in 15 minutes for $1.60 per metro ride. The hotel was clean and room was large. The pillows were quite flat but the staff brought me an extra pillow. The AC was acting up the first night but it was corrected before I went to sleep on the second night. Good location near the Leonardo airport if you have to get up early and fly out like we did. $36 taxi ride to airport.
For us is very important clean places, this place is not clean By the way, bed is very old and no so confortable
Biten airport and central Rome, nice beds and bathroom
Location
It was good and the staff are friendly but its a bit far from metro station
average with high prices
Excelente
Good Price Good Service
It’s an Ibis style more upmarket Ibis. Room clean and simple (it’s an Ibis) but staff were amazing. Food In restaurant was really good and reasonably priced. The hotel is a good way from the metro stations 15 min walk. But got taxi to from airport around 35- 40 euro. Lots of restaurants bars about 10 mins away. Good location for nearby conf centre but again 15 min walk or taxi. Or you could take an a bike if that floats your boat Rome Centre is about 20-30 mins away. All in all I would recommend the hotel
Disk staff Charge me extra 6 Euro after Check out
This is a great hotel away from hustle and bustle of Rome with easy parking but still accessible by overground train line B.
Very friendly staff and good quality and price ratio
Good place to stay in Rome - Very clean, friendly staff and excellent room service, hot water in the shower, safe and secure. Location is very close to bus stop and 10mins from railway station with direct to Colosseum, Vatican etc., Very convenient place to stay for a holiday. There is also a nearby shopping mall with great food, shopping options. The breakfast bar had good options but menu was same every day. May be as a recommendation, IBIS can try to change the menu or add additional options for breakfast. Overall, pleasant stay and recommend to others.
Value for money, good location, polite staff and very good hotel.
great staff, rooms not so clean
Great service. Clean room and well accommodating. Taxi service at the front desk and a taxi was avaliable in 10 minutes.
Friendly reception and bar staff. Found hotel room too warm and wasn't able to adjust AC. Very loud boiler/heating. Didn't have food so can't comment. Good location.
Nice
It’s a very nice stay, clean, friendly staff.
Friendly, helpful staff
The breakfast quality can be improved
Good business hotel, close to Metro if you want to sight-see or need to get into the city and free parking
I did not like the location. 50 euros away from the airport, and not close to the city. The neighborhood is nice though. Clean and big room. I expected at least a complimentary bottle of water and a coffee machine.
Nice service , clean hotel and rooms. The reception workers are nice , gentlemen and helpful.
Nice Stay
Super Nice. Desk clerk was very helpful. Nice breakfast, nice room. They need new towels, one had a stain another a hole. Clean towels but worn.Very odd as everything else was in great order.
The hot was clean, but the staff broke our luggage wheel and they lost our macarons that I asked them to put in their fridge, I had paid 20 Euros for it and they claimed that they threw it out! They didn’t do anything about our broken luggage we couldn’t move it because it was too heavy to lift yet they said they can’t do anything about it! Horrible service there was no soup or shower cap left in the room the pillows were really bad
Nice hotel near the airport. We liked it. We spent one night and all was ok. Breakfast really good.
Here are a few points: We have stayed in a few Ibis in France on our last holiday and they were also excellent The staff are very helpful (especially Ricardo) High standard of rooms great value for money Will always be our first choice when staying in Europe (pity there wasn't a few more) Thank you Ibis
From the moment we checked in the staff was very pleasant and helpful in every way possible. Facility was very clean and well kept. Along with a very beautiful patio area.
Very good Nice hotel, very clean and pleasant structure
HOT in July. AC in rooms do NOT work well.
When we first arrived it was all good but then when we entered our room we realized our AC was not working. I called the front desk and he asked me if the windows were open. Which they were not. He then came up to the room and played with some switched and said he fixed it that it takes time to cool. Well...the room never cooled and we were sleeping in SWEAT! Horrible experience and not to mention not the nicest employees after we slept in HEAT!
The hotel is very nice and updated. It is a little bit of a walk to a shopping district but the district is worth the walk. The hotel has a restaurant which was good. The only thing is that we arrived on a Sunday and the restaurant was closed. I had to search very deep on the Hotel website to find out this information. I wish it was more readily visible. Breakfast buffet and the restaurant was very good.
Area around beds and shower a bit tight. No toiletries in washroom
Very comfort room and excellent breakfast and quiet are . I’ll will come back again soon Thank you
The property does not offer good value for money. While Expedia claims it’s four stars, amenities and services are below the stated standard. Breakfast (choice, availability, quality of produce, etc ) is not what genuine four-starred properties offer. Poor communication between Reservations and Housekeeping departments. Not enough toiletries in the room, despite the booking for a family (four people). Ironing board and iron not provided despite request at the front desk. During the check-out the porter dropped a bottle of expensive perfume which shattered. While the staff at reception apologised, I couldn’t think of a compensation since my booking was via Expedia and not directly through the hotel. Overall, the amount charged by Expedia for this property was not justified given the service, location and experience, therefore in future will consider other aggregators and competition.
Excellent staff. Comfortable if basic surroundings.
Did not feel welcome
I like to chose Ibis because they are usually all the same. But this one was really under average. The staff weren’t friendly, and they look extremely inexperienced. The room was very small and had a strange curtain as divider. The toilet paper was not that of a 4 star hotel and the location is remote from the center. The wifi was not easy to access. Positive: Free outdoor parking, clean and new. It has a nice restaurant and a bar which would be great if it wasn’t serviced by an extremely unfriendly lady. Big groups stay here, so maybe they don’t care about the individual travelers.
Could be better
The hotel is far away from city center. The nearst Metro is 15 minutes walking (not eady walk for a familiy because of many stairs). Breakfest is very simple, not to much to eat... Rooms are clean but the maid usually forget to put toilet pepper , towels...
All was perfect clean room breakfast great all in all great
Ibis Rome
Arrived on a Sunday at lunchtime to be told there was no food available in the hotel. There was nothing open within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was poor quality with no warm food. Room was clean and comfortable but wifi disconnected continually and did not allow for business to be done.
Good price
Nice hotel for the price!
Dont book this place if ur trip is for tourism
The hotel itself ( service, food and cleanliness) is good. I only chose it because due to last minute booking, it was the rare hotels that had King bed option, which was a must. The size of the bathroom and room, is quite small for average medium size people. The only rooms with bath tubs are the executive suits, so dont be fooled by the picture on the reservation sites. The location, for tourists is a letdown, to my experience, as if you are not from around, it can be quite tricky to get to. It is a residential and industrial area more that anything. Although it is close to the near end of the blue line metro, Pallasport, it is still far away from the city center and taxi is extremely limited from the metro to anywhere. There are 2 ways to get to the hotel,, the most obvious is a good 20-25mins walk, including a steep slope. But a lesser obvious way is through the large stairs at the end of the road of Americas & tuppini. No taxi stand outside the metro, so if you have luggages, good luck walking up the hill to the hotel. If you rent a car, you're fine. The so call shopping center which the staff will tell you is 20 mins walk from the hotel, is not quite so, and goodluck as well for walking in to that, as you will have to go through the highway and it is definitly not so straightforward. The mall itself is mostly high end shops with crazy prices, not worth the trip. On a less negative note, the surrounding restaurants are filled with locals, the food and prices are great.
Nice hotel, clean , friendly and professional staff. Very hard to get to on public transportation and not a lot of restaurants or other venues near by. Free breakfast offered on reservation , but when booked it doesn't appear on confirmation ( managment DID honor the free breakfast). Over all i will recomend.
Excellent stay, highly recommended. Very convenient location, hotel is walking distance to nearby metro station.
Pleasant Stay
Good value to money and great hospitality by the IBIS teams
Rome Trip
It was good nice staff only no meaningful or functional business section work area only one computer was working limited access of 30 minutes not very good for people who need to do some sort of work with computers, printers and internet otherwise nice staff
Very efficient
Very comfortable stay
Maybe the best hotel in Rome!
The location of the hotel is perfect; easy to reach, very nice neighborhood, free parking area at the hotel and in just walking distance to subway. Also the service and the cleanness in anywhere of the hotel (restaurant, room) was great. And the food and breakfast were delicious.
Rude staff and too bad service
Rude staff, also didn't care about customer. I booked room with king bed and when arrived there found it's double (even not queen). When I complained at reception, the guy answered me it's the bed that can sleep 2 body on that and they don't have any extra room to change my room (I checked the site and found they had plenty of empty room) and if I'm not satisfy can cancel it (at 11:30 pm). Also they supposed to have air-conditioned but when I asked they said it's only heater now and the cooler system is off. We had to open the window for whole night and noise was too annoying.
reasonably good
Clean Hotel Room
The location was OK, not really that far from the city centre by metro. The shower was a bit strange as the bathroom didn't have any curtains so water splashed everywhere during shower...
the hotel is 2 or 3 bus station far from metro. the hotel is in a good condition and it is a good choice budget wise. the room is clean and good enough as a 4 star and Ibis hotel
During my stay
Not a great location, it was far from the city center, it has got a metro access near the hotel. Breakfast was great, room service was poor, the bartender sucks, He's very slow and mean with the customers.
Good price and ideal location and friendly staff
comfortable
A good value for the moeny
We stayed in Ibis Eur hotel for 6 days. 4 adults and 3 kids. We booked two rooms with 2 double beds, including breakfast, for a very reasonable price. The room was modern and very clean, good size for 4 people, a spacious bathroom and conformable beds, but unfortunately no coffee facilities in the room. A typical European breakfast which included breads, eggs, sausage, cheeses, cereals, ...but don't expect to have vegetables except tomatoes. In addition, there was a wonderful coffee machine in the dining room (great cappuccino!) and also cakes, juices, water, soda and tea. In terms of location, I knew in advance (after a correspondence with the hotel reception) that we will need to walk 10-15 minutes to the nearest metro station (EUR PALASPORT), and from there 7 metro stations to the Coliseum. We didn't have problem with this, since we prefer to have a good modern even though a little bit far from the center. If you don't mind walking, it takes 20 minutes by foot to go from this hotel to the big shopping center EUROMA2 (there is also a bus). All and all, we were very satisfied.
Overall pleased with my stay
2 nights working nearby in Eur so very, very convenient. Decent dinner, OK breakfast and a fair room in excellent condition. Check-out at 8 was very slow and chaotic so take care to avoid peak time departure...
On the Whole the Hotel good..but!!!!!!
Daytime staff at this Hotel were fabulous, once the evening staff came on the Hotel became a different place to staff. Unfriendly, unhelpful, sometimes aggressive!! Communication with the staff to the guest was not great to say the least. One girl on reception was amazing, unfortunately didn't get her name, Tall slim with glasses, she was Fab, so helpful, last day spoke to manager about problems and again totally fantastic. Bar staff were appalling, trying to get a cup of tea was like asking for the moon. Totally unhelpful, asked for tea on two evenings and was treated like a leper. Rooms beautiful, but move a magazine and you can see the dust and how the rooms are cleaned!! Great location if you want to stay outside of Rome and use the metro. Great hotel if the get the daytime staff would work all day and all night.
Tourist couple
I stayed at this hotel for five nights during my visit to Rome. The Hotel is about 2 kilometers from the nearest Metro Station, The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are clean. The rooms are modern, Breakfast is really good,
Internet connectivity was awful. The hotel is close to nothing.
Rome IBIS
Had much expectations. Staff was rude and not helpful. No enthusiasm to help you at all. Reaching the hotel is a nightmare if you plan to reach by foot as you have to climb a small hill to rwach the hotel which is on top, not ideal for tourists but for locals
You won't find a better one in the neighbourhood
Nice, spacious, clean and modern hotel. You won't find a better one in the neighbourhood.
nice place to stay
Good place to stay away from city. Worth the value paid. Nice and friendly front desk staff.
No pool
We were happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpful staff. However, there is no pool at this location. There is access to a pool at a site 10 minutes away but it is apparently not open on Sundays. The online description of the hotel said "outdoor pool." Also, the pillows are incredibly flat.
My rating is low because though it is a very nice, modern clean hotel with wifi near the airport (20 minutes drive), it advertised that it had a pool and I picked it specifically for that. My kids were so disappointed. Also the restaurant in the hotel was closed for the holiday... As far as I'm concerned a hotel needs to have a restaurant open no matter what the holiday. We had to drive outside into Rome to eat dinner when all we wAnted to do was eat in the hotel and go to sleep as we were leaving the following day back to the US. Take-out is not a common thing in Italy so we didnt have much of a choice. Also, I asked for a wake up call and did not get one. Thankfully I had set a back up alarm or I would've missed my flight. They wrote the wrong info for the wake up call! Beautiful and clean but attention needs to be paid to these details.
Nice Hotel
I'd stay there again.
Nice Hotel
This was a nice hotel. It was clean and comfortable.
Nice hotel
This was a nice hotel. It was clean and comfortable.
Just OK
it is a very Ok sort of hotel with no delight factors but no big negatives. please be ware though that the gym pics they have are not part of the hotel but another separate entity 1 km away from the hotel.
Good for business
It's a comfortable hotel for business. Not so much to see in the sorrounding and not a lot of choise for dinner without a car
Great place quiet... 15min walk to metro
Great place, nice staff good breakfast! a+++
Excellent option
Excellent hotel, not near the metro, is reached by walking 10-15 minutes. The only problem we had was the poor quality of the wi-fi and a lack of management commitment, not so the staff was very friendly and kind.
A nice business hotel, but not ideal for family tr
I booked this hotel intentionally outside the city center and closer to the airport at the end of a long trip with the family. The hotel promised a pool and more open space. Actually, the hotel does NOT have a pool and there is no workable outside space with the exception of a small deck, which made stretching the legs of two boys difficult. It did have a PS4, which entertained them, but not the same. The hotel is modern and well kept with a surprisingly good restaurant and would be ideal for a person doing business in the EUR section of Rome. It could also be a good option for a family traveling on a budget as it is close to the Metro. But as a place to spread out and relax, it is not ideal.
Excellent
Excellent value for money, very clean, no negative points
Es bueno para turismo, llegar a dormir vien, cerca al metro para ir ak centro, muy atentos tidos
Hyggelig hotell
10-15 min gange til La Nuvola. Ligger rett ved trafikkert gate, men det var stille på rommet. Romslig rom, bruksslitasje, men rent. Restauranten har god mat. Frokostbuffet med noe brød/pålegg, frokostblanding, stort kakebord.
Viaggio a Roma
Consigliato
Pulito e confortevole. Letto comodo. Personale cortese.
Recomendo!
Excelente opção. Estacionamente fácil e gratuito. Quarto amplo, limpo e confortável. Banheiro amplo, limpo e confortável. Localização excelente, a meio caminho do aeroporto. Vizinhança residencial. Boas opções de restaurante perto (de carro). Do lado da Basílica São Pedro São Paulo. Muito bom. Recomendo.
Struttura non pulita bene
Consigliato
Stuttura eccellente

This is not of Ibis standards … cannot give it any stars at all . Cannot recommend it . Breakfast is below. basic . I was in the suite but it was smelly and unkempt
