Nice hotel with small rooms, normal for Paris. Breakfast adequate, good catering staff. Hotel could not find details at check-in The same happened at checkout. Found after long wait. Paper and Credit card details had to be shown as proof.

This hotel is well located, a short walk from Gare de Lyon and several other Metro stops. It is good for a short stay for a couple; the room is small for 2 people, but bathroom was a good size and shower was nice. Breakfast was great, and the greeting from Tonya every morning was a nice start to the day. It is rare to see someone working constantly at keeping food stocked and tables clean. Wifi worked well, and the lobby has tables for working if needed.

Travellerwonderfull staff. perfect location. i really loved my visit here in paris. i didnt get the breaky - which looks like it was a mistake - it looked amazing. i walked to all the "big " touristy places. one thing to consider - its on a busy street. sort of loud. not crazy loud - but traffic. actually kind of quiet by 10. but sirens do come by. solution: ear plugs. after that - all is perfect. enjoy!

Cozy apartment well located near the train station. The service was friendly and the room was clean. I just had some wifi issues and the A/c took a while to cool the room down. Otherwise a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Nice touch of having free water, coffee and hot choc available. Hotel is in a nice location with nice restaurants and very handy for the Gare de Lyon train / metro station 5-8 mins walk away. The checkin on our confirmation stated 12 noon, we arrived to check in at noon to be told it is 3pm. To manage expectations the hotel should update this information.

Lovely room on top 6th floor with view of the Avenue. No noise disturbances from outside. Small clean room, small lift but all perfectly acceptable and modern. Lovely continental breakfast that set us up for the day. Room wasn’t ready until 1pm instead of 12 noon but we could still leave our bags and go and explore the vicinity. Able to leave bags on last day after checking out and use the toilet facilities to change our clothes and have drinks before leaving in the evening. Would definitely recommend and stay again. :)

Our room was on the ground floor and had to keep curtains shut so people on the street would not see in. The room itself was not nice at all. Creepy.

Struttura in posizione strategica, a 5 e 8 Min a piedi da 2 stazioni metro utilissime per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. Colazione dolce e salata con ottimo assortimento, inclusa spremuta di arance fresche! Stanza molto minimal e bagno stretto (solo doccia e wc, perché il lavandino era in camera) Ci tornerei!

TravellerWar ein toller Aufenthalt, Zimmer etwas klein und kein Kasten, bei 4 Nächten allerdings kein Problem. Bahnhöfe, Bushaltestellen und Metro Stationen innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Frühstück auch toll und Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. ❤️
TravellerIdeal gelegen für einen Städtetrip. Kleine Zimmer - für Paris typisch - jedoch ausreichend. Trotz erhöhtem Verkehrsaufkommen bleibt es bei geschlossenem Fenster mit Klimatisierung gut auszuhalten. Frühstück ist einfach aber vollkommen ausreichend, guter Kaffee & Wasser rund um die Uhr. Das uns bediente Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag unkompliziert und kostenlos.

Hôtel bien situé et aménagé agréablement mais l'insonorisation des chambres est déficiente. On entend la nuit des bruits de tuyauterie ou venant des autres chambres. Pour le prix payé, ce n'est pas acceptable.

TravellerRare case but got a problem when I checked in.
Somehow they missed my booking of 2 rooms and only reserved one room for me when I checked in. Yet, the staff helped and arranged another Ibis hotel nearby and accommodated my needs. I am happy for that although I made extra effort that night and the other day to swap the hotel. Not sure it is hotels.com problem or the hotel's issue.
TravellerEl hotel cuenta con excelente ubicación , cercanía a la estación de tren y zona segura para familias , es pequeño pero bastante confortable , las camas no tiene colchón son colchonetas , el cuarto es Caliente sin necesidad de calentador se puede descansar ,si llevas mucho equipaje o son muchos de familia olvida el elevador es demasiado pequeño .

데스크 직원은 항상 친절했고, 조식 또한 이용하기 편하게 되어있었습니다. 서비스와 시설면에서는 혼자 여행오기 딱 좋은 호텔입니다. 근처에 맥도날드와 모노프리가 있고 조금만 걸으면 스타벅스, 센강이 있는데다 택시를 타기도 편한 곳에 위치해있습니다. 서비스와 시설은 훌륭하나 인테리어 면에서 조금 불편했는데, 개인적이지만 천장의 글자가 그려진 포스터가 미관상 좋아보이지 않았습니다.

Hôtel à deux pas de Gare de Lyon. Chambre spacieuse mais pas très bien insonorisée. Bon petit-déjeuner. La salle de petit déjeuner/réunion était ouverte et disponible donc nous nous sommes installés. En raison d’une réunion démarrant à 10h, pendant notre petit-déjeuner, nous avons subi la préparation de la réunion (bruit, store fermé, écran pour la visio…). Bref, ce n’était pas agréable du tout. Fermée la salle si vous avez des réunions !

Great small cozy neighbourhood hotel two blocks away from Gare de Lyon. Friendly staff, renovated rooms, small but nice rooms, nonsound from the busy street outside. Modest breakfast with lots of choice and good products, good coffe, coldcuts breads and cereals and fresh orange juice from juicer. Friendly breakfastroom staff. Housekeeping impeccable. Walking distance to Place de La Bastille. Supermarkeds, pharmacies and bistros in the near surrounding! I can absolutely recommend this hotel.
