Hotel bathroom had black mold Elevator was broken Most of the Staff did not speak English I understand small rooms / but having to climb over the bed to close the door was ridiculous Free breakfast was coffee and juice Parking info / was given three addresses / none of them were convenient like stated Completely disappointed in the hotel
The breakfast buffet was amazing and had excellent staffing. Our room was large, had air conditioning, and was even private in our own breeze way. Also the location was very impressive. Only about a 5-10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.
Staff is awesome! Great location. Breakfast can be better
Rooms are small but very clean, breakfast was great! Loved the area ! Will be back !
Shower was way to small. Very hard to take a shower.
Nice room Shower a little bit small
Small, but clean and comfortable
Everything is great. Staff should be so polite. Evening reseption is little bit angry. The other thing is great
NOT A THREE STARS HOTEL
TINY ROOM FOR TWO PERSONS
Cute little rooms that were quiet and a pleasant front desk staff
hotel staff was superb. the bed was comfort and the room was clean. very good breakfast. the problems were: 1. tiny room; 2. it was noisy (from the street & the floor); 3. bathroom was terribly small - "miniature"
Good budget option near Eiffel Tower
We picked this hotel primarily because of the free breakfast and the proximity to the Eiffel Tower. And both of those were great! Breakfast was continental but significant--lots of options. The location was great, too--roughly 15 mins to Eiffel Tower and lots of cafes, etc. in easy walking distance. Metro very close. Wifi was strong and free. Room was tiny--had to turn sideways to walk between the bed and the wall. But beds were comfortable and bathroom was (relatively) large. Front desk staff were generally kind and helpful. No first-aid kit, which surprised me--I needed a bandaid but reception didn't have anything like that. Overall nice stay in a great location.
Basic clean comfortable compact IBIS as expected
Road and metro line right outside, but double glazing keeps the noise out. Convenient late night shops and restaurant choices.
Close to the Eiffel Tower
Excellent location close to the Eiffel Tower close to the metro so easy to find. Staff friendly, it was extremely hot during our stay and the air conditioning was excellent kept the room nice and cool, the room was just big enough for the double bed and we had limited space, small en-suit also hence the low feedback for comfort, it was clean and tidy but didn't have the sparkle. It's an okay budget hotel, I've stayed in a few Ibis and this was the worst I have stayed in, however don't let this put you off if your looking for a good location for a good price. Breakfast was okay although the room with the food was a little small.
Provided us with everything we needed and more. Free food at all times of day and rooms were nice and clean with a nice balcony view. Located next to a good area with food options close by.
Amazing location and incredibly kind staff!
Great location. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. I had a excellent experience.
Excellent Value and Location
Great value and location! Just a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and almost right across the street from a metro stop. Nice breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice. The first desk staff really made you feel welcomed, all were extremely helpful!
Convenient location for Eiffel Tower
We were there for a brief stay and wanted a convenient walkable location to the Eiffel Tower. The location was safe and easy, and the staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable.
Breakfast is included. Internet speed is good. It is clean as well. But the room is very small and I can barely stand myself in the show place because it is less than 1 square meters.
Cambronne find
Very good IBIS hotel. Great location as the best metro line just there. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Cozy breakfast room to watch the trains go by and no they are not noisy like other elevated lines as they use rubber wheels.
Good location!
The hotel is new and modern with good decoration, the room is small but very organized, new bathroom. The hotel was located in a good neighborhood and close to a subway.
Terrible and Irresponsible staff
I came for one night. While sitting in the lobby waiting for a friend to pass by, the receptionist would stop talking on the phone, in a loud voice. She was fighting with someone for 20 minutes. The lobby is small, so I was practically forced to participate in the conversation. The other person of the staff was walking around, thinking if he should pick up the garbage left below the coffee table or not. Then he decided to push it deeper into the waste basket with a water bottle. The big problem is when I came back to the hotel. I came back early morning, at 6:20 am. The door was locked and there was no one at the front desk. I started ringing the bell, banging on the door, and calling the hotel. For 10 minutes, I was outside alone, not feeling very safe. if any of the managers is reading this, I hope they look back at the cameras for 11 feb at 6:20 am. I called my friend and asked to keep calling the hotel, and walked to another Ibis nearby, to see if they can do anything. Obviously they couldn't, but told me to keep trying. I went back, and started kicking the door and ringing the bell continuously. My friend was calling all the time. Finally, someone answered him and came to open the door. His excuse: he was preparing breakfast. That was around 6:50, after 30 minutes in the cold weather in a deserted area. I have never had such a bad experience, and will never go there again.
Adequate
Room was so small I couldn't open the bathroom door fully because the bed was in the way. Bathroom and shower very small and quite outdated. There was a horrible chemical smell in the room when I arrived meaning that I had to leave the windows open for an hour or so. However, reasonably comfortable, staff were nice and it's convenient for the Metro.
This hotel is very small that you can hardly move around the room.
Photo deceit
Internet photos of hotel shows a different location Ibis hotel this hotel is right next to elevated trains, terrible neighborhood and ver ver ery small rooms, There was no room tomove. Great free breakfast and staff. I done know if this can make up for location deceit.
Small but clean and convenient + good breakfast
At first we were somewhat shocked as to how small the room really was. The sliding door to the bathroom and the limited privacy didn't make us smile either. To tell the truth, I was already conspiring how to get out of there and find something else for our 8 day stay. But the next day brought a realization of many good sides of this humble yet neat and practical hotel. Here's my list of the reasons why we decided to stay: 1. the bed was extremely comfy medium firm with perfectly white, starchy bed sheets, the way I like it; 2. maybe the bathroom was way too small BUT the water pressure was great (considering 4th floor) and after an exhausting day each of us could take, long hot however; 3. on the day of room service, we came home to the impeccably cleaned and restacked room; 4. as days passed we realized how nice and helpful front desk personnel was, especially Ms. Myriam who was helpful whenever we needed it; 5. breakfast was great! Everyday -- a selection of yogurts, different kinds of cheese, ham, freshly baked bread and baguettes, self-serve espresso machine, and to my surprise -- freshly squeezed to order orange juice. The sitting area is nice and large, so there was never a problem finding an empty table. 6. and my last bonus -- the proximity of the Metro station, which is right across from hotel entrance on Grenelle Avenue. It serves three different lines and it takes you literally no more than 5 min. to get to your desired platform. We liked this IBIS!
Super convenient
Amazing
Small hotel, walking distance from Eiffel Tower
The hotel location is great! Close to Eiffel Tower and a block away from the metro station. The rooms are very vert tiny but beds are comfortable. Breakfast was also great! If you will be in Paris walking and want a nice place to stay within budget, this is perfect!
Excellent stay at Ibis Cambronne.
Stayed for a couple of nights with a friend. We were always greeted with a smile from people at reception and they were very helpful giving us tips and directions. Would definitely recommend the hotel for the convenient location as it is very close to Cambronne metro station and there are a few restaurants around, mini market and even a pharmacy.
Very close to the Eiffel Tower
Ibis Sytles is a smaller version of the regular Ibis hotels. Room was sufficient for a couple. The buffet breakfast had few options but I guess that justifies the price for the hotel stay. Very close to the Eiffel Tower.
Clean. Close to metro and buses, and tower.
Hotel room small, but adequate. Staff friendly. Room clean
Decent hotel near Cambronne
Stayed one night for business - hotel is fine overall, but a little dated decor and super small rooms.
Poor breakfast... Could be better...
My son & I selected the hotel for the location because it was easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and near 2 different metro stations. The room was very small (even by Europe standards) & the bathroom had the smallest shower I have ever seen, but the room was very clean. If you want location then this hotel is good, if you want any kind of space I would search around.
Not worth the price at all.
Rooms were very small, i made reservation for twin beds and they have me queen size. When asked about twin beds , really rude worker said they didnt have twins anymore like complaining to me about me asking for twin beds ( it is not my fault they have twin beds option in expedia, if you dont offer this option do not promote it). Bad experience overall. No one at hotel helped us at all when we had ?s. Not worth the price
Good value, great location.
Stayed for 5 nights July 2015. They were in the process of transitioning to an Ibis property so there was a little confusion during the check in process but nothing major. France has added a little tax you will need to pay, it is only about 1.5 Eruo a day, not crazy but just something to keep in mind. The AC was not the best but better than nothing. The breakfast is yummy and convenient. Coffee, Juice, Selection of bread, pastry, cheese, and sliced meats. Great location for Bastille Day, 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Nestled between 2 Metro stops, very easy to navigate. Lovely hotel staff, very helpful. I would stay here again, very good value for the price.
This was the worst and dirtiest hotel I ever stayed.
horrible service
i booked this hotel in april for my vacation on bastille day; when i areived on july 13 the hotel manager says oh im sorry we dont have rooms available we had an electrical problem. they didnt give me any prior notice and had to look for a new hotel on the spot. terrible experience!!!
Good location! The room is very small, lucky we only stayed for 2 nights.
Unpleasant Stay
The hotel was undergoing major renovation during our stay. The room was very small, noisy and smell of paint allover the hotel. The room got very hot since the AC was not working in the whole hotel, The hotel has one small elevetar with maximum capacity of 3 people. Staff doesnot speak English and hard to communicate with.
conveniently sited hotel, quite central.
sadly we arrived when the hotel was just starting renovations. no hotel name on front of building. just white hoarding. builders tape and concrete in reception. no english tv channel yet new wide screen tv in room. no air conditioning, breakfast waitress won the basil faulty prize for rudeness, her name began with a G. the new manager was delightful, and invited us back for a courtesy 2 day stay after renovations were done for which we were grateful. i am sure when the works are completed it will be a very nice boutique hotel to stay in.
Clean, convenient and cheap!
My wife and I wanted to see Paris in the spring from New York. Even thought this year (2015) winter was extra long and spring seem have taken extra time to arrive, we still had a great time in Paris thanks in part to our stay at this hotel. The room was a bit smaller but the fact that it was so close to the main attractions (within 15 mins walking distance) and knowledgeable staff it was well worth it.
Not as good as advertised
Got there, the hotel was under construction. The second floor, where my room was, smelled like spray paint and the air conditioning was broken with 90 degree weather. I complained and got moved to the top floor which was slightly better than the second floor but was not comfortable. Room barely fit myself and my luggage, the shower was almost too small to walk into and the humidity was nearly unbearable. Also, the wifi did not work at all. I needed to work while there on my laptop and the speed of the wifi was painful, my iphone wouldn't even connect from any place but the main lobby. The staff was accommodating with moving me to the top floor and the woman at the front desk was very nice at least. I think if the hotel had working air conditioning and was not being painted/worked on, it would have been much better.
So-so...
So-so... well... we stayed there for 2 nights... hotel was easy to find thank to google maps... and its about 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Its next to the subway, I could feel my bed moving once one night when the train was passing by. The room is VERY small, two twins put together, beds are hard, I found a hair between the sheets and another one between one of the towels, no iron in room (you have to ask for it at the front desk and take it back) and no safety deposit box in room (only at the front desk)!!!! Bathroom is extra small, no place to leave your things and very small closet. Bathtub good, excellent water temperature. Lift super small, only fits 3, room numbers identified with a piece of paper and the number printed on it (look like a motel!). Rooms are not isolated so you can hear everything in the room next to yours! Breakfast is very limited, greasy croassants, juices (not natural), cheese, ham, jam, butter, honey, bread, yoghourt, coffee tastes very good. The first morning we had breakfast around 8 am, there was a very nice lady welcoming us and all the oher guests in the breakfast room, making sure everything was fine. Second breakfast was horrible, we got there half an hour before closing and could not find anything decent to eat, there was a different employee that day, she didnt replace the dishes with ham or nothing... we couldnt have breakfast in peace, she was doing so much noice... throwing everything in the tables and kichen (forks, spoons, et
Basic but good value for money. Small rooms but adequate.
Too tiny of room
Two large suitcases didn't fit in the room and so we had to place one in the bathroom in order to be able to move around. The room was tiny to say the least and as a couple it was impossible to both move at the same time. Paint was peeling from all around the window frame in the bathroom, a mere day of not using the room could have easily fixed that. On a better note though, the lady working when we checked in was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very central and quite easy to get around. I think if people look around that they could find a better deal especially considering the size.
Nice hotel close to Eiffel Tower
Our room had recently been renovated, it was very clean and lovely. The hotel was a 10 min walk to the eiffel tower and river seine, which was fab. The road we were on had loads of places to eat which was great. The only small downfall was that at night the doors on the floor below (which was being renovated) would bang and keep us awake. The lady on reception was also pretty grumpy! We did have a lovely stay though and really enjoyed paris.
Paris! Hotel near Eiffel Tower
Had a nice trip, wish the Parisians were more helpful!
Not bad, but not 3 star hotel!
This is definitely not a 3 star hotel in any way! Although clean, the rooms are very small. The shower was horrible experience (less than square meter) and the the curtain crowds you in that little space by sticking onto your back :P If they want to make the shower that small, at least make it a glass box instead of sticky curtains. Two of the staff were nice, whole the third was rude. We asked them for an iron, they gave us a one that is not working (the buttons and nobs were broken!). The wifi is so slow and with very weak signal; we had to stay by the door to have connection.
Wifi in hotel room could only get every now and then for a few minuets ,room113 large cracks on the walls which did look to clever
Eco budget friendly
Staff friendly, English speakers and helpful. Cleaners doing a fantastic job with their tasks. Location wise; great, near Eifel Tower and metro links. Room conditions; 1/5, very much dated and crying for refurbishments. Facilities 3/5, comfortable bed, Free Wifi & Lift but WC & room are tight in space.
Not as accommodating as my 1st stay there.
I stayed there in 2013 and it was wonderful despite the very small rooms. In 2015 the staff was not very accommodating. Only 2 towels are provided for each room so when we showered after a long day of walking the streets of Paris and wanted to shower again the next morning to help us wake up for the day it was impossible. We'd reuse the towels but the shower is tiny and water ends up all over the floor so we had to use the towels to dry the floor. When I called the front desk they informed me that the maid doesn't come in until after 8:30am. We offered to come get the towels but they were not kept at the front desk. We went for breakfast and figured we'd take our showers after but the maid had not made it to our room by 11am but she was in the hall way so I asked if we could have 2 towels off of her cart and she said no. So...no towels for us that morning. The hotel arranged for our taxi back to the airport which I've paid the exact same price for each trip to and from the airport but this time it was 26 euros more than the usual price and this taxi (unlike every other taxi in Paris this trip) did not accept credit cards. I've taken 3 trips to Paris since 2013. The 1st trip and 3rd trip I stayed at this hotel. The 2nd trip I stayed at Mecure across from the Eiffel Tower. I would recommend the Mecure as it has larger rooms, friendlier staff, and a large breakfast buffet.
great surrounding
great location
Good location, small but very clean room
I had mostly a positive experience. The hotel location was good, and the room was clean. Only negatives: (1) The shower is extremely small - one of the smallest I've ever seen. So you basically take a shower with the shower curtain rubbing against your body the entire time. I am not a big person but the shower was really exceptionally small. (2) The wireless Internet service is very spotty. (3) The primary front desk individual - a shorter white man with black hair combed to the side - was quite rude but I honestly don't even know what his problem was. He just wasn't friendly for no apparent reason. (1) is relatively hard for the hotel to fix, but (2) and (3) is relatively easy to fix and let's hope they do this.
Estonia
Good value for money
just okay
The hotel was just okay. No breakfast offered with stay also rooms that face the street are alittle noisey due to the metro stop in front of the hotel.
Tiny but Great
This is a tiny hotel--but perfect tiny--close to Metro, restaurants, bars. Great location. Great price. I would absolutely stay here again.
Avoid it
The room was an oversized closet. It was very uncomfortable and we kept having to move our bags just to move around the room. The bathroom door kept hitting the bed so we had to leave the door open!! Very small bathroom, and it was very hazardous to take a shower in a very tight area. Since we were there for just one night, we tolerated it. For a lengthy stay, avoid it. The room was outdated with very dingy furniture. The hotel did not have the usual conveniences like an ice machine. The air ventilation system did not work well and we found ourselves very warm in the room. On the positive side and its only positive attribute, it was very close to the Paris sites and was an easy walking distance to them.
close to subway and walk to the Eiffel Tower
We enjoyed the fact that there were many restaurants and stores in very close walking distance. The metro was close by with lots of lines to take you through the city.
Ordinary room in ordinary place
Adequate but not exceptional. Breakfast buffet was pretty marginal for 12 euros.
Good location
Hotel is in a good location. The rooms are ver small and quite claustrophobic. Staff was excellent and rooms were very clean.
Paris a place to visit
Paris is more than what you could expect, lot to see, good transportation, the cost is high, the hotel was a 3 star but for us was less than one.The Paris pass is a plus. The first day take the bus trip and see most of the places that you want to visit, take the day on the bus and them decide where to go,it hard to see all in one visit.I enjoy every second of it,except for the hotel.
Quaint hotel near the metro station
This is a hotel for need not lavish creature comforts. We used it because it was close to the metro and cafés. We spent little time inside. We slept and showered. Staff was accommodating and friendly
Great location, old hotel, scarf was missing from
The room was nothing like what was pictured on Hotels.com, it was much smaller and older, and the bathroom was unbearable. I felt a sense of immediate regret upon stepping into the room, but we figured we will be out and about all day and the hotel was already paid there is no point yo get another hotel. What was most disappointing is that we ended up losing my beautiful scarf. I specifically left the scarf folded and on the bed so I will wear it for the night outing after my return from Versailles, when I got back to the hotel the room was cleaned and the scarf was gone. I THOUGHT IT WAS PROBABLY SITTING AROUND THE ROOM, so a day later when I packed my things and checked out and to see that it really was not there I was really disappointed. We spoke to the front desk and they asked the cleaning person, but of course the problem was not resolved because I still have no clue where my scarf disappeared to. I really do not recommend this hotel.
Tiny rooms
Hotel was in a great location ( 5 mins walk from Eiffle Tower). Clean and tidy room but very small. The room just about fitted a double bed in. The bathroom (shower room) was also tiny,to use the toilet you had to squeeze under the sink (washbasin). Also there was a lack of power points, only 2, one for the TV and the other for the kettle. So not good if you have phones, iPads etc.. (We had two of each and e-cigs). Ok for a few nights but not longer. We will not be using this hotel again even for one night.
Just as expected
I would agree with some previous posts that the pictures online are of nicer rooms than you will probably see, or at least than what I saw. However, the hotel was what we expected for the price. It has a GREAT location, just minutes from two different metro stations and about a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. There are a number of different shops and restaurants in the neighborhood which was also convenient. The rooms are TINY - this is typical of European hotels and what we expected, and we were still a little shocked by how small the rooms was. But, we were in Paris and we were NOT planning on spending a lot of time in our room! Room was clean and comfortable, and just what we expected overall.
Nice hotel
Close to 2 Metro stations ... 15-minute walk to Eiffel Tower (Champs de Mars) ... nice staff ... only con is the breakfast -- 12Euros is expensive for very few choices ... breakfast is not good .. but overall, we enjoyed our stay .. our rooms were cleaned everyday, fresh towels everyday .. nice staff :)
Good news and bad news.
Wonderful room service! Clean sheets and towels etc every day! Wonderful breakfast staff and excellent choice of food! In other words, the staff were very polite, helpful, obliging, friendly and efficient! Highly recommended! BUT.......Ther room was VERY poor! Yes, well cleaned by the staff but it was shabby, miniscule,We were crammed in with our cases etc. Had to leave most of our clothes in our cases! Only a sad looking old wardrobe, barely enough for one person .....with only three hangers. Should be a SINGLE room!! Bathroom door had swelled so did not close. Embarrassing when needing toilet! Paintwork old and badly chipped. Gave NO feeling of well being..Felt like a scruffy cheap bedsit , NOT an hotel! I NEVER complain but this time I felt I had to!
Nice break
We had never been to Paris before and it was lovely. Hotel was nice, fairly basic, room and ensuite not particularly big but adequate. Breakfast cereals, croissants, toast, boiled eggs, ham cheese all fresh. Metro line runs overground at front of hotel was not working while we were there but might be a little noisy for front rooms. Metro service is excellent way of getting round. We also booked a three day bus/boat pass which was great way of seeing all of Paris.
Good value
Close to Eiffel Tower, good value, good continental breakfast.
Fleabag Hotel. In desparate need of an upgrade.
Showers waaaay too small for even one small person - literally a 2 x 2 foot square base with a drain and a curtain around it. Do not stay here no matter what. The price per night is not worth it. Slimy, floors dirty. Would recommend Hotel Ambassador over this option.
Nice hotel close to Eiffel tower
Originally booked for a twin but when arrived there were no twins left so we had to spend our first in night in a double room until one became available, no compensation was offered for the inconvience. Rooms clean. Quiet. Some staff pleasent some not. Breakfast a little overpriced but what's offered is adequate.
Over rated
Old hotel (still has an old sign outside with a previous name, so hard to spot if you are driving). Tiny rooms, old carpets, chipped paint everywhere. Certainly NOT a 3 star; in fact barely a 2 star. However, the staff are well trained and pleasant. The biggest problem is that it looks nice on the web site and although we choked on the price, we thought that it would be worth it. HUGE disappointment when we got there. It absolutely is not worth the price. We felt cheated by a slick web site presentation.
Good
Small rooms, nice staff. Good location. Near Metro station, could be a problem inbthe morning with the noise.
Close to everything
Rooms were very small. As well as bathrooms. The location was okay. Can walk to every attractions. Service was really nice and helpful. If you are looking for a place just to sleep and be out all day, then this place is good. Restaurants and shops surround the place.
Unacceptable
A complete rip off!!! Booked the hotel cause I thought it's the cheapest end up paying £80 more and they are charging a 6yrs old child for an adult rate absolutely disgusting..
Well positioned hôtel in Paris
I emjoyed the réception we received seeing we arrivred at 8am and the room was avalable at 3pm, they gave us pour room anyway. The room is very small but thats Paris I've neen told. Location is petfect for a tourist and area is very saft.
Great location
as the hotel is close enough to Eiffel Tower, I could enjoy Eiffel Tower any time. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The staffs were also kind.
Train
Very Close to two of the train station line number 6 I think it is good to stay near to the train station
convenient location
small hotel, very nice staff, walking distance from restaurants and landmarks. Breakfast is delicious.
Very comfortable hotel, excellent location
We love thw hotel. The room was a bit small but that is normal in Paris. The bed, bedding and pillows were great,! The hotel staff was very helpful and polite, always advising and answering our questions. The hotel has an excellent location, one block away from a metro station, so we ride metro and train every day. We will definitely stay again when we comeback to this beautiful city.
Great Location...BUT
It was a decent hotel. The main reason we went with this hotel was because of its "shuttle service" to CDG airport. Sadly they only offer that service FROM the hotel.
You can do better than this.
1. The staff said this was a non smoking hotel. I could clearly smell smoke from other rooms every night in my room. I told several people at the front desk and they did nothing. 2. This is the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. 3. The shower was tiny. I could not turn around in this small place. 4. No clock. 5. No refrigerator. 6. Walls paper thin. 7. Elevator very slow. 8. No view at all. 9. Over priced. 10. I booked a tour to Normandy only to have it canceled hours before the tour.
Terrible
Terrible terrible terrible...!!!!
Adorable, but petite hotel
Adorable, but petite hotel in the 15th, a nice neighborhood, although plan on buying metro passes, as it's a bit far from the center...Hotel faces above ground train line, but away from the train tracks the neighborhood is upscale. Bathroom is also small, but seems to be typical for a european style bathroom. Beds are very comfortable, and the decor/color scheme is clean and comfortable as well....
Great location
I'll keep this simple... Pros: 10 mins Eiffel Tower on foot (but you'll see it in 5!), affordable, polite and helpful staff, easy to reach via metro line outside hotel. Breakfast wasn't free but was good, not a huge selection but essential French cuisine (croissants, pain au chocolat) of good quality Cons: Very small shower with old shower curtain that didn't look clean, a few stains here and there in bathroom on plastic window blinds again made it look a bit unclean.
Good location
I would recommend to my friend for next holiday that is a good location and closed to station is easy to get sky train
Convenient
This hotel is very convenient. It is located near several metro stations and several tourist sites are with-in walking distance including the Eiffel Tower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, while quite small, was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel if you do not intend to spend much time in your room while visiting Paris.
Pleasant hotel, excellent staff.
Stayed three nights. Very comfortable bed. There was a power cut to my room wich was sorted out promptly. Staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful.
Nice Hotel
Nice place to stay, close to Metro. Rooms very tiny, bath the size of cruise ship bath. No ice available Staff was great
Parisian Break
Great Hotel but don't expect the WiFi to be average in rooms. BAD. Close to Eiffel Tower about 10 min slow walk. Meals close by are great but watch the prices, about 15-25 euro per main meal only. Breakfast is plentiful but not English in any way. Pasteries, cerial, juices ect.
ok
The room is too small for 2 persons. There was only one power court to use. The room was clean and staff were nice. The Wifi connection was not good in our room. Sometimes, we had to go down stairs to get Wifi connection.
miserable staff
the location of the hotel itself is good - short walk to the Eiffel tower room itself is quite small biggest negative was the staff - the man that worked the night shift for the first 4 nights of our stay was extremely rude, never said hello to us, not even on arrival, when we asked questions would be very blunt, we actually hated going out at night because it meant we had to encounter him the other staff were ok but still never having been to paris it would have been nice if someone would have explained to us where things were in proximity to us, given us restaurant suggestions or suggestions on things to do (like they had in all our other hotels during our Europe trip)
A short stroll to the Eiffel Tower
The hotel is in a perfect location between two metro stations and a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. Check in and check out were a breeze. My only complaint was the printer wasn't working in the lobby so we couldn't print out our train tickets that we booked online.
Small, but comfortable
small, but comfortable. Suitable for a short term stay. Shower is incredibly small. Breakfast bar on 1st floor provides a good selection to choose from. Close to Eiffel Tower (10-15min walk). Close to Metro. There is a market every week under the Metro with a great choice of foods, clothes and souvenirs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Many restaurants very close by too.
Close to metro and locations
It was just ok for the price compared to other hotels but I wouldn't stay there again ..
Reasonably comfortable hotel.
This hotel was in a good situation. The desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable but a little dark and it wasn't possible to open the window. The bathroom was good but the room itself was a little shabby. The sheets were comfortable and very clean. The buffet breakfast was good but a little pricey. I liked the fact that it was optional. Nothing major to complain about!
Typical small rooms. But staff was very polite and acommodating. Very close to metro and effiel tower. Would deffinately. Recommend for shortstay.

The front desk staff were very helpful and gave great advice on what to see and where to eat (especially useful as a vegetarian). The room was small but comfortable.
