Comfortable stay

Our stay was comfortable. The hotel is in walking distance of many restaurants and a park. We stayed for 3 nights and were not bothered by any noise or other individuals staying at the hotel.

On one of the hottest nights, they disabled the airconditioning. Room very small and very hot. You have to go down to reception to get them to reinstate. Impossible to have a shower properly and impossible to wash your hair as the shower head was very blocked. The couple of of spray nodes were working and the pressure meant the experience was like being hit by a focused laser/high speed pressure washer. Asked them to fix this the first night and they never did.

Clean and renew hotel. Small rooms. Just for sleep and go. Old building but renew inside.

good location for hotel as near the Metro but a bit far from the main tourist spots. Card machine was not available during our stay - luckily, we had enough cash to pay for the room. Room itself is quite small - just enough space for my husband and i so not really comfortable. Location's access to main transportation route is really important to me, thus, will still consider this hotel if i visit Paris in the future

2 minutes walk to metro, Luggage storage,I stayed in another b&bhotel 100€per night,for 3 nights,it wasn't allowed for luggage storage but it stated they had a luggage room..I phoned to this hotel and replied that I could left the luggage for several days after I visited other places.The staff helped me to carry the luggage to the reception. Very helpful .Breakfast was very nice too

So clean and fresh! Tiny but that’s any hotel in Paris... very prompt service at the breakfast which was delicious too.

The elevator does not star from the ground floor. You have to climb to the first floor with luggages in order to get to the reception where there's an elevator. I would have selected another hotel if had I known this.

I liked the cleanliness, nice quiet patio for breakfast, good breakfast, staff was very nice, good area seems safe. I was only there one night but overall very good and our room was nice and comfortable. Only negative is trying to get all luggage to lobby area before we can use very small elevator. Staff (women) don't know her name on 6/01 at 14:00 she helped us with the luggage- very sweet of her.

Very friendly staff ready to make your visit as rich as possible. Good advice for knowing the neighbourhood with knowledgeable recommendations.

The shower is pretty small, but overall it was a great pleasure.

Great staff - lovely clean, great location

This hotel is such good value for a very central Paris hotel. We have stayed at several of the Ibis Styles in Paris (such nice design finishes compared to the standard brand) and this one is really special. I only marked down the comfort slightly as due to the very central location, literally 2 mins walk from Laumiere Metro stop (a few stops from the Eurostar at Gare du Nord) the rooms are small compared to some of the other Ibis Styles in Paris... but those hotels are not as conveniently located. Also, you can get bigger rooms in the hotel but at busy times, naturally these are allocated to the couples & my friend and I are single, both staying in separate rooms. This is completely fair & as it should be - one thing I think the organisation could ask itself however is therefore to be a smarter with the design. When I removed one of the bedside tables & moved my (very comfortable as ever at Ibis) double bed close to the window wall, the room was transformed! SO much more space - in fact enough that they could have fitted a full size desk and chair to other side of the bed and still doubled the floor space! Tellingly, the floor beneath the bed was spotless - like everywhere in this hotel - top marks to the cleaners! The staff are exceptional - incredibly helpful and friendly - it's so encouraging to see the same positive, smiling people helping you visit after visit. The bright lounge & access to the terrace outside makes this location extra special. Continental brek v good.

Nice near residential neighborhood metro park

Renovated, small well furnished room, .small back yard in lobby area. Nice staff and neighborhood. Very clise to metro.

The hotel is very near to Gard Nord. Easy to travel to other part of Paris

Clean, Comfy, Conveniently Located

Conveniently located across from Lumière Metro Station. Upon entering, you’ll notice a set of stairs that you need to go up which leads directly to the reception desk. Room was very small (twin bed) but included all basic necessities. Room was clean and pillows were fluffy. View was nice, looking out to the street below. Shower was small! I kept hitting the nozzle every time I turned. The walls are a bit thin, I could hear my neighbour blowing their nose, but could not hear conversation, not too bad though, you still have privacy. For some reason the WIFI sucked. I don’t know if it was because my room was at the end of the hall? But I could barely connect! Let alone watch Netflix or YouTube. I ended up using my data the entire stay. The breakfast was simple, pasteries, bread with a selection of spreads, coffee, tea, cereal, yogurt, ham and fruits. The freshly squeezed juice was a nice touch! Delicious! Overall, great stay with a convenient location, comfy bed and clean space. Downside was wifi. I would definitely recommend staying here.

OK for a tourist!

Rooms are VERY small. OK if you are not intending to spend time in the room, but completely inconvenient if you are a business traveler, and trying to get work done in the room. Staff was very nice and efficient. OK for a budget traveler that will only sleep in the room.

Close to train stations

The hotel is right across the street from Metro Station exit. There are not too many eateries closed by except middle eastern food. There is a bakery across the street & mini grocery store. The room is comfy but small, breakfast was decent but option was limited. The coffee machine & self service fresh OJ was nice touch. Hotel check in is on the second level (no elevator to that level from the street.) Not bad value for the $ but I wouldn't call it a 3 stars.

Reasonably priced hotel, clean but small rooms

The hotel room is tiny (even for European standard.). Tasty breakfast with great coffee and fresh squeezed OJ. Be aware that the elevator starts at second floor so if you are not able to deal with that, then may be better look elsewhere. It’s located right across the street from the metro exit makes hitting city center a quick metro ride. There is a small Market and bakery across the street. There are a couple of restaurants close by but nothing exciting. Great for travel on budget.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE. KEEP AWAY.

The service was terrible. The French are really terrible and lazy about doing their work. Won't do a single thing to make a customer feel welcome. AM NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN.

Weekend getaway

Nice hotel, great location. Rooms are very small, hard to walk around with two carry on bags! Breakfast is overall good (natural orange juice!) but it gets a bit boring after a few days as it is the same everyday. No warm food. Lift is very tight, we were lucky to stay in second floor so we didn't use it much. Great value for Paris, metro just outside the building with great connections to airports and centre.

Sunny weekend in Paris

Bright clean accommodation with a friendly and helpful staff, simple breakfast, free wifi, a sitting area, and a small garden. We’d go there again. Just be aware rooms are not spacious. Very convenient for Gare du Nord and Metro into centre.

Très bien situé. Au pied du métro à deux pas du quai de la Loire et des Buttes Chaumont. Petit déjeuner au top. Copieux et de qualité. Chambre très propre mais microscopique. Tout juste de quoi poser deux valises format cabine. Côté cours au calme je ne sais pas ce que ça donne côté ville.

Une petite chambre mais très propre. A 50 m du métro L'accueil est un peu moins agréable que par le passé mais globalement cet hôtel reste un bon choix.

Hôtel très bien mais service absolument pas à la hauteur des autres ibis styles , petit déjeuner ou l’on vous dit à 9h un samedi qu’il n’y a plus de muesli , plus de pancakes , plus de poulet et une seule cafetière donc beaucoup d’attente debout pour avoir un café Après le pdj, 20 mn devant un ascenseur qui ne s’arrête jamais au rdc, passant sans cesse directement du -1 au 7eme , aucune explication ni excuse de la part du responsable d’accueil, bref dommage mais un ibis styles qui ne fait pas bonne presse aux autres du groupe

sejour tres agreable,chambre tres propre,tres bonne literie mais systeme de chauffage tres bruyant et ventilation trop forte, nous n avons pas su ou pas pu!!! regler ce probleme et nous avons carrement coupé le chauffage pour dormir tranquille...pour le reste, rien à dire, nous reviendrons surement dans cet hotel très bien situé et entretenu..

Toute petite chambre mais propre

La qualité du séjour dépend beaucoup de la chambre attribuée. Cette fois j'ai eu droit à la plus petite qui permet à peine à faire le tour du lit et bénéficie d'une douche de 60x80 cm...

Chambres- boites!

les chambres sont vraiment très exiguës et mal isolées. lL'on entend le voisin prendre sa douche ou aller aux toilettes...rentrer tard les soir ou se lever tôt le matin! Il faut s, équiper de boules quies et ne pas envisager de passer beaucoup de temps dans sa chambre-boite!

Séjour très agréable

Hôtel confortable même si les chambres sont petites et la salle de bains minuscule. Très propre et neuf dans la déco. Très bonnes viennoiseries. Belle vue lorsqu'on est au 7e étage sur rue et malgré l'animation parisienne, très calme. Personnel attentionné.

Hôtel à 2 pas du métro. Chambres (très) petites mais propres et correctement équipées. Il manque une bouilloire, une chaise ou un emplacement pour ranger une valise. Accueil agréable.

Hôtel agréable, récemment rénovée. Chambre propre, literie confortable. Bouteille do et friandises offerte dans la chambre. La salle de bain est petite, notamment la douche pour des personnes de grande taille, attention aucune miniature proposée dans la salle de bain, seul un gel douche/shampooing/nettoyant visage. J’avais une chambre côté rue, un peu de bruit de musique du fait d’un restaurant en face mais qui s’est arrêté vers minuit.

Hôtel agréable à côté du métro

Situé à proximité immédiate du métro Laumiere. Chambres correctement équipées et très propres mais vraiment très petites : il y a tout juste la place pour tourner autour du lit. Parking bon marché (15€) mais l'accès est compliqué et doit être réservé aux véhicules de petit gabarit. Accueil très agréable. Petit déjeuner correct. Séjour globalement positif.

Alles gut sehr zentral und genügend lokale für ein gutes Essen. Zimmer zur Straße kann etwas laut sein aber geht für Grossstädter….

Bien situé, à quelques mètres du métro

Hôtel en travaux de rénovation (attention aux bruits, aux odeurs de peinture et à la poussière). Le résultat est agréable, les chambres sont neuves et confortables. Attention cependant à l'étroitesse de la salle d'eau, le lavabo mobilise la moitié de l'entrée de la cabine de douche. Bonne literie. Insonorisation faible avec les bruits des chambres voisines et du couloir. Petit déjeuner sympa dans une salle toute neuve. Un bon rapport qualité prix sur Paris

Tres decue hotel en travaux ce qui n etait pas précisé sur le site.donc ascenceurs condamnés marteau piqueur a 8h pile( j aifait mon schek in a plus de 23h ! )et clim non en fonction (dormir la fenetre ouverte a paris n est pas de tout repos) a mon etonnement que les trzvaux ne soient pas mentionnés im m a ete repondu de toutes façons on ferme bientot.

Très bien endroit restaurant métro bus , c’est au centres de tout transport et le quartier du 19 eme porte

Produit inaproprié

La chambre ne correspondait pas a la reservation demandee. Trop petite (<13 m2). Argument avvsnce a la réception : nous gardons les chambres plus grandes pour les familles avec enfants.... Aucun endroit pour poser nos 2 valises . Reglage de la hauteur du pommeau de douche impossible. Niveau d'isolation avec la chambre d'à côté trop faible, donc reveillé par la personne de cette chambre qui partait en claquànt sa porte a 6h et de nouveau vers 8h00.

Très bon séjour ,rien à dire par contre je n'arrive pas à avoir ma facture correspondante

Petite salle de bain.Un

Un agréable séjour à l'hôtel. Cependant la sdb était vraiment trop petite, la douche petite pour se savonner et pour me sécher j'ai du le faire dans la toilette car plus de place. C'est bien dommage.

Belle chambre, espace limité

Chambre agréable, confortable et très propre. L’espace intérieur est cependant très exiguë autour du lit.

L'accueil et l'amabilité des personnes très professionnelles sont un vrai +. Idéalement situé à côté du métro et du bus. Le seul point négatif est l'accueil au 1er étage sans ascenseur. Je reviendrai sans hésiter

Essendo incinta, avevamo chiesto una stanza silenziosa e con doccia; siamo stati accontentati in entrambi i casi. Spazi molto ristretti, come accade spesso, ma non impossibili. Letto molto comodo. La colazione un po' scarsa sul salato ma perfetta per noi italiani.

Hotellet är utmärkt och som jobbar där jättetrevliga men tre dagar de glömde att lägga plast koppar då går till receptionen och hämtar.

Agréable mais trop petit

Bonjour, hôtel très bien situé et personnel adorable. Seul bémol, chambre trop petite. Il faut se contorsionner pour accéder à la salle de bain et pourtant nous sommes de petits gabarits, moins de 1,70. Par conséquent prix un peu élevé pour un petit espace.

Minizimmer (gefühlt 3x3m), gute Lage, super Frühstück ohne jeglichen Zeitdruck. Bin in 20min zu Fuß vom Gare de L'est gegangen. Nähe zum schönen Park Butte Charmount.

Correct sans plus. Pratique pour l'accès métro à proximité. manque de commodités dans la chambre et la salle de bain (, j'ai eu un peu froid malgré les réglages, pas de tablette pour poser sa trousse, taille réduite au minimum sur tout les éléments où poser ses affaires et sur l'espace autour du lit , 1 seul prise électrique, une armoire sans porte et un peu de bruit venant du dessus. le plus; le petit-déjeuner compris, à côté de l'accueil suffisamment varié. un bon lit, une douche bien chaude au 4e.

Ótimo custo beneficio

O hotel atendeu super bem os sete dias que permaneci em Paris. Cheguei as 23:40hrs e fui muito bem atendido e ao sair as 04:40hrs do último dia, não tive nenhum problema com o horário para o check-out. O hotel apresenta-se próximo a estação da Lumière, levando cerca de 20 a 30 minutos para chegar aos principais pontos turísticos. O metro de Paris funciona muito bem. O café da manhã do hotel é simples (padrão europeu), mas atende muito bem. O elevador é um pouco apertado, tive que fazer duas viagens com as malas, mas não vi isso como um empecilho. Próximo ao hotel há vários mercados e restaurantes, ou seja, possui uma boa infraestrutura. No quarto, as instalações estavam sempre limpas.

Freundliches Personal, anständige Auswahl beim Frühstück, vor allem das es bis 10 Uhr ging.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bien et le personnel impeccable. De plus, le petit déjeuner est complet, la literie confortable et la salle de bains convenable. Seul bémol : les escaliers à monter avec les valises avant d'atteindre le hall d'accueil et l'ascenseur.

Muito bem localizado..na porta do.metroO único.problema é q a recepção esta no 1o andar e não tem elevador..só da tecepção para os quartos, mas os funcionários ajudaram co. as malas.

Digne d'une IBIS Style, confort et services de l'enseigne Accor. Le quartier est sympa, parc des buttes de Chaumont à moins de 5mn à pieds, je recommande un restaurant au passage : l'Atlantide (restaurant Berbère).

Es un hotel sencillo, pero limpio y en una zona tranquila. A escasos metros de una parada de metro. Volveríamos.

El hotel ha estado muy bien y el servicio excelente, nos han ayudado mucho a situarnos con las líneas de metro.

Super Hotel! Klasse Service und die Zimmer sind auch sehr schön.

Gute Lage, nettes Personal, aber sehr einfach.

Lage sehr gut mit direkter Anbindung an Metro 5, Restaurants und Geschäfte in der nächsten Umgebung. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück für französische Verhältnisse auch ok. Das Zimmer hat leider keinerlei Ablagefläche, arbeiten mit Laptop nur auf dem Bett möglich. Auch für Kleider nur spärliche Ablagefläche und ein paar Bügel. Das Bad nicht geheizt und der Lift so klein, dass ich lieber zu Fuss bis in den 4. Stock lief. Preis-Leistung ist aber doch ganz ok.

Hotel padrão da rede Ibis, com boas instalações de quarto e banheiro, bom café da manhã. Localização distante dos principais pontos turísticos de Paris, porém de fácil acesso ao metro (estação de metro a 1 quadra do hotel).

Het hotel is precies zoals op de foto’s, erg schoon, fijn personeel, dicht bij het metrostation en bij verschillende supermarkten. Voor kledingwinkels en/of grote winkelketen moet je naar het centrum reizen. Dit is zo’n 30 minuutjes

Hôtel basique pour un jour ou deux

A première vue, ça ne fait pas forte impression... La déco des couloirs est passée et on se demande si on est vraiment dans un ibis. L'ascenseur est ridiculement petit, il ne faut pas être claustrophobe. Une fois dans la chambre, l'impression est meilleure. On est dans le standard ibis côté déco (par contre, des vaches au mur et au plafond ??), et le lit est propre et confortable. Par contre la salle de bain est minuscule, quand on s'assoit sur les toilettes, on a les pieds dans la douche. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment sans plus, il ne m'a pas fait forte impression. Très peu de choix et qualité industrielle. Sinon chambre calme même si elle donne sur la rue, j'ai bien dormi.
