perfect location for metro great value
Great location for the tennis and easy public transport links
Second time staying here and was gobsmacked. Service. Staff are below par, girl who works at the bar shouting at a much older lady. Was given a voucher for a drink from the manager and she seemed annoyed by this. Banging and knocking things around because wine was not included in the voucher although the manager said to honour it. She goes on to shout in French at the manager. Very uncomfortable and not the way to behave from someone providing a service. The reason I was given a voucher, the housekeeping came into my room, peed in the toilet , left the lid up and didn’t flush. The whole bedroom smelt upon our return. We knew it was a man as there was no tissue in the toilet. Lo and behold when we saw the houskeeeping the next day serving our floor it was a man. I’ve never had housekeepers using the facilities in an occupied room. Thirdly, location is nice, near shops and the metro and very close to the arena. Breakfast shut 45 minutes early one day, we saw about 25 people come for breakfast to be told in a rude manner “NO breakfast is closed! Shut!”. They took away the pastries and turned off the hot drinks machine so they couldn’t be used. Friends of ours we made In the hotel had to go without food or drinks for breakfast. I’ve never seen such poor behaviour and rude staff especially from a hotel. I’ll be logging a formal complaint with the hotel chain, specifically about the bar girl. Terrible attitude to be shouting at customers.
Rooms were small. Bathrooms outdated. No area to put clothes in drawers, or anything that would make you feel more comfortable (mini fridge, etc). House cleaning was rude on multiple times, one of which being scuffed at for still being in our room (sleeping) when they wanted to clean. The AC worked on the first night, then stopped after that. We were told they shut off the AC/Air to all residents because it was cool outside and we didn’t need it anymore… Except, windows barely opened and it’s right next to a music venue that occasionally plays loud music till late in the night - and you needed to have your windows open because no air. All in all, there were no bed bugs, so that’s good. But I’d try to find a place that values your comfort a bit more, and well personally try to avoid coming to this property again.
The breakfast was amazing So amazing I will close my eyes to the things I did not like
A standard room. You know what you're paying for. Clean, decent, functional. Buffet breakfast good. Metro station nearby and 10 mins walk to o gate du Lyon.
I stayed at Paris Ibis Style Hotel for six nights and, unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. The rooms were incredibly small with no coffee maker, drinks, or iron provided. In fact, we had to pay a 20-euro deposit just to borrow an iron, which felt inconvenient. During our stay, the elevators broke down three times, forcing us to walk up and down eight floors – a huge hassle, especially after long days out. Additionally, the rooms had no air conditioning, and with the heat inside, it became almost unbearable. There was also no netting on the windows to prevent mosquitoes from getting in, and we ended up with several bites. On a positive note, the location was great, close to local attractions and public transport, but overall, the lack of basic amenities and comfort really overshadowed our stay.
Basic but good location and breakfast
Very basic rooms, not fancy at all, but we were ok with that as cheaper price. Great breakfast lots on offer, and really friendly staff. Right next to metro and easy to get to main tourist sites. Would recommend if you just want a basic hotel with friendly staff
The air conditioning doesn’t work well, and there definitely were flies in the room breakfast area (literally on the food). Proximity to the train station was nice, but I do agree with other reviews about noise at night! I appreciated the vending machines with snacks and essentials, like phone chargers. My husband complained about the size of the room and quality of pillows. Also anyone coming from the states remember that they don’t use washcloths, so bring your own if you need! The shower gets very slippery I almost fell. Biggest pro is the proximity to bercy, but during major events streets are blocked which can prevent getting a taxi or Uber
Ibis Bercy
Hotel double room is small but perfectly formed. Great for a short break and very close to Paris metro transport links.
A comfortable friendly place
This hotel was a really great stay. Every staff member that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, and I loved that there was a water filter machine directly in the lobby when you first get in. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. You could tell that there was a bit of wear and tear on the room, but that didn't detract from the overall comfort or style of them. Definitely worth the price!
Very basic
Confortable
The reception was easy to find & very quick. I also ask the receptionist if he could recomnand a nice restaurant, he did & the meal was lovely. The room itself was very nice, clean & the bed really confortable. The bathroom had both a bath or shower your choice. I really would go back. The breakfeast was continental & I enjoyed it.
The Metro is just outside the hotel. It was closed for renovations when I was there but generally amazing to have line 14 and line 6 at the front door of the hotel. Makes for good connections. Breakfast was super busy and packed every day but they have diversity and choice.
Clean hotel and good for our one night stay in Paris before flying out of CDG. Breakfast was included in our stay and was quite good! Only complaint would be that the shower did not stay a consistent temperature and would fluctuate between scalding and freezing which was unpleasant.
Made me not use the bathroom..
From the moment I attempted to check in the Hotel. I stayed in Lobby for 30 minutes because they were unable to locate my reservation. After finally finding it, they told me that I had to come back in about 2 hours because the rooms weren't ready. The worse of all is the room Toilet kind of made me a little sick. The bathroom was tiny, but the toilet wasn't clean. I asked for the toilet to be clean twice and the first time I was told not to worry about it. I held my bathroom duties until I got to my friend hotel to use the washroom for the first night. Then to top the stay off. They had no iron. I went to the front desk for an iron and the front desk staff indicated that a customer never returned it. I said It???!?? You should have an iron per room. But the entire hotel only had one iron and I had to go next door to Novotel to borrow an iron. Other than that, the shower was dirty, and the walls had lumps within them. I have included pictures for review. The good thing I can say about the place in is very close to the Metro 14 and the Metro 6 Trains. Which make it convenient to get to a lot of tourist spots within Paris.
Good place to stay close to main attraction using public transportation.
All was very acceptable
Avoid!!
Way too expensive for the quality. Do not go there.
Location was excellent as we needed to catch an early train from Bercy. The area has also improved a lot since the work has finished on the nearby stadium. It is relatively central and the hotel itself is very serviceable, clean, white sheets and a decent breakfast included.
The hotel is out dated but the staff at the reception were all wonderful especially Xafier.
A1 try the E-Scooters
The lifts were very slow as there was only one lift working for lots of people in the hotel
Comfortable
Rooms are a bit small but cleaned.
The bathroom/ restroom was very small.
A bit shabby
I stayed here a couple of years ago and it has become quite a bit shabbier since. Breakfast was chaos every morning and one morning was out of croissants, bread and tea for quite some time. It is very convenient for the arena and reasonably priced though.
Restaurant closed
I was extremely disappointed that there was no food available to eat at the hotel on the Saturday evening as the restaurant was closed to feed the people working at the Paris Tennis Masters. This had not been made clear when booking and I feel that there should have been food available for the normal guests.
Great location, close to metro, Gare Bercy and Gare d Lyon
Excellent stay
Excellent stay and very close to the Flix bus station, just around the corner and through the park. Metro no. 14. The breakfast has no savory options like cheese, ham, egg etc.
Could be better!
Old fashioned. Not very clean. Very limited surface.
Yes it was fine and clean and comfortable. Not much information about the room and the facilities.
Great staff, very welcoming & supportive. Good room, breakfast. Superb location, great VfM. Highly recommended (and I don’t always say that)!
Great value
Great overall. Parking does not belong to the hotel and it’s €30 overnight aprox. Breakfast was OK. No hot dishes. Great value for the price.
A éviter
Personnel jeune et inadéquate. Très cher.
Good location near the metro and arena. Walking distance to Bercy village shops and restaurants
Great location. Next to Metro and also to several F&B outlets. Decent neat & basic comfort - in classic Ibis style.
Spacious clean room. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Great location next to Bercy Station and the Bercy arena.
Good Hotel, a bit small but we didn’t spend much time in the room so it’s okay. The one thing that didn’t make sense was the fact there was no English TV it was all in French, although we didn’t spend much time in the room it would have been nice to watch something while we were in the room. Besides that served its purpose.
Location is good No toiletries, no safety box, small room
Great location for catching a train.
Enjoyed our overnight stay in Bercy.
Only 1 small bottle of drinking water provided, when the room is meant for 2 guests, there's no kettle to boil water, there was no frills nothing else but asking for price for 4 star hotel rate?
Wierd decoration. Convenient for metro into the centre. Safe underground car park (pay extra). Very small room.
We like this hotel for its proximity to the Autotrain station at Bercy, the Gare de Lyon, and Bercy Village. Disappointed this year to be 'entertained' by loud music/singing on our side of the hotel into late evening; will ask for a room on the other side of the hotel if this is repeated in future!
The staff was very friendly and spoke good English. The rooms are small for two people with luggage. I had a lot of my things spread out on the floor. You get free bottles of water daily which was very nice.
This is in a great location with many public transportation options easily available. Hotel was clean and comfortable -- breakfast adequate.
Very very tired
Ibis style Bercy- not bad hotel.
The room was not ready at time promised. There was no chair in the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Proprperty is not very central.
Rooms very small. No mini fridge or tea and coffee. Breakfast chaotic.
Right for Paris
Ideal hotel to visit Paris, nice rooms the hotel across the road from the metro station
Enjoyed my stay, room was clean and tidy. Staff were helpful. Location is great for getting round Paris.
Very noisy room, bedsheets not changed even after 3-4 nights, staff was very rude and doesn’t speak English... only good is the location... that is it.
BQM Traveller, Daly City USA
Overall experience is not good. The room is very small. The smell of the bathroom is like a rotten egg. When you open the door to the bathroom, the door hits the toilet bowl. Service is poor, it took 4 hours and second call to get an extra pillow. On the second day, they lock us out because we did not pay our room. We are staying for 5 days and my understanding is to settle the hotel bills upon check-out. I have to pay them cash for the duration of our stay so they would give access (new keys) to the room. I do not recommend this hotel especially to my fellow Americans for the experience we encountered.
Aircon was not working on a hot summer day because they still had a stupid winter policy where only the heating working no matter how hot or cold it is. Definitely not going back to stay here.
Bar open but often no staff attending the bar. Bar staff seemed not very friendly and not caring much of customers. Overall b/fast, room were very good and staff at reception were very friendly and helpful
Paris
was an amazing trip. Unfortunately, on our last night, the toilet blocked :-( they had no plunger to unblock it. Therefore they changed our room at midnight :-( even if we were checking out in the morning. :-( Besides that incident, hotel is clean, breakfast buffet is amazing. Metro station is across the street. THey have all kinds of bakery and sandwiches store around the hotel. 10 minute walk to Gare de Lyon and 5 to Gare de Bercy. Perfect location for us.
Fine if you need a bed for the night
Fine if you need a bed for the night don’t expect a lot of comfort in the rooms
Thumbs up!
Weather was perfect. was pretty lucky considering it was feb. Hotel was good. Staff were great. Services was excellent. Were friendly and helpful.
Very nice and comfortable experience. There are a few restaurants just outside the hotel. The Eiffel Tower is 12-15 mins away by car *thumbs up*. Overall, the atmosphere was great and I had a very good time with my girlfriend :)
Good location for Metro service. 1. Building under construction next door, so a lot of noise @ 7 am, if you want to sleep late so think twice. 2. Need to improve sweeping and cleanliness of floor in room. 3. Breakfast can be improve improved.
Very nice hotel, room and facilities. Great location next to metro station. Good breakfast.
Low season stay
Very big hotel so breakfast is a bit chaotic whatever time you go there! Good value for money in that area of Paris.
Good stop
A step away from Gare de Bercy and Bercy Metro station line 14. About 8 minutes walk from the great "Bercy Village". Of course, it's just behind the Bercy concert hall. Few cafes/bistro down the hotel. their breakfast is a very good options (nice breads, croissants and other danish, fruit salad, ham, cheese, etc)
I didn’t like the unprofessionalism of the staff as they were very unhelpful. The cleanliness of the hotel room was disgusting as the toilet and the bathroom in particular wasn’t cleaned properly. The hotel didn’t have basic facilities as other hotels would have such as a kettle and a desk to work it. I wouldn’t rate this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be coming to this establishment.
Nice hotel, Easily Accessible with all facilities.
Bad hotel
Rooms were very compact ,no wardrobe and WiFi was not working for 2 days and speed was like 2g when it was working ...
Close to the train station and plenty of restaurants close by!
It was nice. Nice staff, tidy room, quiet neiborhood! But It was kind of tiny room.. There is a space You can leave your luggage after checkout.
Lovely Paris stay
Great location next to metro station and many restaurants. Small rooms, but would certainly stay here again.
Bercy is a lovely area
Hated the decor of the hotel. The bed very comfortable the room was clean but the elevator and hallway not so much. The breakfast was generous and delicious.
Filthy toilet. Brown stains which can be seen from the shower. Shower design is very poor. It is so shallow that you have to be careful not to flood the bathroom. Breakfast was basic. The hallways were dark with strange artwork. The room itself was okay. No tea facilities within the room although complementary tea and coffee is available at reception. Close to the Bercy Metro Station and fairly easy to get to from central Paris. Upon check out, the reception staff was not interested in my observation about the toilet which was gross!
The hotel is at good location. Hotel was ok, friendly staff, clean room. Breakfast was poor. Good enough for couple days
Everything fine except for the price no boiler in room and the toilets were no white on the top due to the moisture. Perfect location for a show in Bercy, great and Very young staff .
clean Sufficient Hotel next to the Accor Arena
As the title mentions, it is a sufficient Hotel. It is fairly Clean, and has a decent Breakfast. The rooms have the bare minimum (nowhere to store your clothes, nor separate shampoo or body gel) But if you need to stay somewhere next to the concert hall, fairly clean, and with easy access to the city center, this is a good place.
Good hotel in a good area close to everything
Modern hotel near the river, the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was great, it even included freshly squeezed orange juice. The rooms were very clean and accommodating.
Wonderful Stay
Very nice and pleasant stay with good customer service and care, the hotel is most definitely recommend and we would stay there again. It is just the construction in the area in front of the hotel that is a bit of a sore eye. But that is not in control of the hotel as the hotel is very good and impressive on its own.
Dirty rooms
Dirty rooms and toilet, breakfast was poor, overpriced... You feel like it’s cheap hostel.. not recommended.
Room was without a working desk, too inconvenient for a business traveler. It's also very small.
Great for the price
I stayed for 1 night. That was perfect.
Excellent location for arena
Great location for the arena. Wooden flooring in room that always felt dirty under your feet. Need to keep room service and bar open later on concert nights. Lost out on a load of revenue!!
Not worth it
Staff were rude. There was nowhere to get food at night. The AC only works if you turn the heater on, but the first staff member i talked to did not know that and offered nothing in return when we had to sleep in a room that made us sweat. Awful.
Metro stop nearby. Breakfasts excellent with diverse enough food to please anyone.
Excellent. Great Breakfasts. Courteous staff. Convenient to Metro stop.
Tudo bem do básico. Estacionamento 30 Euros.
