Great experience overall
Yes
Good hotel but breakfast needs improving
Hotel is great for a short stay. Breakfast options very limited and not good value therefore.
Nice room, friendly staff. Pillow was very soft and didn't suit me but to be fair I didn't ask reception for an alternative which they may have had.
Very convient for tube, restaurants etc.
Clean new affordable hotel
New hotel. Very clean. Good check in experience. Perfect for a cheap weekend in London if you don’t mind walking 7 mins to Elizabeth line. Felt safe though.
Great location.
Awesome
Awesome and a great place!
The hotel is in an interesting area of London. Very convenient for transit too. Pleasant and helpful staff as well.
A good location hotel where you can reach Metro or go airport very soon. I’ll book the same hotel next time.
Good.
Everything was great, pretty clean and it's near the underground station
Good breakfast good location
Great experience and the room was really clean
A great place with full value for money. It’s in Ealing so expect the same things around. If you wish to stay cost effective and cozy this is an ideal location and property.
A nice hotel in a very accessible area of London, close to the train station etc. Service very good and room clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.
The property was nice, beds comfortable, room clean. Staff was extremely helpful and kind
Only comment I would say is that they need to provide hand towels and face cloths for their guests.
Ok
Always very good
Fair experience
We stayed here for one night. The location was great as it as close to all the stores around Ealing Broadway and the station. We were disappointed as the comfort was not the greatest. The room was extremely dark, the mirror was not clean as it had stains on it which made it difficult to use to get ready. There was a lack of pillows and towels. When taking a shower there is half a door and the water ended up coming out all over the bathroom floor. There is no way to prevent this unless you don’t take a shower. Overall, it was an ok experience.
No parking No phone inside room
Great location for dining and transportation, bus stop is just outside the hotel door and tube is 10 minute walk with connections to anywhere in the city. Rooms are very clean but you have to ask for daily housekeeping and extra towels. Rooms could use some little extras like fridge or safe. We had to use the safe in the reception area which is not ideal. Staff (with 1 or 2 exceptions) are very friendly, kind and eager to help out clients. Will use same hotel chain for future travels.
the property is clean, big room, nice bathroom, fresh clean towels, quite, good variety /choices for breakfast, staff very attentive to your needs, shops & resto nearby , close to metro station -15 mins direct.to LHR airport very convenient.
Awful staff
Dreaful and unfriendly staff. Won't return here
Nice, comfortable and quiet stay - I paid for breakfast in advance at £9.50 it’s a continental breakfast that lacked choice and ended up having a hot breakfast elsewhere - to be fair the staff did laugh when I was like I paid £9.50 for that
Room was clean, hotel had a nice vibe and the staff were very friendly.
Attractive decor, nice quiet rooms, good value for money
The hotel staff were lovely and the hotel was clean and well set out. The breakfast was really good too
Very close to Ealing shopping and good transport links with tube & buses. Rooms very clean & tidy and staff so friendly and always helpful. Good food options downstairs and feels very safe. Only two small issues shower a bit slippery, but rubber bath mat solution was good, and mattress a bit hard for my older body’s liking.
Good location, underground station near by. Large rooms and lovey condition of hotel
The area is amazing. This hotels location is its best asset. The breakfast is ok-ish… check in very bizarre & the service is sub-par. Very little storage in the rooms. A good place to stay for 1-2 nights.
Generally satisfied, but lack of a refrigerator in the rooms.
Great weekend stsy
Friendly staff and great looking hotel. Only down for us was looking right on to the building next door
I liked the theme of the hotel. I didn’t like so much the breakfast options.
Hotel stay
Great hotel. Love the movie theme - reception / bar area was awesome. We enjoyed a lovely beer outside in the sun too. Great location.
friendly staff, convenience, close to everthing.
This was my second time staying at this location , I give it a 5 star for maintaining their standards. It’s a lovely theme around the hotel, lobby and amenities are clean. Front desk is quick and cool! Will come back for staying for my next London trip. Plus shopping and dining options a few minutes away
Great location
Great location very helpful staff
Very new and stylish hotel.
Good value in suburbs
Nice hotel in the suburbs of London. Good value for money. Good connection to Heathrow Airport and the city center via the Elizabeth line providing you are traveling light. Good food options nearby
Breakfast is good in a reasonable price, Convenient location with lots restaurant closed by. We were rejected to leave part of our luggage when we take a short stays at Norwich for 2 nights even we will be stay another 3 nights in this hotel, a bit disappointing.
Overall. The hotel was good and secure
Ibis Styles
Nice stay, comfortable room and excellent staff. Great location for food, transport and entertainment.
It was a perfect place for or short trip.
Too far from the train station. It will take you 20 mins to walk from the station and you’ll pass some homeless people around the area. Its not safe to stay out late.
Nice hotel
My stay at this property was really good. It is a good walking distance from the Tube station and it has plenty of different things to do around it as well like going to M&S and a small mall near it. I highly recommend staying at this property.
Clean quiet with large room
Clean and quiet and room spacious
The woman at check in (I have forgotten her name, sorry!) was so lovely and nice!
Amazing property.
Reasonable room and bed Top class budget option
I had a great stay. My room was very clean, spacious and had everything that I needed. The location is great being close to shopping and transportation. The staff were all welcoming and helpful.
Honestly I couldn't fault it, staff were absolutely lovely and the film design is fun. Bed was very comfy.
It was convenient and ideal for me I managed to get about easily and people very helpful
Close to the Ealing Broadway Station with 10 minute walk and there js a busy stop outside the hotel. Room is spacious but the housekeeping is okay. They failed to clean my room for 2 days in a row even if I put the sign out for housekeeping services. Front desk staff is friendly and will try to rectify any issues that you may have.
Great style and location
Lovely staff, every one was friendly and super helpful. Location is great for Questers Theatre, restaurants and shops of Ealing Broadway. They kids loved all the movie references and the breakfast had all the things you’d like (no hot food though). Would happily stay again
Always delivers in every way
This is a firm favourite be it for a solo, couple or family stay. Even business. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the whole team are so friendly and helpful. Especially this morning when they gave some sliced lemons from the bar to add to hot water for my mum who had arrived ill from our holiday abroad. They also sent up a lemon and ginger tea bag! Location is perfect. Not too far from airport so a great option to stay over and travel out the next day. Noon check out is way better than 11am. What a difference an hour makes to get an unwell person up and ready. Look forward to our next stay.
I stay there regularly as I like the rooms, breakfast is whatever you want it to be. Can fuel up for the day without having unhealthy fry. Location is excellent for central London & Heathrow. Vital for me.
Ealing Ibis - fab stay.
Excellent stay, cost - value when block booking, continental breakfast fresh and tasty. Room comfortable, warm, and tea etc provided, hairdryer. Staff welcoming, and helpful.
We used to live in Ealing and so it made sense to stay here for a few days before getting a flight from Heathrow. All staff were friendly and so helpful, we had a lot of bags and they were happy to store them for us on check out day. We also had a parcel delivered and they took it in safely for us. It's so close to all shops and restaurants and transport links and the inside is modern and bright unlike some chain hotels that are so tired. We particularly loved how dark the rooms were for sleeping. Although I we understand why some reviews saw this as a negative too, we needed to work from the room for 2 of the days we stayed and it is very dark even with the curtains open. Easily fixed with a brighter lamp. The only slight feedback would be the showers could be better, the water takes a long time to get hot and they aren't very powerful and as there is on half a pane of glass it feels cold when you are in there. Otherwise a really great stay and we would return.
Modern, clean, quiet, eco-conscious hotel; Broadway movie themed. Excellent location, close to train station, bus, shopping, restaurants. Comfy mattress, large rooms w/ above average toilet & shower area. Soft, large towel (no wash cloth or hand-towel). Arrived early & were allowed to leave luggage in locked storage at hotel. Nice bfast, buffet/food serving area is small & bfast area is very loud/echoey. Overall, very highly recommend.
Simply wonderful
Perfect location for work and airport pick-up. Great choice of local restaurants nearby. Lovely view of London red lights on cranes as well as planes arriving and departing (although too high up for noise!). Always welcomed and always enjoy.
I liked that this hotel was mostly quiet and mostly clean this go around, with the exception of some brown hair strands on the sheets of the bed. Not sure if that was from housekeeping. Also, the faucet in our bathroom looked a bit scuffy, as there were noticeable scuff marks on it. It would be nice if there was antibacterial handsoap and napkins/papertowels in the bathroom. I also couldnt figure out how to make the shower water hotter. We stayed here before and it was the right temperature and this time. I could only get it to warm.
I liked that the hotel was clean. That's the main thing I need and look for when I'm staying elsewhere, especially these days. The morning staff was friendly and plesant upon check in and check out. The late night staff on one of the nights, not so much. They weren't rude but they weren't necessarily customer service friendly either. The showrler situation was also weird for me, in the sense that it does not close and is just open with the small blockade. Didn’t work me that well and kept getting water everywhere, but that might have just been me. Beds were comfy, except for the pillows. The pillows left much to be desired. Overall though, my stay was good here.
Nice, clean hotel in a very convenient location.
No problems
It was nice and clean and quiet.
It's perfect for me as it's close to the trains to Heathrow and downtown, my favorite place to stay
The shower doesn't provide any shelves. If you are using your shampoo and bathing gel, there is no place for you to place them. The lighting may be too dim unless you only use the room for sleeping only.
Great location, great service
The hotel is well located for easy access to tube. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Good value
Clean comfortable and simply decorated. Very quiet. Good location a 10 minute walk from Ealing Broadway tube station. Restaurants and shops nearby. Only complaints water all over bathroom floor when showering and no electrical outlet near a mirror for drying hair.
Very nice and clean hotel Great location- everything is to be found around- groceries, restaurants, cafes etc. Friendly staff. Will highly recommend it to my friends and colleagues
Good bar opened at night
It takes around 15mins walk from Ealing Broadway underground to the hotel. As it's a late check in, there were still staff at the reception greeting others and us. They were friendly. The bar was still open at night and saw a few people having drinks overnights. The room was big, only that the lights and lamps were a bit dim. It would be better if it be brighter
No refrigerator is a big minus
Hotel very clean, staff very helpful and nice we have stayed there before and will do so again. Like Ealing a great area with good tube access to middle of london
Poor/No Parking.
I had a pleasant stay
I stayed for one night, the room was spotless clean and comfortable, absolutely quiet, no single noise, happy with the breakfast as well, all food was fresh and tasty, lovely helpful personnel. I would recommend and deffinetly come back :)
Lovely service
I found the bar very expensive
Good experience at Ibis Hotel Ealing
My overall experience at Ibis Hotel Ealing is good. The location is convenient. Room was clean & tidy and staff were very friendly & helpful.
We visited relatives who live in Ealing so hotel was convenient. We arrived at 9pm after being out all day. We understood there was a car park on site but no such parking was available and we were directed to another car park 5 minutes walk away. If my daughter had been by herself this would have been difficult with two very young children. Also the bathroom could have had a child step to reach the basin in our family room. Otherwise a great stay.
Booked an accessible room for my partner who’s a wheelchair user, paid for early check in and booked parking. Couldn’t find the car park so had to ring the hotel, where I was told it was behind the hotel and I needed to look for it, driving around the back streets we finally noticed a minute sign that showed ibis hotel, had to press the buzzer and then wait to be allowed access to find there are only 9 spaces available. Finally got in the hotel at 14:00 to be told that the room wasn’t accessible and they were subject to availability and we couldn’t check in for another 20 mins as the rooms weren’t ready. Went out of hotel to event and arrived back around 23:00 pressed buzzer to get in car park and had to wait 10mins to be acknowledged that we were there and then had to confirm that we were staying at the hotel. My partner was forced to use the accessible toilet facilities in the reception as the room we had been provided was unsuitable. Breakfast the next morning was quite limited continental breakfast, cereals a couple of pastries, bread, sliced meat and cheese, however no butter or margarine was available or even provided for toast etc, and cutlery it seems couldn’t be washed as the last knife available was dirty so had to spread Nutella with a teaspoon. All in all not a great stay, close enough to Wembley if attending events but certainly wouldn’t recommend especially at the price of stay
We accidentally booked the wrong date for our stay. We immediately attempted to change the date to the day after and was told we could not alter the date. We tried to cancel the booking and was told we would not be entitled to any refund. £300 down the drain and had to end up booking in elsewhere to accommodate our stay.
The Ibis Styles is clean and basic. The rooms have a bed, one chair and a table for computers. There are no outlets near the beds which posed a problem. There are no extras like safes, refrigerators or ironing boards. They do provide a hot pot and coffee and tea. The bathroom has modern conveniences, so is adequate. They do have a breakfast buffet, which costs extra, but no hot dishes other than toast.
Clean property, comfy beds, close to the Underground (12 min walk), lots of great restaurants nearby. The breakfast was actually pretty great (we were pleasantly surprised). Would definitely stay again!
The neighborhood is safe to walk and fairly close to the two metro stations, West Ealing and Ealing Broadway. It maybe better fit for business trip than a getaway vacation.
Clean and comfortable. Loved the film theme. Parking a little difficult. Hotel car park small so full but sat and sun can park on roads around. Buffet breakfast good.
Should be a 5 star
The staff is amazing!!! The hotel is very very clean!! Great location.
Lovely stay
Fantastic staff. Clean and affordable with all amenities at hand.
While the hotel publicized free breakfast and wifi, it does not offer it on online booking with travel websites. This is a basic breakfast and should be offered to all hotel guests. In addition, the wifi was not working for the first couple of days of stay.
Stylish and new , spacious room for family, easy walking access to restaurants and shopping area, good for value!
The treatment upon arrival was not good. I arrived late and the credit card had a problem. I offered them to pay in cash. They refused, and they did not succeed even for one day. It was late around midnight and the way they spoke was very harsh. I do not recommend this place.
Poor road access. The rest of the stay was great.
Nice place to stay, great connection into central London.
TV only had about 5 channels. Not even BBC was available. I reported this problem but nobody came to fix it.
Ibis styles
Couldnt fault it all, clean, comfortable, good service, good food, good location
Bathroom was just alright. I didn’t like the fact that there was no intercom to connect with the the reception. No phone basically. The worse is no refrigerator in a hot season. The view was also depressing
ibis Styles London Ealing is excellently located. It is within walking distances to two Tube stations (Elizabeth line) and is only a few minutes walk from Ealing Broadway. I'd stay in ibis Styles Ealing again if I have a need to visit West London next time.

Clean and comfortable
Very clean and comfortable. Overall, very satisfied in terms of price and product.Personally, I didn't like the Hollywood- themed decor, and found that the shower door was very badly- designed. However, all in all, a comfortable stay in a well-located hotel
