The room was small but very comfortable. It had everything I needed. The breakfast was great. There were a lot of options and everything was tasty.

Great hotel!

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Looks very updated and was nice! The location is great and I would definitely stay again. One negative was our check in was delayed by an hour since our room wasn’t ready.

Noisy

Everyone was lovely but the noise from the bar just down the road was like a night club and disrupted my sleep on the two nights unfortunately :-( Normally I take earplugs but I forgot

Poorest quality hotel I have ever stayed in

Very ordinary hotel, smelly, couldn’t even turn around in shower it was that small, bed was against wall, room was tiny, 2 different non cleaning staff tried coming in our room when we had the do not disturb on and this was after it was cleaned, not sure who was in our room when we were out so felt unsafe leaving my belongings in room. Terrible breakfast. Everything about this hotel is poor quality even down to paper thin towels to use when showering. Poor quality wifi. Hotel is in a great location.

Smelly room!

The room we stayed in smelt really bad like moldy or foul smell from the sewer. compained to reception and they sent someone with air freshner but did not help. They said its the carpet but there was also foul smell from the basin. Asked for change of room but they refused. I wouldn't stay there again!

Serves its purpose

Hotel was correct, clean. Useful to note that the tea/coffee is available at one point downstairs, not in rooms. Service was a little slow when things needed fixing.

Exceptional Service & Attentive Staff

On 12/23, I walked surriunding blocks in search of pharmacy for my feverish daughter & found all closed. Hotel Staff Pedro from Portugal, made several calls to find an open pharmacy & then arranged for me to be escorted there & back. I am very grateful for this extraordinary service extended to me at no cost. Our stay was very pleasnt with attentive, happy, multilingual Staff who truly care about ensuring our comfort. Clean rooms, hearty breakfasts, nice & safe Paris neighborhood with shopping & restaurants close. Old but upgraded building. We are from California, USA on first trip to Europe & feel we experienced real France.

Great location and nice room size

I was here for 4 days on a work visit. I had a double bed on the third floor. The room was nice and spacious and I liked that there was a full length mirror, smaller mirror, cupboard space, tv etc. Downside is the hairdryer- this is the second Paris hotel I have been to where the hair dryer is a cool telephone style but the power is really low. I have long hair so drying it will probably take me 1 hour with the dryer whereas with normal hair dryers it would take 5-10mins. Breakfast was good, fresh juice is provided, cereal, pastries etc. Downside is, in the morning it can be super packed during busy times and finding space to sit is hard. The food area isn't big so a lot of people will be jammed in one section. The only negative I can say is for one evening after I came back from work- my room door was not closed. The cleaner by accident left it open. You can't tell as you come up to the door. I find the doors are really odd. They don't shut if you push it and let it go like normal doors- you really have to make sure the door is pushed fully in.

At over 300 EUR per night this hotel was dreadful value. Bad room. very poor level of comfort. Room 60 should be avoided for business or pleasure. At best the room was worth 60 EUR.

I loved that little tiny hotel located just a block away from metro station. Hotel staff made my stay very pleasant, they didn't mind my late checkout and also got free breakfast. Definitely will be back !

Chill and relax

Home away from home. The staff is simply amazing. They will always go the extra mile to help. They make you feel important. Samir: Thanks for being such a great caretaker, without you, the breakfast area would not be the same. Giovanni: the miracle maker. Whatever I needed, you were here to help. Pedro: always the biggest smile on the face to welcome you! Same for the rest of the staff: Kudos, keep up the great job. This hotel is so well located: close to the heart of the city with a zillion of different restaurants to choose from, whatever you are in for. Metro is within walking distance, buses as well. Whether you live by day or night, you have all you need around.

Decent hotel

This is a good enough hotel for one night. Our room was very small, and the air system was noisy. But it had free wifi and free breakfast, and the location is good.

Good overall, but the beds are super firm.

Was over charged and moved to hotel next door.

Even though I was charged for a second bed via Expedia, I was then charged again at the hotel. Also, they said that two beds in the room cost nothing extra but another person would be extra money. I was then moved next door due to plumbing issues. I would like someone from Expedia to refund the $16 extra dollars I paid for the second bed, so I am not charged twice

Un séjour de qualité dans un hôtel de qualité. L'hôtel est bien situé à deux pas des Grands Boulevards, il est moderne, avec un look studio d'enregistrement. Une équipe super pro et super sympathique ... Je recommande vivement ! un grand merci à l'équipe !

We got stolen a money little bag

The Hotel is great, is clean and the breakfast is good, excellent location, but we had an incident that killed our experience. We left a little coin bag with some money and cards on it on the bed, we left for the entire afternoon, when we came back we found that the room did not get the service done but all of the bed clothes was put on the bed in a way that we do not left it, so they found the money bag and decided to not make the room service. We asked for the reason (we did not known that we left the money bag on the bed until we checkout) and on desk was not aware that our room was not cleaned. I’ve reach for them to at least recover the credentials from the bag but they stopped to answer my emails. I suggest to be aware of all your items since the rooms does not have security boxes.

Un superbe voyage

Un hôtel tres bien situé, dans un quartier agréable et vivant. Un accueil tres agréable, une disponibilité et des agents de qualité.

Séjour mitigé

Chambre correcte, petit problème d’isolation phonique quand même avec les chambres voisines. Gros bémol en arrivant avec les bagages devant un ascenseur hors service toute la semaine… sinon bonnes options de restaurants autour et métro à proximité.

Hôtel récemment rénové. Très joli décor. Chambre petite mais chaleureuse et literie très confortable. Salle de douche minuscule. Seul soucis : aucune insonorisation ni entre les chambres, ni avec l'extérieur. Excellent emplacement au cœur de Paris.

Keurig hotel in een leuke buurt. Kamer was wel erg klein maar netjes ingericht. Ontbijt was sober maar wel van een goede kwaliteit.

Pior hotel da minha vida

Pra começar as reclamações o quarto e tão pequeno que se você tiver 2 malas não cabe, o banheiro nem se fala se vc entrar não consegue fechar a porta. O alarme de incêndio disparando as 4 da manhã e ficando mais. De uma hora ligado acontecendo evacuação sem ter nada acontecido. Aí vem a pior parte sem água quente para o banho, minguem fez nada nem mesmo devolveram nosso dinheiro. Cuidado esse hotel é um golpe

Hotelli oli hyvällä sijainnilla ja metroasemalle oli lyhyt matka. Huoneessa ei toiminut ensin lämmitys, mutta se alkoi toimimaan viimeisinä päivinä, jolloin huoneessa oli jopa liian lämmin. Aamupala oli ranskalaistyylinen, mutta usein esimerkiksi appelsiinimehuautomaatista oli hedelmät loppu, kahviautomaatista kahvi loppu tai puhtaita astioita ei ollut jäljellä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo à estação metrô Grand Boulevards (uns 300 metros), mas é precário demais. O piso do chão é carpete e parecia que afundaria com o caminhar. O prédio é antiquíssimo. O cartão desmagnetizava a toda hora. O banheiro é muito apertado mesmo. O banho é bom, mas a água esfriava e aquecia. O café da manhã é fraco, se comparado com outros Íbis que não sejam Styles. Se puder, opte pelo Íbis tradicional Opera ou Lafayette.

good location, but other than that

if you got assign at 6/F, please get another room! i was travelling with two huge luggages, they give me at 6 floor, which is you have go 5/f, and walk stairs to the 6/f. and 6/floor still in renovation, fully bad smell. And also, i put the DND sign out of my room, but they do the cleaning for me, even i told the reception, i don't need any cleaning service, but still....... So weird

Il gioco non vale la candela

Arrivati,scopriamo che 1 stanza è da raggiungere con bagagli ma senza ascensore.I corridoi puzzano di vernice e inoltre gli operai stanno lavorando con rumori vari,usando l’ascensore che,evidentemente è sempre occupato e senza possibilitá di verificare dove è fermo. L’hotel si chiama Ibis styles.....Opéra ma quest’ultima è davvero lontana per chi aveva l’esigenza di raggiungerla con i bagagli. L’area adibita a colazione talmente esigua da obbligare i clienti a fare il turno per sedersi...parimenti le stanze ridicolmente piccole e troppo care per quello che offrono.

Hotellissa yksi kerros remontissa, ja sen vuoksi ei voitu nukkua siinä huoneessa, mikä oli ensin buukattu. Hyvä valinta, jos kaipaa vain kattoa pään päälle ja hyvä sijainti tärkeää.

Des travaux en cours au 6ieme étage là où vous nous aviez planqué, chambre 60. L'odeur pas très agréable de la peinture et autres produits qui trainent le long des escaliers. Le bruit de la porte de la salle de bain à chaque fois qu'on l'ouvre. Le contre plaqué au sol qui fait aussi des bruit de nos pas à chacun de nos mouvements. Le lit pas très confortable à 3 puisque nous avions demandé un lit bébé mais cela n'a pas du tout été pris en compte. Conséquence nous n'avions pas très bien dormis du tout... bref je suis absolument déçu de mon séjour mis à part le service déjeuner. Le minimum des choses est qu'il fallait avertir le client des ces travaux en cours et vérifier au préalable de la présence des services demandé par ce dernier. C'est la dernière fois que je mettrai pieds dans cet hôtel.

初日部屋にゴミが残っていた。言ったら対応してもらえたので良かったが、掃除が行き届いてなかった。 次の日からは綺麗に掃除されていた。 部屋広さは日本のビジネスホテル並みにコンパクトでスーツケースを開かない広さだが、場所は地下鉄の駅も近いし、近くに美味しいレストランがたくさんあるのでとても良かった。

De kamer was klein met weinig bergruimte. De badkamer ijskoud zonder enige verwarming. Veel lawaai van de straat en andere hotelgasten. Wel zeer goed ontbijt en leuke omgeving. Vriendelijk personeel.

Hotel close to opera, a lot of restaurants nereby. Complimentary breakfasts were nice with fresh juice coffe and croissants. But in general not very clean.

Ibis Style

O hotel fica num prédio antigo, com corredores estreitos. Tem carpetes nos corredores e nos quartos, que são bem pequenos. Os banheiros também são pequenos, mas tem box, o que é muito bom. O secador de cabelos não funcionava. O café da manhã era incluído, servido em uma área integrada a recepção, com mesinhas coloridas e nas janelas havia lindas orquídeas. Tinha salada de frutas, queijo, presunto, pães, iogurte, geléias, café de máquina e suco de laranja feito na hora. Bem servido. Os atendentes foram muito simpáticos, esforçando-se muito para dar boas orientações, especialmente um rapaz de Portugal, chamado Pedro. É um local para quem quer entrar no clima de Paris realmente.

Quarto diferente

Adorei o hotel pelo atendimento, por ter o café da manhã incluído e pela localização fantástica, perto de tudo mesmo!!! O porém aqui foi o quarto bem diferente do mostrado na reserva, se dispuseram a trocar mas eu iria ficar apenas 3 dias então não valia o transtorno, porque apesar de ser de fundos e menor, não era ruim. Deixei pra próxima!

Très bon accueil. Hotel extrêmement bien situé. Petit dej au top. Personnel très sympathique. Mais la fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur... un mur avec des aérations de clim. Pas très agréable. Et deuxième petit bémol : la porte de la salle de bain/WC... C'est une porte en verre, transparente, coulissante... Lorsqu'on est deux, c'est assez indélicat !
