Very nice cool and calm, easy to approach, near by to everything. Overall awesome experience.

In our booking it was mentioned as non veg buffet for breakfast but it was very disappointing they gave only veg for 5 days we have payed for our buffet breakfast but we were not satisfied at all, property rooms are not safe as the doors were falling very shocking ☹️

The staff was really welcoming but the room and crowd management was not up to the mark they should be more reliable on walkin crowd then groups

The hotel facility is not good as per their charges. We booked a rooms with queen size bed and they provide rooms is twin bed. I never recommend this hotel.

Nice pool and great breakfast! The kettle in the room was broken and the room lock was loose.

The place does not fit into goan site seeing. Located within a narrow lane where transport reach is limited. It is not very easily and nicely approachable to beach.

Property is located near to Calangute Beach(1 km) Playing area for kids.Breakfast was good. Every room is pool facing , so will get nice view from the room. Overall it was a good experience. Room servicing disappointments me some timem

Everything was good but cleanliness was good.

Staff were great, food was really good. Local to bars and shops, near the famous beaches of calangute. Great area, friendly and extremly helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday and can be kept cold in the heat. 10/10.

The rooms were a bit small but amazing service and great food. The staff was always very proactive to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Although booked for queen bed, at reception also confirmed but, after getting into room understand two separate bed clubed to make queen bed.

Staff terrible

At check in we were met with blank faces and no conversation at all, during our stay we started to think the staff has been told not to engage / make eye contact or speak to guests at all . The room was a little small but was very comfortable and refreshed every day which was good . The breakfast was simple but enough, the egg and omelette counter very chaotic but when you finally got your order they were worth the wait . The giant mound of butter was extremely off putting and very unhygienic . There were guests buttering toast from it while stood there ! A good stay overall but not worth the rate paid

Swimming pool and breakfast was excellent. Service staffs were top notch.

The first room allotted was bad. After an hour long haggling, they gave a better room. There was painting of exterior walls going on. It caused some hindrances and discomfort. The front desk staff lacked in experience in handling foreign nationals’ customer documents. They were a bit argumentative initially. Later on they came around and were quite helpful. Overall, the hotel was good. But the price seemed over rated. The free breakfast was great.

My last trip to Ibis was in 2018. If I compare, the experience is good both the time.

Everything was good about Ibis. Nice property to stay. Food was really nice. Amazing staff and always ready to help. Specially Bhumila & Pema. The hotel's guest relationship manager Resham tried to ensure that we should have a pleasant stay in the hotel. Food prepared by Chef Vishal was awesome. It was a valentine's week but still hotel staff organized a special surprise birthday party for my daughter and their gesture made her birthday special and memorable which we can never forget. I would definitely recommend this hotel for stay if you are a vegetarian and like to have good food. The choice of menu is also different. Not to forget Calungute beach is hardly 800 metres which is easily accessible. Thank you Ibis Styles for making our stay pleasant and memorable

The property is not worth the price we paid. The overall look of the property was average. Management was also not very good. They were unable to meet the demand for the complementary breakfast on peak time. Rooms smelled as they have been locked for long.

Ibis is a 2-3 star budget hotel. Rooms are small and does not match with size given on expedia. Breakfast lunch and dinner all are excellent. Location is good. Overall value for money.

An amazing stay

Its was simply awesome stay.

Property is not that beautiful as it looks in the photo, however its a good stay for family. They have a kids pool and play area as well.

Room are very small uncomfortable room but hotel is good ,breakfast is nice and testy, staff behavior is good ..

Relaxing break

The hotel location is ideal as it's walking distance from local amenities. The beach and the town centre are both about 10-15 minutes walk in different direction. Ibis provide transport to the beach one way, but you have to walk back. Took transport first time to get dropped off but walked both ways after that. Hotel is in good condition, newly built and staff are friendly. Fast food joints are available on the main road and the the area gets quite dark after 8-9 pm, once the shops closes on the main road. Follow the narrow road leading upwards on the right when you come out of the hotel. People are friendly and helps you with direction.

Stay was very good. Hotel was clean n buffet Breakfast had variety of choices. Hotel provided complimentary to n fro trip to near by beach. Hotel is conveniently located. Swimming pool was clean gymnasium was well equipped.

Family friendly

We really liked this hotel, but couples be warned that it is a VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY property. Given that, the staff was excellent, the food good and the location perfect for us.

The hotel was modern clean and had every amenity required. The staff went out of their way to help us in any way they could from breakfast to bike hire. Good value

A memorable vacation at Ibis

As I reached Ibis Styles, a warm welcoming staff made us feel at home and till the check in formalities were under progress, they kept us busy with welcome drinks, clicking family photographs, offered toys for my kid and kept him busy too. A perfect receiption under Adhithyen Gurumoorthy and special compliments to Budhadev for his dedicated efforts to comfort us. I was surprised with their warm gesture, when I entered my room a beautiful thanking note was on the table for serving my country (being in Army) along with scrumptious bebinca. Truly said - "Come in and let us surprise you" I stayed in Room 310. A specially designed and conceptualised room by Prathamesh Mane on Theme - Usain Bolt and I appreciate and value the emotions with which it was fantabulously designed. Staying in this room is a treat in itself with a magnificent view of the pool, green and serene surroundings. It is a beautiful property with two well maintained pools, Kids play area, restaurant, gymnasium, etc... Free shuttle services to Tivai beach and bicycles can be taken for easy conveyance. The Spiceit restaurant kept us stomach happy with variety of food for breakfast. Special thanks to Yaii and Vijay. The hotel is Child - friendly and my lil one had a real great time. The staff here is very helpful, cheerful and always with a smile. Thank you for making our vacations memorable.

A great hotel that's sadly being run down.

Things started off really well when Azith the leader of the reception team gave us a very early checking. We had breakfast for which we payed and enjoyed. The rooms were excellent the beds comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Wifi was very fast. It was a great first day. Things went downhill from day two. The breakfast on this and all the following days was pretty much the same as the first day and the choice was extremely limited. We had in room dining on most nights. They wouldn't remove the trays at all. Friday nights tray was near our door until Sunday morning when we complained. They promptly moved it to the service lift area and kept it there for another few hours! The area surrounding the hotel is very bad but this apparently isn't unusual in Goa. However the hotel can at least get one of their own staff to clean up the vicinity of their entrance. All that said it was an overall pleasant experience. The pool is good, they had a foosball table which the kids loved. However not quite sure if this hotel is worth four stars in fact hotels.com listing is probably misleading because on google search and accor hotels website it's reported as a three star hotel.

I didn't like the room size here, that was smaller than other hotels I have stayed in till now. Also there was so much of outside noise coming in the room. I really like the facilities, staff was very polite.

Non Satisfactory Stay.

There are certain things expected from a IBIS stay which was lacking here. Reception did not respond timely, towels were missing in the room, no room slippers were provided, tea and sugar packets were not topped up the very next day, housekeeping did not clean the gallery ever, bedding on top of the bed was unorganized and it felt like falling down while sleeping in room 429. I brought all my friends with a high praise for IBIS but apart from the breakfast, I felt embarrassed for my choice for IBIS. May not come back to iBIS after this experience.

Nice hotel. Helpful, courteous and friendly staff. The breakfast buffer is very nice with a variety of choices. The room was small and basic. But was very clean. However, there were frequent power failure and even though power was restored in less than one or two minutes, the frequency rate was high making watching programs difficult as the TV resets to its advertisement channel mode each time power is restored. The remote was also old and not very functional . Overall it was a nice stay.

My worst stays in Goa. No proper power back up. Power keeps going atleast 15-20 times a day and is completely blacked out for 5-10 mins every time power goes. When called and complain i was told Gov issue. But when i asked about their power back up i did not get a proper response. Every time i walked towards my room the left over plates outside other rooms by other guests are never cleared soon. I saw them laying out for many hours. The staff was good and everything and people are nice but hotel is not the best place to stay. I felt i wasted my money.

Not the expected standard. Tucked away in the alleyway, and you don't get a safe feel walking about at night ,but i must say that after a few nights, you feel perfectly safe, because thats the norm in that part of the world. Staff were great, breakfasts after a few days became boring, but great overall. Not that close to the beach as expected.

I liked the service a lot. Staff was available always. Food was good. Rooms were always clean. The hotel is well located and it provides a free ride to Tivai beach, which at my opinion is the best in Calangute as it is very quite.

Hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful when needed. Probably needs more staff in the breakfast room to deal with how busy it gets.

This hotel was quite good overall. It is safe with good security, a short walk to main street of Calangute and rooms are comfortable with balcony etc....pool area is well maintained...buffet breakfast was ok....good free transport jeep to nearby popular beach but also easy to walk on safe road.

It was a great place to be with family having kids too.pool was very well maintained though there was no changing area nearby.rooms were clean and new.balcony facing pool was a bonus .the small welcome gift for kids was really thoughtful and that made my 6 yr old daughter very happy .front desk was very quick and receptive to the needs. Sandeep at front desk was particularly very helpful and he helped me with early check-in and late check-out too. Thanx Sandeep. The complimentary jeep service to tivi beach was another great move by the management. The only thing which needs improvement is breakfast....it really needs to be upgraded... Rest all was perfect

Travel desk very helpful and resourceful, thank you Mr Uday!! I found the hotel quite pricey for what you actually get. It could be due to the high demand at the time, but a key point for me in terms of revisiting and recommending to others. The property could be better maintained, for an establishment less than 3 years, I expected better. The breakfast is average in taste and can be much improved. The rooms are small and i would suggest to revisit to increase storage units, place some curtains instead of blinds for atmosphere, ventilation in the bathroom and put up some screens on the balconies for privacy from immediate neighbors. Hotel would benefit from safer bicycles and services to rent cars/motorbike. Lastly, suggest to have a seperate breakfast area for people without small children.

Not up to the expectations.

The hotel's facilities and services are good but the size of the twin beds in our room is not comfortable at all. It is not possible for an adult to sleep comfortably in a bed of this size. Even smaller than a hospital bed!!! The options in breakfast are also very limited for a four star hotel. Taste of the food was also average. Everything else was good. Staff was good, in particular Buddhudev and Majbul Hossain.

Nothing like an Ibis hotel except for name. hundreds of ants in room, breakfast a disaster like herd of elephants. room cleaner smells so bad takes 10 min after leaves to clear out smell. property old and disgusting. Totally overpriced

Charming and eccentrically decorated property about 10 minutes walk from Calangute beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful! We switched rooms the second day and accidentally left behind our passports, but the cleaners found them and returned them to us. Thank goodness! Shout out to Sirir and all the housekeeping staff. Also fun evening activities like Kareoke some nights : )

Unforgettable Experience

The stay was amazing. It seems the previous management was not able to manage the hotel and therefore the problems were many. The Ac did not work,the mattresses are old and become uncomfortable, the towels etc were insufficient, the lift did not work at times, the key would not open the room frequently,the drains were choked, the food was not so good etc., etc., But when we discussed with the current management, they took the challenge and rectified most of the problems with extreme professionalism, and were very courteous. They explained that there were problems before and now since the new management was in place, they were trying to sort them out and improve the standard of the hotel. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I must mention the front desk manager Ms Rozma Chaudhary as an exception and wonderful person.

Excellent hotel, very good food & supporting staff. Enjoyed complimentary trip to tiwai beach, foot massager, welcome gift.

I would never visit ibis goa

I had to change my room from 412 to 211 due to insects and my daughter got rashes on her body, after moving to room no.211 i had to wait for more than 2 hrs for infant bed, bathroom was getting logged while taking shower, room service never answered call ok first place u have to keep on trying and the food was sent 40-45mins ltr...i had visited ibis in 2016 as well i can check in ur records but never had such issues before...

Clean and modern hotel

A clean and modern hotel. We were welcomed into the hotel and the reception staff were very helpful. The jeep service to the beach is great. Rooms were clean, as was the restaurant. Lots of choice for breakfast and the fresh dosa are lovely. Only problem was the building work taking place at the moment. This was very loud and so sitting by the pool was not relaxing. We were hoping for a relaxing break and if we had known about the building work going on, we probably would have chosen a different hotel unfortunately. I do feel that we should have been made aware of the building work before our stay.

Wonderful stay at IBIS Stay

It was amazing stay at Ibis hotel, Room size was bit small but considering other facilities it was wonderful stay. Good Food at Restaurant, Quick Check inn, Comfortable bed.

Over all, the our stay was pleasant. Hotel people are honest ... for example- I forgot to take two gold rings from the hotel while vacating the room. Then I contacted the hotel management and they found it from the room I stayed and kept it safe custody and assured me of safe courier to my address... such a honest guys they are. Thank you & wish to book again at ibis hotels in future. Thank you so much n all the best !

Doesn’t seems to be an ibis property

The property is new hence have clean rooms and toilets. Overall service is pathetic, compared to other ibis properties in India and aboard, this is no way comparable. Staffs are rude, not trained, always shows that they are doing favour, extremely laid back attitude. Breakfast is pathetic irrespective of the time whether 7.30 or 8.30 or 9.30. The staffs are busy in their own world, have to keep reminding them multiple times before any service is done. Apart from reception staffs, all the other staffs are untrained.

Room was moist with unpleasent odour. One cup was broken which was kept for tea. I was asked for boiled egg in the breakfast and waited for 20 mnts. Finally I left the hotel without breakfast. Pathetic experience . Not at all an ibis quality and standard .
