Great location and good value.
Great facilities at the hotel. Location was excellent with several trams to the city centre nearby. Staff were very helpful. A special mention for Zuzanna who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. She is a great asset for the hotel.
Nice hotel in a good location
Nice, clean, and good sized rooms, nice breakfast (included) and nice staff! It's a 20-30 minute walk from the old town and the museum area, and about the same to Central or Zuid train stations. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel though, if you prefer to use public transport. Shops including convenience stores very close to the hotel.
Excellent rapport qualité-prix !
Located in a quite are 20 minutes walks from the main attractions.
.
We had a good stay at Ibis. Room was comfortable and as advertised. Some things are lacking a bit of care (like the cracked glass in the lobby), but overall it was good.
Friendly, helpful staff. Room amenities were just right.
I will never forget Clara and her excellent service. She is the kind of person every hotel needs. She is very attentive and helpful and goes the extra mile.👍
Clean and cosy room with a City view. Walkable distance to the Metro. Wide range of breakfast options. Would recommend staying for 1-3 days.
Good location.
Convenient location to Midi train station and shopping. Staff helpful. Hotel carpet needs replacing and does smell. Towels are thin, old and gray looking. Decent stay.
Great value for moeny
Very clean hotel, courteous staff and kind service. Good value for money and very close to amenities. Well connected w city transport
Highly recommended. Very clean. Very friendly. Great breakfast. Helpful fron desk employees.
Amazing place to stay, good location, close to public transport. Friendly staff Next time I visit Brussels I’ll definitely stay there. 🙏
Special thanks to Clara from the front desk for her precious help and assistance with all my questions.
Basic, clean but expensive
Perfect stay. Superb location. Good service. All ok
City Break
Central to city centre. Tram stop outside hotel.
Be aware in the summer!!!! The AC was not working, it was around 95 Degrees Fahrenheit (35 Celsius) and the AC did not work at all. We asked for a compensation, but that did not come, only a bottle of water. There was a big vent installed in the lobby but we did not see any workers fixing the AC problem, it seemed they just waited for the weather to cool down. So we did not get a good nights sleep!
Although ideally located, the hotel is very corporate with not a lot going on in the rooms. Small rooms with the bare minimum in terms of amenities. Our room was not really what was pictured when booked, but since we would only come back to the room to sleep, we did not mind as much. I would suggest more liveliness and colors to match up with the kindness and amiability of the people of this beautiful city.
The place is in a very communicative area in Brussels. There is a metro station and tram station nearby, which takes no more than 5 minutes to get to. There is no electric kettle in the room, but there is a coffee machine available in the lobby for free, where breakfast is served. The room was not entirely clean, as I found breadcrumbs on the carpet and chair in my room. In addition, I was not able to control the heating in the room, which appeared to be centrally set to a certain degree. Personally, I would have increased it a little bit. Fast an easy check-in and check-out process.
Value for money but nothing extra
This was a clean hotel. Polite staff. Great bathroom. Good location. I did not get a feeling that I would like to stay again. The room was a bit beige. TV was small.
Good people

Great place, nice room, best breakfast, beautiful hotel!!
Room: super clean, spacious, modern, quiet, comfy bed, large desk, microwave, fridge, new bathroom Hotel modern and clean, good area for business, sightseeing, transport. Staff helpful and cheerful Good vfm
Clean and modern, good breakfast, underground parking, free coffee in the lobby.
Tea and buns at any time!
Very good all round from the location (on a good tram route which stops right outside)to a good breakfast - and free light snacks and drinks 24hrs a day. Also, a good and secure left luggage facility. Highly recommended.
Hotel was clean, comfy beds, free coffee all day and ok breakfast. Thought it was a little far from tours and activities.
Nice hotel. Nice area. Breakfast could be better.
The hotel area was very nice. A few blocks from all the top clothing brands. Nice restaurants and the tram stops at the hotels door. The room was clean, comfortable and in very good condition but the TV was small and breakfast could be much better.
Couldn't have been more comfortable. A beautiful neighbourhood and lovely hotel. Super clean and a great breakfast to hold you throughout the day. I would recommend this hotel highly!
I found only one staff member to be polite and helpful. I felt the hotel was below standard considering what they charge. It is close to major interest points.
Great except odor
This was easy and affordable for a business trip. Semi-walkable from the Eurostar train station; quick check-in; decent wifi; comfortable bed; good size of shower and plenty of hot water. The only problem was that the bathroom had an awful odor throughout my stay -- as soon as I opened the bathroom door, I could smell it. It may be a problem with the drains, I don't know, but it lasted for the entire trip. I had to hold something scented by my nose to be able to bear being in there.
Great Hotel
Nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and a good quality buffet breakfast included in the rate. (boil your own eggs & waffle maker are nice touches) 24/7 coffee, tea and hot choc available in the lobby! The room was a good size with a desk to work on; bathroom also good with a powerful shower. I had a street facing room on the 4th floor and didn't find the traffic or tram noise that bothersome. (and I thought I would!) If it's a concern, ask for a inner courtyard room. Only minor negative was the bathroom was sometimes smelly (from the drain i think) other times it was just fine! There is a tram outside (92 & 97) which can take you to the centre in about 10 minutes (or Metro in a few mins), 8-10 mins by foot to the metro Louise or if you prefer you can walk to the centre in maybe 25 minutes but I always got lost so it took longer! ;p Really good value for money and whilst not luxury it's modern, clean and comfortable. WI-FI reception was also good and supports multiple devices. Enjoy Brussels! :)
No coffee maker or kettle in room. Coffee is available at front desk though.
Healthy hot breakfast. Great location.
Will definitely use this hotel again. The breakfast area was clean, well stocked with hot beverages, cold juices, different kinds of bread, cold meats, jams, healthy cereal, fresh eggs, and delicious hot Belgian waffles, The staff works hard and are always available to assist guests. Tram stops in front of the hotel. Within Walking distance from Midi train station and Grand Place.
Terrible staff and management
Terrible staff. Defensive when asked about anything. Issues ignored in a rude manner and pushed away because no manager on call on weekend. Waitwd to meet with director ‘Eva’, completely rude and careless. Unprofessional management. Stay away.
Lovely location
Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Rooms comfortable. Good selection of food for breakfast.
Good location
Nice clean hotel located in the city center. I was expecting more breakfast options but overall I enjoyed the food and had a nice stay.
Great hotel
Lovely safe area, great room! Perfect for a short weekend getaway in Brussels. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was lovely.
Meh
Lack of facilities, area a bit remote for business
Very nice hotel, healthy breakfast, will definitely stay again here with my family.
Nice Hotel
Hotel is warm with air conditioning, safety deposit box, microwave, hairdryer, TV with British channels, fridge, nice bathroom with shower. Staff helpful. Breakfast is good, There is access to free water coffee and tea 24/7. We took the bus from Charleroi Airport at 31 Euro return which takes you to Midi Station then a taxi around 10 Euro to the hotel. To take the train to Bruges which is about an hour and Ghent around 35 mins, we went to central station which you can get to from the tram outside the hotel both stunning places and are worth visiting. The main square Grand Place in Brussels is a must see at night, it is breath taking seeing it all light up. You can take the underground to visit the Atomium which is well worth a visit you can pay to go up, also beside it is mini Europe. We took the free walking tour which I would recommend, it points out lots of things we wouldn't have found ourselves. We also walked to Park du Cinquantenaire about 30 mins from the hotel.
Excellent location, very supportive staff
The location and conditions of the botel are very good. The staff is friendly and supportive. Very convenient for business travellers.
Good place to stay in Brussels centre.
Hotel is in area convenient for all parts of Brussels. Good local area. Lots of breakfast of fair quality. Rooms well equipped, safe, fridge, m-wave etc. Fitness room equipment needs replacing. This was my 3rd. visit
Very nice hotel
Hotel is very nice, really good breakfast and best bed ever. Very nice sleep, can't fault it.
Room is clean and bright
I stayed for 1 night, the room is clean and bright, and no trouble of the street noise in the night. I would come back again in the future, the only thing dissapointed me was: I asked the reception to give me a wake up call at 5:30am, and they never called. I could've missed an important appointment!!!
Comfortable hotel well managed by hotel chain
Very nice hotel though not near the main train station, there is a tram stop just outside the hotel door. Hotel provides free tea and pastries left over from breakfast which means food is not wasted, a nice gesture to guests which at the same time reduce food wastage. Room is stylish, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Will stay in Ibis hotels anytime.
Congratulations Overall PERFECTO!!!
Nice hotel close to Tram and metro
We spent 3 nights there.clean room bathroom. Nice generous breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to Louiza street for shopping.Small Carrefour convenience shop minutes away from hotel entrance. Felt safe at night time.
Got a bad room, right next to the gym (very noisy).
The hotel is clean, new. It offers a very good breakfast. The room has everything the one needs. There are different leaflets and maps offering the guests what they can do in Brussels which is very useful. My room was ready before the required check-in time and it was a pleasant surprise to me.
Very adequate, comfortable place
Rooms are simple but comfortable and adequately equipped. Good new shower rooms, hotel is near to a decent mix of restaurants. Easy stroll to Louise. No bar in hotel but next hotel down has a good large bar. Free wi fi.
Perfect for Brussels.
Perfect location for leisure or business, with a tram stop immediately outside the hotel the whole of Brussels is easily accessible. Clean and stylish I would highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent well priced and situated Brussels hotel
Second visit to this hotel, central for all parts of Brussels, especially on foot. Hotel is friendly and laid-back.
Bad hotel
I was robbed outside of the hotel, and I didn't even stay the first night. I tried to get in contact to let them know I had left, or to see if I could get any money back since I didn't even stay one night of four, but they never answered and over the phone barely spoke any english, I also emailed them but never recieved a response. Expedia also was not able to make contact. Loss of money.
Great room, great location
suprizingly good for ibis
supprissingly big rooms for ibis
Nice hotel on Tram line to historical center
Efficient hotel. Clean. Great staff. Good value for money. Tram stop right out front. Quite quiet. Small grocery store a few doors down. Would recommend.
Overall very happy
Very friendly and helpful staff make this hotel a place that I will most probably return to. Comfortable bed, nice shower and breakfast included in the room rate provides for a good start to your day, whether you are traveling for business or pleasure. My room had windows into the courtyard, so it was quiet, and had curtains allowing for keeping it dark for sleeping in. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel, and subway station within a few minutes of walking. You will also find a small convenience store across the street. I could not find a way to turn the A/C fan off completely, the sound of which can be an annoyance to travelers. There was only the possibility to regulate temperature, but not to disable the fan.
Quiet and safe area
Away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist attractions, this is a good hotel to opt for if you want a quiet stay and yet within a 20 min walk from town centre. I found it easy to walk to Sablon and Grand Place. Like all Ibis hotels, this one doesn't disappoint. You get good basic stay and a good rest for the night.
The hotel is not at Place Stephanie really.
Ok hotel but on the low end. The hotel is close to the place Stephanie but not really there when I booked I thought it was at the place. There is no stop place for taxis. Good only for one night. Rooms are very small
perfect for my short stay
Tidy, comfortable and convienient hotel with very easy access to central Brussels (tram right outside hotel entrance, Louise metro under 10 mins). Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Best 3 star hotel I've ever stayed at, would certainly recommend for business trips/ short stays.
Nice quiet hotel in central Brussels
I stayed for 3 nights and was very happy. The room was a good size, with a desk and lots of European TV channels.
review
The room is clean and comfortable. No any location information, such as which Metro or Tram station
New hotel close to the city centre
Staff very welcoming, room spotless and very quiet. Breakfast was more than adequate and any left over pastries were left our to devour in the afternoon. Quite a few eating places in the vicinity.
Good value for money
The hotel is well located in Brussels. Everything is well maintained and good. Overall, Its all you expect from Ibis in the city.
Lovely hotel
Stayed here before liked it so much came back. Lovely modern clean rooms. Free wi-fi in the room. Lovely choice for the buffet breakfast.
Basin budget hotel
Breakfast area was good albeit small, good selection and coffee/tea available at all times. WiFi was not working for over 24 hours and staff werent able to help as the service provider was uncontactable. Rooms were basic and cleaning could have been better. Staff seemed disinterested. Location was OK although it was a 20-25min walk from the city centre. Tram stop just outside the hotel and metro around 10-15mins away.
Super Good quality value hotel
Firstly, the staff were helpful, friendly and genuine. The hotel was spotless and rooms well equipped. This is the first hotel in all of our European travels that had a selection of English speaking TV channels. The hotel was well located with a tram outside the door to the Central Train Station. Totally recommended in terms of value for €, staff and general functionality. John & Annie Ireland
Excellent central Brussels hotel.
Excellent Hotel, great facilities, well situated, super value
I find this is covered above and it is therefore there is no need to add more
Overall Great Stay!
Overall great stay, loved the continental breakfast every morning. Just need better Wifi, I was trying to stay in contact with family being in Belgium for the first time as an American traveler. Great staff everyone very nice.
Definitely on my hotel short list when I travel to Brussels next. An aesthetically pleasing room with an exposed hardwood floor, a firm and comfortable bed and functionally designed/modern bathroom, almost pristine bathroom. Loved the glass enclosed shower.
This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel and have enjoyed. Nice friendly staff and nothing is any bother to them.
Good budget business hotel
Many good things here for a budget business traveller, clean well equipped. Unexpectedly included microwave and fridge in room- hidden behind cupboard doors, so it didn't spoil look of room. Decent size table to work at too. Breakfast included too. Noisy air con let it down - difficult to sleep with it off or on.
Great, affordable hotel
This hotel is affordable, with a great breakfast selection and excellently located to everything, especially as it is on a central tram route and close to the Louise metro. The only things that could have been better were more effective air conditioning and thinner duvets. It was rather too hot for my liking Otherwise, terrific!
solid hotel
Hotel staff were great and very helpful. The hotel itself was a little out of the centre of Brussels but we enjoyed the 20-30 min walk as plenty to do, see, eat and drink on route. The room smelt a little odd on arrival don't know if there were local drain issues but by the second day it had died down. Room was relatively basic but clean and definitely did what we wanted it too for our long weekend. Brussels is an amazing place and I would recommend this hotel
Brussels Ibis
The A/C didnt work and rain water came through the bathroom ceiling.
Great location
Great location. We walked for about 20mins to reach the centre of the city. Really comfortable room for us, and good size as we were traveling with a 13 month old. Great breakfast with wide selection of cereals, yoghurt, breads, boiled eggs and juices. Coffee available at no cost all day long. Staff were really helpful with everything we needed.
Ideal location
Excellent hotel..... would highly recommend. .... thinking of booking again. Ideal location
Clean and right outside a tram stop
About a ten minute walk from Louise metro stop. The 92 tram stops right outside the hotel. Midi Zuid is about a 20 min walk away as is central Brussels. No coffee/tea facilities in the room but available from machine downstairs all day. Breakfast was lovely. Room very comfortable.
B in Brussels
The hotel was fine but it is not located in the center of things. From the Loise metro stop it's a good10-15 minute walk
Lovely modern hotel
Fantastic hotel. Very modern. Rooms were lovely and clean with fridge and microwave . Free wi fi in the rooms which was great. Continental breakfast buffet style was fab, plenty of choice. Also the free drinks machine in reception 24 hours was fantastic. Tram stops right outside and takes you into grote market square.
A really great hotel in a good location.
For the price it was a pleasant surprise. The location is quite acceptable for walkers.
We found hotel to be further from the city centre than we expected but the regular tram service stopped right outside and the reception staff were very good with the information we needed to get where we wanted to go.
Good value for money.Exactly what I expected
Simple, clean, practical. Exactly what I wanted. This survey website keeps asking me to write more and I do not want to write any more
Lovely staff, location, hotel
Great hotel with all the comforts you need. Helpful staff, tidy rooms and tasty breakfast all inclusive! Would stay again for sure.
Excellent value for money and location
Clean friendly hotel with tram stop just outside for a quick connection into the centre every 10-15 min. Well equiped room with small fridge and microwave. Supermarket only accross the road. Hot drinks available all day and breakfast was basic but fully sufficient. Excellent value for money. Would stay again. Walking towards the Euroquaters there are lovely restaurants which are so much better then the touristy ones in the centre.
Nice hotel off of a central avenue
This hotel was nice, modern, and clean. It is a couple blocks off of one of the main avenues so it is quiet while also being centrally located. The all-inclusive breakfast was great to get a good start in the mornings.
Great Location and Great Value
The Ibis Styles Brussels Centre Stephanie is a fantastically located hotel, with a tram stop (trams 92 & 97)outside the front door. It is a pleasant 10 minute tram ride to Royale, where there are a lot of great museums, and a pleasant 10 minute walk downhill (down the spectacular Mont des Arts) to Grand Place. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful (even providing a room heater on a cold Brussels weekend!). Breakfast is continental (cheese, meat, cereals, eggs, coffee, etc), but more than enough to start the day. Rooms are well appointed and include a fridge and microwave.
all is good, nice hotel.
All was good, enjoyed our stay! room very comfortable and clean, the hotel is new, location is satisfying, the city centre can be reached on foot. Checked in at 11 am, which was nice after the long journey. The only problem was that in the room and in the lobby it was quite chilly, but since it was December, I think it would be nicer to turn on the heating a little more.
Clean and functional.
Lobby has the charm of a Swiss highway rest stop. Staff are polite and helpful, breakfast adequate for the price. TV channel selection and room storage are both a bit limited, especially for longer stays. Shower door design tends to leave a lot of water on the floor. Overall, clean and functional. Convenient to restaurants, Louise shopping, and mass transit. I've stayed here twice and would certainly consider doing so again.
Ibis Styles Staphanie Brussels
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights for a Christmas market break. The Hotel was immaculate, friendly staff, I requested a quiet room and we were allocated a nice room. Really enjoyed our stay and recommend this Hotel, would stay here again.
Nice breakfast, attentive staff, clean room and good location.
Nice hotel!
clean and nice hotel. you can drink free hot drink anytime. tram stop just infront of hotel.
Buffet breakfast included - which was excellent.
We had a fab time and the hotel was very comfortable and clean.
Great value hotel
Having to spend a few days in Brussels every other week for work, I'm constantly on the lookout for hotels that can be my "home away from home". This Ibis Styles is certainly that. Although the building blends in with the surrounding older buildings, the hotel is clearly a new-build or newly-renovated. As such, the facilities, rooms, and amenities at the hotel were new and clean. The room is simple but very spacious and inviting; the bathroom is extremely clean and modern; and the beds are sizable and comfortable. The outside noise level was minimal and could be muted out by turning the air conditioner's fan up. My only small qualm was that the signal for half the TV channels was out. Having to go back to Brussels again soon, I would definitely consider booking this hotel again.

It was basic but clean and everything worked, Reception was quick and allowed check-in at 1, pleasant and helpful A coffee machine in the reception - free hot drinks - various tea, coffees and hot chocolate. We will certainly stay here again and recommend it.
