A lot of strange people around the hotel during the night. Parking not really available, garage for 10€/night.

Not a great area

It is near the local mission and across the courtyard is an adult psychiatric facility! The hotel itself is a great price and honestly delivered for that price. The free continental breakfast was good.

The room was clean and the free parking lot is a bonus. The room darkening blinds were great! The hotel staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. If you pay for the tourist tax in cash, ask for a receipt. I was asked to pay at check in and paid cash. I was asked to pay it again at check out. They let me go with some convincing. It happened to me when I stayed there two weeks earlier as well.Just ask for a receipt, and all problems will be gone.

Nice room, rest quite old

Check in was quite difficult as the friendly lady couldnt find our reservation and we got told we didnt book. Finally when she asked us passport she found reservation. Then she didnt know how to make the bill. But finally we got room. Way to room looked like prison. Room was very nice. Breakfast was simple, many things were empty even that we were there shortly after 8. Jotel is ok for 1 night but not for longer stsy.

The hotel was clean and tidy but the staff were really miserable There was supposed to be tea and coffee facilities downstairs where you could help yourself but they removed it probably because there was an event close by so the hotel was full No kettle in the rooms either. Breakfast was nice and no complaints about that.

Hotel was clean, bedroom a reasonable size, comfy bed and good continental breakfast. Carpet in corridor was a bit shabby. Excellent value for money. We found that nearby roadworks caused us some difficulty in finding the route to the hotel

Nice bes

Ok hotel on the outskirts of Antibes

Small hotel, a little bit away from Antibes city centre. The location was quiet, plenty of underground/ secure parking. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, they could not do enough. Breakfast was ok, got very busy around 8:30 and, as we were travelling with a person in wheelchair, was difficult to manoeuvre (and the French, who were the manority of the hotel guests, are not very polite or mindfull. Hotel has only three floors, yet everyone took the only elevator even if they were going up or down one level, why?).

I just stayed a quick overnight and it was so easy to park and check in. Room was clean and comfy.

It was good, but the problem with breakfast on weekends you have to wait long time for food to be available again in the hotel restaurant

Reasonable hotel for a stay in Antibes if you have a car (far from the city center and from the beach). The staff were mostly friendly & it's nice that breakfast is included (good breakfast overall - missing vegetables completely, but that's in line with what we experienced elsewhere in France too). The surroundings were a bit depressing (industrial area), but safe and free parking was available (it's limited so you have to be lucky though). Overall a decent stay, but nothing to write home about.

Suggest you stay elsewhere if you care..

I can tell most of the reviews of this place are either flat out lies or people have very low expectations, and after 189 hotel stays this year, it managed to come in so far at Number 1 for WORST places I have stayed at. Cleanliness, it was filthy, shower head broken and impossible to shower, toilet broken, stuffy and small...Location was not important to us, but it may be to you, if so, it is not in a great spot at all to Antibes. Checkout was greeted by a sulking lady who put the final stamp on a terrible stay (check in was actually pleasant for contrast) Not cheap and frankly you can do better, much better. Almost contacted the Gold line for a complaint then couldn't be bothered since I will be speaking to someone in India who has a script and frankly doesn't care, after 9 years with Hotels.com it's time to not care as well.

Very good breakfast, kind staff, nice clean room with a super comfortable bed. There is a bus stop nearby.

It’s good place for staying for real price,not expensive but for sure you need a rent a car, so you may get from here to Cannes ,Nice,Monaco .This not brand new property but still everything it’s ok.If you wanna saving some money and stay away from busy place definitely that hotel worth it.

- Very dusty rooms. Old dust. Not cleaned thoroughly. Had issues breathing because of so much dust. - We had selected nonsmoking rooms but were offered smoking rooms. Staff offered us room freshener to get rid of cigarette smoke smell. Only on persistence they offered us nonsmoking rooms but the rooms had damp smell probably due to humid season. Not well ventilated + Parking was good. Both free and paid options were available + Breakfast was good

Antibes- worth it!

The hotel is located a little far from the beach, but very close to Carrefour.The paella that we get from Carrefour was better then what we have eaten in Valencia, Barcelona or Madrid restaurants. At the hotel the food war excelent at breakfast.We highly apreciated the orange juice and the fruite salad which was incredibile .Our boy enjoyed the patistry. We had some problems with air-condition and ventilation from the bathroom. This is a problem where some efforts should be done. The busses are functioning AWFUL on Sundays.We had to wait for 90 minute , from 21, 15 to 22, 45.....bus nb 1. It was the only one functioning.All the others : nb 6, 9, 30, 31 functioned until 18,45 or 20,55.You better hire a car!!! The area of the hotel is far from the beach but close to some residential areas, very nice and clean. Antibes as a city is ECTREMELY nice. The landscape is wonderful . We have mostly enjoyed Picasso museum from Antibes and Chagall Museum from Nice.

The parking was easy and on site, the beds were comfortable and the windows opened. All huge perks. :) The toilet had difficulty flushing and the breakfast was just okay. But the staff was great!

Everything was fine. Free parking available or enclosed parking for 9 Euros. Breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice great! Small rooms but adequate. Not many restaurants walking distance so would need a car for that but there is an on-site restaurant that was a bit pricey. Close to beaches

Better to pay for extras like food at the hotel

Frequently stay in an Ibis and this has to be the worst one so far. Breakfast was included but at the time of booking through Hotel.com I also paid £18 to have an evening meal. When I arrived Ibis insisted they don't do half board, even though it clearly said it on my booking confirmation. I was charged for an evening meal in addition to what I had paid. Now Hotel.com are making me jump through hoops instead of just refunding my card with the £18 they charged me. The room was quite comfortable, bed was comfy. Although the shower was nice, the toilet needed flushing several times as the flush did not work very well and the sink emptied so slowly, I think it was blocked. Food was actually quite nice, and less than the £18 Hotel.com charged me.

Nice hotel . Good location

Stayed one night as in good location for easy drive to Nice airport. Food in restaurant okay, limited choice. Room clean Bed comfortable. Would recommend for overnight stay.

Great service

Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Parking was free and abundance. Rooms were a bit small but clean. Free breakfast was awesome.

OK Hotel, but not an exciting neighborhood.

Not a whole lot of restaurants nearby. Would have preferred staying in the center of Antibes.

Everything is good except WiFi! Set up processing is not easy specially we haven’t France language! And also the WeChat system has been blocked, we had difficulties to communicate!

Good hotel

Hotel is located near other businesses and residential area. Therefore it’s not the ideal hotel for vacation, but good for overnight stay or a business trip. Breakfast is very good and free parking was available when we were there. Front desk team was great and helpful.

Very small rooms but clean and simple.

The front desk staff was not overly pleasant regardless of who it was. The free breakfast was substantial and there was plenty to choose from. We enjoyed the bar in the evenings. If you have small children, (which we do not), there is a small play area in the lobby area, which is also a nice feature to offer since the rooms are so small. You really cannot do much in the room but sleep when you bring your bags/luggage in. For this particular hotel location, the parking lot is HORRIBLE!! The asphalt is is terrible condition with many raised areas making parking somewhat difficult if the hotel is crowded. It is about a 7 minute drive to Old Town Antibes where there is a small beach. Overall, this was a pleasant stay. The staff could have better customer service. Other than that, I would recommend a stay here.

Nice but...

The air conditioning didn't work for 2 of 3 nights we stayed. Maintenance did not unlock the locked safe for us to use but the beds and shower were great! Staff were very nice and the place was very easy to find and centrally located for nearby motorways.

My wife and I arrived after traveling for almost 24 hours. I was very tired after the trip and driving at night in a foreign area. Pleasantly surprised when we arrived and checked in. Very nice hotel. Clean, modern (or newly renovated), nice breakfast, helpfull staff. I would stay here again.

OK for work stay

Stayed here for work, and was ok for that. The positives - good friendly reception, good breakfast. The negatives - room in need of renovation, no curtains, no tea/coffee, small but clean & bed was comfy. In the middle of suburban nowhere, so its a drive to anywhere nice.

Quiet neighborhood

Difficult to find, far from city center- otherwise nice hotel to stay at. If you stay here make sure you have a car or you will be using taxis. Room was clean- breakfast was good.

Needs a lot of TLC!

Hotel staff was very helpful! The hotel itself needs MAJOR TLC. Very dated and dark! Not what you think of when vising the sunny French Riviera. Should be rated as a 2 star hotel and not more.

Good value for money

Good value, basic accommodation for an overnight stay. Clean & quiet. Buffet breakfast was very good. The only problem was actually finding the hotel as it is very much off the beaten path - if you have a satnav & the correct address you should be ok.

Budget choice in Southern France

This hotel is cheap and cheerful but location is not hot. You need a car to stay there and visit nice areas of Southern France. But price is reasonable. Secure underground car park use is free. Rooms are to lock with key in keyhole from both inside and outside. No view at all apart from building side. There is 2 extra busy roundabouts before the hotel. We stayed there and drive to Nice but left the car in nice park azure (park and ride) and continued with tram. Breakfast is busy but ok, fresh squeezed orange is popular. We had dinner at hotel. Not so bad, fish is good. Staff helpful but too casual sometimes.

Great place if you visit this area by car

Nice hotel close to good transport links

Having read some of the earlier reviews after i had booked this hotel i was a little worried what i would find.However it was a really lovely place, great location for bus and train links and ample secure car parking ,close to a carrefour supermarket and other places to eat or shop . The rooms were a good size and clean,friendly staff ,Breakfast was good and other meals we had in the hotel were of a good standard and good value for money.Very quiet hotel at night and towels changed daily if you needed them Tv in room with CNN news etc Complimentary tea and coffee available in reception area

A good "in transit hotel"

The room was small but well designed and very comfortable. The restaurant menu was restricted but the food excellent. Most of the staff spoke English and all were friendly. The local area doesn't have much to offer but it is very convenient for the motorway.

Good overnight accommodation

Friendly staff upon arrival. This is your typical Ibis Hotel. Clean and functional rooms with the bare necessities. Exactly what you want for an overnight stay. Free underground off street parking. Very little in the way of restaurants nearby.

Close to A8

Room was good value but it is quite a distance via taxi from Antibes town centre - 25 euros in a taxi! Bar and restaurant were closed the night we stayed so no choice but to go into town - made value room not such a cheap deal.

Nice, but a bit out or the way

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. A bit out of the town so unadvisable to stay without a car as taxi's into Antibes/Juan Les Pins aren't cheap!

Nice modern hotel

Nice modern hotel. Room was very clean and stylish. Nice to have secure parking. Ideal if you just want a hotel room, there is no view to speak of or any balcony. Really nice buffet breakfast included. Best if you have a car but a bus does go past the hotel.

Good value for money

We stayed on a three nights for two basis and found it very good value for money. Room was a little small but the beds were extremely comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. Breakfast was included in the price with a good choice of decent coffee, tea, fresh orange juice etc. etc. Overall very impressed after my last stay in an Ibis hotel many years ago. Easy access by car to the centre of Antibes.

Very difficult to locate as changed to Ibis but not sign posted. Reception is fantastic and with her recommendation we had a very nice evening out. Room is small but very good use of space - I love the concept of a pull out , desk. Breakfast is with a great selection .

Good base for short stay

This is a comfortable hotel with free parking and is near the airport. We used it as a base for 2 nights as we were arriving late on our 1st night with a hire car. Our rate included breakfast which we enjoyed outside on the terrace and this was a plus point. Helpful staff and internet service at reception area (free for 15 mins). Also for whatever reason, dinner was only available in the hotel from Mon - Thurs which is not brilliant due to the hotels out of town location. One of the nearby hotels offered dinner and there was a small Pizza Takeaway/Sit-in nearby. Overall a good stay for a short break to explore Antibes and its surrounding area.

out of the way - but great value

A pleasant time was had, but it was a shame that the closure of the restaurant and bar at weekends was not advertised more fully. Other than that (and the travel to the centre - about 4km) a good value place to stay and great staff!!

Not a good choice at all

Although the Cote d'Azur is beautiful, people are not. Hotel's personal was not friendly, kind of rude.

In general a good standard hotel for the price. Quite far from city, but easy access with car or bus. Great breakfast!

All Seasons Antibes

Good hotel, close to the supermarket but the car is needed to get around the city as the hotel is about 2km from the port and all attractions.

Beautiful hotel, a little far from town

The All Seasons Hotel in Antibes is a lovely hotel, with modern clean rooms and a substantial continental breakfast included. However it is about 4km from the main town and beaches. These are easily accessed from the fantastic regular bus service that goes right past the gate of the hotel at really reasonable rates. However late at night the only option home is a taxi and these are costly. Also the bar in the hotel only opens until 10pm and we found no other nice bars in the locality if you fancy an evening drink. Overall it's a good value comfortable option with good transport links to all the major sites, but walking to town or the beach is not an option.

Kyriad - Antibes Juans Les Pins

Was met by the manager at check in and he could not have been more welcoming. Fantastic service throughout the hotel, free wifi and parking was also great to have. During my stay it was clear that the hotel was being well looked after by their maintenance team without disturbing any guests. I had my own car and know the area fairly well so found the location to be alright but travelers who wish to be in the busier part of the area I'd suggest they head else where.

Kyriad- Antibes

We only stayed one night, but the hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. We felt the meals were excellent and the breakfast which we payed for seperately had a good variety of choices. The location was the only downside and you would need a car, however it is within walking distance of the largetst hypermarket in the area ( if you like that kind of thing!)

The hotel is fine, has free underground parking, is clean and well maintained but it is a long way from the town centre. We were told a taxi into Antibes centre would be about 35 Euros, and that buses cease at around 8pm. That aside, no problems, and it presented very good value for money.

Je viens souvent dans cet hôtel mais là ce n'était pas bien du tout. La moquette était tachée, il y avait des cheveux dans la douche je l'ai fait remarqué, le contreplaqué au dessus du lavabo avait troué. Très déçue en plus au petit déjeuner il n'y a plus la machine à presser les oranges du coup le petit déjeuner est très cher

Dame de l'accueil de nuit très accueillante contrairement à celle du jour. Fourmis dans la salle de bain. Quand on ouvre les fenêtres nous avons entendu un chien 🐕 toute la nuit qui aboyé.

Una buona soluzione se si è di passaggio in zona. Camera tripla piccola. Buona la colazione. Il parcheggio in garage costa 10 euro al giorno.

Loin de tout, animaux dans les chambres, moisissure dans la salle de bain. Une dame réceptionniste était par contre très aimable et compréhensible lorsque j’ai dû quitter avant la fin de mon séjour.

Tres bien - juste un petit mecontentement sur les petits dejeuners ! La salle trop petite ! Pas assez de tasse !

Très bon séjour

Un très bon séjour, personnel très agréable et serviable. À nos petits soins. Très belle chambre avec grande salle de bain et beau WC à part. Propreté au top. Seul bémol pour moi, le bruit la nuit... Étant dans la chambre n° 2 au RDC, à côté d'un portail qui s'est ouvert et fermé tous les 1/4 h jusqu'à au moins 1h du matin.... Et les cloisons un peu fines.

General

Hôtel moyenne par rapport au prix 3*, l'état des chambres moyen douche convenable malheureusement il manque une paroi de douche, rideau de douche pas confortable qu'on décide prendre une douche à deux, réunion effectué à la réception en plus des personnes de service des chambres avec son manager il parlait pas en français alors c'est un peu bizarre, on dirait que on est dans un pays étranger, je considéré des réunions de c type là c'est mieux d'être isolé car les clients qui étaient présentes dans le hall se sentait un peu gêné. Par rapport au parking fuite dans des canalisations franchement l'odeur avec la chaleur c'est insoutenable. Et pour la restauration petit déjeuner 4 jours on était servi la même chose pas grand choix a niveau de buffet.

Antibes

Soggiorno gradevole. Struttura pulitissima,gentilezza,colazione buona. Stanza un po piccola ma per soggiorni brevi va benissimo. Prodotti per il bagno buoni. Ci ritornerei sicuramente. Buona posizione per antibes e dintorni. Il posteggio potrebbe essere gratuito.

Manque une borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique.

Personnel exécrable et manque de professionnalisme

Hôtel tout à fait convenable, petit déjeuner varié et personnel très aimable.

Nel complesso buono. Alla fine considerando che le mie figlie minorenni ma alte m 1.70 erano segnate come bambini , la stanza era un po’ piccola. Pulizia della camera buona, nonostante la moquette. Buona la colaIone con prodotti freschi, i dintorni dell’hotel magari da sistemare un pochino.

Séjour correct. La chambre est agréable et bien insonorisée. Literie de qualité. La salle de bain est un peu vieille mais fonctionnel. Le quartier n'offre pas ou peu de moyen de restauration sans devoir reprendre la voiture. Parking privé en sous-sol.

Service très sympathique surtout le matin au petit dej. Très bon petit dej avec jus de fruit frais et produits de qualité. Chambre très agréable et bien insonorisée MAIS matelas trop mou et alèse qui faisait du bruit pas agréable du tout.

Já fiquei mais vezes nesse Ibis, seguro perto do Carrefour, longe da praia, mais custo benefício muito bom, o que falta no íbis é não ter cofre no quarto e não ter frigobar, isso é péssimo, mais são todos assim
