Good value. The only shortcoming is that there are not many dining options nearby. Most restaurants are in the old town which require some walking.

Overnight stay before the train home after being in the mountains. Very clean, friendly helpful staff Great breakfast and all very well organised. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Hotel set afire

During our second night the fire alarm went off and we went to the lobby and told ok to return to room. Ten minutes later the alarm went off and firemen were on our floor. After an hour standing outside the fire captain said someone came in and started the fire when the front desk was unattended. Lives were at risk because of their carelessness and needless to say we slept little that night!

Disappointing room location.

Ideally located for the station and a pleasant riverside walk to the old town. The air conditioning is set for the whole hotel and was in winter mode so only gave hot air. I switched mine off and opened the windows. Unfortunately my room was on the first floor above the entrance where people congregated for smoking and the smell would rise up! Nice breakfast with some local foods included. Would stay again but would prefer a different room location.

Most amazing breakfast EVER! A fresh-squeezed orange juice machine, locally sourced jams and cheeses, fresh yogurt with coulis, fruit, soft and hard boiled egg cooker, and more. This was a breakfast to remember.

The free breakfast is excellent, but just beware that the hotel does not have a restaurant serving lunch/dinner - however there are various restaurants/fast-food nearby (eg dominos, o’tacos). Nice walk into the centre along the river - takes about 10 mins. Very comfy bed. Would definitely recommend.

Annecy was a complete surprise of a place. 'Little venice' is a very appropriate name. Cycled around the lake. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk to the edge of the old town

We stayed three nights. The staff made us very welcome. The hotel offered a few additional facilities such as tea and coffee making facilities in the foyer and a limited menu for room service meals

Great Rm, Delicious Breakfast, but a bit too pricy

We stayed in a family room which had a standard bed and a pullout couch for our 2 little boys and stayed 2 nights. When we were booking the hotel, there were no rooms for 4 people, so we booked our room for 2 people (our boys are 3yrs old and 4 yrs old so they are little and could sleep with us). When we arrived, we were asked if it was just the 2 of us, so I had to be honest and tell them we have 2 little guys. We were charged 30 euros extra for each night, so 60 euros more and they would not bend on the extra charge and an upgraded room. We were also charged 9 euros a day for parking, so upon arrival we paid 78 more euros than expected, which was a big bummer. Plus the room was on the 7th floor and was too hot to sleep comfortably. We tried pushing all of the buttons for the air but nothing changed. The room was very nice, breakfast was AMAZING, and the people at the front desk were very helpful and nice. If we weren't charged so much and the room wasn't so hot, this would be a perfect review.

Great Stay - Great Location

Really good hotel, 10 minutes walk for the centre of town along the river. Hotel really clean and modern. Great choice for breakfast.

The room was very nice with a balcony. It was also very spacious so my wife and I really felt comfortabel. The breakast was free and was beyong our expectations with wide variety of choices.

Great hotel, modern comfortably, lovely breakfast. Parking may be an issue other than weekends. Indian restaurant close by was excellent.

Good stopover

This was a one night stopover and the hotel was good for that. The area immediately around the hotel is not the best but it's not a long walk to the centre. There is parking but I had not reserved it so used another car park 5 mins walk away.

Nice enough for our purpose

Our room was typically the size of French hotels and very clean. I do believe the twin rooms are a little bigger so began booking those when possible. Location is a short walk to Vieux part of town. The buffet breakfast was included in our stay and was above average. We used the hotel as a base to visit the Alps. The only issue I had was parking was supposed to be free through Hotels.com, but when we checked out we were charged for two nights. I didn't argue because did not have printed copy of booking or email access to confirm.

Really nice room

Had a good stay room was really spacious, air conditioned and modern. Breakfast was pretty average. Staff were very friendly and especially helpful in trying to locate my baggage that was lost at the airport. I stayed the night of the tour de france where the town was really loud, room completely soundproof. Recommended

Das Hotel liegt ruhig etwa 10-15 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt, fussläufig. Das Zimmer war groß genug für eine Nacht. Alles war sauber, einen kleinen Balkon hat es auch. Das Frühstück ist gut und zweckmäßig. Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort, das war kein Problem. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, sehr eng aber machbar. Sollte vorher reserviert werden.

Schöner Weg in die Altstadt

Le soir sur le retour par le canal, plusieurs groupes d’hommes (deal?)… nous étions 2 femmes pas très rassurées. Du bruit de voix toute la nuit dans la cour côté parking, donc très peu et mal dormi.

Une étape entre la Suisse et l’Hérault. Bon accueil, bonne chambre). Garage sécurisé OK. Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours accessibles à pied. Petit déjeuner varié et abondant. Un problème de double réservation involontaire à été réglé très rapidement.

Décevant couchage

Un accueil au top, très chaleureux, mais pas de PQ en chambre, juste un rouleau vide laissé sur le présentoir , ce qui m’interroge sur la qualité du ménage fait. Un lit pas du tout confortable avec un matelas creux, déformé. Et tout ça pour un prix qui ne l’ai vaut pas.

Très bon accueil et conseils touristiques. Chambre et lit confortable ,assez neuf. SB tout confort avec baignoire et WC indépendant ce qui est rare et appréciable.le parking de l’hôtel étant complet,j’ai pu me garer sur un parking public payant à proximité (30 m) .Le petit dej est dans la norme sous forme de buffet. L’hôtel est un peu eloigné des sites touristiques mais 10 mn à pied le long des canaux pour rejoindre la vielle ville et 20 mn pour le lac reste très agréable et n’est pas une contrainte. La restauration autour de l’hôtel reste possible même si elle fait voyager par les saveurs Un hôtel à conseiller pour une halte touristique

O hotel é padrão Ibis, não oferece luxo, mas é bem conveniente para estadias curtas. Achamos o quarto apertado, mal dava para abrir as malas e o banheiro não tem cortina no box, molhava tudo ao tomar banho, incomoda um pouco, sorte que ficamos apenas uma noite. O café da manhã atende bem, a comida estava bem gostosa. A localização é muito boa perto da estação de trem e do centro histórico, super conveniente.

La réception était très sympathique, rien a dire. Les chambres sont petites Il y avait un bruit de moteur, une climatisation je pense qui a tournée de manière intempestive toute la nuit. J'étais chambre 310. Pdj tres bien.

Accès facile depuis l'autoroute, proche gare, hôtel confortable, certaines chambres avec balcon. L'accueil est aimable et serviable et le buffet de petit déjeuner de bonne qualité, avec de très bonnes viennoiseries et du jus d'orange frais! Bon choix de restaurants à proximité : indien, mexicain, chinois, marocain, italien

Situé sur une place un peu bruyante la nuit, mais le reste est à hauteur du niveau « ibis style » c’est à dire : confort, tv avec chaînes cryptées et très bon petit déjeuner. La seule chose qu’il manquait : le petit paquet de bonbons. Bien placé à 5-10 mn du cœur de ville historique à pied et idem de la gare.

Chambre calme de taille satisfaisante, présence baignoire et bon accueil/service. Merci pour le sac de glace!

Hotel Ibis très agréable

Hôtel très propre, nous avons eu une chambre avec un petit balcon très agréable. La salle de bain est très bien organisé c'est vraiment très confortable. La literie n'est pas incroyable mais suffisante pour le tarif (79€/nuit pour deux personnes). Le petit déjeuner est d'ailleurs inclus dans le prix et est vraiment très complet malgré la période actuelle. Les employés sont sympathiques et surtout très serviable. L'hôtel est assez bien placer pour visiter la ville mais la vu n'est pas incroyable (pas de vu sur les montagnes, le lac ou autre). Si je devais dire quelque chose de négatif ce serait juste sur le fait qu'il y a un petit peu trop de vie la nuit devant l'hôtel parfois malgré le couvre feu.

Personnel accueillant et très serviable. A noter que l’hôtel est proche de la gare mais un peu loin du lac (20-30 min à pied) et du vieux Annecy (15 min à pied). Sinon très bon hôtel avec tout ce qui faut pour passer un bon séjour !

Points positifs : - accueil agréable et respect des demandes en amont du séjour (chambre en étage supérieur) - emplacement pratique (facile d'accès depuis les grands axes et à 10 minutes à pieds de la vieille ville via le canal du Thiou) - parking à réserver à l'avance (dans l'hotel ou en face de l'hotel si vous préférez avoir accès à un parking plus large - 9€ les 24h) - chambre de taille agréable avec un grand balcon pour la N°610, toujours agréable dans les ibis style d'avoir la petite bouteille d'eau et le paquet de bonbons, femme de ménage adorable, bon équipement de la chambre (port USB au niveau des tables de chevet, mouchoirs, gel douche / schampoing, 2 serviettes par personne, literie agréable, ...) - petit déjeuner varié et bons horaires quand on a envie de se reposer (fromages excellents, charcuterie, fruits, jus d'orange frais, céréales variées, gateaux, possibilité de sans gluten, ...) - espace commun du RDC très agréable Axes d'amélioration : - odeur des canalisations dans la chambre 610, ça sentait les égouts dans la salle de bain - paroi vitrée pour la baignoire pour éviter d'en mettre partout - salle de bains meuble de lavabo et sèche serviettes pas très propres et quelques poils trouvés sur le carrelage autour de la baignoire, dérouleur à papier toilettes avec un emplacement pas du tout pratique - manque d'éclairage dans la chambre Bilan : Un excellent séjour, je recommande et pensez à réserver

This is a terrific place to stay in order to explore Annecy. It is just a little bit outside of the old town but within a pleasant walk along one of he canals. The hotel has secure parking for a reasonable rate and a surprisingly wonderful breakfast with lots of local products. Great value and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful.

Très bien, à tous les niveaux. Un lit hyper-confortable, un petit-déjeuner avec énormément de choix, personnel très serviable, bon rapport qualité-prix, que du plus. Coup de coeur pour le jus d’orange pressé, une tuerie ! En conclusion, je recommande chaleureusement cet établissement.
