The staff was very nice and welcoming. The property well located close to train station. However, the room was tiny and a bit old, with many stains on the carpet and the bathroom. The bathroom door was not closing properly, the shower walls needed to be cleanse throughly. Lastly the bedsheets were full of dust (they were clean but were generating way too much dust particles in air when manipulated). To finish on positive note: the breakfast was good. A special recognition to the lady preparing fresh “msemen and baghrir” - she was just fantastic; always smiling and welcoming, proactively proposing foods that was very tasty.

Good, clean hotel, easy to get to as it is a few minutes walk from the Rabat Agdal train station. Comfortable room, good breakfast. Only negative was no tea or coffee facility in the room.

This hotel is located a short walk away from the Aghdal Train station. It is clean, quiet, with good breakfast and helpful staff. A very good value for a 3-star hotel.

The kitchen smell over powers everything and they need to do a serious refurb on this hotel. It is lacking basic things. I will complement them on the breakfast.

The hotel is very conveniently located and affordably priced for all budgets. However, the check in was not as smoothly as expected. The front desk agent who checked me in was not as helpful as anticipated. This all changed later on that evening and the next day when two agents: Noufel and Faisal, who were extremely professional and very helpful. These two employees went above and beyond to make my stay well worth it. They helped me store and retrieve my heavy luggage, find local transportation, provided helpful information and made me feel better for choosing this property. Because of Noufel and Faisal, I will recommend and return to this hotel.

Staff is very welcoming, friendly. Location is idéal and safe. Breakfast buffet is basic. My friend was stick and we could not get something to eat outside breakfast hours, contrary to advertisement

Disappointed

Room is very small. Beds are not comfortable. No refrigerator and no safe inside the room. When taking a shower, the water leaks and floods the bathroom floor. The bathroom itself is very small. The hairdryer gets so hot when used for a few minutes. We requested a quiet room and they gave us a noisy room overlooking the train railway. Then they changed it after we asked. We could hear the train at night because the railroad is very close. Also, the hotel employees were talking loud at night and they disturbed us. I think the security guard and his friends or colleagues. The front desk employees are not friendly especially Hicham. They need to put some smiles on their faces. The employees working at the breakfast area are not helpful and they are not nice. Breakfast should be free for hotel guests. They charge more than $7.00 for the breakfast. Stingy hotel! The only good about this hotel is its location. It is very close to the train station.

Staff was caring and professional, hotel overall is clean and in good location next to the city’s elegant main train station the downside is rooms carpet needs to be changed to tiles or anything other than this type of carpet because of bathroom use

Easy to find right next to the train stain. You could hear the trains in your room but not loud enough to wake you or prevent you sleeping. Easy check in. Spoke limited English. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast typical continental. Would i stay again? No as it was no where for walking distance really except station. Away from tourist things. However great if you want a train.

Small but functional

As with all Ibis hotels the rooms are small but functional. There was a design fault with the shower door, It only opened inwards and unless you are a child it is impossible to get in and close the door.

Poor Room Service

It is terrible. No room service. no laundry /Iron service Dinner and lunch prices are exceptionally high. Staff cant understand simple English very hard to make them understand.

Receptionists were highly professional friendly and helpful. Staff were very polite and friendly ooms were cleaned everyday unless there's objection from customers. I liked being there for a weak .

I liked the area as it was close to shopping and the train station. I didnt like the hotel as it was a little pricey for the hotel and area. It was safe and quite.

Very convenience and near to every thing we need

Checkin was m great, room was clean however the air conditioning did not work well. One bartender/server/room service attendant wasn’t nearly enough, but he tried his hardest!. Not having bottled waters in the room or vending machines on-each floors was very inconvenient.

If you are coming to Rabat by rail, this hotel is perfectly situated. However, it seems to be a hotel for business travellers. They didn't have any city maps or tourist literature. And ask before you take the dinner buffet. We didn't and it set us back Dah 220,or about $US22. And it wasn't very good. The breakfast buffet was included and very good.

What an improvement over the Ibis Hotel in Meknes which is not well maintained and staff are not very nice. This hotel was very comfortable and very well situated next to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice stay!

5 star hotel with 3 star price ! Was really confy beds, modern decor, nice size shower and modern lcd tv with plenty of channels and great breakfast buffet and big nice bar. Walking distance from main train station (walk outside, go right, next big modern building says Ibis. Wont miss it).

Excellent location just next to Agdal station. Only problem is the bed was really hard so could not sleep much. Food and service excellent.

Bad for sleep

A/C was turned off on a day that was unusually hot. In order to cool room off, window had to be left open which added to the difficulty to sleep because of the outside noise and neon/light shine into room. Matters were worsened by having the firmest bed I’ve ever encountered.

That’s good for businesses and travelers in the cities.

Very comfortable hotel convenient for the Agdal area of Rabat and the railway station. Would like a fridge or mini bar but otherwise excellent.

The hotel has seemed as renovated recently. The hotel location is very close to the train station which is good, but I heard the train whistle sometimes in the evening. The room is good but quite narrow and there is no refrigerator in the room.

Great hotel , excellent breakfast with variety and ingredients, morrocon tea not so good , reception staff really helpful reda Allah great guy helped out as much as he could with queries for the money it’s excellent hotel with restaurant and facilities WiFi was great and I was on the 5 th floor , fresh orange juice was amazing as well - would stay again , they kept my bag until my flight and also printed my boarding card no charge which is a added customer service ..

Generally had a wonderful stay, the service was inconsistent but most of the staff were very helpful. The hotel was updated and clean but surrounding areas were in the process of redevelopment but easily accessible from the Rabat Agdal train station. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Staff don’t speak English, no one at reception could understand what ‘toothpaste’ was. Walking through the corridor to your room all you hear is loud sex noises coming from the rooms. Thin walls in rooms too. Bed comfortable, no amenities provided.

The stat itself was fantastic. Checking in was a nightmare. The front desk insisted we did not pay for our stay through hotels.com even though we showed them the confirmation email and the charge on our bank account. This nightmare continued for more than an hour until finally we managed to convince the front desk to let us check in at 3 or 4 in the morning and debate the issue tomorrow since we had a long series of flights. After this incident, it was never mentioned again as though it never happened except for our room key would need to be reset every day. No apology or attempt to make it right. Not a smooth experience by any definition but nice clean hotel

Distinctly average stay. Good for the price. Room is clean, but small. No minibar or safe. Close to the train station, but construction work made it hard to get between the two. Food at the restaurant was good, but the staff were unfriendly and fought in front of us.

This seems to be a newly constructed hotel. Clean and bright throughout. From the lobby to elevator to room. The service is quick and very friendly. The bed is comfortable and clean.

Room was a little small by US standards but aside from that everything was excellent.

The service in the restaurant is so bad the staff of the restaurant unlike the bar are so rude. I even decided to leave to yhe bar because of the way they treat costumers. The old staff on reception are rude and do t speak English and don’t care if you have a problem, i even asked to speak to a manager and their reply was that there is no managers. The younger staff are more Friendly. I left feedback in the day of the incident but no one cared to get back to me. friendly. Special thanks to Amin, Mahdi and Oumaymi who tried to control the situation.

I was surprized by IBIS.. realy enjoyed my stay there. my trip to rabat was for 12 nights, i have booked only the first 5 nights. Eventually, i extended for another 7 nights, as i loved the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and staff were always helpful and friendly. wifi is super also ! I would recomend it for families, couples, and business traveler. Great experiance. Room clean, check in efficient.. we only had bar snacks and acceptable . The service from the bar staff however was outstanding
