It was not a beautiful place .

Room was not prepared well. No bath towels found.

Had problems with housekeeping as they never left toilet rolls and did not refill the soap containers when emptied. Complained to front desk many times but nothing changed. Rest was ok.

Could do with a little updating but otherwise good area and transport links for central Paris with the metro just a 5 minute walk away

No one ever wash the carpet in the room area so noisy, close to the hotel people aleep under the brisge ,hotel is a close to Paris Tribunal Police is riding all day and nights on blue lights

There’s only one thing more upsetting about hotels that don’t allow guests to set their air conditioning below a certain temperature, and that is a hotel that decides which months they will allow their AC to work. That’s right. They turn off the air conditioning in all the rooms until their ownership decides that you are staying in their hotel during the months in which you are allowed to cool your room off. So, if you are roasting at night in a room that gets hit by the sun directly all afternoon, you get to decide if you won’t sleep due to the heat, or due to cars honking all night if you leave your window open. Good luck!

Clean, modern, well maintained though amenities are basic. Breakfast not bad except waiter paranoid on using tray. Location not bad. Thumbs up

Convenient located hotel. Basic room but that’s the price you pay.

Online it didn’t mention the room of 3 was for 2 adults plus child under 8. Booked a room for 3 and they didn’t allow one person to stay in a room that was able to fit us all. Once checked in, the room was not working so they moved the two of us to another room while claiming they had none for our third guest. Bathrooms were not as clean, the sink water would take time to go down. Bad experience that we had to go through after an 8 hour flight. Wish they were nicer/offered better services!

Good price, polite and helpful staff, relatively easy route into central Paris. Could do with better cleaning and maintenance.

The location is pretty convenient for tourists as there are 2 metro stations and bus stations nearby which helps in commuting to different places. Also there are couple of super markets and nice cafes just next to the building. But the hotel itself is of average standards, there is no provision for electric kettle or coffee machine in the room. They didn't even provided any glasses for drinking as well, we had to go to the counter and ask for that. The staff is friendly but we faced issue on the day of check-in. We had our reservation for double bed in the room but while checking-in they said all double bed rooms are occupied and for the only last one, cleaning is ion progress, so we have to wait for an hour. That's horrible, after a long flight and long commute from the airport and then multiple metro train changes, we were completely exhausted and that was the last thing we wanted to hear from the reception desk. They were offering us a 2 single bed room instead of double bed and the staff was never apologetic about that. For them, it was like a general affair and they handled it pretty casually. And mind it, we reached the place 1 hour after our check-in time started, then why the hell its called as a reservation if they can't provide for what is paid. I always had good experience in Ibis hotels but this was alarming. I am not going to recommend this hotel for reservation only because of how the staff handled the matter.

Could hear the noise of the pipes all night unfortunately but this wasn’t too bad. Just annoying.

Never again, I left my bags at the hotel after checkout because I had a late afternoon flight and when I picked them up in the afternoon they had stolen the cash I had in them! I complained with the front desk staff and their response was that there was nothing they could do!

Great stay

We loved our long weekend away, the hotel is located in a modern up and coming neighbourhood with cafes and patisseries, also there is a supermarket on the next street for essentials. Very close to metro and all transport links. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend

I liked everything

The African gentleman working nigh time ( old man) could not provide any help as he asked us to check with day time staff when we asked for replaced towels which we never received. Moreover, we did book for a room with a twin bed and ended up with one king bed that is when we asked the gentleman at the reception and again refused to provide any support and referred us for day time staff.

No in-room safe, aircon broken

Hotel information said the rooms would have safes. They didn't. The aircon didn't work in either room and the hotel is on a very busy road, so opening the window to cool down was just too noisy. The fan worked but was noisy and just moved hot air around the room, so sleeping was uncomfortably hot. Also the sink plunger got stuck in one of the rooms. We told the staff, but it wasn't properly fixed.

The property was nice. Breakfast buffet was also good. However the bathroom was too small and did not have a lock! The room was also tight.

The restaurant that they have is all frozen foods not like a real restaurant but the staff was always nice and helpful .

You get what you pay for here. No frills but it’s a very clean comfortable facility. Staff was nice. It’s s little dinged up around but nothing major.

Long Weekend Stay

Overall the room and hotel are ok, good location for access to the metro to explore Paris. However being such close proximity to a main road, and the AC not providing adequate cooling at night had to open the bedroom window, traffic noise is loud and all through the night. Never dined at the hotel but didn’t see the value in 10€ breakfast when there is a supermarket round the corner doing croissant and pan au chocolate for 0.55c . The main gripe I had is that there is MAJOR construction works taking place from right in front of the hotel all the way up to the metro station. We were not at all warned once by the reception team about this. Let this review be a word of warning that works will commence at circa 6AM! Not only is the noise from These works excruciating loud but these works have also led to lane closures and french drivers lets say aren’t the most patient of drivers and not only is there loud noise from the construction work but also traffic and horns beeping from the road below, word of warning wouldn’t stay here until all these works are completed, will be better value for a good nights sleep in other districts. Saying that room was good size, cleaned daily.

Service can be improved. Check in process was tedious, we had to wait for a long time at the counter to get it done.

Hotel reception is not very helpful and impatient. But the hotel overall facilities and cleaning is good.

Nice, clean and simple

Nice, clean hotel. The aircondition didn't work in my room and there's a lot of noise from the street with the window open. Apart from that I had a good stay. Good breakfast.

The bathroom was small yet functional. It's not a fancy hotel, but if you want a reasonably price hotel, with easy access to the Paris, via metro, bus or walking, "paris" is across the street. Good local food in the area as well.

great hotel to stay in very near to Metro

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would stay there again if needed to visit Paris again. The only thing we could pick up were the towels because although they were very clean and changed everyday they were far too small and not big enough for a normal adult unlike the bath sheets we use normally and that many hotels provide. Saying that the hotel was excellent and is a credit to the staff there.

Nice Stay.

Clean, functional and friendly - with WIFI. Great shower and good condition. The only thing missing was a kettle and mini fridge - for tea.

Ibis Clichy Center is average!

This hotel is great if you are looking for a basic room. The hotel is modern, clean and staff is friendly. However, the location is not the greatest if you are trying to take advantage of the length of your stay or looking for above average neighborhood.

Fine

Our stay in the hotel was fine but I didn’t like the area. There was no tea or coffee making facilities which other hotels usually have. We stayed 6 nights but the bed sheets and pillow covers were not changed for once. Carpet was not clean. No closet although there were hangers. Bathroom was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

Well worth it

Stay was amazing, great location to get in and out of Paris via metro, friendly staff throughout the day who are there to help you with whatever you require. I will most definitely returning back to this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay

We stayed here for 4 nights and it’s very close to the metro which is easy to catch to all the tourist sites. The hotel staff are friendly , there is not many free parking spots though so first in first served. The room was good and had all the things we needed, as we are travelling for a long time to other places our suitcases each made it crowded but that’s no issue. They also have buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner which was handy or a 24hour room service

Hotel was nice and the lounge downstairs was a nice place to sit back and chill. However, the only problem was that some of the hotel staff were quite rude and not friendly at all.

Single beds are not comfortable

Rooms with twin beds are a lie, there is a non comfy small bed to use besides the big bed . The hotel price are away much expensive given the location and rooms.

It was very convenient location to travel. RER C station was limited service on the time. Roads were full of construction activities. Hotel was nine and Quiet. Staff were nice and approachable.

The staff was great and the accommodation was comfortable. It was a bit outside the city center but fairly easy access to a metro station.

Okay stay

Overall our experience was great though our bathroom could have been a much cleaner when we arrived. The location is in the outskates of town but easily accessible to all the main things in Paris by the metro and especially by the buses that drop right outside the hotel. The staff were also friendly and spoke English

Chic, youthful and good WIFI connection makes my stay pleasing while exploring the city of Paris. Clean room and they regularly tidy the room with clean towels daily. Good selection of food for breakfast to start the day.

We recently stayed here as family for 2 days and stay was very good. Staff is friendly and efficient. Location is well connected . Rooms were clean and cozy and bigger as compared to other ibis hotels in paris. Will come back again next month

One night stay - comfortable

We stayed here for one night and we were happy with the room we were given. The checkin and checkout process was smooth. The hotel is only a 5 min walk from the metro, so it was quite convenient to commute to the various tourist attractions from here.

Ett hotell som har sett bättre dagar, personalen borde utbildas i kommunikation gentemot gästerna. Känns som man stör. Har varit gäst på hotellet många gånger genom åren men det var nog sista gången.

Handfatets avlopp har varit stoppat och vattnet går jättesakta. Finns ingen minibar. Luftkonditionering ständes av. Even man om lägger lägre temperatur det ska aldrig blåsa kall luft

La ubicación del hotel es excelente con metro muy cerca y bien comunicado con el centro. La habitación es muy pequeñita pero agradable y con lo necesario. El desayuno por el precio no está mal...pero dicen que el horario es de 6:30-11 am...pero hubo un día que nos sacaron a las 10...con prisas y casi quitando os los platos de la mesa. En recepción la gente fue muy amable ..y lo mejor fue un chico de los desayunos, un chico de color...que fue siempre super amable y atento.

Man merkt, dass es sich lediglich um ein drei Sterne Hotel handelt. Jedoch habe ich da auch schon besser sowie auch schlechtere gesehen. Am Besten hat uns die Lage gefallen. Man erreicht das Hotel gut von der Autobahn und ist mit der Metro und Bus schnell in der Stadt.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Paris haben wir uns für das Ibis Hotel am Porte de Clichy entschieden. Wir haben uns sofort nach Ankunft in Paris eingecheckt und mussten etwa. 25 Minuten auf unser Zimmer warten, weil diese noch nicht bezugsfrei war. Es war zu dem Zeitpunkt ca. 13:30 Uhr. Die Begeisterung war natürlich nach mehreren Stunden Autofahrt und Stau mit Kind nicht hoch. Zumal das Check-In ab 12:00 Uhr möglich war. Im Zimmer angekommen mussten wir nach 1 Stunde feststellen, dass die Klimaanlage nur warme Luft abgab. Das Fenster hatten wir vorher geöffnet, aber bei dem Verkehrslärm

Der Ort liegt direkt an der Grenze zu Paris und ganz in der Nähe aller wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten / Bahnhöfe (ca. 15 Minuten mit der Metro). Das Zimmer hatte Klimaanlage, schallisoliert, TV, Wifi und war geräumig. Guter Aufenthalt für den Preis.

Όπως ενημερωθήκαμε κατά την άφιξη μας δεν ήταν δυνατή η καθαριότητα του δωματίου λόγω COVID αλλά η αλλαγή δωματίου έπειτα από κάποιες μέρες με αποτέλεσμα να είναι ελλιπής η καθαριότητα του. Ευχαριστούμε θερμά την Julia και τον DJ για την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση τους.
