My room was extremely clean and the breakfast was nice, as were the staff! Convenient for shopping and the station. My room had quite a low ceiling in places which wouldn't suit a taller than average person (but didn’t bother me).

Overall a good place if you just need a place to sleep. Very good location and near everything.

We found the ibis Nice Centre Notre Dame to be a very good hotel for the price. It's probably not anyone's idea of luxury, but the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked it enough to return at the end of our trip, and I would definitely stay there again.

Terrible hotel. Avoid staying here, many hotels available in Nice for the same price. The staff are consistently rude (all that I dealt with). They do not know how to show empathy to customers at all. The rooms were stuffy/hot even with AC on and no amenities in bathroom, not even a hand towel. Only your body towel and floor towel. The worse Ibis I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at over 12.

Really clean, great location and comfortable. Shame that there is no fridge in the room but at least everything was clean and tidy and the lift worked. The bathroom was a tad small but really great shower and did the job, loved the lights on the mirrors. Great stay!

Rooms smallish but clean. No air conditioning available, so room was very hot. Had to open windows wide , but then very noisy.Our room faced the street. Thick comforter on bed , we were too warm . breakfast was disappointing . Was supposed to be 7 euros, they charged 10.50. We got downstairs in plenty of time , but they " ran out of eggs", and the ere were not great choices.

The rooms were hot. Staff explained a/c was being switched on soon. Not soon enough for the two days we spent there. So, no a/c as advertised. Terrible odour in the bathroom. The four of us chose the breakfast at the hotel on the recommendation of check in staff at 7€. When came down for breakfast the cost was 10€50. At the lower price it seemed worth it but not at price we paid.

Bit expensive for the quality you pay for

Had a weird smell outside, iron board was mini and was told off for not bringing it back down. Not worth the money but I know nice is an expensive place. Bed and amenities just okay

Hotel located near the centre of Nice

The hotels location near the centre of Nice was the prime reason we chose to stay - it was close to various restaurants, parking and nearby shopping precinct. Slightly further away ~15-20 minutes walk is the Promenade des Anglais and the fabulous stretch of beach. The concierge was extremely helpful explaining parking location and pinpointing areas for us on a map.

Near the SNCF station, metro and several bus lines, this hotel's location is its biggest asset. A/C worked great. Room is small so lacked furniture to unpack. Housekeeping was inconsistent and several items were worn... could have used a bit of TLC. Overall, we were happy with our stay. We did not choose the breakfast at the hotel - there are other options very close by such as La Petrie de la Gare - great pastries.

Water leaked from room ceiling. Upon notifying front desk the agent just said “oh it’s the air conditioning” do you need it? Yes we do! It’s nice in summer and there are mosquitos! He came up and took a look but didn’t have the right tools, came back and made us help him hold a chair on top of a tiny table that was barely holding him up. The fix? Just unplug a tube a let water rain down everywhere getting me soaked. Agent said he would be back to clean things up and retuned with a tiny towel and asked us to use the ones in our bathroom to finish up. Yeah no thanks! Alert AccorHotels but don’t expect much. They have very poor customer service overall.

Well located in the centre of Nice; near transport; shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and approachable; room was very clean and very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean hotel in great central location

Hotel is in a great location for train and tram meaning you can explore this gorgeous city and the beautiful coast. Hotel is only two blocks from the main shopping street and at the most 10 minutes walk from the Old Town and the front promenade. The staff at the hotel are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Hot and cold drinks in reception and room service is available for a small selection of goods, however we did not use this. Free internet in reception and free wifi available throughout the hotel. All public areas are very clean. The rooms are clean and basic but this did not bother us, normally used to a bit more plushness in our hotel rooms but we just used this purely as a base. The beds are clean and very comfortable. Hairdryer in bathroom. Considering the price we paid for the rooms I feel that we got good value for money and would recommend this hotel.

Good location for a small price

This was a lovely hotel, staff were incredible and the price was amazing for the location it is in. Unfortunately, we had a problem with our shower and plumbing, but the staff helped as much as they could to make sure out stay was pleasant.

Hotel close to restaurants

We arrived and the lady on reception was nice but not explained about the wi- fi and how to get it on my phone we was just asked if we wanted breakfast and told where our room was. The room was very basic and only had 2 plugs over the other side of the room but the mirror was over the other side of the room so when I wanted to use my straighteners I had to heat them up and then go across to the mirror and then reheat them again and Ho back to the mirror so it would have been nice to have a plug near the mirror And the pillows on the bed where not changed there was a mark on one of them and every day we went out and came back the same pillow case was on The staff was ok but never seen much of them. There was a lady on the desk at night who was not very nice and her attitude was terrible she never spoke not even to say hello. The morning staff where very good and always spoke. It was not what I exspected. I did exspect the staff to be more friendly

Very nice hotel

The hotel was very nice and clean , a little small but fine . The only thing missing was a refrigerator/minibar so you could cool down water in the summer heat. It was located near shopping and place Masséna . The staff was very friendly. I can absolutely recommend the hotel .

Great little place near the train station (and the main street which provide easy access to the seaside), the hotel itself is reasonable and seems quite empty, I guess everyone prefer to spend time outside, it's Nice afterall!

Well situated and good staff. The AC was noisy and it was fixed rapidly. The rooms are small however and the beds were fairly comfortable

Good standard central hotel close to train station

Reception girls were welcoming. Easy check in. Our room smelt as we opened the door however we later realised that it was from the chemicals that the linen was washed in. We were in room 306 at the front of the hotel and due to the smell had to sleep with the window open. The road was very noisy and we didn't sleep very well the first night. However the bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very clean and the cold buffet breakfast was plentiful and lovely. I would stay here again on a short break but would request a room at the back of the hotel next time. Had a fantastic time in Nice.

LOCATION IS THE KEY

the location was perfect - five minutes walk from the train station nice-ville and just behind the main jean-mecedin street, one minute walk to the tram,10 minute walk to the place massena and old nice town.the service was just about sufficient and efficient.

The hotel is nice but the location is a little bit far for walking with luggage from train station. The neighborhood has a feeling of unsafe. There are some group of people on the street keep starring at foreign travelers.

It's good for short break

The location is ok ,it's in the city centre and easy to reach by public Transport . Hotel is very small and doesn't have lobby , rooms are very small , I was given tiny double room when I arrived , then thanks god the receptionast replaced it for me when I asked for a bigger one. The staff and their service excellent and they help u straight away when u ask for any thing. I must to say the hotel and rooms are very clean .

Nice Is OK

Nice was a pleasant suprise. It is a lovely city with a great historical part of the city. The Ibis hotel was well situated and good value. The train trip from Switzerland to Nice was great until you reach the French border. All down hill from there. The french trains are disgusting, you cannot get into 1st class and nobody but nobody is in charge of the train.

Un edificio antiguo, espacios pequeños en la habitación, pero con cariño algo aceptable, poca insonorización con las habitaciones contiguas, al punto que conversando trivialmente y a volumen habitual y moderado, los vecinos me golpearon la pared para pedir que bajara el volumen de la conversación...lo que no puedo creer es que en toda la habitación había solo dos enchufes para cargar teléfonos, y lejos de la cama, bajo una mesita , es más...si llevas plancha, alisador o tu propio secador no podías usarlo, pq en el baño no había donde enchufar, había secador del hotel, pero estaba por dentro de la pared.... Insólito.

I loved my small, simple but super light room. It turned in to a cosy home for my 3 days in Nice. Good location and ok value for money. Small and extremly basic lobby area. I would however come back.

Hyggeligt hotel ca. 15 min. Gang til den gamle by. Ikke så meget at se i selve området hvor hotellet var, men det var egentlig ikke så vigtigt. Super hjælpsomt personale meget venlige og servicemindede. Der er ikke så meget i selve værelset, men nok til et komfortabelt ophold. Vi var der i 5 nætter. Kan anbefales til dem der ikke skal være meget på værelset.

Gostei de tudo: funcionários, limpeza (quarto sempre cheiroso), café da manhã, localização ( perto da estacao de trem Nice Ville e do tram , perto das lojas, facil de chegar na Praça Massena, facil de chegar na praia). Lugar silencioso.

Værd at bo i til prisen og beliggenhed

Hotellet har en ideel beliggenhed i forhold til Busholdeplads når man kommer fra lufthavnen. Man kan gå dertil på 5 min. Hyggelig sted, uden videre komfort, men meget rent overalt. Tæt på sporvogn, busser og Promenaden samt gågaderne og masser af restauranter tæt ved. Moderne stil i farver og inventar på hotellet samt pænt badeværelse med bruseniche.

Varsin mukava hotelli melko lähellä juna-asemaa ja kauppoja. Rannalle on vähän kävelyä mutta ei mitenkään ylivoimaisen pitkä matka. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, asiointi sujui hyvin ranskaksi. Huone oli varsin vähäkalusteinen mutta eniten arvostin ilmastointia ja verhoja. Asiakaskäytössä ollut hissi oli varsin pieni, joten käytin mieluummin portaita. Nizzasta pääsee helposti junalla esimerkiksi Cannesiin ja Monacoon, joten ehdottomasti kannattaa käydä myös muissa lähikohteissa. Matkaan kannattaa ainakin elokuussa lähteä aikaisin aamulla.

ho avuto un problema:Sono arrivata il 13/8 in serata:nella conferma della mia prenotazione era scritto che avrei pagato in Hotel. Così quando mi è stato presentato il conto della camera ( 122 euro tasse comprese) ho pagato con la mia carta Bancomat. Ritornata a casa ho scoperto che la somma di 119 euro(senza le tasse) mi era stata già addebitata quando ho prenotato con la carta di credito. Ora scriverò direttamente all'Hotel ma vorrei che voi stessi mi aiutaste a recuperare i miei 119 euro grazie

入住了四天，櫃檯有的很熱心人很好，但也有的並不是很熱情。給了兩張房卡，但總是刷一次房就故障，要一直下樓給他們處理。 住的是面馬路的房，晚上約11點總有人施工，有些吵雜。 早餐以價位來說性價比可以，雖沒有熱食但可以吃飽。 走路到車站很方便，附近也有超市餐廳及許多商場。

優點：接待人員一位黑人十分友善熱心，房間舒適乾淨。早餐簡單但不錯。 缺點： 房間緊鄰馬路外面半夜施工很吵，其他服務人員態度比較冷淡，房卡每刷一兩次就壞掉需請服務人員處理。

Onaangename ligging, geen parkeermogelijkheid voor bestelwagens en geen assistentie van het personeel in deze. Goed bereikbaar via tramway. Bij aankomst geen handdoeken in de badkamer.

O Ibis está cada dia pior. Agora não tem toalha de rosto, política do hotel. O chuveiro não trava, o café da manhã se salva. Pelo porte do grupo, pode ser melhor.

un bel exemple de ce qui entache la réputation de l hôtellerie française. une erreur de réservation dont je me suis aperçu seulement 20 minutes après , s est solde par un refus de remboursement de la part de cet hôtel ... malgré mes appel et ceux de hotel.com ....merci a hotel.com d avoir pris sur eux et de m avoir remboursé

Hotellet er fint til et par enkelte overnatninger, men der er den del trafikstøj fra gaden især om morgen. Hotellets morgenmads restaurant er ikke særlig stor og oplevede at måtte vente på at få et bord.

L'hotêl est très bien placé, quartier peut exposé. Les chambres sont propres et très convenable. Litterie confortable. Cependant, l'isolation phonique des chambres laisse à désirer. TV, douche, toilette ascenceurs et les conversations sont très nettement audibles.

Tolles Hotel für ein Wochenende

Die Lage des Hotels ist spitze - 2 Straßen vom Bahnhof SNCF entfernt, ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Bus (Nr. 99) vom Flughafen entfernt und ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg von der Altstadt und dem Strand entfernt. Das Zimmer ist klein, beeinhaltet aber alles was man benötigt. Die Verständigung klappte auch super, da das Personal Englisch spricht. Mit dem Zug kommt man für 3,90€ nach Monaco (in 20 Minuten) und für 5,20€ nach Cannes (ca. 30 Minuten). Für 4 Tage war das Hotel einfach super und sehr empfehlenswert.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Das Hotel kann ich rundum empfehlen. Zu Fuß 5 Min zum Hbf, 15 Min zum Chagall Museum oder zur Promenade. Die Einkaufsstraße (Fußgängerzone) ist gleich um die Ecke, ein guter Supermarkt (Monop) hundert Meter weg. Die Zimmer sind schön, modern, sauber und haben Wlan. Gefühlt eher ein Business-Hotel, Familien oder Partytouristen haben wir keine gesehen. Das einzige, was gefehlt hat, war ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Kleiner Minuspunkt: Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. Diese waren dann ein Doppelbett, bestehend aus zwei Matrazen.

Kein Stabdard Hotel vin Ibis

Da ich die Ibis Kette aus Deutschland kenne war ich in Nizza sehr entäuscht. Sehr altes Haus, laut und der Zimmerkomfort ungenügend. Das beste in dem Hotel war das Personal, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
