The property was great, and the staff was friendly and polite. The room quality was good—it was clean and well-maintained. However, there was a slight foul smell in the room, which could have been resolved with a good room freshener. Despite that, it was a pleasant stay overall.

The room felt pretty congested. Hardly any space to move around. We had to ask for towels. We had to ask for wifi credentials

Internet is really bad which is the most important for professionals. Property is at great location and clean.

Stayed there for a few days the rooms are a bit small, the bathroom sink tap had issues. The main issue was the passage area to the rooms is carpeted, this area had a funny smell. Staff is friendly.

Cons:- This hotel has really small rooms. They provide rooms for dual occupancy but hardly one person can stay there. The bathroom seems like it is of some train ( in size ). They do not provide any bathrobes or slippers. Their service is very slow. I had to call them thrice for asking for water, towels. Pros:- The location has good transport connectivity. Food is fantastic and very delicious. You can get some other food options near it. Staff is very professional and trained. They also provided me with early check-in as we reached before time.

Great hotel and staff but can do with some improvements, blinds in our room was broken and no toiletries in the washroom

Only location near the airport is a plus point, rest they call themselves an economical hotel but charge 3000 for normal one time food. Room was too small and only queen size bed available. Not worth for 10k per night. Should have chosen another property.

The unique thing about this property was that the wifi didn’t work. It a good property, but I won’t book it next time because they have poor WiFi.

Great stay

It’s an average experience compared to Holiday Inn Express, primarily because of multiple small issues and staff attitude. For example, my key card didn’t work even after changing it 3 times, the fire alarm in the lobby kept going off, zero amenities in the room (have to call HK for everything) and most importantly a lady staff during breakfast said that they can’t serve me plain paratha and I should eat the aloo paratha in the buffet! Once I discussed this with the duty manager, I got great plain parathas!

Twin room booked but only double room left when I checked in.

It’s close to the airport but it’s not worth the price. The room sizes and bathrooms were very small. Food within the hotel is very expensive. The staff and room service is good and very responsive.

Last stop during our India visit.

Very convenient for international travelers. We were able to leave our bags in the hotel storage for a few days while we traveled to Maldives for few days. Hotel’s transport service to T2 terminal was convenient. Breakfast buffet was OK with limited selections.

This property is very close to the airport to I stayed there the night before a very early flight. It's perfect for that. The rooms are fine and the restaurant was great. I would stay there again in a similar situation.

The breakfast buffet is substandard and expensive for what it offers. Compared to IBIS Reading, UK this 1/10. Poor offering. This IBIS staffs are not well trained. But India is what it is this is good. However, this hotel chargestoo much for what it offers

Ibis is a basic brand with Amtrak style fabricated bathrooms. However the staff at ibis (in general) is poorly trained when it comes to customer service and is of very poor caliber. The food quality is also poor. For the rates they charge (which are way above any budget hotel) the general amenities are dismal. It’s an ok hotel for a night or two if you are on a pinch.

Very good value

Remarkably QUIET hotel in noisy surroundings. Excellent sound-proofing. Excellent food. Great services. One missing item is the GYM.

Mumbai trip

Stayed for 4 days. The location was great. The rooms were smaller than I expected. The twin beds were a little too small. At first I thought that that was the standard in the city but then I moved into this hotel after spending a night in Mirador thinking this would be an upgrade (purely based on the about 40% higher price I paid). Not so. In my opinion, Mirador was a lot better in terms of service, breakfast options and the room size/comfort. But then, I noticed a constant stream of customers moving in and out. So, I guess the hotel is doing okay despite my observations.

This was our last day of a two week tour, and the only hotel where we were disappointed. The shower cubicle was dirty with lots of black hair visible. We ordered three items together from the menu to find two of three were not available, then the three items we chose arrived with long gaps (~15mins), first item was cold before the last arrived. To top it all we left the next morning with terrible stomach problems (we had no such problem at any other place we stayed). All this for ~£100 per night was not the standard I expect of an Accor group hotel.

Not Value for Money

The Price I paid for this Hotel was 9K which was too much Considering Service & Room Service. In Fact Wash Room was not as Clean as it should. For a 3 Star property paying 9000 was too Expensive.

Very bad

We had a very nice stay during recent layover. the hotel provided complementary transport from T1 terminal as well as early checkin upon request. Food options were more than adequate at their inhouse spice-it restaurant and service at the restaurant was excellent.

It is a very well renovated hotel, very clean and close to the airport. Super good to rest some hours between flights. We will use it again if we need it.

The room was very neat & tidy. Although it is located close to the main road, there was hardly any noise. The front desk need to understand handling customers in an orderly manner. A family that arrived after me were given priority without even checking with me. They were not Accor members but no one cared to follow a system.

Not so good hotel..

The hotel was way below my expectations. 1. There was no valet parking facility. 2. There was no tissue/napkin and slipper in the room. 3. For two persons, there was only one set of towel and one litre of drinking water. I had to request housekeeping to provide extra 4. I had booked along with one cat. As I had forgotten to take the water bowl for the cast, I requested to provide one, but they didn't.

The property is nicely located but the rooms stink of drainage smell miserably. In corridors the air conditioning booster fans are noisemakers e.g.room no 320. No shuttle services from airport. Due to very short distance from arrival hall T-1 the taxi/auto guises fleece your purse with 5 times amount, No room service/ coffeeshop available after 2200 Hrs hence one has to order food from outside. FYI please. Food in B/F is good and so the staff in hotel.

Ibis Stay Worst Experience

I booked 2 Queen size bed rooms for 1 night. When I reached there around 5pm, I had to spend 20 minutes to park my car, worst parking facility at the basement. Rooms are too uncomfortable, tiny, refrigerator was not available in one of the rooms. TVs stopped working in the morning. The door lock of one room was not working properly. There’s no doorbell facility available. You have to knock every time. Toiletry was not provided. I had to call them. Only 1 charging point was available. I ordered 2 club S/W for the supper, they charged me ₹800. The check-out service is beyond worst.

Customer service and front desk support was really good. room AC had an unpleasant smell but since i was on business trip did not worry about it too much.

Less than expected

Poor service and no trained staff. Hospitality was expected as the hotel is located in prime area. Even toiletries have to be followed up and were not provided.

No hot water in the bathroom. After complaining about water they said it is not working. Misbehave by hotel staff management. Non - cooperation by hotel management. zero review for such type of good hotel. They called in room @ 12;30 in night about morning break fast. Such a rediculas non sence to call in night.

Just Average

It is just average and the reception is very dull. They don't bother to support in taking luggage , I was carry 2 trolley bags and a back pack. The room intially alloted was having a dull Smell. The liquid soap was almost empty, there was no shampoo, no lotion, no dental kit...even treebo and oyo provide such compliments.

It was a good stay. The hotel is close to domestic and well as International Airport. Public transport is available easily outside the hotel. Staff is courteous.

This is an ideal hotel for when you need to be close to the airport, Its comfortable, quiet enough for a good rest and has the what you need.The rooms are small but well equipped. It offers a car transfer service to the airport which for a very early morning start was excellent and worth the extra price to a taxi

The breakfast wasnt very good. Would have prefereed to have some weatern choices such as oatmeal or scrambled eggs or omelets. Room was very small, beds so close together it felt like we were sleeping in one bed. Not what you expect when you request two beds. Would have liked an additional pillow. Some outlet ports and one bedside lamp wasnt working.

Location near airport is convenient. staff is excellent - they want you to have a comfortable stay and assist in any way they can. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are really small. There is no noise in the rooms inspite of the hotel being next to a busy intersection and the Western Express highway.

Location is the only thing working for this hotel. Rooms are way too small for the price. Food was just ok. This is only worth staying if you have to pay less than 4,000 per night.

Business trip

It was great

Overall the stay was good. The lady that checked me in could have been a bit more helpful (I had one of those rental cellphones that gets picked up at hotel reception by the phone company, but she refused to accept it. Also seemed suspicious that I was trying to sneak additional people into my room.) Besides that, the facilities were good for a short stay and I enjoyed the restaurant. The rest of the staff was also very helpful when I needed to secure an Uber, translating and getting on the phone with the driver.

Convenient for flying

This was a. Overnight stay for a morning flight, so very convenient from Ibis. Reception and room service were excellent. Restaurant service seemed little slow. Breakfast could include more continental options.

We like Ibis for a good clean place to stay near the airport. They've got good service and good breakfasts too. They are very helpful in getting us back and forth from the airport.

1. Should give dental kit by default. it feels bad to call and ask and wait for it in the morning, 2. The breakfast menu was too experimental. And non-veg items were totally missing except egg. 3. I got a welcome drink voucher for 2 beers. I dont drink so I asked for Redbull. but i was told that it is an expensive item. Oh REALLY? being a regular visitor, I expected a better treatment. Would like to hear an answer from you or I will never give feedback again. Thanks

Ok Hotel with tiny rooms, poor luggage transshipment system, found hair on the bed. Hardly any space in the room even to keep luggage. Not good for family with kids. No swimming pool or recreational activity.

Great hotel close to the domestic terminal of the Mumbai airport. Easy to get to and makes it very convenient to take an early morning flight. Had an Electrical problem in the hotel and they fixed it in no time at all so that I could continue working without interruption. Great service and the food spread is adequate

Room service food was worst

Pav Bhaji and vada pav was worst. After landing late night we were expecting authentic mumbai pav bhaji and vada pav but they were very worst. This diminished our cravings for pav bhaji and vada pav😡

Hotel near International terminal in Mumbai

The hotel does not provide assistance to call a taxi service to travel to the international terminal, which is about 10-15 minutes away. We had to use the car rental service provided by the hotel and it was a bit expensive in our view (about five times of the taxi fare). The food in the restaurant was good and staffs were nice. The Cable TV was effectively dysfunctional (out of signal, possibly due to heavy rains but the advt. channels were working perfectly!). Overall, it is a good hotel near Mumbai international airport.
