Very efficient, affordable hotel for quick overnight business trips to the Col del Valle area. Have stayed there for the last 20 years and never a glitch; very friendly staff, reasonable breakfast buffet and safe. Harish Dadoo

The hotel is very well located, but it needs maintenance. The bed is sunken, the facilities are old and neglected. I would not stay here again.

I think it is conveniently located but think it hasn’t been well maintained

No safe boxes for laptop computers. Only two bath towels for two guests. No foot mat no hand towels. No tissues in the room. Only one night table has one electrical outlet. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Cleaning lady extremely nice and helpful. Good that they give a glass bottle for water and there was a water filter close to the room.

tHE HALLS WERE TOO DIRTY THE FLOORS, THE TV ON LOBBY WAS SOOOOO LOUD BATHROOM SHOWER AND BEHIND THE TOILETTE WAS VERY DIRTY

The hotel is well kept and clean, the staff is very friendly, I had to catch a early flight and the shuttle to the airport was available at 3am!!! Great experience

Very comfortable, no nonsense property for good sleeping and breakfast buffet.

La estancia fue buena

Most cost & time efficient hotel for sleeping if meeting are in Colonia del Valle; self service breakfast buffet is very good and economic, even more so if booked with the room. Front desk staff are young and attentive. My choice for the last 20 years.

Aunque tienen servicio de valet parking con costo, sería conveniente tener más espacio de estacionamiento sin costo.

Easy to access property and with in walking distance. Zone seems to be safe.

I do not uderstand why the charge you $100 pesos per day when you need to to use the own parking lot of the Hotel. In front of the Hotel there are only 8 spots for the entire Hotel.

Desde que llegamos la recepcionista de mal genio y en la mañana del check out lo mismo con la persona que fue y nos apuró para salirnos, el check out en el app dice un horario y ellos tienen otro

The installations were not the one that you expect for the location, door locks broken, request to pay for the parking without let you know before, bathroom furniture was old and damaged, very small TV and the room had only 2 lights. Sorry but it doesn't meet a business class hotel even the cheaper ones

It was fair in terms price but staff was missing customer service skills.

The sheets smelled weird, but overall it is a good and affordable stay for a business trip around the area. Great breakfast though.

En éste tipo de hoteles se va a descansar y las Camas están más duras que una tabla. No funcionaba el elevador. Mala experiencia.

Las habitaciones que se supone que son de no fumadores, huelen mucho a cigarro y los baños huelen mucho a drenaje

I didn’t like it. Rooms were very outdated. The bathroom doors were dirty. The pillows were very small like for 5 year old kids. Terrible

The hotel is clean, but very outdated, looks like a cheap place, it really needs a renovation. It is located in a nice and convenient area. Staff is ok, usually the service in Mexico is excellent, but in this hotel, they're just ok.

Cómodo pero sólo eso. Pagas por una cama dónde dormir y ya, todo muy básico, la habitación pequeña y simple. Le ayuda mucho la ubicación, en Uber tienes las plazas a menos de 10 min de distancia. Eso sí, notamos que hay mejores opciones en esos alrededores casi al mismo precio, con más amenidades.

This hotel is terrible, no hot water, no heater, staff is indiferent, staff is worhless. Hotel dirty on hallways and insise the rooms. Carpet is fealthy, no soap in bathroom, no papercups and has one iron with board for all the floor. Overall ver insatified with my experience with this hotel. Very cheap and expensive for where it is located.

The room was very small and the hotel was very antique. It was extreamly hot in the room abs had to be transfered to another room. The breakfast food was absolutely disgusting. They only had a very limited buffet so we were un able to order anything different. It was our first time and last time staying at that location.

Sucio y viejo

I paid 1,349.09 for one night at Ibis. The hotel didn't give the room because a mistake in the name of the guest. Terrible treatment from the hotel staff.

Room has excellent A/C, was very clean,great shower, the only thing is the elevator, needs an upgrade

The staff was great, cleaning lady always was very antentive and asked if I neeeded my room cleaned. I liked my stay here. Good hotel when your on a budget.

Location. I came for business very close by.

I like the location and the convenient layout.Confortable without unnecesary frills. I did not like the fact that I was not able to have breakfast because they made a mistake with my booking. By the time they checked and found out it was included and already paid foe my taxi was already at the door waiting.

El personal fue muy amable. Sólo considero que a recepción está descuidada pero de ahí en fuera todo en orden.

Cama incómoda , solo dos enchufes en la recámara lejos de la cama, y la habitación sin agua de beber, sin pañuelos desechables, sin crema de cuerpo, teléfono viejo sin teclas, no hay restaurant de noche

En General Bien

El hotel en este momento, se puede decir que está remodelación. Llegamos antes de las 3 al check in, y no se nos entregó la habitación hasta las 3 en punto. A pesar de qu si había habitaciones disponibles. Tuvimos que esperar 1 hora aprox. En ese momento estaban arreglando los elevadores, tenía alguien que acompañar por si te quedabas, solicite una silla de ruedas, la.proporcionan con costo de 100 pesos. La habitación estaba limpia.

El A/C no quisieron prender el A/C y me ofrecieron que durmiera con un ventilador
