The hotel was quiet and clean. The room was plain, but clean and the bed top and pillows very comfortable. The towels in the bathroom are huge and like new. We stayed one night only. We will return and stay again for sure.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ibiz. It’s a very comfortable place to stay on a trip to Monterrey Mexico’s. I chose it for being close to the airport. Restaurant is excellent and there is a courtesy shuttle to the airport!

Quick easy check-in, nice room and shower, what more do I need? :) Had a light breakfast as I wasn't feeling too well but the two water containers in the room were a life-saver, needed that fluid!

Shuttle bus

Shuttle bus worked well. I had an early start the next morning and enquired about the shuttle bus and was told by the lady at reception that it leaves every half hour, and to come 10 minutes beforehand. I duly came down to the lobby at 04:20, with the bus arriving seconds later; we boarded and waited until 04:30 and setoff for the airport! Very impressed.

Shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes 24/7. I ordered food and a drink right before the kitchen closed (at 10:30) that they brought to my room—wasn’t expensive like room service. So I slept well and had a nice shower. Room was up to date with everything I needed. Couldn’t ask for more from an airport hotel and will definitely stay here again when I have an early flight out of Monterrey.

Not my cup of tea. I did not like the building its felt old outdated. The room smelled to strong like paint. The lady in the lobby was not friendly. It’s weird they take a photo copy of the Identifications and even if they are minors. It felt like they were gonna steal the identity information. Will definitely never stay here. Only reason I stays was because my flight was early but even like that I didn’t want to stay at all.

This is a decent place to stay...super close to airport..free shuttle to/from airport...everything was working...elevator..ac..ignore what others said...and the young man at front was very pleasant...restautant staff not very attentive..but no problems!!

Their elevator is under construction and that’s something that they need to warn you before paying not after

Although the room was clean, the stairs and hallway were extremely dirty like they hadn't mopped for a couple of days.

Rude customer service, elevator broken and they charged us extra fees and charged us cash and not gave me a receipt. Please please don’t stay here.

Very very nice staff, but ... Considering they were remodelling and the elevator did not work, I got very little value for the price. The restaurant was mediocre. I asked for a hamburger and I am not even sure the "meat" was meat; it seemed to be mostly starch (?). Breakfast: Buffet for coffee, pastries, fruit, juices, cold meats, cheese and cereals was barely ok. Main dishes (eggs, chilaquiles, beans) had to be prepared at that moment but it could take a very long time to get it (only one cook). No written choices for that.

4th floor and the elevator is under repair. Was told after we did the reservation. They helped us to take the luggage. The shuttle was good. They asked me for all the people ID without a reason. They just said it was procedure.

This is very close to the airport but for the price you can get a much better room with the national chains. This one was old, small , no amenities, bad service.

If you're traveling from Monterrey to anywhere via airplane, there is no best hotel to stay at.

Nothing negative. It’s a good place to stay when you need to get to the airport. The free bus service is nice. The room was sufficient, nothing wow, but it was good. The walls are a little thin so you can hear outside the door, and the next door neighbors slightly. The food was alright. I’d stay here again though. The price is the best thing.

It is like staying in a shelter, except that you pay for it.

Very basic. No cups in the room even though there is a water cooler in the hall. No complementary coffee either in the room or in the lobby. Charged about $11 US for a breakfast with no meat and very little fruit.

Good location for a layover in Mty.

The place is not bad, it's an accessible hotel to spend the night if you have a layover and want to be close to the airport. However, its small, doesn't provide any toiletries, it's dated and the A/C takes too long to cool.

Great stay at Ibis! Close to the airport. They have a shuttle service that is available every thirty minutes! The front desk receptionists are very friendly and patient. I highly recommend stay at this hotel!
