The only positive of this place is the location. The hotel is dated and dirty. The rooms are incredibly dated and small. Everything creaks! When anyone passed in the hallway it would make the floor in our room creak like someone was walking in the room. The bathroom door was so hard to open and close, you had to slam it! Making it impossible to not wake companions up when you went to the toilet in the night. Shower was grimey and lacking any sort of pressure. It's all dirty and crumbiling away from years of use. Honestly, one of the worst places I've ever stayed.
Perfect location
We usually stay here every year when we come to London and never had any issues. It’s a brilliant location and good value for money. The discounted car park attached to the hotel is super convenient.
Our stay was faultless.A clean bed especially and location perfect for us as we had to go to the Television Centre. It was a steady 10 mins walk away..The Westfield shpping center is less than a 10 mins walk away.So many shops and eateries to suit everyones taste. Some fabulous coffee shops too.If you wanted to do your weekly shop most supermarkets were scattered around locally .The best thing of all were the staff, each and everyone of them couldnt have been more pleasant and obliging. We would stay again. The Ibis maybe classed as a budget hotel and we only paid £80 it ceases to feel like a budget hotel the minute you walk in. As always the breakfast is overpriced i just under £20 but with McDonald's just a couple of mins away and you can see it from the hotels entrance its a no brainer to me thats 4 macdonalds. breakfast deals lol
Convenient location for bus stop with mall within walking distance
nice clean property near the train station
Nice area, westfield 5 min walk parking nearby
Accessibility and cozy hotel
Nice pleasant stay.
Amazing stay. Clean. Hot water. Good tea and coffee facilities. Tv has lots of channels.
Good
I had booked the room in november and for the first 5 minutes couldnt find my booking which is not good for someone who was in a little bit of a rush and isnt good at booking online to places. Apart from that a good stay with no issues, except maybe an extra pillow would have been a good option
Whoever was in the room next to me, it smelt like a Colombian drug den
Over priced
More expensive than the Hilton and £11 parking on top
Cracking hotel.
The property was very clean. Staff were very helpful with directions. Only a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre
Staff were efficient. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Had a flickering light in bathroom that could have been avoided but otherwise a good stay.
shopping mall with plenty of dining options within walking distance easy parking. good for public transport
Great place to stay and great location for Sheppards Bush O2 venue.
Excellent one night stay, friendly helpful staff, 8 minute walk from train station, any one going to the Shepherds bush 02 empire concert venue 8 minute walk to venue from hotel, great location, would definitely book again.
Don’t be fooled by the snazzy lobby images
Was given an accessible room. The bathroom was horrid, very mouldy with no ventilation and in terrible condition. It was essentially a wet room but done very poorly, so using the shower you had to wait to step into the bathroom again as the whole thing floods. Bedroom was very basic standard Ibis fare, which is normally fine, but in this case it was just not clean, dust and hair all over the floors. The sheets were clean at least.
Works do
The room was nice but basic which was fine , breakfast was nice
Comfortable stay, would recommend to friends
Went to get dinner in the restaurant waited 20 min to be served left and got something to eat elsewherr
Best hotel in London!
Best hotel ive stayed in London, close to everything, shops, tube is over the road, shopping centre close, beds so comfy, very happy, will be back, check in man was lovely too, thank you. Oh and 12pm check out is amazing!
Terrible staff breach confidentiality by telling a stranger I was at their hotel ended up leaving forms safety and they never paid me back
Lovely stay
Wonderful stay, slept like a log despite noise outside. Staff were very kind. Westfield Shopping Centre is within a 10 minute walk and is the hotel is a 2 mins walk from Shepherds Bush Station
If you're looking for an inexpensive room with some decent safety precautions and parking right next door, this is for you. Extremely busy area and we had a heck of a time getting to the parking area due to a closed road. The front desk staff were very nice.
Room was so warm, even with window open, impossible to sleep
Nice hotel
Nice clean hotel. Expensive for what you get.
A nice, clean and well maintained property. There was nothing wrong with the property but the fact is it’s not for grown ups — there is no way an adult can comfortably sleep on those super tiny beds. I would say a little overpriced property.
Clean and simple, just what I needed for a quick stay.
Only issue was that someone walked in on me as they had given someone else the key to my room. They have said they will refund the cost of breakfast as goodwill. I will wait and see.
Had an amazing experience and will defiantly look to book here again for my next trip to London! 2 min walk from Shepards bush tube station and plenty of shops in the area! The staff at the hotel were lovely and friendly couldn’t have asked for more
Lovely hotel close to all amienities. Staff were very helpful
Unfortunately we felt unsafe at this hotel when returning at night, there was a gang of men outside who were hanging around and tried approaching us, which was very intimidating. We also had issues in our room with the plug socket sparking when we plugged something in. And annoyingly the bathroom light constantly flickered.
No iron, no safe for valuables no mini refrigerator
Excellent location, quiet clean and modern
The location was perfect, just opposite Shepherds Bush station (but far enough away to not have the bustle). There is a small shopping centre at the entrance to the hotel with a Poundland, Lidl, nice cafe etc, which was great for snacks, breakfast and so on. The welcome was friendly and the set up is great with a room key that also opens the front door and operates the lift. The room was quiet and impeccably clean. There were extra pillows and the view was lovely. The only negative is that there is nothing ‘special’. There’s no fridge and the plugs were slightly awkwardly placed. The bathroom was perfectly well appointed but slightly oddly ‘raised’ which meant that everything was a tiny bit ‘bouncy’. No massive ‘wow factor’ but for a reasonably priced, clean, modern and impeccably maintained room in a convenient location, we were very impressed indeed.
Westfield
Overnight stay
Had already checked in online before our arrival which meant it was a quick and easy to get the room key when we arrived, staff were friendly on arrival and departure, the room was well maintained and the bed was so comfortable, if I am staying in that area in the future I will stay at the hotel again.
It was close to underground and fairly central to the places we wanted to get to.
I know the dimensions of the room were given, but it still seemed small. Of course, things are pricey in London. That aside, the room and environment was clean. The support staff started early and the hotel was immaculate. I loved the area because everything was at my fingertips; food, supermarket, Shepherds Bush Market and fruit vendors near the subway. We were happy with our hotel as it allowed us to go about confidently & safely. We used public transportation to & from the airport, it was so easy. The front desk staff was polite & accommodating. When we came in we had booked for a room with a queen bed. We asked if they could.search and find us 2 single beds. They did. The chocolates at the front desk were good, too!
Suitable overnight stay, clean and comfortable. Fair bit of traffic noise so take ear plugs.
The sheets were dirty the towels hadn't been changed there was skid marks in the toilet and hairs in the shower
We had an amazing time at Ibis, staff were lovely, breakfast very good, bed, shower all very comfortable, we were able to leave our luggage safely and go explore London before checking in which was great, it's so easy for transport as Shepherds Bush is on the Central Line very handy for most attractions. I really recommend it.
2 night city break
Service was excellent, staff were lovely - friendly and very helpful. Hotel just feels like it needs a bit of updating - carpets in hallways look dirty and ill fitting and the rooms are very ‘functional’ with weird bathrooms that look like they’ve been fitted as a unit. The rooms are bigger than many city hotels I’ve stayed in though. Location is great for Westfield shopping centre - about 5 mins walk away and for the tube - 3 mins walk to Shepherd’s Bush - but is not the nicest of areas to walk back to at night.
Uncomfortable, cold food and noisy!!!
Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the room was clean. However, the breakfast was freezing cold and when myself and one other visitor mentioned this to a Reception staff member, they went away and still did not change the food! I ended up having a roll with cheese for breakfast as the bacon, sausages and beans were utterly freezing! Very disappointing. The noise pollution at this hotel (outside) was awful - had no sleep due to this together with the poor comfort of the bed! Lumpy and hard with very hard pillows. Would not come back again!
Very comfortable and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff.
Trip to Olympia London
Friendly helpful staff and the hotel was really nice. Although not the fault of the hotel - it was dirty outside the hotel entrance with dog poo! The car park was a little intimidating too - with groups of teenagers gathering and an unusual smoke smell!!!
Just stayed two nights, room only. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room very comfortable and clean but small (but expected that from photos). Close to buses, underground, overground, and places to eat and shop.
Everything was fab but the breakfast was not as great as I would have expected from previous years at this hotel.
Perfect location quiet area
Comfy clean in quiet area. Just across the road from the tube and a few mins walk to Westfield. Breakfast was ok but quite dry!
Room to close to elevator. Noisy guests.
Room smelled of smoke because someone had been smoking in the bathroom and it was disgusting. In the morning, the shower flooded.
Bien para corta estancia
Suficiente para un alojamiento de corta estancia. Personal amable y resolutivo. El colchón de la cama no era muy confortable. La limpieza pudo ser mejor, la ducha tenía pelos. Faltaron toallas. Implementos de aseo difíciles de alcanzar por la altura.
I like to stay it is quiet and easy access to everything.
Perfect
We have stayed here a few times. Great location, near westfield shopping center and tube station (5min walk) Easy access to everywhere. Parking also on site £11 for 24hours (we didn't use it, but we will be next time) Free, easy access wifi, nice reception area and staff. Room spacious, comfy and clean.
This hotel very nice and perfect with its location. But the room is small. For the beginning I didn’t want to stay here when I entered the room because of the room size. But in that time I was very tired I need to sleep didn’t want to go to other hotel and I slept first day. The next day I feel very comfortable because I spend most of time outside so I when I enter the room I need only bed and shower. Near to this hotel lots of Muslim restaurants subway station shopping mall, especially biggest shopping mall whole in Europe also located in this area. In my opinion most of travelers requirement are the same as mine I think. So overall feedback is nice
Clean, nice, friendly service, good breakfast
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Wouldnt recommend the breakfast it was terrible . But overall cheap and cheerful
First time staying here. It was very basic with a bedroom with a laminate floor that was extremely squeaky. The bed had a mattress topper on top of an unmade bed which I have never seen before. The bathroom was a plastic pod. The shower had a decent water power. At night there was a constant tapping noise from outside the window.
Excellent receptionist
My stay was going well, when late at night public works started just outside my window. The receptionist Jose was fantastic. He spoke with the workers to find out how long they were going to be. When he was told that it would be several hours, he moved me to a room on the other side of the hotel, which was much quieter. He was both friendly and efficient. I couldn't have asked for more.
clean room
The only comment I have is on the quality of breakfast, in particular the food quality – were the sausages fresh? The coffee from machine had strange flavor (mocha like) and the bread tasted chemically. This should be improved!
Good
Fairly ok
We enjoyed our stay at the Ibis, the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. We would stay there again
Good location for access to Olympia exhibition hall.
Not worth £150+/ night.
Check-in good, room ok, bed linen dirty, Shower gel & hand soaps empty, bed comfy, lights not controlled by room key card so you could leave them on whilst out, breakfast acceptable (cheap sausages) but staff friendly. London is so expensive compared to other European cities, £150+ per night for a basic hotel!
Easy to find the hotel, easy to check in and out, functional clean room and a comfortable bed! Just what was wanted!
It's a very convenient location
Hotel was located in a very quiet area which led to a terrific nights sleep. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if I was in the area.
Very central location. Highly recommend staying here.
Hotel was excellent for what we needed, which was a clean comfy room. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was good, shower good too. Window opened a little which was welcome but area very noisy with sirens etc, so glad there was aircon and good sound insulation for when the window was shut. We didn’t choose to have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Area is fine although there seems to be a bit of an issue on the green area nearby of antisocial behaviour, we witnessed on Sunday morning groups of youths drinking and fighting. Easy to avoid though.
Quick Stop
Clean, comfortable and efficient. Good location to explore London and get to Heathrow.
Check in was easy and my room was ready early. When I walked into my room I felt immediate relief. You never know if the rooms going to be extra tiny. Plenty of room for 1. The bed was nice and firm and the shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast was decent and well looked after by the staff. Only thing missing was a mini fridge as I dearly love cold water. But there’s a lovely water fountain in the lobby. I filled up often!
They put me into a "special" room normally used for people with medical conditions and wheel chairs. So while bigger ok, the bathroom drain didn't work so could only have a few minutes shower or the place would be flooded. When I checked out the reception just sort of dismissed it and said "lodge a complaint" and that was that.
It was good do not like the AC system because it was getting hot air.
Excellent breakfasts
Simple, basic, very clean, lovely front desk staff and extremely convenient for Central London and the airports. Would stay again.
.
Great, convenient, quiet place.
Very convenient, clean. Great staff. My husband prefers a little softer bed, but it's good for me.
Was pretty clean, the room was not very small. Was a nice experience.
Great location, close to the tube. Clean Friendly staff, breakfast was great. The only thing was there was no safe in the room. But otherwise it had everything you need.
I would stay here again.
The decent sized room was clean and well laid out. The shower in the en-suite was better than the one I have at home. The bed was more than good enough for a one night stay but not as comfortable as it could have been. Hotel was quiet, clean and the staff were friendly. Check in and out was very quick and efficient.
Conveniently located, reasonably priced good hotel.
Clean and modern
Great Hotel
Great budget hotel, very clean and friendly. Staff very helpful. Great location for tube station. Lots of restaurants and bars licated near by. Large shopping center just round corner from station. Hotel does good breakfast. Ir has small restaurant menu and a bar. Parking is next door to hotel with direct access to hotel. Parking is subsidised, half price wirh your ticket validated by hotel. Real bargin £22 parking for 2 days in london.
Fab location for Olympia and some quaint pubs and restaurants
Quiet n comfortable
Comfy bed, good shower. Handy for bars, restaurants n entertainment venues. Clise to excellent public transport.
Worst Hotel Breakfast
Enjoyed the ease of check in, but check in service was cold and underwhelming. Not as cold and underwhelming as the breakfast, admittedly. We paid over £25 for two breakfasts. No eggs offered at breakfast other than stone cold scrambled liquid egg. Absolutely disgusting. Hot food held in bain marie’s and not hot lamps meant that every breakfast item was steamy, sweaty and gross. The hash browns were utterly revolting, having gotten wet from the bain marie. The vegan offering was shocking. No hot alternatives were on offer. Nothing on the continental style breakfast was offered in place of cold meats and cheeses either. We watched the person before us transfer the butter knife directly into the plant based option. Toaster ineffective, doesn’t work and should be replaced. Note that it’s not a hotel toaster, it’s a home appliance. The “freshly baked” bread offering and croissants has run out when we attended, and there were again no vegan alternatives to these had they even been available. We ended up drinking coffees and leaving abruptly. Less than impressed - it was appalling. Hotel basic cleanliness needs improvement, clearly the hot drinks tray, cups and window sill in our room were all filthy and had not been cleaned.
Good location and value for money. Nice and quiet would reccomend
Good price this close to Central London
Standard IBIS room - just as expected - relatively basic - but does the job - usual ibis bathroom 'pod' - comfy bed - got a good nights sleep - breakfast was an extra charge - but it was good and worth the fee. This is a safe area of London and hotel is less than 5 mins walk to station and only 15/20 ride to central London (Oxford Circus) with trains every 2 mins. I liked that this hotel's front door was secure - key card entry - or buzzer entry and lifts to room also key card controlled - making this place feel very secure - especially if you were a solo female traveller.
Was all ok.
I found the ibis to be perfectly situated, all amenities close by and in walking distance, clean rooms and friendly staff. Will definitely be booking again.😁
Lovely staff! Very friendly and helpful!
Perfect 1 night stay for a gig in the O2 across the road. Super quick and easy check in/out.
Hotel experience was very nice and we would book a room again in the future. However NOT with Expedia. We had orginally tried to booked a room via Expedia but i was sent a text saying that I was not successful. So I successfully booked a room at the same hotel directly with Ibis. I then got a message that my orginally booking was successful so i tried to cancel it. I cancelled via the app but then recieved a message a few days later suggesting that the booking was active. I tried to cancel again but the app suggested that the booking did not exist. I took a screen shot of the app message. When i eventually checked into hotel i was told that the booking was active. The hotel front desk suggested that they had cancelled the booking on my request but days later i was charged GBP189 for this booking. Overall rating Poor, and i will aviod using Expedia in the future
Terrible hotel and rude staff
Not worth the money that I was charged for the room!
Great weekend in London
Very helpful staff and comfy clean rooms
Was okay.
Really impressed. First time in an ibis, won’t be the last. Clean, friendly staff, great location for Shepherd’s Bush, Kensington….superb!

Fairly good
Basic room, good breakfast. Lots of signd in hotel about reception validating parking ticket but they don't do that anymore which is annoying
