방은 전체적으로 깨끗했고, 에어콘도 잘 나옵니다. 화장실 쓰레기통에 초코바 껍질이 안 비워져 있었던거 빼고 괜찮았습니다.그리고 냉장고가 없네요.
Shower could be a bit spacious
Good price and a short distance away from everything
Just right and perfect. 10 minutes from the main center
The hotel was clean and functional. Just what you’d expect at an Ibis. Lovely breakfast options but could have done much better for allergy / intolerance needs such as labelling. I asked for gluten free bread (using my phone for the translation) and I got it but it wasn’t very nice! Thank you for a nice stay in Krakow
unsafe sofa bed for kids
Location is next to the river so nice to have a stroll. The room is quite small but for city travel when most people use hotel as a place to sleep only, then it’s fine. The thing I’m most disappointed with is the design of the sofa bed. The sofa bed is attached to the wall with the panel sticking out from the wall above the sofa bed. So when my son slept on it, there is a panel above his head and quite close above the sofa bed. When he wiggles and turns, he banned his head on the panel every night. I wrapped around extra towel along the panel to make it less impact and hurt less but due to the layout there isn’t a way to secure the towel and it kept falling off. When I mentioned this to reception, they didn’t offer any solution and didn’t even apologise even after I showed them the bruise on my son’s forehead. What a terrible and stupid design. This isn’t a safe place to stay for children. Avoid!
Perfect stay
Helpful and polite at reception. Room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels left. Great location as only a 15 min walk to centre. Would definitely stay here again
For the price, you won't do better. It's a bit of a walk (15 minutes) to the old town centre, (so the name of the place is a little misleading maybe) but that's not the end of the world if you know upfront. There's not much in the immediate vicinity. But the hotel is clean, not shabby and for the price, very very good value for money.
ibis Krakow Centrum
Good budget option in Krakow. It's outside the historic centre, but only about a 10 minute walk to it or the castle district. Rooms were clean and comfy. Would stay again.
Everything was great.
Very basic rooms. One had a smell of fresh paint so we were moved to a much smaller room with a filthy carpet with permanent stains. The AC did not work but luckily we were there on cool days. The check in lady was very friendly though. We won’t come back though.
good budget hotel.
good location close to public transport. large choice for breakfast. not so good mattress, kept slipping off the bed. easy to find at night, just look for the JUBILAT store sign in red.
We like very much hotels Ibis and use to stay there. Ibis Krakow Centrum was chosen for second time after staying here some three years ago. The hotel has excellent location, clean, friendly, convenient and comfortable. This is a hotel I would recommend to all my friends.
ridiculous incident
never experienced this ever in my life: the toilet would not flush when pressing the button ! I notified at the reception, they said they would get it fixed; then on my return to the room some hours later, same problem. After complaining, I was immediately given a different room.. It is surprising that this could happen... had the cleaning lady reported this immediately, this room wouldn't have been assigned to anyone, until fixed. The other incredible thing is that I had to wait 10-15 min for this room to be ready.... But there were many other available, the hotel was closer to empty than full I am sure. Other than this situation, my stay was ok.
Close to center and quiet!
Very close to city center in a very good and quiet location
Check-in was quick and friendly. Room was very clean and the hotel was remarkably quiet for a Saturday night. The hotel is located steps away from the river walk that leads to the castle. It's a 15-stroll to the main market square. The hotel offers breakfast for a fee, luggage storage, and parking.
Pleasantly surprised!
First time staying at ibis. I've heard a lot of negative things about it from other people. Much to my surprise it's a very modern and cosy and comfortable hotel. USB charger ports by the bedside which a lot of hotels don't have. It was warm, cosy and clean. When we asked for our room to be cleaned it was done thoroughly. Staff were always willing to help and super friendly. In the city centre and a 7 min walk to the old town. Highly recommend it!
Definitely less attractive than expected
The hotel is central and quiet. However, we received a double bad room instead of the tween room we booked. There was no room service during our stay, even not something basic as changing the towels and discarding garbage. The hotel's parking is crowded, especially during the weekend, and expensive - 70 zl per day. The breakfast is basic and doesn't worth the money.
Staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was awesome, super centrally located. The only terrible thing is the pillows, like sleeping on a rock lol. I asked for a different pillow but nothing changed. Definitely bring your own, otherwise it's great.
Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Close to everything can not fault.
Excellent hotel with nice breakfast and nice rooms
Very nice hotel, staff very friendly. Good value for money.
Hotel Ibis Centrum
This hotel provides excellent value for money. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, what a choice. On our last day we had to leave early and the staff had made us a breakfast bag to go. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were surprised that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in our rooms.
This was a fantastic place to stay. The staff friendly and close to all amienties. The beakfast was lovely and a very good selection.. would stay again
The whole experience was excellent, and very friendly clean city
Dodgy reception & cab driver attempt to rip us off
Hotel was clean and well presented, we asked reception to help us order a taxi and also quote a price for our trip, reception gave us a fair price and expectation on when the cab would arrive, cab driver then attempted to charge us double what had been agreed, I challenged the hotel reception who then attempted to negotiate a higher price with me while talking to the cab driver in polish? Felt like we were being ripped off by all involved, very unprofessional and just unbelievable it happened
Friendly staff, let us keep our bags stored safely before checking and after, lovely variety for breakfast & bar drinks. Very close to the centre of Kraków, close to supermarket for small items such as cheaper bottles or water, cokes etc, right by the river and tram stop.
Conference Call
The hotel is very clean but the service in the Bar and Resto was very slow in the afternoon. Waited for 15 mins for someone to tell us that we can sit wherever we want. The food was lovely but took another 20 mins to wait when the place is barely empty. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
The actual ibis hotel inside was nice but the rooms are very rundown
Modern building near Krakow old town, good but basic facilities
Lovely stay in a lovely location!
Lovely stay in a lovely location! Friendly staff, great breakfast and excellent city!
The location was perfect for sightseeing, travel, etc.
Liked the location. Staff lacked warmth and the property is a little dated. Breakfast was a little chaotic.
Everything was excellent. Very nice stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Only problem I encountered was a major water leak in the dining area on the day that I was checking out.
Great breakfast and location
Great location . Friendly staff . Hotel was spotless.
The location is very good being about 10 mins from Catle and Cathedral, 15 from centre of Krakow
Ibis Centrum
Nice, clean hotel, no frills which relates to price , nice pub across the road to have a drink on way back at night, very convenient for airport bus, 15 mts walk to Main Square
Good but bring a hairdryer!
Hotel was cheap and cheerful in a decent location. A bit tired but clean enough and do a decent breakfast. For the price, you can’t complain. The only thing I’d say to anyone looking to book is bring a hairdryer. There is one the room but it looks like a futuristic sex toy and you would be quicker asking someone to physically blow your hair dry with their mouth! I’ve added a picture of this monstrosity.
Property snd staff lovely although breskfast disgusting inedible eggs with black bits snd shell in dont bother paying for it ! Not far from centre of town woild stay again but not purchase the food
Clean, friendly staff, nice restaurant - great stay would recommend
Clean. Close to everything. Friendly staff this was my second time here and I will be back again could not find anything wrong. Thank you to all the staff
Loved EVERYTHING but the bed 😩
Couldn’t fault anything apart from the bed. Loved the hotel, staff, food & city. Would definitely recommend. Think the mattress of the bed had some sort of waterproof cover. It made me so hot that I was sick after sleeping on it. Might just be me though. I might have an intolerance so you’d have to judge for yourself. But 4 nights without a decent sleep ruined the experience a little for me 😩
Next to tram connections & bus stop 252 to airport, clean room, excellent breakfast & staff.early chech in free of charge.
Centrally located for centre 10min walk. Staff were excellent we booked all our site seeing on the day we arrived rooms are functional as we were out all day very quiet at night great sleeps.Hotel has a good restaurant that we used once but there are many eateries local to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Not any bad points the polish people are really nice and very helpful.
Hotel is clean and staff friendly,, only issues were that sparkling water provided and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Hairdryer not good and no iron.
Staff lovely Breakfast varied Close to centre Only downside no tea or coffee making facilities in room
Good hotel centrally located rooms are nice and big and warm
Nice hotel and good distance from the main square. Staff very friendly and breakfast nice. Room could be a bit warmer and come with blankets but apart from that perfect.
The location is perfect, rooms are comfy and clean . You can’t go wrong with Ibis hotels. We never had breakfast but the staff at the bar are so friendly , welcoming and accommodating . Had a lovely time .
Room rather small with very little storage. No lounge area, just a sofa in reception. Very basic.
Great location, walking distance to Wawel Castle. We stayed only for one night and didn't get a chance to try the breakfast. Staff was very helpful. On side parking costs 60 PLN per day.
Close to the centre
The hotel was nice and was a 15 walk to the city centre and 10 minutes to the castle. The room was really basic but had what is needed. The toilet had 2 red spots on the tiles that looked like blood but we called housekeeping and they quickly came to check and explain was a product they use. There were few hairs in the toilet as well. Breakfast was good the first day, second day the eggs were too watery and my coconut milk they taste well. The staff was brilliant in all departments and super friendly and helpful. We had dinner 2 nights in the hotel and the food was lovely.
Great hotel close to city centre, castle and river
Check in simple, bar area spacious. Room was a good standard with decent shower. It was very hot during our stay 30 degrees and unfortunately the air con wasn’t cool enough. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast one day which was disappointing, perhaps because we went at 7am along with most of the other hotel guests! Hot food was cold, porridge was cold. However we would definitely stay there again as near Jubilat tram stop, easy walk or tram ride into old town, Jewish district and airport bus.
Good overall, but mattresses were terrible
Good value, bad mattresses
reasonably located; just about Centrum
Hotel was ok for a few days stay, but any longer and the comfort of the room would be inadequate as only a bench to sit on. Towels and pillows had all rather lost their freshness and plumpness.
Good stay but for one glitch.
They forgot to send my taxi to the airport for a pick up!!!!!!! (After communication through mail). I was stranded. After almost 36 hrs of travel from home to the destination. And ofcourse they were unapologetic about it.
Nice hotel great location
Really nice easy hotel decent location however terrible pillows and a free for all breakfast. Trust me the breakfast is carnage.
Pleasant public spaces with a convenient bar and restaurant area. The bedroom was a good size and clean but let down by poor pillows and small number of hangers (4 for 2 guests). The bathroom was clean with a good shower but with only two medium size bath towels no hand towel. No tissues were provided. Staff were efficient and generally friendly.
Only a 10 minute walk from the town centre. Rooms were clean and most of the staff were helpful. Only thing I would recommend for there to be more refreshments in your room. Also to upgrade on their aircon as ours was faulty and it was difficult to sleep.
Close to old town
Excellent hotel good bar and food. Check out 12 o’clock .tours arranged at reception. Will use again.
Did not honour room bookin
Booked 4 twin rooms & 1 double for 9 adult males. On check in, hotel allocated 5 doubles expecting 4 "couples" to share a double room! Refused to honour our twin room booking as "hotel was full". Eventually sent 2 of us to the Novotel next door for 2 days "until we sort this out". Charged us an extra £300 for additional rooms! Even when the 2 came back from Novotel, no twin room available so they had to pay for an additional room. Shambles! Avoid this hotel.
Alright
Pretty close to center the breakfast is over priced and rubbish cafes nearby are literally half the price and much better quality. The rooms were pretty bad just two single beds shoved together- not very romantic! Has seen better days!
Unhelpful Hotel
9 adult males travelling in my party, so we booked 4 twin rooms & 1 double. We arrived late on at 23:00 to be allocated double rooms - no twins! This meant that 8 men would be sharing 4 double beds! I asked the hotel to sort it out but they weren't interested. I asked to speak to the duty manager but "He's not available until tomorrow". They suggested that we all go into separate rooms but there wasn't enough there so 2 of us would have to go next door to the Novotel. We agreed to this but were astonished when the receptionist refused to change the rooms until we paid an extra £300. Scandalous!
Comfortable hotel with ideal location
The hotel is closely situated to the old town square, where there is access to local shops, high street stores, restaurants and bars. There is access to buses and trams situated very close to the hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable, which is ideal for a short city break. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Modern, friendly and comfortable Krakow hotel
I stayed at the Ibis Krakow Centrum hotel for 4 nights, as a solo traveller. It is very clean and comfortable, and offers excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and there is a nice buffet breakfast to set you up for the day. I had asked for a quiet bedroom, and was given a spacious, pleasant room on the top (6th) floor. I found the Ibis ideal for my short break in Krakow.
great weekend away
great stay hotel was very helpful and accommodating from taxis to the luggage room nothing was to much trouble drinks where a little expensive compared to Krakow itself but not extortionate a good 20 minute walk to the main square always negotiate price with taxi driver as they charge what they like
The location was a little bit further out than I was expecting so we had to get taxis in to the old town each day. Also the bed was really uncomfortable. The staff were really friendly, hotel conditions were nice and clean. Overall I would say the price being so cheap outweighs any criticisms
Amazing experience, definitely recommend.
The hotel was in a central location really convenient and easy to find when we arrived. The staff was welcoming and extremely kind and helpful. Customer service was outstanding and the room was was clean and comfortable. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Kraków
A great base to stay in a wonderful city.
Good location and comfortable
Just back from a 3 night stay in the ibis. Hotel was comfortable it was clean and the food was lovely. Would go back again.
Hotel was brilliant, bargain price. We always choose to go Ibis as you know you're getting value for money. The hotel lobby and our room were really nicely decorated; modern ad clean. Only criticism would be that breakfast was more expensive than the usual Ibis price, £18 each, so we chose not to have this as could get a coffee and croissant much cheaper elsewhere. The location to the square was really good. All within walking distance, did not need to use a tram or bus at all!
Good hotel great location very helpful staff
Was everything we needed for our Krakow visit walking distance from all must see areas
Very basic hotel
Very basic hotel but clean and good location no tea or coffee facilities in room and altho we paid for breakfast at time of booking the hotel said we only paid for 1 breakfast??
Budget Hotel
I was in other IBIS at krakow last time and based on the experience I opted for IBIS again but this time it was not that good an experience.. so I might explore some other place those looking for budget option near centrum should go for this
Short break
Basic rooms but in a great location for all Krakow has to offer. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
No frills, but clean, and would stay again
Clean basic room, 10-15 mins walk from Christmas markets. I would recommend it, and would stay for the markets again. Friendly and helpful staff. Warm room (had to turn off the fan as too warm for us!) I would recommend bringing your own hairdryer as looked very basic...was glad I brought my own! Overall would recommend, good value.
Nice hotel, central, but no room provisions
Good hotel, quiet and central No room amenities such as kettle and tea making facilities or standard toiletries or a fridge We were told breakfast was 30 zloty but when we went down the next morning we were told it was 40 zloty because we are paying on the day itself (we had asked if we could pay at breakfast itself the day before and the price rise was not told to us)
Nice, 10 mins walk from city center.
Very nice. Hotel staff excellent, city it's self spotless.
Ideally situated for sight seeing
Ideally situated for sight seeing. Comfortable hotel with happy and helpful staff. Would happily stay again.
Lovely clean hotel great location
really enjoyed our stay at this hotel the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the whole hotel is lovely and warm. the food is excellent if you decide to have lunch or dinner there the burgers are fantastic. breakfast is continental but still very nice. the hotel is very close to the old town which is great and there is a tram stop just outside. all in all a very enjoyable stay would highly recommend
Within walking distance to the old town and Castle
Very friendly staff. Room was spotless clean towels every day. Restaurant was very good. Overall the holiday was enjoyed. Plenty to see and enjoy
Good location
Overall a clean hotel, food was good, rooms clean, but very basic. Whilst the bed was comfy the pillows took some getting used to. Ask for additional ones as they did not support your head and felt somewhat lumpy.
Weekend away with friends
Great hotel for a weekend away with friends. Only 15min walk to the main square and 10mins to Wawel Castle. Lovely city to visit with so much to see and do.
Ok but...
It was ok but the room was only equipped with one pillow each, only two small towels so we had to ask for more and were given more at reception. The room was very warm and the air conditioning was terrible and ineffective. However, the room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Also, when we checked out we were accused of having breakfast when we did not, it was sorted out in the end but felt we were disbelieved. Krakow was great though and would go back.
Check in was ok, when we went to pay for breakfast the Receptionist wasnt very friendly, in fact she was rude, we felt were were putting her out. Service in the bar was awful, and had to wait 20mins each time for drinks to come to the table, the Accomadtion staff were very friendly and the hotel itself is lovely, but wouldnt go back because of Bar staff and Recptionist, very ignorant.and will not be recomending it to my friends
good location, restarant resonable for quality.
staff were pleasent and helpful, restaurant was reasonable in cost and quality, location was good for centre and other attractions, overall very good.
Satisfied and will be back.
Very pleasant. Staff were great. Some minor improvements could be made. Otherwise all good.
Nice hotel near main tourist area
Nicely situated. Clean. Comfortable. 10 minute walk from the main market square, 20 minute walk to the Jewish quarter.
Nice hotel close to the centre
Reception and bar staff friendly. Room clean, bed comfortable. Locations about 15 minutes walk to the main market square. We didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food.
Recommended hotel
Very good hotel. Close to a city. Food is good, breakfast super
An OK Hotel
I was surprise to find my room floor not clean after I put my feet up onto the bed to dirt on my feet.
Brilliant location
We had a weekend break in Krakow, we stayed at the ibis Centrum. The hotel staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, the rooms were comfortable and very clean, definitely stay here again, 10 min walk to the main square .
Nice hotel, bit far from where we wanted to be
Hotel close to Main Square.
Had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Reception staff all polite and helpful. Restaurant staff were very efficient and the food was very nice. Room comfortable. No kettle in room upon arrival but quickly sorted. Would have been nice to have had coffee/tea sachets available upon arrival. However, this is a fairly minor point and does not detract from an excellent hotel in an excellent location. Would have no hesitation in recommending it.
Nice hotel close to river/town/castle.
Had a great time will go back in the near future. Food good great place to visit.
Good decent hotel, good location good breakfast but too pricey expensive parking
Three days in krakow
Good location. Hotel basic, but, just what you want for a quick getaway. Would recommend staying here for a short sight seeing trip.
A good and affordable hotel in Kraków
We stayed six nights in June 2017 at the ibis Krakow Centrum. The hotel is few minutes walk from bus stops. Three stops or fifteen minutes walk from the Old City. Wawel Castle and the Vistula river are very near. We asked and got a quiet room on the fifth floor, facing the quiet street. The room had a clean bathroom, an a/c and a kettle (on request). The WiFi is good. The service was very good and our requests were fulfilled. The breakfast is large and varied. There is a supermarket across the street.
Lovely room awesome area
