Overall bad experience

My room was super cold. I asked them to look into why the room is not heating and they sent an engineer who was kind of rude and told me "Hotel doesn't have heating capability". I went to the front desk and asked for a heater and was told by the rude front desk person that "All heaters are occupied". I got cold and fever and only after going to front desk 3 times I was given a heater a day later. By that time I was already so sick I couldn't enjoy my vacation. Thankfully the third time went the front desk person was respectful and understanding of my situation but I was already too sick by then. Won't book again. Not recommended.

Avoid Ibis Jaipur at all costs...

It was not a great experience staying at IBIS Jaipur. The room had bad ceiling toilets were really cramped. The furniture was dated, a/c control and TV was not working consistently. The room service was pathetic and Ibis, Jaipur should improve its service levels couple of notches high. For the price that I paid (with 2 rooms booked) it felt like I was cheated on price, facilities and service standards. The hotel staff were not at all cooperative because I booked via Hotels.com Not sure whether Ibis cared much for business provided your platform. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody...

Ibis jaipur

The stay was ok. Pretty compact rooms and bathrooms. Good if someone wants to tour outside in the mornings and come to sleep in the room. Breakfast spread is good.

Pool cleaning please

Ok hotel for city, pool needs attention with loose tiles and pigeons making a mess Breakfast very good variety and front desk staff excellent service. Music in the morning is a bit much but at least it’s Indian

The boys at the front office were excellent as well as the hotel driver was very friendly and helpful.

Good staff and level of cleanliness maintained. The bed sizes are a little smaller than queen for a queen sized room but was sufficient for us.

Five night stop off in Jaipur

Comfortable spacious room serviced daily and plenty of hot water. The only downside was on a number of occasions there was a strong smell of smoke coming through the air con system which was very unpleasant. The drinks in the bar were very expensive. Staff were generally very helpful especially reception and security staff. The rooftop swimming pool was enjoyable but the surrounding decking needs some maintenance.

The staff were lovely especially as we need an airport transfer urgently which the hotel were able to provide at a reasonable cost.

The hotel it’s just okay. Nothing fancy.

Great clean hotel

Great hotel, lovely and clean. Refreshing change after travelling across india. Near to the metro, near to jaipur railway station. Restaurant is nice too, although a bit expensive.

An okay stay

The ibis was looking fab as we arrived but beyond the lobby it wasnt as good. The room was basic and the bathroom poor. The bedding was dirty and tatty and so too the towels. The corridors had a strange smelly which wasnt very pleasent. The food was okay, but not many other options locally. The breakfast was basic for a western pallet.

Unveiling My Hotel Experience in Jaipur

I visited Jaipur for a business trip and was quite pleased with the hotel's cool ambiance. They had books and games available for guests in the reception area. The restaurant was also located in the same area. It would be a nice touch if the hotel welcomed guests with a glass of water. I arrived early at 10 a.m. and managed to check in early after a wait of one and a half hours. For lunch, I opted for the Rajasthani Thali, which I found quite enjoyable. The room was tidy, but I did notice some remnants of snacks on the coffee counter, which indicated a lapse in attention to detail. The following morning, I decided to go for a swim. However, there was no attendant present at the pool. Four burly men who were also guests came to swim, and I felt somewhat vulnerable in their presence, since it is a small pool. It should be mandatory for the hotel to have an employee present at the pool during operating hours. Fortunately, after an awkward five-minute encounter, I decided to leave. The breakfast offered by the hotel was good, but I observed that the staff was rather slow in attending to guests' needs. With too few tables and a high volume of guests, the staff seemed disorganized and lacking in direction and mentorship. Refilling bowls was a slow process. In summary, my stay was satisfactory, but there is certainly room for improvement.

Neither good nor bad

Poor wifi. Service was also poor. Had to call at least 2-3 times every time I needed something. Would wait hours after each call whether for water, towels, or something else they would never actually come despite reassuring someone was on the way.

Clean rooms, helpful personnel

Extra small suffocation rooms, ultra mini washroom. AC wasn’t effective. Breakfast was good, room service was as expected.

I will surely recommend this to anyone one we supposed to check in 3pm and they check in us at 11am very good service breakfast and dinner nice

I completely enjoyed overall experience of stay in this facility. I would have been more happy if pool facilities would be available. However, I understand the problem of keeping the pools open in these testing times. My special acknowledgment to the entire team for their efforts in keeping the facility safe!

My sray here was really enjoyable. The hotel was really nice and an amazing set up. I traveled alone and was able to sit down stairs at the bar in amoungst the reast of the guests. Very friendly staff with plenty of places to hang out and read. The hotel was clean, the beds were super comfy and the location was good.

Worst hotel at much expensive rate...

Very bad room service and hospitality

It was a really nice experience to stay in this hotel. I was sick during the day I visited Jaipur, hotel manager gives me a medicine, give me a favor to late checkout. Unless I was staying in this hotel, I must have sicked far more than now.

As per my expectation when i think about IBIS as a brand, i look for something as good as its name suggests, but it was very disappointing to see that the place lacks basic amenities, too small rooms, no proper AC cooling, no proper toiletries provided, too small washrooms, not much options to eat in the hotel, parking space is less for vehicles... overall i was disappointed. Only the staff and their service was good for this place.. rest all clearly depicts only cost cutting in all aspects... where customer convenience is compromised upon..forget about the customer delight experience. and as per the experience of place.. cost seemed to be higher than other 4 star hotels. Not going to visit this place again. Sorry

The hotel staff provided excellent service support beyond my expectations. It was past midnight when I realised I left my phone at a relative’s home, locates 10 minutes away from the hotel. Staff is very kind to arrange a staff to walk me to retrieve my phone. Highly recommend hotel.

Helpful staff, food poisoning

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, I became very sick after eating at the hotel restaurant and ended up having to go to the hospital. (I am sure it was the hotel restaurant because that is the only place I ate at for one and a half days.)

Everything about this property was great. However the room was never cool. The A/C has a set thermostat on 24c which is quite warm. So sleep was restless. Of course for most native Indian this is not a problem as that is a good setting for them. The guest should have a preference. Also no outside drinks are allowed in the restaurant even if a person has just returned from an outing and goes directly to dinner. I would recommend this property and I would stay here again.

Great hospitality in every department. Especially thank Arshan at the front desk who made us feel so very welcome. The hotel and rooms are very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast menu is vast with so many options. The location is perfect, close to the City palace, pink city and other attractions. The security is good and plenty of parking space.

Cozy atmosphere, clean and comfy

Amazing experience. The hotel has a nice cozy atmosphere and beds were very soft and comfortable. This was the best hotel i have been to during my stay in India. Thanks to the friendly and competent staff like receptionist Prateek this experience became even better. I will definitely return again if life brings me back to Jaipur.

Room was very discomfort. Matresses are of worst quality, u can even sleep on floor better then that matresses. I booked it for 4 nights but checked out on second day only. There washrooms are like makeup van washrooms. It was the worst experience.

Too Small Rooms for a family. Bed Size too not very comfortable. Bathrooms are pre fabricated Cabins just placed inside the room corner. Again Bathroom Size - Too Small. Even Moisturisers/Toothpaste etc were all on chargeable basis. Breakfast - The worst I have had in recent times at any hotel. No Variety at all. Both days had just Dosa and Omelette due to lack of Options. 5k/night - Too high to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast was just OK but cheap. Food at hotel is priced good (not overpriced compare to some hotels). Location isn't good. It's in the middle of nowhere but we were just there for one night (which was OK at that point). Then we got to the room, the A/C would not go below 24°C. If you like to sleep in the cool/cold temperature, THIS HOTEL IS NOT FOR YOU. This made our stay horrible since personally we like to sleep at around 18°C. But this is personal. For one night, for the price, it's OK. I would not recommend it and I would not stay there again. I would pay a little bit more money and get something better. Staff was good but not WOW. The bathroom was very small.

The rooms a very small. It was the first time I stayed. Would not recommend to ppl who like spacious rooms. But the staff was very helpful. I cancelled by second day booking and they agreed.

No Sir staff

Horrible check in process. Took 2 hours just to get the 2 rooms. They were also on different floors. Even on second day staff was unwilling to shift to same floor. The rooms were on smaller side though very clean. Even though I had selected the room with breakfast option for some reason the voucher came without breakfast option. Even the overall rent was higher due to some technical reason. The hotel was unwilling to adjust these issues even though it wasn't my fault. A forgettable hotel experience on an otherwise enjoyable trip. Would never recommend this hotel ever.

Review a Ibis

Trip was good. bed was too small a size. Room wasn't that big as expected. At Restaurant I found the Food was very nice and a staff there Ankit was very nice n modest to talk and deal with. He was charming person to great n serve us every meal. thanks to IBIS and team.

I stay there for 5 days as I have like this hotel , everything up to mark they have taken care of my kid very well no one can do but Pls it’s a request kindly appoint good and sensible housekeeping staff one behave with me very badly and other try to touch me as he saw me alone lady my husband told me to cal police but ignore it as hotel other staff has taken care of me n my kid in a very excellent manner

It is a nice good hotel, which can be used for longer stays However, they should have a drivers lounge so that accompanying drivers can also be accomodated. The breakfast and dinner quality needs to be fruther improved.

There was a difference in early check in prices. To what i was told on the phone and to what i actually paid. The room size are too small. I asked for a smoking room to which i was said there are no rooms in the entire hotel. There were no toothpaste in the washrooms.

On the whole just okay. Hand and body lotion for Rs 100. Never in my life paid for it in any hotels. Three things like shampoos body wash and hand and body lotion should be complimentory.

No room service of food, they maintain the centralised AC temperature of their choice, menu has only few food options. I will not recommend it. Handy to I Dian wedding Venue.

We stayed here as it was right opposite the SB Gardens where we were attending a wedding. So it was perfect for that but there was nothing else around in the area of interest. The rooms are compact but very clean and have a great shower. The bathrooms is the type in s cruise ship but is worked great. The only downside are the towels they are grey and scratchy and not good at all. The bar manager was fantastic and looked after us well. The food is good and the breakfast was adequate. Be careful if you choose a room with breakfast included they tried to say it wasn’t. Stick to your guns and get it.
