The hotel is just ok, no thing Fanny Roma are ok and i was expecting a better place since the place a block away is about the same price and much better equipped

This hotel is very basic. They call it "Executive" model. Basically you get a bed AC and TV. The rooms have no microwave, no mini fridge, no hand soap, no airon, no hair dryer. This is a pretty basic room with low value vs. price

Reservamos un cuarto con dos camas y nos dieron una cama queen, por lo que no estuvimos del todo cómodas.

La estadía es pésima de acuerdo a la limpieza de las habitaciones, un elevador no funcionaba y el que funcionaba lo usaba el personal del hotel toda la mañana haciendo prácticamente imposible el trasladarse por los niveles del edifico

A very pleasant hotel stay. The room was spacious and in good condition. The beds were soft and clean, but the pillows were very thin. Water dispensers on each floor were a welcome surprise. Breakfast was basic but good. Can't beat the convenient location for the Expo Center.

Me gustaron mucho las camas, son muy cómodas y el hecho de que te den una botella de vidrio para que la puedas llenar de agua para tu cuarto. También se encuentra el hotel en un área tranquila y el staff fue amable. Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento y remodelación al hotel. Había poca limpieza en el cuarto también, se notaba que no se barria y cuando recién llegué la tapa del excusado por dentro estaba sucia.

Mala experiencia

El hotel es muy austero, no vale lo que se paga. Lo único bueno es que está cerca de la expo, no hay ninguna botella de agua, ni siquiera un vaso para tomar agua, la cama es tan pequeña que ni siquiera puedan dormir dos personas sin estarse codeando toda la noche Les pedí que por favor, me guardaban pequeño paquete en el refrigerador y se negaron porque no tenía fecha de caducidad según ellos, pero eso aplica para la comida que tienen para la gente esa era un paquete de huésped que no tiene porque compartirse con nadie después que porque no guardaban paquetes de nadie Éste es el único Hotel que me han respondido eso Sin embargo se pusieron en plan necio y no quisieron me dijeron que saliera en la noche buscar hielo comprar una hielera y fue muy difícil para mí, buscar eso a medianoche Tienen jovencitas en el Front Desk y no saben nada. Todo tienen que preguntar. No sé porque esa imagen de poner jovencitas muy muy jóvenes enfrente a atender personas, y era obvio que no tienen experiencia, no recomiendo el hotel repito lo único bueno es que está enfrente de la expo

Muy sucio, pelos por todos lados

La habitación es muy pequeña al igual que el baño. Las toallas estaban duras. Eramos 4 huéspedes y a pesar que estuvimos varios días tuviimos que estar solicitando diario las toallas adicionales. La entrada y salida del garage son muy estrechas. La ubicación es buena si se considera este hotel para asistir a Expo Guadalajara.

Habitaciones apretadas

El cuarto es demasiado chico, no hay espacio ni para abrir la maleta. Definitivamente NO es para 3 personas, mucho menos para 4. Almohadas incomodas, muy delgadas y sin relleno. La cama es una base con colchoneta y demasiado incomoda.

My shower head hose was busted, I was moved to another room, the rooms didn’t look like advertised, bed was hard, the bathroom was small, it was noisy you could hear the other guests. I liked the secured parking.

Low cost and amenities

Street noise on room facing the Main Street very loud . Breakfast was terrible quality. Other than that hotel is in good location to Expo Hall and clean rooms

The check in took to long. They just have 2 people and they were not trained to deal with the online reservations, or their system but we have to wait a long time before doing the check in

There was no trash can in the room, only in the bathroom. The bathroom inside area of the toilet was stained. No face towels. The mattress was terrible. The pillows were flat, not fluffy, had to ask for two more. Prefer to have shampoo and body wash separately, not two-in-one liquid. I don't think I want to drink water from a reusable bottle. The hotel presentation looks nice, but the room we had was not so nice.

El cuarto extremadamente reducido, las camas dobles muy pequeñas y con una colchoneta que se movía e incomodaba mucho, nada de espacio para las maletas, la plancha fuera de la habitación en el pasillo para compartir, muy incomodo!

The parking lot entrance was blocked by another van for long time, the breakfast requires a lot of improvements, so my advice is to eat somewhere else, the rooms are not well-maintained (broken floors)

Nice hotel near almost everything in Guadalajara.

The price for the rooms was very economical. The lobby is very welcoming. The front desk employee was very nice and friendly. There is a lot to do in the area.

It is safe

Simple, clean. To me a business hotel has : nice bed, nice pillows and nice shower… ibis got them all. Good job. Water in the room and very clean 👍

while the property was clean and included parking, I felt like compared to other hotel stays in my business life this one felt short. It was okay to sleep in but they lacked details like having access to an ironing board in room, the water pressure in the shower made taking a shower after a long day less than ideal. The breakfast area was always backed up, messy and dirty. I paid extra to have breakfast conveniently at the hotel but it really was hard to eat o time or find food. I understand there was a large amount of people to help but overall the stay just did not feel restful or smooth. There are definitely areas of improvement for Ibis in terms of customer experience during a stay.

Los cuartos son mas pequeños de lo que parece, y ademas solo tenian un solo enchufe en la habitación lo cual para 2 personas con multiples aparatos electronicos era complicado

They need more amenities in the rooms. No pressure on the showers. Need better coffee shop.

It's a clean safe environment. Simple rooms but enough for a good night stay. I would recommend anyone staying to include the morning breakfast buffet . That way you don't have to leave the hotel and when you leave your can start your day and ready to go.The place feels pretty secure and safe.The hotel is within a short walking distance of major one of the oldest Shopping malls in the City as well as restaurants and business locations.

upon arrival the property does not look like the pictures it ourdated and aged, also our batroom was dirty when we got to the room, and food was not good either. although the staff did try to make it up to us by offering room change etc we decided to check out and go to another hotel the next morning.

It's really close to the convention center, you just need to cross the road. There are also some shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel looks old and a little run down, needs an upgrade. The bed was uncomfortable and the tap water had a peculiar smell. The breakfast was sort of ok.

we call to let the hotel that we arrive early and that we will be ok to pay a little more to checking early, they said no and ther host had a nasty attidude. Also after we check in out sheets were dirty with blood, and also the water to wash your hand smell nasty.

Too old, mattresses were not comfortable, towels were shabby and rough, on top of that, walls were not sound proof and you could hear people across the hall

The room was dirty with hair on the carpet and spots on the bed. I went to the counter to tell them and they assured me that the room will be clean and disinfected. The next day after I got back from the event I attended, the room was in the same condition. Don't book this hotel

Great hotel to stay for business

Excellent hotel right across the Guadalajara Expo. Comfortable and quiet, friendly staff and great food. Excellent hotel if you are travelling for business, easy access to taxis and the airport, as well to good restaurants.

Room was too small and the provided amenities were minimal. Defintely not worth what we paid. The staff were very cutting, short responsove, uneager and it seemed like they disliked their job. When ever we asked a question or suggestion the response was short and never felt a welcoming atmosphere by the staff. Definitely not my moneys worth and would look at other hotels before booking another reservation here.

Pésimo servicio pague y al llegar al hotel me dieron una habitación que ya estaba ocupada. Al abrir la puerta se encontraba otra persona, me dieron una habitación de menor costo y súper mal la limpieza

La propiedad es vieja. Las habitaciones les hace falta mantenimiento. Están sucias. No ponen toallas de manos y las toallas de baño tienen hoyos. La habitación tenía un olor desagradable.

Todo excelente, lo único que no me gusto son las percianas estan muy sucias, parece que tiene animales y eso da desconfianza por dejar las maletas y traer algun bicho a casa, fuera de eso todo excelente.

Llegue 1hr 30 min antes del check in, no con la idea de adelantarlo, pero si de quedarme en el lobby mandar unos correos y descansar de las actividades de la mañana en lo que la habitacion estaba disponible, la señorita de recepcion y la geremte supongo, me preguntaron si no tenia mejor cosas que hacer afura, que pudoera regresar hasta las 3:00 o 3:30, porque no siempre estan lustas a las 3:00, su forma fue muy grosera, me enoje, cancele y no me quede, al final llegue a otro donde lo promero que me dijeron fue, aun no es hora del check in, pero por favor, puede usar el i ternet, descansar o resguardar su equipaje si necesita, mientras preparamos la habitacion, que era la manera correcta, nunca me voy a qudar en el Ibis otra vez

Camas muy chicas, descontrol en check in

Llegué antes del check in y sali para hacer tiempo, regrese a las 3 y ya había fila y no me dijieron solución que yo había llegado desde temprano, casi 1 hora para registrarme, reserve para 3 personas en camas dobles, y parecían más individuales, reserve 2 noches y mejor me retire el siguiente día, aunque perdiera 1 noche, me quedé con ganas de conocer más lugares de Guadalajara
