I recently stayed at the Ibis hotel, and my experience was amazing thanks to Baya. From the start, he was very kind and made me feel welcome. Baya went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. He knew a lot about the area and gave me great tips on places to visit and eat. Whether I needed directions or just wanted to chat, Baya was always there for me. He is truly doing more than his job. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made my stay even better. I recently stayed at ibis, and while the experience was okay, there were several areas that could use improvement. First, I faced delays both during check-in and check-out, which was inconvenient. The rooms are quite small, and amenities are very limited—you have to request them each time, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast offered was below average and didn’t meet expectations. Overall, while the stay was manageable, I feel there’s significant room for improvement in both service and offerings.

Solo trip 6 nights

The hotel can be located using the metro then the free shuttle bus303. The food in the hotel half board is nice enough, but very repetitive. You can eat out better for the same price. The bed is a bit hard. The room is fine. The silicone in the sink and shower area needs replaced and on arrival my toilet seat was broken. The pool is fine, but gets no sun. The gym is pretty good but 12-3pm is female only and never any females in at this time. Bit pointless.

Ibis that is worth the money paid

An Ibis is an Ibis is an Ibis, no matter where in the world. This hotel was clean, but the room and bathroom are very small, just like every other Ibis. The view from the window was of the other part of the same building since it forms a V. This property also operates as an Adagio. The location is kind of far (but not that far) from points of interest. I was able to manage getting around town with Uber services. It is worth the money!

Pleasant construction at the time I was there was being done

The hotel was clean, and the location was fantastic. I was especially impressed by the exceptional service from the staff, particularly Saleem, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, often anticipating our needs before we even asked. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are well-designed and offer great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Extremely clean and welcoming hotel. Was checked in by a lovely lady on Friday evening who was helpful. Metro is about 10-15 minutes walk away and gives you access to Doha and Lusails. The hotel is ideally situated with loads of food places close by and food market within a 5 minute walk. Swimming pool is ideally shaded and the bar on the ground floor is a great added feature. Wifi is reliable and strong.

Nice hotel for a short stay

Excellent service and front desk reception personnel. Great room, new build, spotless clean. Only downside was the lack of air, windows don't open and AC a bit noisy, when turned off you feel lack of air.

Quite and easily accessible

Stay ,breakfast was Good but the Air conditioner in room used to switch to 25 degrees unknowingly even though the temp was set to 21C and i use to get up to set it again. There was always some drops of water dripping inside the washroom from the damper access . The table for keeping bag is too small and hardly used.
