A more than adequate hotel when working. Bed is good and the shower is excellent. Never eaten there so can’t pass comment. Bar staff are lovely.

Excellent hotel, staff were very helpful. Central location & close to train station. Minor issues with all the room TV channels off all weekend.

Great location with wonderful restaurants, shops and cafes neaby. I would have liked a little more information in the room on the local neighborhood. Also some snacks in the hotel would have been a nice touch.

The stay was okay, but we have experienced a small problem, by losing our cellular phone. And the help was very limited, the hotel has security cameras, but they weren't very cooperative with this. The parking locations are very far away, at least 4 to 10 minutes. Also, at first I was instructed to park by the hospital, and the instruction wasn't very good, night in an unfamiliar street and dark, the first time you don't know where you are going. Also, we had an issue with how to pay at that parking lot.

The hotel is nicely situated at the border of the city center which is 4 min away. Hotel looks nice and clean. However, room i got was very basic with no water heater no coffie maker no nothing. I expected at least that. It has a safekeeping box though

This was a great simple hotel. Only complaint was no hand towels, just 2 bath towels. Friendly staff, held our backpacks after checkout.

Straight forward, clean, safe, and close to a tube station.

Breakfast was great. Room was rather bare - no coffee, fridge or tissues- and small. Assume it was the eco friendly which is appreciated. Very central location with everything in easy walking distance.

Small rooms with no air conditioning. Bathrooms are prefabricated cabins which feel very cramped. Hotel breakfast is very basic and with hardly any flavor. The plus side the staff is friendly.

Great hotel in The Hague!

I’ve been to The Hague many times and this was my first time staying at a hotel. This place was really great! The room itself was really nice and big. I had a lot of space to do work and the wifi was excellent. All of the employees are nice and welcoming. The view of The Hague is amazing from the room. I also really liked their policy where they want to save water, be more eco friendly so they incentivize it by letting you know that if you can skip a day of housekeeping, you get a €5 voucher to use at their bar or restaurant. Perfect way to save some money on a meal or enjoy a drink at their bar. I would love to come back to this hotel on my next trip to The Hague.

The staff and property here were excellent. They were friendly and well prepared for Corona, with regular cleaning, people masking, sanitizer available and distancing on elevators, etc. They even printed our travel health tests for us on the last day. We saw housekeepers hard at work every day and they were also friendly and helpful. We felt safe and secure and enjoyed the hotel very much, even the bar, which made tasty drinks. The neighborhood outside was a bit funky but it is a city after all. Thank you.

No room amenities (kettle, tea of coffee, fridge) was kept waiting at check in even after room was available. Breakfast was good.

Great value. Central location. Friendly efficient staff. Nice rooms. Excellent lobby and facilities. Generous buffet breakfast. Our first time to stay at an IBIS hotel. This Den Haag IBIS was a revelation. We will definitely seek out IBIS for our next city break.

Everything was great, the room was fine but it was a little bit hot and tiny bathroom.

Cozy room, comfy bed, good location

The room was spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the city view is beautiful. If I had been there on a business trip, I would have gladly stayed in the room working.

Staff are really nice- love the eco friendly towel system. Need a kettle in the room - maybe an iron. Needs Ibis barcelona vibes in general to be better overall.

Comfortable, convenient and clean

Convenient location in the centre of Den Haag, we connected and plenty of options nearby for food. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great service in the restaurant, although the menu is quite basic.

There was nothing particular I liked or disliked, it was a pleasant hotel in a reasonably active location & the staff were courteous.

Very convenient location. Clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant kitchen closes at 10 pm, but I arrived at the hotel at around 10.15 pm and the kind lady at the bar arranged some dinner. Small things like this mean a lot when you arrive hungry after a long flight!

Not Again

No amenities provided, free parking, which was the main reason why we chose this hotel over Novotel, was totally misleading. Our little one hurt herself because of the wall light which has no concidertation for child safety. Alarm went off early in the morning and all the lifts stopped without any explanation. etc etc etc.. There is no way we will stay at ibis again. Very disappointed.

Good central Hague location with friendly staff

Check in was very efficient and in general the hotel was good - Internet access in room untested but used the 20 minute access to on-site pc terminal with printer which was useful. Took option not to have room cleaned every day which earned a EUR 5 voucher a day (max 4 days and must stay more than one night) to spend in bar/restaurant which basically gave a 'free' toasted cheese and ham or chicken sandwich. Only issues I have would be with the 'blackout' curtains which (admittedly on VERY sunny days) did not work - perhaps being half black and half grey not helping but also not large enough to stretch from one side of window to other - pulling to one side opened other! Other point concerned towels which were pretty thin although they did the job. So in effect I rate the staff but had some minor issues with the property - especially as they make a point of emphasising the blackout curtains. One piece of advice - if travelling from Rotterdam Den Haag airport and only looking at staying in central Hague area then get the EUR 4 two hour ticket from bus driver at airport bus stop changing to metro which gets to central station roughly 1 km from hotel. Hotel is definitely central - about 5 minutes walk from parliament and lots of shops and restaurants close.

You get what you pay for which is the standard, basic Ibis experience. I think it's great value for money. This hotel is very well located, the rooms are actually spacious for Ibis standard. WiFi works well, rooms are clean and staff is quick. Would recommend.

Very good location in the center area of The Hague

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. They do not offer room service and they do not have iron and ironing board in the rooms. However, there was an ironing room. There was only one all purpose shampoo, soap, body wash liquid. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was central in Den Haag.

The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in, away from home. The one thing I missed was the lack of tea making facilities in my room. I know this is normal on the Continent while in the UK, even B&Bs provide a kettle and tea making facilities.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Wasn’t sure with the location, but turned out to be very close to Grote Markt tram station and lots of restaurants around. Close to shopping as well. Hotel is very clean and modern, nice rooms and lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.
