Not more than a night

First of all, it doesn't have very clear GPS location and I spent 15 minutes to coordinate with the help of other IBIS person and get the address. For the space of aprox 15-20 sq mtr, this hotel charged EURO 124, which is not very attractive. I felt continuous sound of shoes while walking on the upper floor. Breakfast is not that great but can adjust to fill the gap. Another good gesture that they offered me a coffee at no charge, as I was about leave at 6.30 am for the airport. Only Good part is that the Metro Mairie de Clichy is just 3 minutes walk a way.

Absolutely impressed with this hotel - great value, location, transport links, friendly staff. Only conern was the lift which was small.

Is a beauty place but is really small, and have not any kind of amenities, but the people work there super kindly I love them.

This property is so quaint, and provides an amazing experience. It’s different from the typical American stay, but if you truly want to experience France in a non- tourist way, it is perfect. The staff is incredible and they make you feel right at home

Hotel advertised car park with electric charging. This was our number one priority. There was no car park,staff knew nothing and we had to park elsewhere, not charge car and pay higher rate than advertised by Expedia

Comfortable, clean room

Our stay was very comfortable. Checked in quite late at night but was smooth. Room was cleaned every day, clean towels were provided. The room was decent size for the price had an A/C which helped.

Ok for solo travelers

Room was very small. As I was traveling alone I didn't find it uncomfortable. But I can hear from next room, wall is that thin. Otherwise good experience.

Small but comfortable.

Extremely small bathroom!! Sitting on the toilet meant your knees touched the wall in front of you. And as a woman of 5ft 6 I’m not that tall.. I imagine someone at 6ft+ would really struggle. The shower also really small and you have to step over the toilet to get in and out of the shower cubicle. The bed was very comfortable and extra pillows were provided. The air conditioning didn’t work - it kept reverting back to the heating setting. When we mentioned this to the concierge they didn’t seem to take it seriously. We probably should have pushed this further but decided to leave it. Concierge not always very helpful. We were in Paris during the biggest train strike since 1995 and nobody really helped us to find alternate methods of transport. Brilliant when we asked them to order us a taxi to go home. Can’t comment on the food because we didn’t use the breakfast service. The cleaner was immense. And came back twice on one day because I was really ill, so she cleaned in stages so as not to disturb me. Really pleasant lady also!

The room they reserved for me on 6th floor was small, not cleaned, bed cover was not changed-I picked up the male tiny hairs and showed to the staff. Staff gave me the new duvet set and I changed it myself but they had no room available to give me the same day. Plus room roof had an issue and it was making a tickling noise therefore i couldn’t sleep the whole night. Next day they gave me another room but all rooms are small in this hotel and toilets are too small to fit in. Breakfast was just ok but only limited options to pick from. Would avoid this hotel the next time at all costs!!

The room with a double bed was tiny, but we were well aware of this and the room served it's purpose, which was to provide a bathroom and a bed to sleep.

The staffs are friendly snd very accomodating. Near the bus stop snd the metro. Near the grocery qnf fast food. Just right beside a church!

I loved how clean the property was and that there was someone at the desk 24 hours a day. It made me feel safe and very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. It is 2 blocks from the nearest metro stop. Mairie de Clichy, which you can take and get anywhere in Paris in 20-30 mins. I really had a great time in Paris and it was nice to come back to a nice hotel. I would stay here again.

Breakfast is always great at Ibis properties.

The check in was great but the check out early in the morning was very disappointing, elevator was out of service and the personal was very rude.

Loved the location, very quiet and clean. The subway was very close and was able to go to every destination with that convenience. Everyone mostly spoke English, which was a plus. Staff was very polite and inviting. Rooms are small but very clean and modern. I give the hotel a 4.9 out of 5. Wonderful stay.

Friendly staffs and thanks to Harit , he makes my stayed much nicer, Harits always reminds me that I have to stay away from the crowded ,it was the Yellow vest manifesto every saturday in Paris that time. ..and also what is best from Harit is his capuccino is my fav drink on that hotel!!!

Perfect short stay hotel

Great hotel, newly refurbished. Really friendly and professional staff. Easy access. Rooms are cleaned daily but could be a bit roomier (standard double bed room). The location is fantastic for commute and, for Paris standards, exceptionally quiet. Highly recommended for a short stay.

The location is very good. The subway is 2 blocks away and it's very user friendly. The neighborhood feels safe and very local. The hotel is great but quaint, the rooms are comfortable and clean but the halls, elevator and reception are small. I have never seen a 2 person capacity elevator before but it does the trick. Breakfast is good and you can boil your own eggs. The staff is friendly. If you want to print something costs 10 cents. I loved staying there, I had a great time.

Room was well put together and organised the shower was a bit small so struggled to turn around in it but otherwise delightful stay with really helpful friendly staff

Value for money

A good hotel with compact but comfortable rooms.They serve a decent buffet breakfast with a relatively wides spread,though refilling of certain items during breakfast need slight improvement.Hotel is about 5 min walk from nearest metro station an situated in a silent neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle.Overall a good choice if you don't mind commuting a little to the tourist attraction.

Room was very small

Very small for 2, but great!!staff, the room had handy plugins/electronic charging, good air conditioning, proper lighting and very convenient metro stop. Clichy is a great area with cafe eglise topping our list.

Nice hotel. Good condition and clean. Room was Very small, especially the shower, but that was to be expected considering the price, $46 per night! Will absolutely return to this hotel next time I’m in Paris.

It’s was a small place but clean and comfortable. They have an amazing receptionist there Harith , who was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ok . Good value for money I will say .

Excellent experience, top hotel..!!

This hotel was fantastic.The staff are extremely helpful and provided a map and run down of all the sights to see and how to get around and save money!! The room was very clean and tidy as you would expect. We did not use room service so cannot comment. The breakfast was nice but for me very limited, for example; bread, cheese, ham, fruit salad with yoghurt and croissants.. The transport links are very close by and excellent for frequency and direct into central Paris; 15-20 mins.. All in all, I would recommend this hotel

This was a nice hotel in a nice and safe area in Paris. The train station is pretty close too. Friendly staff and clean bedrooms. The only thing I would mention on here is that the bathroom was really small. Also one night, the elevator was not working so we had to climb up the stairs to the 6th floor. The was only a problem for one night. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Far from attractions but accessible thru Metro

It is far from the tourist attractions in Paris but is accessible via Metro. The closest Metro station (Mairie de Clichy) is just a 3-min walk. Room is small and breakfast is simple. There's an Italian restaurant (Presto Pizza) nearby that serves excellent seafood pizza. Most of the staff are helpful especially Harist, who was the one at the front desk when we arrived and happily checked us in. He directed us to the nearest police station after we experienced being pickpocketed in the Metro, and even provided us with French translation because the police are not very fluent in English. However, there's this one occasion where a lady staff at the front desk refused to help us. We asked for help to call the Paris shuttle company that we booked for our ride to the airport. We made the booking online and only wanted to confirm the booking through phone. In the other hotels that I have stayed, this was never a problem (i.e., hotel staff willingly help to call for shuttle bookings to the airport). So I was really surprised that this lady wasn't willing to help. She was also never friendly whenever she's on duty unlike the other staff that we have encountered.

Convenient and friendly

A bit out of town but easy to reach all the sights of Paris. And of course central for Clichy itself. Small but clean and bright room, cleaned well every day.

Nice and quiet hotel, good value for money

I traveled with my mother and we had a really good experience here. The room was a little tight but we received good value for money. The service was really good, the breakfast was good and the woman that serves it makes it even better. She's a very kind person.

i know the area very well and love it because it is not far from anywhere you need to go and paris..walking distance to metro station,bakeries,fast foods,supermarkets,banks,pharmacy..anything you need..friendly staff..as i said it is areal value for money..i am happy to get what i have paid for..

Tiny bathroom

Brand new hotel so no issues regarding cleanliness but the bathroom was so tiny you have to stand in the shower to shut the door.

Propre mais soucis technique.

Chambre convenable et propre, vraiment rien à redire. Par contre, nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude, étonnant pour un hôtel.. heureusement que nous ne restions qu'une seule nuit. Pour couronner le tout, en partant nous avons été bloqué 40 min dans l'ascenseur ce qui m'as fais raté mon train.

The hotel is centrally located, staff is very nice and cleaning is great. My room was quite small, compared to the other rooms of same category and it had a vent channel so it was rather cold this time of year since the A/C didn't work properly. Besides that, my bed was rather u-shaped - the hotel should consider replacing/checking the beds.

Les pointsmoins bon : chambre collée à l'ascenseur avec des gens qui parlent devant donc réveillée tôt, lavabo trop petit et coincé derrière la porte donc difficile d'accès, pas de pancarte pour eviter changement des serviettes et pas grand chose pour les intolérants au gluten au petit déjeuner ... pas mal de détails qui sont bien dommage

Le personnel de l'hôtel est exceptionnel ! Serviable et gentil! Les chambres elles-mêmes dégagent une forte odeur de cigarette et ce qui est défini comme une salle de bain ne permet pas le minimum de confort... pas de place pour les jambes lorsqu'on s'assoit sur les toilettes, accès au lavabo très problématique et surtout - un sèche-cheveux qui tombe et s'allume à chaque fois que le robinet est déplacé. pas amusant du tout !

Notre chambre était un peu petite surtout la toilette lavabo douche. En dehors de cela l'hôtel est très bien. Bon petit déjeuner, présence appréciée d'un séchoir à cheveux. Personnel très aimable. Gros atout: la proximité du métro.

Buena ubicación pero espacios reducidos.

La ubicación es muy buena, hay comercios y estaciones de metro cerca. El espacio del baño es muy reducido e incómodo, en el plato de ducha a duras penas te puedes girar. El elevador del hotel también es muy pequeño e incómodo.

J’ai du quitté l’hôtel un jour avant la fin de mon séjour car je devais être opéré et mon opération a été reporté au 22 novembre 2021. J’ai demandé à reporter ma nuit du 23 octobre au 21 novembre en ayant un complément si nécessaire et cela m’a été refusé !!! Je suis très surpris du traitement des clients chez ibis ….

Hôtel au calme, dans une rue piétonne au coeur de Clichy. Excellent accueil.Le seul point faible est le parking. Nous nous sommes garés parking souterrain de la mairie, proche mais onéreux.
