The Ibis is fine for the price. It is right next to the train station so if youre coming at night it has a perfect location. Breakfast was ok. The rooms were ok. A little bit run down but acceptable.

The place is very clean and convenient, stuff are so kind and helpful some the stuff was missing in the room but we called the front desk and they were able to provide it.

It was okay. We just left our luggage for safety and had a tour of the city. We didn't sleep over there.

We only stayed one night but found the property to be convenient, pleasant, with friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast was delicious and very satisfying.

Ibis casa Voyager is lovely

A good , clean , convenient stay. Casa Voyager train station which is directly connected with airport through train (60 MAD oneway) and tram station just across the parking. Good breakfast. We will certainly like to stay here when we come to casablanca

Dar is lovely and traditional. Hosts welcoming and room small but comfortable. Ask taxi to drop you at Bab Ziat (50 dirhams from train station). Dar is 2 min walk from bab ziat. 10 minute walk from Batha and 20 min walk from blue gate

I was extremely disappointed in the hotel. It was listed as soundproof, it’s not you can hear every noise. The breakfast was in Expedia as 65dh and I was charged 72dh. I asked at the bar for a small water and the bartender wanted to charge me 150dh. I asked again the price and he said 150. I walked across the street and paid 8dh.

Can't fault the convenient location

Fairly standard Ibis room. You know what you're getting. Clean, compact and comfortable. Everything worked as expected. Staff were efficient, bar was open, and can't fault the location right opposite the station.

Smoky and dirty, but can't beat the conveniece!

Ibis Casa Voyagers was a very convenient place to stay over night between trains. It's a 3 minute walk from the train station to the hotel, but the walls of our room were covered in smudges and stains and the room reeked of smoke. I'd probably not stay again unless I had another night between trains.

We had a 2 night stay at this hotel. Front Desk staff Abdurrahman was extremely professional and helpful. very clean and convenient hotel located right in front of the Casa Voyageurs train station. The rooms are small, but all needs for a brief stay are met. excellent breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

It was great to have a place to stay so close to the train station. However, it's a very noisy location, and since the air conditioning didn't work, I had to keep my window open in order for the room to be cool enough to sleep in. If I hadn't had earplugs, it would have been very difficult to get any sleep. Also, the towels in my room were quite tattered, the worst I have ever seen in a hotel, anywhere in the world. I have been a hotel maid, and I would never have kept those towels in use.

No aircon - be warned

The room is great but the aircon was a joke. It makes all the right noises and the controls work but just like the rest of Morocco, the locals hate air conditioning so somehow the main system refuses to allow big blasts of air con in our individual rooms. We had 2 connecting rooms and both had mild or I would say minimum air release and hardly cold at all. As a traveller,it was painful but I know it is the same throughout Morocco. The towels were not fluffy white, no floor mat strangely. No basic bottles of water provided. Beds are super comfy! Rooms are clean. Location is perfect. I hope they work on the aircon and the small things like floor mat and bottled water. Just a few little things and it would be perfect!

Train station location

Ibis-Casa Voyageus is a hotel that gets the job done if proximity to Voyageurs train station is your priority. It's right outside the front door. Check in was easy and friendly, as was check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. Room provided soap and shampoo. More or less no-frills but safe, clean, and convenient. During our time there, nearby restaurant options were limited due to Ramadan.

Shortage of staff in restaurant

Hotel OK, in convenient location close to railway station. Not so quiet because of traffic outside but this is expected due to location in central area of Casablanca. Friendly staff too. Only problem is restaurant which is much worse in comparison with pre-pandemic time. Food is nice but service terrible.(restaurant understaffed) During breakfast one day no plates for a long time, next day no mugs and so on. Seems like one person only is employed there for all the service. The same for dinner. I had to wait 30 minutes just to ask for bill because no waiter there to speak to.

I would recommend this property with total confidence.

Just steps away from the train station. Clean, nice room with great shower. We were supposed to get in around midnight but due to delays showed up around 2am and they were still happily waiting to check us in! So smooth! Would stay again!

If you're staying here, it's for the easy train connections to the airport, or other destinations in Morocco. You're not going to find a jumping dining scene. 10 minute walk to a small Carrefour market for groceries, and maybe 20 to a larger mall featuring a few more stores and a Wal-Mart equivalent. The area nearby features the train station and a public park, with a few cafes and takeout food shops. Not a striking, gorgeous neighborhood where you're keen on lingering and soaking up the vibe.

So close to leave by train. Be more respectful to client when given the menu bar list to say what is not on the list for the beer or the wine instead make both of us waste time and tips.

The room clearly smelled of cigarettes. The previous guests must have smoked in the room. I looked around for a sign of no smoking, but there were none. This is the first hotel I have ever been to where indoor smoking is tolerated. This was my first and LAST visit for sure.

I stayed here on three separate nights over a10day period. The staff were very friendly and the room comfortable. The only problem was the restaurant which did not have the same menu each night. My friends had recommended dish they had which I would have liked to try. On the last night there the dish was on the menu but was not good at all. All bone and grisle. I had diareah the next day which lasted many days until I got home.

Near to the train station, a hundred yards away!! Also, not far from the center!

This hotel has gone through a fantastic upgrade. I stayed in 2013 and then in October 2019 and wow what a change. The rooms are clean, modern, trendy and have everything you need. the Location is unbeatable, literally outside the train station. the rooms have great soundproofing and english, french, arabic channels. 24 hr food/room service available. Fast and easy check in, great staff.

Air conditioner in the room is woefully inadequate and had to run constantly just to make the room temperature bearable.

Overall the stayed was OK, the first bad impression was on our check in the young man there was not welcome us at all, no smile or any sign of feel wel ome to the hotel, room is modern but it is not too clean. I choose the room with breakfast for two and when I went to have breakfast it was not paid.... So was not a pleasant stayed in this hotel. For be a new hotel the clearness and the quality of services is awful

Convenient but spartan accommodation

Newly constructed, centrally located, handsomely designed hôtel next to rail station. Staff was a bit distant and at times unavailable, rooms spartan with minimal accessories.

Lost reservation for late night check in.

Despite a confirmed pre-paid reservation, they said they had no reservation. Showing the hotels.com confirmation did not change this and they still refused to allow check in and said no rooms available. This was for a middle of night arrival from traveling. Had to chase hotels.com for a refund. Had to find another place to stay in the middle of the night

Casa Des Voyageurs Ibis

Ibis Casa Voyageur is the ideal hotel for those arriving or departing by train in Casablanca since it is just a short walk across the plaza from the Casablanca main railway station. It is clean and very functional but if you are looking for Moroccan charm or character, you need to go elsewhere. Eating choices in the hotel are modest.

The room was clean and the bathroom was clean and marked "sanitized".

The location is really great, just 2 minutes away from the train station. The staff weren’t friendly and is not consistent. We were asked to provide confirmation number of booking. But the next guest that came in was only asked for his last name used in the booking. When we asked why, they just shrugged their shoulder. When asked about information to travel to the city centre, they were also unwilling to help. Just told us that we can take a tram or a bus. Don’t bother taking a tram or bus because it goes no where near sites of attractions. Just take a petite taxi.

This hotel ia fine for the price point. The location is good for travellers using the train netwoek. Overall condition is ok, clean but a bit worn. The tram is close by for easy access to other areas.

Clean hotel, breakfast amazing, good location to transportation, restaurant and banks

Next to the Casa Voyageurs Train Station an easy walk of a few feet. The attendants at the desk were limited. One I asked for a map of the area and said there was none and he offered no help in for getting around the City. A woman was friendly and nice when we stored our luggage, but all in all the Desk help was limited. I can see that this Hotel was done on a budget with only a year old and the bathroom shower is showing cracks in the side floor grout with water going into the edges as they did not use silicone. The plastic edging to the shower door is cracking and getting moldy and there is black mold along the sink corners. The basic needs were met, good bed, TV, shower working properly, simple and modern, with access to food and drinks.

Nice rooms

Hotel was very nice. Excellent for catching the train in the morning to airport. Restaurant food was really bad. Returned our order twice to have it cooked right, then decided to just return it all and go somewhere else. Overall , nice place to spend the night and get the train or tram to next destination.

Conveniently located near the Case Voyageur train station and the street car stop. Perfect for travelling to the airport in the morning while still be able to travel to the city center using the street cars.

Wonderful breakfast!!

The location is literally right beside the Case Voyageurs train station which is super convenient to catch a train or cabs to move through out the city. The hotel was clean and modern. Fantastic breakfast with all sorts of western and Moroccan delights- honey covered dates, apricots, pastries and more!

The rooms are new and clean. But the condition is not working. The staff said: we stoped it in all hotel. So we decide to change the hotel.. then the staff gave us a new room the condition is working and every thing is good.

Location right next tp Casa Voyageurs, quick, efficient check-in and check-out, and quality and variety of the breakfast are pluses. On the negqqtuve side, every time I needed to have a currency exchange, they were unable to do it. Related to this was the way the desk was never able to change large dirham currency for smaller or to provide the change from a transaction, such as paying the taxes on the room. Each time these things happened they were apologetic, but the inconvenience remained.

Fast check-in. Clean and quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Convenient to Casa Voyageurs for a train connection to the airport.
