Room was clean and tidy, but needs upgrading in all areas. I couldn't complain, price is good for budget. I would rate 6/10.

Staff was welcoming, rooms were clean, overall a great place to rest your head while in Paris!

Don’t be fooled because of the reception.

The rooms was very dirty. The to was full of dust. The toilet was terribly dirty. The corridor carpets was very dirty. Seems like only the receptionist was nice and clean. Reception looks amazing but when you start walking to the rooms you will definitely be disappointed.

At check in there was only one towel for double occupancy We had to approach counter for added towel Not sure if its hotels’ standard for not providing bath mats and handtowels as they were also not available Heavy conversations ( not able to identify if they were guests or staff) nightly at the hotel driveway till past midnight . We sleep with the window open as such it became a noisy disturbance because our room was on level 3 On the second day we returned to the hotel at 10.30 pm and our room was not made up. The sign ‘you may come in’ was still left on the door We had to approach the counter to inform that room was not done and asked for replacement towels Towels were immediately handed over but no explanation nor apology extended

Not comfortable

No air conditioner and limited fans. No comfortable under hot weather. Bad customer service experience. No ways to contact the hotel after I left a music box. Unable to find few days later when we back to the hotel.

Overall basic accommodation for price

The hotel was as expected. It was clean and basic but the wooden headboard on the bunk bed had not been secured to the wall properly and fell on my daughter as she was laying in the bed. There was also a wire coming from the headboard. The reception staff were told and shown the issue and an offer to move rooms was made but at 10:30pm it wasn’t ideal as children were tired.

No air conditioner under 36°C. You may request a fan from reception. First come first served. Good for stay with this price.

It is a really nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, free parking, close to the tram station if you want to travel to central Paris.

“Interesting” smell experience

It was awful! People barely speak English, it was even hard to check in or check out. The rooms smell bad and the hallway as well, the rooms smell like cigarette, even the bathroom. The entire experience there was very poor!

Completely satisfied

If you've been to one of ibis budget hotel, it was exactly like that. :) 1. The room was cleaned daily, but the sheets were changed once a week, as far as I noticed. We also got daily clean towels. 2. The check in was quick and easy. The check out was even better, because there is an option to pay 5 euros to stay 2 hrs past the checkout time, or 10, for 4. This helped us a lot having the flight later in the evening. 3. We didn't try the breakfast, but there was a touch screen in the lobby with a few restaurants that deliver. 4. There were a few receptionists. Half of them spoke English, half of them didn't, but they were all very patient, so there were no issues. 5. The room was very well heated, with a private shower and a private bathroom. 6. As far as public transport goes, there are plenty of options within a few dozen meters after leaving the hotel grounds. The ride to the center is around 45 to 1hr 15 minutes, depending on which rides you take (t6, then m13, or, 379 then rer B, or, 190 then rer b). Bolt is also an option, and it will cost you around 25eur from the hotel door, to mostly anywhere in the city.

My stay

The only problem that's I had , was no air condition. The staff was great and conditions was good location good, and places where to go around was good. Just the air was a problem.

Hotel located in the middle of motorways and commercial center. Nice late check in Cheap hotel, not in mint condition but still ok. We didn't felt very welcome at breakfast as apparently there wasn't enough food ordered for all guests

Not worth for the money! Bad Maintenance

The flush in the restroom wasn't working. Even after repeated raising the concern with receptionist.None from the hotel turned up to sort this out for the whole day. It was such a mess.

No ability to get hot water for tea 24/7 No ability to get milk for tea at all. Otherwise excellent value for money.

AWFUL

How embarrassing ! We arrived to an industrial estate (not mentioned anywhere on the advert) to a pokey room (looks nothing like the photos) stained bed sheets also with rips, daudou rail falling off, shower made the floor wet, toilet paper was enough to ruin anyone’s private’s ! Couldn’t turn the tele to English, no where did it say the toilet and shower had hardly any privacy! The towels were as big as flannels ! The breakfast wow ! €19 for a bowl of fruit, bread and a cuppa ! Woken up both mornings at 6am and 8am to the sound of building works! We was so disgusted with this hotel we decided to get flights home early ! Terrible place and terrible area ! Also terrible adverts as nothing was as it showed on the photos !

We chose this hotel due to its closeness to Paris and the availability of a parking spot. The service, staff and amenities are 100% up to standard. I’d always recomend it.

The breakfast is very poor, no ham er egg, but the best croissant was there for 6 euros/day / person. The coffee is fantastic at the hotel.

Budget is in the title and it's what you get.

Budget is in the name. No air-conditioning and situated in what looks like a low income area outside of Paris. Window is your only access for fresh air. There is no screen or even a fan in the room so we had to hope no pigeons flew in. The staff were helpful in ordering food, but that was it. It is situated near a busy location so 5am and your window is open you will hearn all of the trucks unloading. Room was small but really clean. Tram service to th email train station is close, so you can get to Paris to see the Eiffle tower or Versailles relatively easy. Breakfast is also served for 6 euro, but it's your normal hotel breakfast except their croissantsite were pretty good.

U get what you pay for cheap accomodation close to shopping mall. We spend 3 days in parisclose to gare du nord so being in the fresh air at ibis veluzy was great. When u drop off at robinson rer take the 179 bus an the driver will drop you at ibis just tell him.

Good hotel at reasonable rates

Checked in on 15th April night around 10.30pm, receptionist was quick in allotting room. Breakfast was also good with excellent croissants, cheese, coffee, etc.

Ganske trangt rom, men bra standard. Manglet håndsåpe og daglig skift av håndkle, men ellers ingenting å utsette på. Et stykke unna byen, men gode kollektivmuligheter. Ganske kaldt rom.

Bonjour, A notre arrivée à 16h00, la chambre réservée était occupée, c'est nôtre première surprise en rentrant dans celle-ci. Dans la deuxième chambre, le store occultant était cassé, la table de nuit n'était pas fixée, le "bureau" était à deux doigt de tomber, le lavabo est aussi mal fixé, la douche une véritable passoire et aucun rangement possible. La 2ème nuit nous n'avons pas dormi dû à des hurlements dans une autre chambre. Petit déjeuner médiocre comparé à d'autres Ibis que nous avons fréquenté et ne respecte pas le protocole de l'hygiène. Le personnel oubli la politesse qui est le b.a.-ba que connaît un enfant de 3 ans Je tiens des vidéos à votre disposition. Cordialement

Pour dépanner et encore. Odeur désagréable dans la chambre. Tabac mélangé a je ne sais quel odeur. J’ai mal dormi. Réservé pour 3 et un lit qui n’est pas fait, un sac avec un oreiller + couettes et débrouiller vous. Petit dej pas de place pour manger tranquillement. plus de jus, viennoiseries laisse à désirer peu de choix. Parking sous-terrain exiguë pour sortir bref choisissez un autre hôtel.

Arrivé a l'hôtel on me demande de repayer des petits déjeuner déjà payés lors de la réservation. Les chambres vétustes lumière ne fonctionne pas, interrupteur cassé, alèse aves des cheveux et poils… vraiment déçus de cet hôtel

Bad service and dirty rooms

Chambre qui sent le tabac, pas de corde pour monter le store, j'étais donc tout le temps sans pouvoir voir le jour à travers la fenêtre, pas de serviettes à l'arrivée (encore un problème de livraison), télévision ne fonctionnant pas...Cela fait beaucoup.

Une chambre disponible qu'à compter de 19H20, au lieu de 12H00 ! Les lits n'étaient pas fait. Les poubelles devant l'hotel débordaient. Un accueil déplorable.

Mal gérer

Arrivé a 15h30, la chambre n'est pas prête. On repart visite, en disant qu'on revient vers 18h30. Retour a 19h la chambre n'est toujours pas prête. L'accueil nous précise qu'elle sera prête 1heure après. Nous décisions de repartir et de revenir après manger. A 22h la chambre n'était toujours pas prête. On a du changer de chambre pour éviter d'attendre 2-3h en plus.

Μετριο ξενοδοχείο

Καθαρό ξενοδοχείο και σε καλή περιοχή αλλά, φτάσαμε 1140 και μας είπαν να περιμένουμε έξω από το ξενοδοχείο (επειδή καθάριζαν)μέχρι να πάει 1200. Το πρωινό είχε τα στοιχειώδη και όταν τελείωναν έλεγαν στον κόσμο να διαλέξει από αυτά που είχαν μείνει. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ στενό για 3 άτομα, δεν είχε σαπούνι για τα χέρια (έπρεπε να πάρεις από το ντους) δεν είχε πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά και ο εξοπλισμός ήταν ταλαιπωρημένος απο τον χρονο

Er lag 1 handdoek klaar terwijl we met 2 personen waren. Wel gelijk een handdoek bijgekregen. Jammer dat er geen doek was voor op de vloer voor na het douchen.

Arriver vers 22h un peu fatigué de la route on a du faire le lit pour ma petite fille tout etait emballé dans une house un peu limite de faire son lit dans un hotel on paie un service quand meme

Déçu par cet ibis budget qui ressemblait plus à un formule 1 État déplorable des plinthes dans chambre et wc ( humidité) éclairage sous cimaise qui pend lamentablement État des couloirs déplorable Douchette en mauvais état

Hôtel bien situé et assez pratique...

L'accueil a été agréable, le personnel est à l'écoute et serviable. Mais attention, d'une part la douche donne directement dans la chambre = attention avec qui vous voyagez... Ensuite, je suis resté plusieurs jours et j'avais mis le panneau "ne pas déranger" sur la porte. Pourtant, plusieurs fois, quelqu'un est rentré quand même, ce qui est juste inadmissible... C'est bien dommage, sachez-le ! Et je n'ai jamais reçu le mail d'explications qu'il était convenu que je reçoive à ce sujet :(

Hotel avec un manque d hygiène certains au niveau des locaux je ne recommande pas cet endroit... au niveau du personnel assez sympathique mais cela n enleve en rien la vétusté de l endroit

Pas très propre

Établissement pas très propre, le même mouchoir sale le soir dans l’ascenseur y était encore le lendemain. Idem pour un plateau repas avec des restes dans le couloir. Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas... Au petit déjeuner lorque je demande s'il reste du pain on me répond : "ben non y'en a plus"...Néanmoins l'accueil à l'arrivée a été sympathique.

Juste dommage l'odeur de cigarette dans les chambres malgré la propreté du lieu

J'ai aimé l'hôtel. mais il y avait des inconvénients mineurs: il n'y a qu'une seule poubelle dans la chambre, et les toilettes et le lavabo ne forment pas une seule pièce. Par conséquent, l'utilisation d'une seule poubelle est très gênante. Il n'y a pas de cintres près de la douche. Vous devez laisser vos vêtements et entrer nu et sortir nu de la douche. il y avait du détergent dans la douche, mais il n'y en avait pas près du lavabo. c'est aussi gênant. pour se laver les mains, vous devez aller à la douche pour obtenir du détergent et seulement ensuite revenir vous laver les mains dans l'évier. J'aimerais que la direction de l'hôtel en tienne compte.
