Overall good specially due to accessibility around hotel.

It was ok . I fell I over paid for the price. Reception , didn’t tell me or give me my transit pass or any information about breakfast in the morning that was included in my room price. There was a dead roach like bug on my bed , no hair dryer ( if that’s important to people - they do classify themselves as an airport hotel) . The bathroom felt like was on a sailboat. It was tiny and cheap type of insert in the shower the same. The only thing about the hotel room is that they had the phone jacks that you can put a USB or lightning cable in so we didn’t have to worry about our adaptors .

Convenient hotel for accessing the airport. Direct bus to the city centre. Comfortable with all the expected amenities. Handy to have the shopping centre across the road for last minute purchases. The attached restaurant offers good value, especially the set menu. Breakfast was more expensive than in some places but plenty of choice

Tiny room for the price (bumped my head just walking to the bed) but clean, basic bed.

Really handy for the airport and the nearby transport to Geneva centre was brill along with the shopping centre on the doorstep for anything you might need

It always seems odd reviewing a chain hotel - you probably know what to expect. The bathroom set up was slightly strange but worked. Though the curtain between the bed and the bathroom area was a bit tricky. The staff in the breakfast room were very helpful. The staff member on reception knew about the local bus but not the tram (it's only a 5-10 walk away).

The hotel is near the airport, easy connected with the center. The room is a kindly small for three people.

Great staff and service. Just need to add some amenities like iron and hair dryers etc.

Pros: - Near to the train station. - Clean and comfy. They change the towels everyday. - Breakfast is okay. - Receptionist is 24 hours available. Went to hotel late around 2:30am due to olympics. Entrabce door was locked but fortunately, the receptionist was there to open it. Cons: - Terrible Facilities. Broken room door knob that you need to ask the staff to open it for you as it is really difficult to open. Coffee Machine is not always refilled during breakfast. Need to ask staff. -No lane to drop you off in front of hotel when you go by taxi. Entrance is in front of traffic light. So you need to be fast to get out from the taxi.

This is not a hotel, but more of a hostel. No ice, no service, 22$ for parking and the windows don’t open. Overpriced and sterile.

I topped and tailed a visit to the Montreux Jazz Festival by staying here before and after. Primarily, it was because it was near to the airport, which was excellent as the frequent bus (10) was only 3 stops (7 minutes) away. The day before each stay, I received from the hotel, a free travel pass for Geneva for two days, which meant I did not have to pay for travel back and forth to see the sights of Geneva, especially around the lake. The ibis is in the same building as the Novotel and this shows in the rooms. This is no way a Budget hotel. The reception staff (Johan, Marius and a lady, whose name I didn't catch, who was exceptionally helpful, were all a credit to the hotel, going out of their way to get me a (very spacious) accessible room (which I had forgot to book), an electric adapter for my ventilator, plus valuable info to make my stay more enjoyable. I have had such a good trip that I am going to replicate it next year and will have no hesitation staying here again. Thanks.

Close to transportation

A decent stay. Room was quite small but good value, especially for Geneva. The biggest issue was a lack of privacy. The curtain is insufficient, especially considering there is a mirror which reflects into the other half of the room. Besides this, it was a good stay bur something to keep in mind. Breakfast was okay, not worth 15 though (pay there price).

Value for money hotel If Swiss type of electric adaptor can be provided, it would be the best for this stay

The location was great near the bus stop and the mall. The hotel was good for the price. However you can smell cigarette smoke from other rooms so strongly that it can be hard to breathe at times…

For me theyre the best. They provide transport ticket from the airport and around the city. The rooms are clean, bed is very comfortable.

Very nice stay, great connections to the airport and the city, and a handy shopping mall very close by. Staff and facilities were all great.

The room was a little tight and the vending machines were old school in which you had to insert coins to make a purchase. but I was very happy with the staff and the area was very accessible to walking, shopping, and places to eat.

the bathroom was clean, everything was basic, if u needed some ice or even some hot water the front desk would send you over to the other hotel, so i thought if im ever in that part of the world again i would book the other hotel because the rate wasn’t that more expense . ibis is really budget hotel but not budget rate when compared to other hotels

Overpriced parking, terrible room card system-had to get cards reprogrammed four times and got stuck in dark elevator for 10 minutes because valid card needed to operate elevator did not work. Needs hair dryer and kettle in rooms.

Fantastic location near the Airport and only 20 mins from the city by the number 10 trolleybus route. Nice clean room, great breakfast, and a hotel that I would recommend.

This location was very convenient for transportation and also shopping it is opposite a shopping mall. The staff were very helpful and the location was safe, clean and secure. It is also close to the airport.

Cheapest around & clean. Over a 20 min walk to the airport so not ideal for early flights as 1st bus not until around 5am

Nice family hotel.

We had a very bad flight which has been delayed and caused we landed at Geneva one day later in the evening almost 6pm which has screwed our plan. Fortunately the hotel was very clean, nice and quiet. The staffs was very helpful making our stay feel so comfortable and warm at Geneva although we planned to visit few places which we intended to but we could not due to time lost on the delayed flight. I would recommend the hotel definitely.

It was an easy three minute walk from the bus stop property. Easy to take the bus from the airport to get here. The word “budget” is truly accurate in this hotel as the rooms are very small and simple but very clean and comfortable.

Room was too small. There was no air circulation. Bathroom facilities were part of the room so not much privacy.

Basic but perfect for us since we just needed a hotel for spending the night and taking a flight early morning. It’s 7 min far from the airport by bus and that same bus takes you to downtown which was also super convenient.

Overall, we were very happy with the hotel. The only thing that I found strange was the "bathroom". Having never stayed at an IBIS Budge before, I did expect a bathroom to be a room, but there was a separate toilet, a shower with a door that led into the main room and the wash basin was in the main room with a curtain to act as the wall. While this worked out OK, I would have preferred a sold wall...

Beds comfortable, clean and friendly staff

More toiletries should be provided at least brush-pest. At least one intercom set, one refrigerator and one microwave oven should be provided at one floor. Safety and hygiene was good.

Well maintained and value for money

Really competitively priced. Excellent location with the No 10 bus (goes between city centre and airport) right in front and 18/14 trams 10 min walk away. Super comfy beds and an amazing shower. Room small but compact and not at all claustrophobic like some other budget accommodations we have stayed in.

OK price for location. Lacks access to outside garden seating area.

Plain budget hotel with very thin pillows. Good, strong shower. No air con which was weird and disappointing. No tea or coffee. No iron or kettle in room but I got one of each when asked for. No fridge. No phone to call reception. Very polite and friendly staff.

The property is very conveniently located close to the airport. They give you a card to use public transportation for the duration of your stay. I really liked it, the staff was very friendly and the check-in / check-out processes were very smooth.

This property is absolutely not for families. Only good for couples. Bathroom is smaller than airplane. Showers where you can barely stand. And no water facilities inside the toilet. You have to come out to wash your hands.

The Stay was ok, but for the check in it took long even though there was no people at 7pm . The lady was not smiling at all and her attitude was on my opinion rude.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was close to the airport. We were given an transit pass on arrival and the hotel was very convenient to major bus routes. It was more sparce than we expected - very small room, easy to bump your head on the upper bank, not comfortable to anything but sleeping, shower very small. They tried to use the space well but there was less space than in the average trailer or sailboat. It would be excellent for a one-night stay prior to boarding your flight home.

Excellent location near shopping and restaurants and airport! Very helpful and friendly staff and clean rooms. Bus number 10 is only one minute from hotel takes you to Geneva Central and Airport. Ibis budget is an economy hotel and they the provide us free public transport tickets for our stay. The hotel located across from the Balexert shopping centre, the only thing I didn't like It was the clothes hangers and the bathroom, because the bathroom was too small. My room was very clean but it's very small, Breakfast was okay. I will recommend this beautiful and budget hotel for everyone.

Bed is not good guid us backache My son and partner have backache and neck ache Our beddings not change for 4 nights we stay for two bedroom. Breakfast not good same everyday.

Small simple rooms, a double bed with a bunk bed on top. Toilet, shower and sink in room. TV with local channels, free pretty good WiFi. No fridge in room. Good breakfast buffé for an extra fee. You get a free card for buses, trams and boats valid for 15 days. If you plan to spend a lot of time in the room, this might not be the choice for you. Big mall on the other side of the road with plenty of shops and restaurants.
