stay was great! needed somewhere affordable for an overnight, felt safe and secure! check in was easy and close to town!
Warm and friendly 😊
Friendly welcome, warm and comfy room with a great shower! Easy to get to from the motorway and walking distance to many landmarks around the city. Thnx for a great base for a couple of nights
The room itself was spotless but the smell in the room was awful. It was coming from the bathroom. We flushed the toilet, rang the showet etc and had to lay with the window open all night. Both left the next day feeling ill
Great location, amazing service, beautiful room. We had some dirty towels (found a fake eyelash on one of the towels), but otherwise a great stay.
Really clean and cozy rooms.
Excellent hotel right in the city center excellent staff and more than exceptional service will always come back to ibis
All staff were extremely helpful and friendly
Excellent location for city centre Accommodation was basic & no-frills but room was clean, bed comfortable & hotel affordable … ideal for a short stay city break.
Very nice place great location and the staff are super friendly and helpful
The property was clean and the staff was friendly but the bathroom was odd to say the least. It was a pre-fabricated fiberglass stall that included a sink, toilet and shower. The door leading into it included gaps at the top and bottom. It just seemed like the cheap route instead of having an actual bathroom installed. The twin beds were exceptionally small and you have to be careful not to move around too much or you may end up on the floor.
The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The soup at the downstairs restaurant was delicious.
Central to everywhere
Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and willing to go out of their way to make you comfortable, from the front desk staff to the bar/restaurant staff. The hotel is pretty typical for most European hotels, but the location was GREAT! Less than a 15 minute walk to all of top tourist spots (except Titanic was about 25 minutes).
Xmas staiver
It was first class as were the staff and facilities
Good for single traveller
Good room, happy with it. The bathroom is build in the room as a cabin, it’s ok for single traveller, but if a couple and a long stay then I wouldn’t recommend. Unfortunately the ac was making noise from time to time at night which was waking me up.. great, helpful staff, thanks to the gentleman at the reception, very helpful at check in
Great location
Visited for football. Issues with keycards but we were able to leave luggage. Really good breakfast. Central location. Staff really friendly. Only gripe AC in room was loud. Would return when back in Belfast.
Well located
Bathroom has soap dispensers that have black bacterial mould around them (I have photos) car park advice misleading, the £6.95 car park they describe closes at 6pm and the other one that’s close cost more than double. Cafe boasts 24hr pizza but they had nothing at all that was gluten free leaving me to walk through what can only be described as a dubious area to find food. Hotel also has warm air heating that really smells. Definitely will not be going back.
Good Value, friendly staff and very clean
Clean, comfortable and convenient for getting around Belfast
Great location and nice hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Hard to figure out what parking garage to use. Inside hotel reception was just a table inside a restaurant. When restaurant closed you had to ring the doorbell for a staff to come let you in.
Hotel good but parking poor
Overnight stay to get the morning ferry to Liverpool. Location handy but local car parks were dodgy, confusing signage and difficulty finding entrances for cars and humans. Heavy shuttered security suggested crime is a problem...
This was a great location within Belfast. Just outside the rat race but close enough to get into it. Overall the hotel was great. The only downside was the air-conditioning. It tended to create lots of moisture in the room which isn't good for your health. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay.
Super nice
Across Belfast, but especially at the Ibis, I loved the level of service. Super friendly and helpful. Wish I could have stayed for another breakfast - I really enjoyed the vibe.
It was close to motorway as Belfast busy traffic. Didn’t include breakfast option as there were many restaurants nearby.
It is centrally located. Easy to walk everywhere. Close to the train station. Nice buffet breakfast. Easy check-in.
Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Jonny. The second room was a twin but the view was awful - literally a couple of yards away from a block of flats that made it dark. Our room was cleaned as well as it should be with hair from previous guests in the bathroom that never got cleaned away even during our stay. The rooms were a bit small and basic - reminded me of my children's uni accommodations. However, we would consider staying there again
Central so convenient.
Nice hotel, but a bit dated. Friendly, helpful staff. Walking distance to shopping, pubs, restaurants and city hall.
The hotel is in a great location for walking to pubs and entertainment. Breakfast was very tasty!
Walkable to bus and train. Very convenient.
All good but really need new shower heads (water goes everywhere apart from where you want it to go)
Clean room, friendly staff
Friendly staff and great location
Well equipped bedrooms, helpful staff and good breakfast.
The Ibis Hotel worked out really well for us. It was close to the bus station and some great pubs & restaurants (Kelly's Cellars, White's Tavern, Maggie May's Cafe). Within walking distance of many sights. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
Had a great stay at the Ibis city centre. All the staff we encountered were so lovely and helpful. Location is convenient for city centre and Cathedral Quarter, bus station not too far. Thanks for a fab stay!
The staff were so nice and accommodating! They even let me check in early and store my luggage on my last day after I checked out because I had booked a bus tour. Can't wait to come back here!
Excellent
Excellent stay. I was very pleased with the location, safety features and helpfulness of all staff. Will stay again.
The area around the hotel was really quiet, which I liked. It wasn't a long walk to get to the city center, either!
It's an IBIS hotel, so expect usual IBIS quality. Hotel is in a good location. 5 minute walk to the shops and 7-10 minutes to tourist buses and the G2 Glide for Titanic. The 300 bus to Belfast Intl is less than 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely stay here again
The first night there was barely any soap in the shower. It actually seemed like someone filled it with water. I asked the next day at breakfast if they could refill the soap and put a little more shampoo. He write it down. When we returned in the afternoon, nothing had been refilled. He said hed get it up there in 10 min. We ate lunch in the lobby and when we returned to the room it was there. The soap was thick as you would expect so what we had been using was basically watered down soap.
Not very convenient in terms of transport. If you go to Hillsborough House or Titanic Museum, you have to walk quite a long way before you can arrive at a bus station. Also, no body lotion in room.
Nice hotel, centrally placed. The rooms are spacious with tea and coffee making facilities. City Hall is a 5 minute walk away as is the Europa Bus Station and Opera House. The hotel does amazing 12 inch pizzas 24 hours a day. Highly recommended.
Door slamming late at night Breakfast bit cold and a bit tired looking
Practical, clean, efficient. convenient to city centre,
Ibis is my go to hotel, especially in Europe. This was my first stay in Belfast and this location totally rocked it. Ive never had a bad experience at an Ibis. The half a pizza and a drink combo was an awesome deal too!
Basically dirty cups left in the room. No detail in keeping area fresh and wiped over. I won’t stay at Ibis again. Understaffed apparently.
Kind of odd check in. There are two round bar top tables in the restaurant that serves as check in and check out of the hotel. I didn’t notice them when we arrived and asked a server in the restaurant where the lobby was for check in and they directed me to the woman at the bar top table. Parking garage just down the street. Great walkable location. Safe. Clean. Great guys working the bar (not many food options).
I cannot write enough good words about the staff at this ibis. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. They made us feel like it was home! The cleaning staff did a wonderful job keeping the place clean and tidy! Also the wait staff in the dining area were friendly and attentive and constantly came by clearing plates and dishes. Not to leave out the check/out staff and managers either. They were courteous and friendly as well and made sure our visit was going good every morning. Job well done!!
Very close to the tourist attractions
Right in the centre of the action while still being relatively quiet. Really enjoyed our stay.
nice
Good location.close to bars and shopping. Would stay again
Clean, modern very efficient room layout. Good wifi. Breakfast was very hearty and a good value.
Staff was amazing. Airline lost my luggage and hotel staff were helpful and empathetic. Room was nice and looked recently renovated.
Well, central to everything and adjacent to two bars with music and locals!
Appreciate that the property is centrally located yet in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located infront of a large grocery store and food shops around. Cleanliness can be improved upon. Overall, good value for what you get
Staff at check in was very friendly and helpful with directions. Lots of shopping and restaurants/pubs within walking distance.
Great Staff
The Hotel is in a perfect location to explore the city and what Belfast has to offer. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Recommendations for food by Stewart and the team were great especially Fibber Magee's for live music. Will definitely be back.
El baño no estaba completamente limpio y los dispensadores de shampoo y gel de baño estaban vacíos
Good location hotel , very friendly helpful staff, rooms as expected
VERY IMPRESSED! Having stayed at an IBIS before, in France, we weren't expecting it to be great - but were very pleasantly surprised. This IBIS had a refurbishment last year. The Reception/Bar/Restaurant area was warm and welcoming as were the staff - especially Stuart, who was exceedingly helpful over our 4-night visit; he helped with advice on attractions, bars, and generally what to do/where to go. The rooms were very clean, modern and well furnished. Plenty of lighting, sockets, extra pillows and a hairdryer. The bathroom pod and shower were great. Heating/air-conditioning worked well. The restaurant food was good, as were the prices. Bar selection and prices were also good. Breakfast buffet was very comprehensive - cooked breakfast/ cold meat platter/ mixed berries, yoghurt, juices, plus all the usual items. The (Polish??) lady with the red hair was very welcoming and chatty. Many thanks to Stuart, Kuhu and Conan for their welcome professionalism. The hotel is very well situated, just a few minutes walk to the city centre. A number of bars/shops/etc. very nearby. Would have liked more than the 2 coat-hangars provided - but they apparently get stolen. A couple of coat hooks in the room would have been useful. All-in-all, great hotel, great stay
Great location, very walkable to everywhere within 10 minutes. The hotel is clean, plenty of facilities and the customer service is brilliant - especially from Stuart who works on the front desk. Easy checkin service, no hassle and great recommendations.
Was conveniently placed for city centre and amenities
great city centre hotel
Great city centre location, easy to find and with cheap parking across the road. staff all very friendly and hotel lovely and clean. breakfast in the morning was fab and really set you up for the day.
Had a clean compact room that was quiet and comfortable with a great bed. The staff were extra friendly and made us very welcome.
Good
The location of the hotel is amazing a couple hundred metres and you’re in town. The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. The bedroom was quite spacious and comfy. The only cons are the bathroom drains were a bit whiffy at times.
Thank you we had a good stay and would come back
Lovely Hotel
It was a lovely place and excellent distance for the purpose of my trip.
Bring an air freshener
Decent size room and good bed. Unfortunately the pod like bathroom smelled of urine.
Only one night but very welcoming.
We just stayed for one night, but we were welcomed and made fo feel at home. The beds were very comfortable.
All good clean staff very good
Nice place
Nice hotel in a good location near town centre. Good faculties. Shower room got very wet as the shower wasn’t draining properly. House keeping didn’t clean the room whilst we were there. good comfy mattress. Overall would recommend
Was good room clean and nice
Good location. Very helpful staff. Clean & comfortable rooms
Some weird stains around the bed made us a bit uncomfortable, but overall it was a nice stay. No included parking was inconvenient, but parking at the mall's garage a block away for two days and just paying the full day rate wasn't bad.
Belfast lads weekend away
Booked x4 twin rooms on here. Got confirmation but at check in, only x2 rooms were as booked. One was a double and the 4th didn’t exist. The check in team worked things out and we’re apologetic but still, it’s inconvenient and frustrating to be met with “sorry, we don’t have that room” after hours of travelling.
Access to central city area
Kind of dirty
The room was a bit dirty honestly. Our towels had spots on them and so did the bed sheets. My husband found a huge purple stain on the comforter. I’m guessing someone dyed there hair in the room because there was also some purple spots in the bathroom. The water from the sink also stunk. But I will say it was nicely located and the staff were very nice.
Hotel was great Parking was awful!
Our stay was very nice with our room having clearly just been completely renovated. The entire hotel appears to have only very recently been completely revamped. The facilities look excellent. Staff was professional if not particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall a very clean room apart from some hairs and what seemed like dog/cat hair in and on the duvet. Breakfast was ok. From a continental perspective there lacked any real bread, pastries or plentiful yoghurt and cereal. UK "full English" was available and was tasty if a little salty. 4/5 overall experience.
The staff was so sweet and helpful at Ibis. The room was great and the hotel location couldn’t have been better.
Comfortable stay
Can walk to most places. Parking is easy and reasonable at NCP. Titanic good attraction to see. Bus goes from town hall.
Staff went out of their way to help you and offer suggestions for pubs & restaurants
Room good size - bathroom need some work some broken facilities and blocked sink
Could do with some drawers in rooms At breakfast asked if it was. Possible to get a couple of fried eggs but was refused
Great location
Great location for city, clean and practical. Basic in terms of amenities but perfectly acceptable and in line with price point!
This property has just been renovated. They have a nice little lounge on the first floor. Enjoyed the stay.
Very close to the hub of Belfast but easy to walk everywhere! Great value!
Nice hotel.
Good stay and location a little noisey from outside back of hotel, hotel staff really friendly and helpfull. Would definatley stop again.
Great breakfast and exceptional front staff. Stuart was amazing and couldn't due enough to help us.
Room was lovely and clean, breakfast was superb. The only drawback was that there was a smell of sewage/sulphur in corridor on 5th floor and in our bathroom.
Great hotel and staff were amazing!
Average
Pretty convenient to the city center but rooms a bit tired—missing light bulbs, loose paneling, etc. I caught Covid and the staff have been terrific—letting me stay in the same room for an additional night and bringing food to my room.
Clean & Comfortable base for sightseeing
The hotel was clean and comfortable in an ideal location for exploring the sights of Belfast. Rooms are a decent size with comfy bed and have basic furniture which is all you need for a short city stay
Could use a little more room for bags, but very clean and close to town.

We arrived very early because of the time of our flights, and they were very accomodating with finding a room for us. The pizza restaurant was AMAZING!!! Every staff member was more than kind and considerate. I would definitely recommended this hotel to anyone visiting Belfast. It was our first time there, and they made us feel so welcome.
