They seems to have diwngraded. Used to be my top choice of hotel.in Bandung as near ammenities. But now they do.not give bottle mineral water . Even flask was issued to get water drom dispenser. But i felt its not hygenic after post pandemic .housekeeping was not detailed bath towel were not replaced after they clear the soiled ones. were replaced and

Dirty room and bathroom with stains all over the walls and furnitures. There were pieces of rubbish left unswept on the floor.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, many choices/variations. As for the property itself, very clean. One thing that I wish the management will do in the near future is upgrading their old towels and has more toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc.

Excellent value and location

I was very surprised by this hotel. It is very well presented, especially for the price. While the rooms aren't huge the amenities and location excellent. Breakfast was amazing and the wait staff No 1!

Although the room is smaller than other hotels, it is still very comfortable. The convenience of having a mall right behind the hotel is also a plus point. My second stay here and definitely wont be the last!

First time stay in ibis trans studio bandung

Over all satisfactory, staff, cleanliness all good. But at the last day of my stay, next door room the guest asking morning call, it rang from 7:24 am till 8.09 am. Nonstop ringing, gosh! The next door guest didn't wake up. Me and family are disturbed by the ringing sound. We all can hear the phone ringing all the way in the isle.

The room are clean .. the receiption counter are friendly .

this hotel is convenient if you wish to go to the theme park.a shopping mall is also attached to the hotel.factory outlets is about an hours taxi ride away.if you want to shop its better to find a hotel in town centre but then again it will be more costly for the same facilities.

Everything was fine until the aircon leaked on my last night. The maintenance team responded within 10 mins and cleaned up the room. The aircon temperature is too cold and the temperature controller does not work

Nica staff. I was travelling with 3 kids and my old mom. They gave us the connecting rooms which location are very close with lift.

Terrible! Door lock has big issues!I Had to change 6+ keys and my room was next elevator and it was noisy as hell.

Location not bad in southern part of the city. You can avoid the traffic and it's near trans studio. Hotel with a lot of rooms but not enough lifts (Budgeted construction cost??)... Typical Ibis style with the need to ask for razor and tooth paste

Room to donate your blood

It was just a night stay but pretty disappointing.First,checking in was slow and q was long. Second,room was not too clean as there were strands of hairs on the pillows,food crumps was found on the sofa etc etc. Thirdly,the room was infested with mosquitoes!!my poor daughter was bitten quite badly and i couldn't sleep due to the itchiness. Lastly called the housekeeping for additional blanket/bedsheet so to at least protect me from this bloodsuckers,sadly no one bother to send nor call me back. Overall was good but yeah the hotel should improve in those areas tho.

Average hotel stay

it was a good stay. staff were nice. only thing is they didnt change our bedsheet even though we put the sign up to change bedsheet. Ther old bedsheet had a stain on it. Our coins on the table were gone after cleaning and the chocolate bar in the fridge had a few bars missing(someone took a bite out of it). We like the free wifi and its 5min walk from transstudio shopping mall. Very convenient location.

Staffs are friendly and polite, we have no trouble communicating with them in English. They are also responsible by looking after our phones when we left them charging at the lobby while heading back to our hotel to rest. One good thing about this hotel is that, it's just a 5 mins walk to Trans Studio Mall and the Indoor Theme Park. After all, it's a great place to stay!

Good hotel for Trans Studio Theme Park visit

I am sure there are a lot more nicer hotels in Bandung with a 3 star rating, but this hotel is the best pick if you are planning to have a blast at Trans Studio Bandung. There is a shortcut walkway through the hotel dinning hall to access the Trans Mall via Starbucks. From the mall, you have the option to access Trans Studio Bandung from the ground or top floor entrance. Breakfast is simple and the menu is almost the same everyday. The chef should try to add more varieties and a sample of local dishes. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am. If you are late, there is still a selection of coffee and tea with pastries. There is a buffet dinner during weekends. If you wanna try the local food, lunch and dinner is also easily available from the next door mall food court. There is no complimentary newspapers in the morning. The lobby area needs more seats since guest will be waiting for check-ins during busy hours. Check-outs is not a problem since there is the option for express checkout for prepaid stay, which is a plus.

The hotel located next to trans studio mall n its very near to the theme park. The breakfast was ok. No swimming pool. Need to deposit IDR50k for a 3pin socket since im from commenwealth country. There are 4 elevators, every 2 going to different floors...1 lift on repair during my stay n left us quite long waiting time since there were many people. The fried rice ordered in the hotel room worth IDR100k

Our stay in Ibis Trans, BDO.

We chose this hotel due to its location, and the fact that it is connected to Trans Mall. We definitely did not regret this. We went through the hotel's restaurant to the entrance of Trans Mall, where the theme park is also located. The mall has good shops and many cafes and restaurants,which are Halal as well. It is definitely convenient for us as we had spent time in another resort which was located around Tangkuban Perahu and with no shops around. Although Ibis room was of a smaller size compared to other hotel rooms, the room was cosy, comfortable and clean. Staff were also polite, and they attended to our requests within a short period of time. Although of course we need to drive to other places of interest due to the locations and 'bad jam' in Bandung. For the price of the room, it is definitely worth the price we paid for. :)

Perfect budget hotel next to Trans Studio Bandung

Hotel is so closed to Trans Studio Bandung & Trans Super Mall. Our room is located at 18th floor. Room is clean but a bit small for 4 of us (2 adults & 2 children). But it doesn't matter for budget traveler like us. We will definitely come back again!

The stay was good generally. The only downside was the hotel does not provide roll away beds and only have a mattress if you need this option. Meaning the party have to sleep on the floor. Extremely busy hotel but it was service with a smile.

4 nights at Ibis trans studio hotel

Toilet is too small. No holder for your own shampoo, facial wash etc...We have to use a plastic bag and hang it in the shower room. Bedsheet got blood stain...

Good hotel with excellent staff.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone as it's value for money with easy access to Trans Studio and the shopping mall. Surrounding areas are not much to see but taking a cab is easy to get around. Make sure they use meters as some are rather unscrupulous.

Even though front desk staff was unable to arrange for connecting rooms for 2 rooms, he (can't recall his name) is extremely helpful when we asked on which factory outlets to recommend and where to go. Rooms are well cleaned and bed was real comfortable - especially with bolsters!

Strategically located, standard room

This hotel is strategically located near the theme park in Bandung however the room itself is small and beds are quite standard, not too comfy when you travel in 3 people but still ok for two. Breakfast was OK nothing fancy.

booked 3 rooms for 3 nights each great rooms bandung has very bad jam during cny though would recommend to all for high value, no frills experience very value for money, 60 sgd for cny period is great value, but rmb to bring ear cotton bud and tooth brush toilet only has soap, body/hair wash 2 in 1, etc. there is great quality toilet paper and tissue paper ! show is just nice sized i loved the simplicity and comfort great mall beside it with very affordable food recommend the duck on the top floor as well as Jco donut 7000rupiah each

Everything from check-in, queries, room cleanliness and comfort were excellent. Bathroom size is adequate altho i read in other guests' reviews that it is too small. Tran Studio shopping mall is one of the better malls to walk around. Its just outside the hotel restaurant door.

Arrived in Bandung around 8 pm. There was a queue on two receptionists and I requested another counter to open and was quickly done by the staff. Ibis Trans Studio Hotel in Bandung

My family members and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and the hotel staff is kind enough to arrange a connecting room for us. The services and cleanliness in this hotel are excellent. For family with children, this hotel has strategic location for visiting the Trans Studio. Transport to shopping areas in the city is also very convenient. Number of foodstalls nearby the hotel and a shopping centre next to it. Strongly recommended.
