It was disappointing that once checked in hotel was under renovation. Water supply was stopped. Noisy due to renovation. Hotel management should advise online about renovation.

The hotel never said they were under renovation so they were banging at 7:30am . Food was expensive and bed uncomfortable

Bedroom is in very bad condition, hall ways are dirty, phones and other services don't work. Staff was nice, but needs more training.

Ok nothing great not value for money

Stayed three nights ,first night was terrible, small instects and cocroches in side room ,bathroom shower was not good at all ,bathroom exaust fan was not working ,they have centralized AC which is not good .its a old property

Used as a base for a recent trip to ABJ

Nice place to stay if you are on budget. Food is good (breakfast and bar 24/7 meals). Room could be cleaner...specifically the floor.

The staff were very helpful speak good English i would recommend the hotel to anyone

Pretty good for local standards, but the road outside is very loud

No internet, No service, just nothing...

Dont expect anything. poor attitude of staff. internet did not work for all 3 days I stayed. could not do any office work/ mails. staff was lest bothering. This hotel is not worth the price... or anything. will never stay here again

Location is good. Staff pleasant. However, it's unduly pricey, a feature of Abidjan hotels genetally.

All services are very well maintained, courteous staff, excellent buffet in this budget hotel for business visit.

IBIS MARCORY ABIDJAN STAYING EXPERIENCE

I stayed there for 6 nights . Reached on 2nd July and checked out on 8th July . Stayed in Room no. 203 . Room is okay compared to Africa. But is not upto standard of IBIS. No room service available. No Bathroom Amenities expect soap, towel and tissue. Safe Area and very friendly and co-operative staff. Some of them speak English also. Those who are travelling need to carry their own amenities for personal usage. Breakfast spread is good but not much options for Vegetarians. Even they keep Vegetation dish with Non vegetation dish in same Big Servicing Pan in which people use same spoon some time so Not friendly for Vegetarians. Vegetarian dishes must be keep seperately which I already advised the person on duty when I was asked. Cereal with Milk , Coffee , Fruits , Yogurt , Banana plantene , Fried Potato & Lentils are available with Bread Jam and Butter . Over all Good hotel but can be improved. Regards , Sunil

A no thrills hotel offering basic amenities with a good breakfast buffet

Hotel for one night.

Needed last minute due to a flight delay. It has no redeeming qualities if you are looking for a tourist destination hotel - i.e. rough/tough location if you are staying for any other reason but business.

This hotel refused to arrange a taxi from the airport, and did not even tell the estimated fare it would be. As a result, I ended up catching a crook driver and paying CFA 10,000, though it was only CFA 3,000 as going back to the airport. The hotel facilities are clean, and the food is OK.

pls put a mini fridge in the rooms. IBIS Douala has fridges so why not Abidjan? Put a toilet brush in the toilets.

Plain food with limited choice. Service is questionable. Seems as if you doing the staff a favor by staying there. Certainly not as good as advertised. If you in and out for a business trip and ok with basic service, this Hotel is ok.

OK value for price

This Ibis is better than the one in Plateau. It is still basic comfort. Room is ok but bathroom is borderline (clean but old and a bit creepy).

Complaint: I had a booking in this hotel but when we reached hotel, I was told the room is not available and my room has been allotted to some other urgent booking. This is ridiculous. I have a confirmed booking then how can the hotel just give it to someone else. They apologised and gave me booking in another hotel. But this kind of service was unprofessional.

Ok for short stay

Hotel is ok but air conditioning is poor. No coffee or tea making facilities. No possibility for free late check out. Affordable price for rooms and meals. Very limited tv chanels.

IBIS Abidjan Macory

This hotel is "okay". Not great and surely not up to an IBIS hotel standard worldwide. I did not spend a lot of time at the hotel or in the room so it sufficed. The hotel and definitely the pool area is in need of an upgrade.

Ok for price in Abidjan.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the air conditioner made a terrible noise all night. The hotel concierge called us at 9am in the morning of our departure to ask whether we needed any assistance for hotel transfer. But when I called to ask about breakfast service, she promised to call back but never did. Breakfast was not impressive.

Money maker hotel for shareholders

The saving philosophy behind IBIS hotel is at his apices here. Guest must do almost everything by himself and yet the rate is still at US$ 160.- - Very weak lighting. Almost impossible to use working table at night: - One bath towel only. No hand towel. - Old shower end spaying water everywhere: - One liquid soap for all usage (let me have the brand and which supermarket is selling it. Skin doctors will love it) - No room service - Scrambles eggs like a soup and sausages recook twice up to drying completely at breakfast!! - Outside wall unpainted for many years. - Uncomfortable furniture in lobby; - Asking you to pay because your credit exceeded US$ 60.- !!!!!!! As usual, very poor Internet Flow. Impossible to work with it before 11 PM

Excellent, it is my 10th business visit to this hotel, good location, good food, good service, helpful staff, good rooms, cannot asked for nore, will come back...
