Excellent clean and amazing service

Staff were excellent couldnt have been more helpful. Hotel very clean and modern. Food was first class loads of options to suit anyones taste.

Great Vacation spot. Extremely clean everywhere. Pool, Beaches and other facilities exceptional. Great overall value.

Best staff, beautiful hotel

Loved the beautiful gardens, the beach, the pools and the relaxed and calm atmosphere compared to other hotels in the resort, all adding up to a truly refreshing stay. The food was also fantastic quality, make sure you book at the Arabesque restaurant for a try highlight. Only one minor issue was the cheap wardrobe doors which banged and clashed with the drawers, minor things but stands out against the otherwise excellent quality of the room, maintained to the highest standard by Mohsan (master of the towel art!) and the team.Above everything though, this hotel is all about the staff: you will not find a happier, friendlier, eager-to-please and personable bunch anywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning our return trip

The staff is very friendly. The chef reacted nicely and quickly to have a specific meal. This is the number one destination in the Makadi area, in my opinion.

The hotel is kept very clean, and the area looks beautiful. The beach is well-taken care of, watersports (wind-surfing, kite-surfing, SUP, etc.) are available at the beach hotel (at extra price). As advertised, the hotel is very-well suited for families with children. We found it a bit strange that the swimming pool for children is not heated and the water that that pool is cold; so all children are in the heated pool by the bar. Also, it is not mentioned in the hotel description that the kids club only accepts children as from 3 years of age to stay without parents.

Staff are professional and friendly and environment hygienic.

Iberotel Makadi Beach is a fantastic luxury 5* hotel. Beautiful, luxurious , plenty of amenities and excellent , friendly and tentative staff. Can't fault it

Nice place for vacations and relaxation nice beach nice pools excellent and clean restaurants special thnx to mr roman in reception and cheif hosam and abu hamza and cheif mohamed in snacks resturant

We were welcomed by a very welcoming and friendly staff. They were really amazing. Food was the best for us, the varieties, quality and the taste. We enjoyed all our stay there. I will go back again and recommend it to all my friends. My only concern is that the room and the washer-room were old and needed to be renovated.

Great resort with great service. I really enjoyed the facilities (pool, pool table, restaurants). The beach is very crowded however. We did not enjoy that part so much. Its a but pricey for a stay. I would prefer going south and finding a more quiet resort.

The hotel is wonderful the staff really friendly and very welcoming Mina in front desk great guy. Pool restaurant and Manger very nice gus food is great beach out of 10 I will give it 8 water is nice not shallow or deep. But there are some rocks need to be clean room is great house keeping is nice free landery but there like little stuff not make it perfect like it took almost 2 days to fix the TV the room on pool kind of noisy other than that the hotel is wonderful if there work on this little thing it will be one of the best hotels in hurghada

The resort is huge and feels really spacious. Lots of amenities to choose from whether it’s sports on the beach, tennis, spa or just relaxing. The staff are amazing, no request is too much and their focus is ensuring your needs are met and that you have an unforgettable experience. The rooms are clean and well stocked with provisions and the grounds and gardens are beautiful. I did not want to leave, it was magical and I will definitely be back.

Booked room overlooking beach, initial room too small so changed to larger room which was excellent. Hotel tended to be quiet of an evening, so very little to do. Experienced massage, which was very good. The foyer could do with a face lift as it was dark. However, very pleasant holiday.

Excellent hotel. We will be back. The food is marvellous the staff is nice we did enjoy our staying.

Excellent Hotel.

Excellent hotel. The WiFi is awful. If you ned data buy a local sim at the aiport. Approx £10 for 8GB with Vodafone which is very fast. The spirits are local and taste disgusting. Not what you would expect from 5 star. Occupants are 98% German. Toiletries not repleished in the room.

I would like to add only 2 things to already a very customer friendly hotel is the reception needs revamping and the food is a bit salty plesently surprised with vegetarian choices

We stayed for 5 nights at Ibrotel for a family gathering. It was a great all inclusive experience.

Great hotel for families and couples

We had a great stay in Iberotel Makadi beach. The grounds were clean and well kept. The room was clean and pleasant. Staff is friendly and makes you feel at home and the beach/amenities are very good. I recommend this hotel and will be going back again in my next visit to Egypt

I really love the egyptian culture but was not sure to come to this place, but after having such an amazing holiday that would of been a big mistake. Makadi beach is beautiful the staff are extraordinary and super friendly very welcoming they always make you feel like home. There are lots of activities and great things to do .

Dissapointing stay ,too many disadvantages

I will not hide my sensation of great dissapointment during my four night stay .. The pool was great and the beach was nice ,yet the food was terrible in both quality and diversity ..almost always the same dishes every day ..same kinds with minor changes .. The room was very small ,hair dryer not working ,the balcony door was not working till they fixed it later ..i ordered for an extra bed for my 6 years old son but it was a total mess ,very bad quality and always fallen done ..i told the room service but they didnt fix it ... Another serious problem was the staff ,some of them were polite and nice but others are rude but really all of them were tired and always there was shortage of them .. The number of waiters in the main restraunt was small so the was great delay in serving beverages The location wasnt good ; not enough services and lack of almost all facilities and too far from hurghada .. It was a five stars hotel with two stars food and service ,i dont recommend it at all..value for money was too low

Letteraly, One of the Best Hotels in the Red Sea

We were a group of friends with their families and kids. Everyone enjoyed his stay; the staff were so kind and very patient and helpful even with the children. Room service was very responsive and extraordinary clean. The buffet was fantastic and have a lot of varieties for all tastes. The chef were even kind enough to listen to our special requests. We had two birthdays parties during our stay that will never be forgotten. Definitely, it was a very special vacation to memorize.

Short vacation

I booked this hotel for expedia never went there befor & from the moment I reached the hotel I found all the staff very friendly and for all our stay they are vey good & the hotel has very nice beach also we enjoyed water world specially my son, simply I'll not change the hotel next time when I go there. Thx iberotel for the nice stay

Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal. Überwiegend deutschsprachig, sehr guter Service. Gute Essensauswahl am Buffet als auch a la carte zu Essen. Ein Pool war mit angenehmer Temperatur beheizt.

Alles war super

Schönes Hotel, welches eine gute Lage direkt am Strand hat. Mitarbeiter alle sehr zuvorkommend. Essen abwechslungsreich. Alles sehr sauber. Klimaanlage ziemlich laut.

Eine tolle Anlage. Freundlichkeit des Personals, Lage am Makadi Bay und die Sauberkeit sind beeindruckend.

Die gesamte Anlage und der Garten sind wirklich wunderschön. Das Essen ist gut könnte aber an manchen Stellen etwas besser gewürzt sein, was in solchen Ländern eigentlich sonst kein Thema ist. Die Zimmer haben schon länger keine Renovierung erfahren, leider ist die Dusche eine Fehlkonstruktion und es läuft in Strömen heraus. Das war in beiden Zimmern der Fall, die wir hatten. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zu Späßen aufgelegt. Allerdings tendieren einige dazu den Service langsamer zu gestalten und sich ein wenig vor der Arbeit zu drücken, wenn der Chef nicht anwesend ist . Lag vielleicht auch am Ramadan, vielleicht ist es sonst anders. Ich hätte mir etwas mehr erwartet vom Sportprogramm, weil ich es aus anderen Clubs wie Magic Life, Aldiana oder Robinson gewohnt war. Man merkt aber, dass die Animateure keine Ahnung haben und sich selbst irgendetwas ausgedacht haben. Dabei wäre es relativ einfach ein gutes Youtube-Video auswendig zu lernen und z.B den Yoga Kurs durchzuziehen. Es gibt auch eine Surfstation, was aber mit den vielen Absperrungen der Riffs kaum zu meistern ist für Anfänger. Alles in allem war es ein guter Urlaub, ich würde nächstes Mal aber wieder etwas mit mehr Aktivität buchen wollen.

Toller Aufenthalt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Die Wege zwischen Restaurants, Zimmern und Strand sind kurz. Das Essen lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Sehr gut für Gäste mit kleinen Kindern: Der überdachte Spielplatz.
