Peaceful, relaxing and calm.
Great all inclusive hotel.
Wonderful hotel well maintained. The food choices are amazing and personnel is extremely nice and welcoming. The shuttle service to go to Marrakech is with a full size bus and offers convenient schedules. Love the gym too! Would come again.
The grounds were very spacious (e.g., the soccer field, badminton, archery, tennis and volleyball facilities). The cats were do friendly here. The food was very good. The shuttle to Marrakech was a great free service. Finally, the coffee was amazing.
I travel a lot and the food at this resort was 5*****. Lots of variety and very high quality. The head Chef here should get a raise. We are now at the Hyatt in Taghazout and we wish we could say the same. We will be back to this resort. Amine in entertainment was also wonderful!
I stayed here with my teenage son for a short two night stay and it was perfect for what we were after. There was nothing amazing about the hotel, but also nothing to complain about. The food offered a good choice and met my expectations from an all inclusive. The facilities were great and the two pools lovely as were the grounds. There was lots to do if you chose to get involved. The free shuttle coach to the medina and back was excellent and very straightforward. If you want to be near the action of the medina this hotel isn’t for you, but it’s perfect if want to be away from the chaos but close enough to dip in.
The hotel facilities were really good for kids with a lovely splash pool. The grounds had lovely gardens kept to an immaculate standard. The hotel was not close to anything within walking distance so had to stay within the hotel complex, though there was a free shuttle bus to Marrakesh town centre.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
The food is great - the rooms are very clean
Really lovely hotel, food, drinks, staff, rooms and facilities all excellent.
Very good stay
Really good stay. Bar staff in particular are very friendly and attentive. Some of the best food we've had at an all inclusive. Rooms are fairly basic but spacious. We used the free shuttle into the city a few times which was very easy, and there were always taxis outside the hotel if you wanted to use those also. The one thing that let the trip down was the noise from the hotel you could hear from the room, not sound proofed at all. We got used to it by the end of the week but the first few nights were not that pleasant because of it.
The staff was excellent, very friendly, helpful and accommodating
Room wasnt well yaken care of and had to kill some flies and spider within yhe first hour of settling in. Internet broadband was terrible. Entertainment was great as staff were courteous and made good efforts to activities lifely and engaging. Great food options for breakfasts lunch and dinner. Nice children swimming people with safety staff always visible. Stayed between 12 to 16 August 2023
A wonderful oasis
The staff were amazing going above and beyond our expectations … a special mention to Adrahi by the pool for his wonderful happy service. We had a fabulous stay . The grounds were kept beautifully and the rooms and communal areas clean and well looked after. The entertainment staff were energetic and fun. Actually couldn’t fault the hotel or it’s staff Thankyou for a fabulous few days we wish we had been staying longer 🤗
Excellent holiday experience
The stay at Iberostar Marrakech was fabulous. The staff were so freindly and attentive to all our needs. Nothing seemed too much trouble! The food across the day was of a very high quality and there was so much choice it was amazing. Free shuttle bus to the city was also a real plus.
Wow, I was very impressed by this hotel. Amazing location, leas than a minute from the bus stop and train station. Near by attractions. The hotel was very nice. Room were big and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Check in/out were fast.
Beautiful resort, right balance for adults and kids. Lots of things going on to keep everyone entertained. Food was amazing however it was not labelled which caused problems due to having food allergies. Allergens were also not clearly marked and there was a lot of cross contamination (due to guests mixing tongs). The different meats should also be labelled.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is fantastic!
Excellent for families! Friendly and kind staff - especially the front desk, photography and animation Beautiful grounds - felt as if an oasis Lots of options in buffet for all types of diets- food was not labeled but if you asked they would let you know what was in it. Pizza and french fries always available for those picky eaters. Kids loved the food truck by the pool- burgers, hotdogs, crepes and french fries Multiple pools and large areas to sit and by the pool Lots of drink options - non-alcoholic and alcoholic Stayed in suite 600 - magnificent with 2 en-suite bathrooms Location: This is about 15-20 minutes drive out of the city but that worked for our family because we wanted to unwind. Very easy to get into the city. If you want to walk in the main parts of Marrakech you should choose another hotel.
Lovely for a short stay.
Really friendly, clean and lots of space. 25 mins out from the city and so good if you just want to relax. Rooms a little on the tired side. Pools were great. Opportunities for activities, if you wanted them.
Relaxing resort
Everything was perfect, friendly staff very clean! A lot of food choice, free shuttle bus to the city 5 times a day .
Wonderful
The Resort is located in a quiet suburb of Marrakech, but the Hotel provided complimentary shuttle coach for guest, with ample pick up and return times.
Awesome experience 👏
Fantastic staff who are happy to go the extra mile. Sara especially was fantastic and we look forward to heading back as soon as possible.
The food hygiene at this hotel is a serious issue and there are very serious issues with food labelling which are disappointing of a hotel of this standard. Food was not labelled clearly and the hotel took no action to rectify it despite being informed of allergens and intolerances. The cleanliness of the rooms was also a serious issue with room floors left dirty on a daily basis
Food is not labelled so if you have allergies or are veggie then i would choose a different hotel. Chefs had no idea what meat was in a dish and each chef would tell you different meats. Not enough tongs for each dish so lots of cross contamination. The tongs were also extremely hot that we got burnt a few times. Rooms outdated and most things broken. Cleaners didnt clean the floors as my soles were black. Bedsheets had red marks on them and very dirty. Its far away from the medina. I got diarrhoea from the food. Also the food is same practically everyday and they need to do proper theme nights like chinese, italian etc. The pillows are rock hard but there are soft ones in the cupboards or you can ask to get different ones. All inclusive doesnt include branded drinks even though the advertising suggests it includes them and the cocktails are not great. It says all inclusive but hardly any food outside the normal lunch, breakfast and dinner times. So no food after 10pm even though advertised as having food out of hours. Swimming pools are not heated and are freezing. The food truck is full of flies and again cross contamination with food. The shuttle service is great.
We had a really nice time here. Staff was great and accommodating. Food was really good. I would go back!
My first room had a list of problems, no water pressure in shower, safe not working, fridge warm and door not able to lock. Thanks to Mohamed and Sara I was changed to another room with a view over the pool. Lovely room but noisy from entertainment day and evening. In fact much of the entertainment was too loud for my liking. The staff team are lovely, friendly and welcoming. The food was repetitive and often the meat far over cooked until tough but there was choices (albeit much same daily) desserts were lovely but again repetitive. Had a wonderful hammam and massage.
Will definitely return back for the 3rd time
Special thanks for (Boushra, Zakria @ Reception) & ( Loubna - housekeeper) they are such a wonderful, professional and helpful staff overall all staff were friendly Food were tasty, lot of varieties “basically huge buffet” Drinks food available all day long for free Keep you and your kids busy all day “don’t remember going back to my room rather than to sleep” YOU SHOULD TRY IT :-)
It’s was a great experience
Perfect getaway
My boyfriend and I stayed here for just 2 nights on a trip to Marrakech as we wanted a few days all-inclusive after our busy days in a Riad! For that purpose this hotel was great! It has a few pools and we spent the trip at the adults-only pool which was really quite and peaceful and had a bar right next to it where the service was very efficient! We went early June and the resort was the quietest all inclusive i've ever been to but honestly thats not a bad thing - plenty of sunloungers, quick service! Food was nice and lots of lovely drinks included - cocktails, wines, beer, soft drinks, coffees, and plenty of cold water coolers (needed!) Snacks throughout the day too and lots of activities to try - although far too hot in June! We tried tennis and table tennis and there wasn't any wait for anything, also after checkout before our flight they gave us another room to shower in which was so needed! It wasn't the most upmarket resort by any means (chipped paintwork, lifts barely had any markings left on them) but the lovely staff make up for this and honestly if you want a nice all inclusive with a pool and excellent service, this is a great choice!
Fantastic all around
Absolutely lovely place to stay. Lots to do all the time, there’s also a quiet pool if you don’t want to do a lot and just want to relax. Super clean, staff is helpful, the food and drinks are plentiful. We did all inclusive, and it’s ridiculously good value. The shuttle into town to see the Medina runs frequently and is very handy. The rooms are very spacious and spotless. The grounds are beautiful (there’s even a peacock). Absolutely loved our stay here! We’ll definitely be back
Great for a few dats r and r.Lovely grounds - quiet, immaculately kept, area for kids ( animals, pond). Food good particularly veggie / salad. Some staff amazing particularly male waiters and male receptionist. Kids pool and quiet pool superb. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Getting a bit tired. Loads of facilities but just not well run - yoga did not resemble yoga, table tennis bats broken, golf not available, bus timetables out of date, no print out of what was on when/ how to get towels etc. Hotel far too noisy ( family pool has constant music blasting out ALL day, can hear from a way away. Also constant noisy games/ aerobics. Might be personal preference but was awful. Also a pub music quiz on in bar every night / so totally ruined vibe of eating outside. Might be deliberate to stop lingering? did stop quickly tho. Just beware - we booked garden room with preference that messaged hotel about for a quiet room on ground floor through Expedia. Got given 1 st floor overlooking bar and pool( noisy). Also told couldn’t guarantee sane room fir rest of booking. Was told to chill out it would all get sorted next day by female receptionist. After seeing room, I went back to get it sorted which to be fair they did - but took me to be very demanding- so don’t be fobbed off. Male receptionist was lovely and helpful after this. It’s not cheap and felt like just needs to up game a bit.
FANTASTIC RESORT!
FANTASTIC FOR KIDS AND ADULTS
small rooms and balcony and bathrooms dated. not 5 star. food is ok but became boring after a couple of days, very moroccan resort for food and entertainment not international appeal. staff are a bit frosty and abrupt unless getting tips , very off putting.
Great overall. Good bang for the buck.
Great place for families with kids. A lot of activities throughout the day. We booked a pool view and it turned out to be a big mistake because the music near the pool area started at 8 am on a Saturday, so we couldn’t get a noise free sleep. This place is definite Not for couples!!
Very Good Experience
Very nice hotel with very good staff. Mini club is very good and staff around the pool for children are very careful and it's very pleasant. Mohamed Ali, Front desk manager and her colleague Sara are very welcoming and are always available to help us. I really recommend to visit this hotel which is very well maintained (amazing green area, rooms...) and the food is very good.
Perfect family hotel .
Every thing was perfect, the staff, the food , the service , the room was spacious, check in and check out was quick , and the all inclusive formula is the best way to go . Will stay any time I’m in MARRAKECH.
Amazing hotel
We had an amazing time, the staff are friendly and helpful, everything was included in the price I paid( the stay, the food , the activity) will go back again but next time it will be for longer stay.
Recent holiday
My friend and I stayed at the Iberostar Palmeraie for 5 nights. We couldn’t fault the stay
The restaurant/dining area is filthy - tables, plates, utensils. Just terrible. Ended up with food poisoning.
Nice and quiet staff is very nice and big place to walk around with the whole family
Fabulous hotel, but a little way out of town
After a slightly hesitant start this turned out the be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. When we first arrived, the staff were a bit offhand and we were charged local taxes even though we had prepaid the tax when we booked. Their demeanour was "sullen" when we pointed this out but they wouldn't budge. We were then braceletted, apparently because we were Bed and Breakfast not full board This felt somewhat demeaning especially as it was never checked. But once we were passed this, the rest was wonderful. The rooms are a little small, but the public areas are vast (be aware that from Building 2 it is a bit of a walk to the dining area.) We had a particular technical problem and the staff could not have been more helpful - truly world class service. The only downside is that the hotel is a long way out of town. There is a free shuttle, but if you have to take a taxi it will take 25 minutes and cost £15- £20. But if you are just planning to use it as a resort (and why not, it has everything!) then the hotel is as good as it gets.
Outstanding in every aspect. A relaxing end to our hectic trip to Morocco.
Best Long weekend Ever!
Absolutely loved my stayed at Iberostar, wanted a restful long weekend, and that is what we got. the hotel's environment has the most relaxed atmosphere, the grounds have different acitvities, you can just walk or sleep all day like we did. the food was amazing and my friend and i loved it so much we have decided we are doing back with our respective families. They also have a shuttle bus service that takes you to the medina/souk which is great. The hotel is tucked away in an oasis of calm away from all the bustle of the city. If you a light sleeper like myslef, extra bonus is you won't hear any early morining call to prayer. I am not really into Riads, as when I am on holiday, i Like a little luxury and calm. saw some of the Riads right inside the Medina/ market, not my idea of a relaxing break. I believe the "all inclusive" is a good idea as there are no restuarants in the area. Thank you to the staff for a lovely break.
Staff very friendly, food excellent, lots to do, lovely and clean
Superb Hotel
This was my third stay and it never failed! It was all as expected, clean, comfortable, relaxing. Staff are so friendly and the service is exceptional. The only problem was the wifi which was slow but apart from that i have no complaints.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There were 3 of us in 1 room so had 2 singles and a sofa bed, all very comfortable. Our room overlooked the garden so was a tad noisy at night. Few tiny moans, the wifi was very difficult to get in the room, only by standing right by the door! Also no English channels on the TV apart from CNN... we watched a few films in French! Food in the hotel was OK, lots of choice but quite repetitive. The transfer bus into the Medina was great as there is no where to go at all on foot outside the hotel. The entertainment in the hotel was very basic too. We ventured into the night club 1 night which was an experience :) We were going for a relaxing sunny winter break and had just that. It was great for what we wanted!
Superb value, quality accommodation
Our third stay which says it all. Clean rooms which are a good size, good quality food with wide variety, extremely friendly and helpful staff - top draw. Good kids club. Overall very good value for money. Highly recommended.
The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful and the food was fantastic!
The entertainment staff are amazing it was so much fun being there I definitely recommend. The food was hit and miss though
It is a lovely family resort. It was our first time.We loved it and we plan to come back in near future.Staff is friendly and kind, always looking after us and making sure we are enjoying ourselves. Hotel is spotless clean. Food is lovely, great variety and plenty of it! They have the food truck by the pool serving snacks from 10 to 6pm! As an all inclusive, you can't complain you haven't eaten!! Lots of spaces to chill out. There is always activities going on. The only thing we felt could improve is the evening entertainment. It was mostly a dancing show. For us who stayed 10 days, it became boring. We wished it had a bit more of variety, that ones that interact with the guests and the children. Overall, I would recommend this resort.
Two pools.. one is quiet and serene, one is fun but loud.
July Stay
Was a really good and comfortable stay. The food is average and its the only negative to this wonderful hotel.
The conceirge and receptionist were amazing - sumayya, hanane and yunousse. They were very informative and provider excellent servie. It our anniversay and they got room service porters to decorate the room with rose petals and also provided us to a celebration cake. All the staff were friendly and welcoming
The staff are so lovely and seem to genuinely enjoy their interactions with guests. The food in the buffet restaurant was really good in terms of choice and quality although similar most days. We did not enjoy the Moroccan speciality restaurant. Food was cold/luke warm and the tagine was tasteless unlike the tagine food you get next door in the buffet which was flavourful. Cocktails aren’t bad but not amazing. Plenty of spirits available also under All Inc. There is also a food truck in the gardens that does burgers, waffles and crepes. Evening entertainment was a bit amateurish but they really put their all into it. Two large pools (one heated). You can also try your hand on the trapeze!
Enjoyed our stay
Overall very nice stay. Despite booking a garden view room we were allocated room 2201. A pleasant mountain view but noisy as next to the lift, stairway, entrance and opposite the quad bike centre across the road. Requested a room change the next day which was done fairly smoothly. Excellent friendly staff service, food plentiful, gardens very pleasant, pools great. Handy free bus to the centre.
Staff were fantastic. Facilities were great. Food was more varied than expected. Room very clean (only downside was that you could hear noise from the corridors, particularly if people came to bed late at night).
Very friendly staff, great activities for children and adults.
Poor experience, do not recommend
This hotel is far away from 4 star rating. I will give it 2 stars max. Listed as a brand new hotel, it was actually inherited 20 years old unfinished construction. And it feels! Pretty run down in many areas. Very rude personal. Lady on reception keep saying inappropriate jokes to me. Moroccan restaurant is only one once a week, so we couldn’t enjoy it. Everything available ONLY at extra cost even with all inclusive package. Spa was expensive but poor experience too. They didn’t even give you a towel or hairdryer, so I need to use my clothes to wipe my wet hair. Pools were very cold to swim in. Lunch was awful: cold hot dogs with flies all around. Very hard to get in. It is far away from the Marrakech, and nothing is around. Luckily we only booked this hotel for one night, but were ready to leave after 10 minutes there. Never again!
Spacious and clean. Very good breakfast buffet. The reliable shuttle to take you places.
Outstanding service and entertainment Animation superb !
Very nice all inclusive hotel at a quiet location. The shuttle service is convenient and always punctual. The hotel staff are amazing, always friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend visit Marrakech and stay in this resort.
30-11-18 to 4-12-18
Great service and very clean. Loads of activities- such friendly staff.
It was Fantastic
Great stay this was our 2nd visit here. Staff very friendly nice relaxing stay, there are activities if you want to be energetic or the zen pool is great just to chill. Quality of food and drinks is good, plenty of choice and the Moroccan restaurant is nice. Great place for some winter sun and with a short flight time from UK is a great destination. Will definitely return
Comfortable stay and good value.
Booked this for that 3 nights of an overall trip around Morocco. It was a nice retreat after busy places like Marrakech and Fes and being on the road so much. Grounds are beautiful, staff was great, room was comfortable. It's an all-inclusive so you don't go to any of them expecting a real personalized stay but for the money it was well worth it. I'd recommend for someone looking to relax and still be close enough to go into Marrakech.
Nice food and staff were helpful. Good facilities too
Had a lovely stay. The hotel is very nice and the staff are very friendly. Management are always visible to ensure guests are happy. The pools are gorgeous. There is a great choice of food and beverage and everything is very good quality. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the grounds are very well maintained. There is a free shuttle bus into Marrakech which is an additional bonus. We hope to return again soon.
Great Value
Really enjoyable October halfterm. Best all-inclusive we've ever been to. Nice enough rooms, plentiful food and drinks, beautiful grounds and gardens. Everywhere is cleaned constantly and keeps the hotel looking nice. Staff are friendly and helpful not looking for tips like all other all-inclusives!! Annoyingly the weather wasn't great, we still haven't found a easy October sun destination. My kids complained about the wifi, but then they complain about the wifi everywhere including home.
Nice hotel, nice staff.very professional and caring. From arriving to leaving they couldn't do enough for you. The kids clubs were fantastic my 8 year old son and 13 year old daughter loved them
October Break -Iberostar Club Palmeraie, Marrakech
For an Ibeostar Hotel I was expecting a little better accommodation but the amenities, staff & cleanliness make up for this. The AI package provides good food, albeit the lunch & dinner menus are pretty much the same. The drinks available could be more extensive, branded spirits come at a extra cost. The weather was perfect & my friend and I enjoyed our stay.
Nice hotel, shame about the rude reception staff
The hotel is lovely and the bar, spa, restaurant and housekeeping staff are fabulous. However, the hotel is entirely let down by the contemptuous reception team - a shame as they are ultimately the face of the hotel. We booked a twin room and arrived tired and ready to freshen up. We were given a room that was suddenly snatched away if about of one that we didn’t need to walk so far for - I was immediately suspicious. We looked at the room and it was a tiny double room overlooking the car park. We said we had booked a twin and they said “so what? It’s a big bed?!” They claimed they don’t get information about room preferences from booking sites like Hotels.com. Eventually we located the manager who gave us an appropriate room, whilst the receptionist remained hostile. The rest of our stay passed without incident, although don’t expect reception to provide you with any helpful information on getting around. Their English is poor and they don’t seem to want to help. We found the shuttle bus driver to be a god send when navigating Marrakech itself. The final straw was upon leaving we were offered their complimentary room to shower before we headed to the airport, which was gratefully received and we duly booked. We arrived on time and after waiting 15 minutes the room was still not available. This led to another altercation with the reception team and the spa staff stepping in to help. By that stage we’d really had enough of reception’s contemptuous attitude.
Excellent customer service and food, plenty of pool space for everyone
This was such a wonderful experience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. There was so much variety with the meal and drinks. This is an excellent hotel. I came back fully refreshed. We would be coming back soon. Thanks to all the staff and manager.
Fabulous Hotel!!!
Superb hotel, friendly attentive staff (especially chap at Bar Zen!) Lots to do including archery, trapeze if you feel inclined but also a great place to relax and soak up the sun. Will certainly be returning to this hotel in the future
Beautiful hotel
Lovely hotel - you can’t go wrong with an iberostar! Staff very friendly, drinks continually bought round at the pool. Gardens immaculate and everywhere very clean!
Great spot
Thank you to Imad and the staff at Iberostar for making my visit great. At first, I felt the rooms were not satisfactory, especially for such a high price. Thank you for accommodating us.
Good except for the towels
It was all good, except to get towels for the pool. The system is kind of complicated.
Gem in Marrakech
The best all inclusive holiday we have ever had. Food, entertainment, staff, facilities the lot was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Loved every minute of our time here. We will be returning very soon.
excellent hotel clean and very friendly staff
The resort is set in the suburbs of Marrakech and it'ss lovely resort. The manager is very helpful and the staff were very friendly. We didn't feel far away from home. They were able to organize outdoor activities for us. The shuttle bus driver is very friendly and helpful. Make sure you get a transfer to and from the airport. Saves money.
lovely hotel.great quiet pool.
Would def recommend
The staff was GREAT!!!!!!!!! Well kept grounds, plenty of activities with a great atmosphere. About 20 minutes from the city but the resort is much nicer than staying in the city. The staff really knew how to treat their guest.
Lovely hotel with great amenities
Had a lovely short break at the Palmeraie. The hotel has extensive grounds which are utilised well. The hotel is welcoming and the staff are in the main exceptional. There is a main dining area and one additional Moroccan themed restaurant, which in my opinion limits you. The range of food offered in the main dining area is good and of good quality but the vegetarian options were limited. The few days we were there did become repetitive for food choices. There was one themed Moroccan night and I would suggest they offer at least two more themed nights each week to vary the dining options as there are no other restaurants to go to. The animation team work tirelessly to entertain and there is a whole schedule of daytime activities to keep the most hyperactive child or adult busy. Each evening there is a short cabaret type show and a nightclub from 11pm-1am (we didn’t attend the club). There are kids clubs and a kiddie pool too. The hotel offers two pools - one heated and one not. Rooms are very clean and fairly up to date decor wise. No kettle provided but this can be requested. There is a mini bar but even though the hotel is all inclusive there is only on item in there, which is complimentary. The spa looked inviting but it left a lot to be desired. It may be the Moroccan way but I felt it lacked the serenity of a spa as an escape from the stresses of life. There is much that can be done to improve the customer experience and I wouldn’t go back there.
Almost perfect
Great hotel with mostly exceptional staff, great facilities and activities, good food, let down only by rock-hard beds that are truly uncomfortable.
Mainly good but some just average
The hotel has great facilities and lots to do. Very child friendly! Also nice and clean and staff are lovely. Bad points are the walls are thin with little soundproofing so we slept poorly. The food is average at best. Lots of choice and definitely suited to kids (chocolate fountain at breakfast!!) but we felt most of it was quite bland unfortunately. But accept it’s a big hotel so they are simply catering for a mass of people 3 times a day. Also remember to book the Moroccan restaurant as soon as you check in as we left it s couple of days and it was completely booked unfortunately.
Fabulous hotel
The hotel is very clean, the staff are very helpful, the grounds are amazing - can't fault the hotel at all. Would definitely go back
Great place , staff amazing and helpful And friendly , food and cleanliness was great, 2nd time at an all inclusive in Morocco and this was by far the best! Can’t fault it, please pass on a thanks for your wonderful staff making our stay amazing
Good hotel
Grounds beautiful and well maintained, hotel spotless and staff great- no complaints apart from no tea making facilities in room
Exceeded all expectations
The staff are fabulous. They can’t do enough for you. I’ve never had such good customer service in a hotel. Everything about this break was amazing from the food to the facilities the comfy bed etc. I am desperate to go back, I’ve have been looking to hook again already and havent been back 24 hours yet.
A very much French speaking hotel, we felt welcomed and well placed. Check-in was smooth, hotel is clean and grounds prestine! Temperatures were around 21 degrees during the day and cooler in both the mornings and evenings - suggest you layer up. Very friendly entertainment team, keep the clientele engaged. Lots to keep you active from stretching, water aerobics, tennis, archery and spin and many more. Nice gym too. Not over crowded, always had a sunbed, heated pool was lovely - didnt see anyone in the normal pool during our 5 day stay (probably because the weather was not hot enough). There is a deposit of 100 dh (pp) for the towels which is refunded at the end of the stay. Food was excellent and plentiful, caters well for vegetarians! Did miss the filtered coffee at breakfast and there is no waiter service throughout the restaurant/bar/pool - you have to go up and get your own drinks (this is me being pesismistic). Hotel offers free shuttle service to the square which is approx. 20 mins away, would recommend a visit in the evening (after 7pm) when the square awakes. The resort itself is secluded and nothing outside. Approx 30 minute journey from the airport.
Amazing break
A lovely clean hotel where the staff couldn’t do enough and the food was amazing. Hopefully go back later on in the year with my family. Never been to Marrakech before but this place amazes me.
Excellent Hotel,Nice Staff, Amazing service
We stayed from 29th Jan to 2nd Feb there and enjoyed all our stay, rooms are very clean and nice. Staff are amazing from the reception to room service everyone is so welcoming. I have not found any critical point to address, In face I am very pleased and thankful to the management as they honored us free lunch and facility on our check out day. Basically we checkout at 12:00 and our flat was at 19:00 but they offer us free lunch before leave for airport so we enjoyed last few sunshine at pool area before we left for airport luggage stored free as well. I had all inclusive deal and honestly the amount of food we had in those days was MASSIVE :). They offered buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and top of that Food truck near the pool available during the day which was amazing. Free shuttle from hotel to Marrakesh town was amazing as well ( in taxi it charge you 100 MD= 8-9 £). Night entertainment every night, we really liked the Moroccan night performance. The only thing I would like to warn the guest is please do not go to the SPA Center available through different company in hotel as they are SO EXPENSIVE AND BELOW AVERAGE SERVICE ( Nothing to do with hotel). Overall it was very memorable stay and we do want to come back! Thanks
Great hotel. Friendly helpful staff.
Had a fabulous short break stay at the Iberostar hotel. Friendly helpful staff and the hotel nicely placed for a taxi ( not too expensive) into the main area. Took a one day trip to the Atlas Mountains and Berber villages a must to do if you have the time. Will be back to Marrakech one day
A treasure in the heart of desert
Unfortunately , we had wasted our holiday limited days mostly in the useless Pullman Hotel and only one night we had in Iberostar . But this one night was enough to change our impression about Morocco and Moroccan food . Mohammad in reception was kind enough to upgrade our room and called to confirm all is ok in the room . The food was so much in abundance and tasty and so beautifully presented , I can't describe ! Even you could have as many drinks or coffee as you wished for during the day and there were so many entertaining and sports and dance programs you would enjoy each and every moment . They were so kind even after checking out , they invited us for lunch at no extra cost . Staff were so friendly and nice , they had a huge welcome for every new guest . I cannot regret enough I wasted my holiday in Pullman Marrakech , and I cannot regret enough I had not booked Iberostar for the whole holiday time . I recommend this wonderful , beautiful hotel to anybody who wants to relax and enjoy . I hope I will go back to Marrakesh and Iberostar again . Thank you immensely for your kind attention Iberostar and the team . This is the type of hotel that raises the standard of hotels and improves Moroccan Tourism . A big thank you .
High quality hotel.
Excellent hotel. The buildings were beautiful and well tended as were the extensive gardens. There were lots of activities to do throughout the day and our daughter loved the activities and the very friendly staff who ran the activities. The food is plentiful and of a high quality and can be taken in a range of comfortable dining areas both inside and out. The room was large, quiet and had a lovely view. The only negative was the difficulty in arranging airport transfers with the hotel transfer service. There are other transfer options and I would advise to use these. Wonderful hotel. We will be back.

Happy with style and size of my room, variety of dining options and food being offered. Large grounds to explore and relax in. Shuttle service prompt and reliable. Some issues with heat of cooked breakfast options.
