We had good time
Great view of the Eiffel Tower
Typical business hotel in a very convenient location. The metro was a 6 minute walk and the hotel is located next to a mall with dinning and shopping. There is no on site parking and the parking structure that they recommend is 46€ a day which is quite expensive. The Windo bar was my favorite feature of this hotel. You have a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower especially at night when it is lit up. Drinks are priced average for Paris and service was excellent. Would stay here again.
The property was beautiful and had a high floor room looking at the Eiffel Tower which was amazing. The Window Bar was also a great experience, but was a little high priced for the food and drinks. The Club Room breakfast could have been better as the eggs, waffles, etc were cold. But overall it was great hotel and walkable distance to some of the great areas of Paris.
very beautiful hotel. The room was spacious, daily cleaning, free water. very convenient location, next to the metro. A very traffic area, but had no issues with getting an uber or bolt. Location is great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars and not too far from the Arc.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, walking distance to major tourist sites and safe.
Great property
Very Professional Staff
From the Concierge to the Bellman, we found the staff to be very, and unusually, competent and professiosnal. We had occasion to change room from a standard room to one where the bath was more accessible. The Front Desk staff handled this exceptionally well, showing us two possible exchanges and then seending a bellman to assist with our move within the hour. We were very impressed and much more comfortable in our new room. Thank you.
Great bar and restaurant and included breakfast!
I have stayed several times and I loved the view of the Eiffel Tower
Great place and well managed
Nice hotel
Property was very nice and staff was so friendly and helpful. They knew it was my birthday and even have me a few gifts, such a special treat
the shower is tiny,
Nice and clean central location near all famous places to visit
The hotel has a large lobby and check in was fine, however, when I got to the room it was 27C. I had arrived at midnight and just wanted to sleep but it was impossible, I called reception and they sent a technician who said it would take a while to cool down. I requested a room change but kept being told that I would be called back. I then went down and spoke to the manager who said that the hotel was full but he might downgrade me and that I can be grateful that he is trying to find me a room. Given that this was a €500/night hotel, let's just say I was a bit displeased by this remark but nonetheless remained calm. Eventually, after one hour the manager found me a room in the same category and gave a voucher for 2 drinks in the skybar as compensation (which was shut for a private event the following evening so I couldn't use the vouchers). The room itself was an ok size for Paris but on the smaller end - certainly more of a 3* room with a small bathroom and small shower cubicle. I could see the Eiffel Tower from the edge of the window. Breakfast was good. The local was good and convenient for a conference that I was attending but otherwise, not the best stay for my trip.
Definitely I going to come back
The hotel was warm and inviting. The rooms were very spacious with great amenities. Walking distance to the Arc made our sightseeing more enjoyable.
Property was fine, older building. Rooms small but functional.
Small soace
The room did not match the picture on the website. It was extremely small. The furniture was cheap & there was very limited desk/flat space. I would not stay here again. The bathtub/shower was very slippery & difficult to get in & out. I would not stay here again.
Overall All was pretty good. Could mix it up for breakfast offerings . Got monotonous with same exact things daily and there was no make to Order dggs / omelette station . Couldn’t get early checkin and had to wait several hours. Saw others getting but not sure if they also had the view of Eiffel rooms.
The only issue was the bathroom. First toilet had a constant dripping. Second the shower was made to narrow, the shampoo etc. Should be placed on the back wall not to be im the way.
Excellent
Loved this hotel! Will definitely come back when in Paris.
We had an amazing experiences while we're in paris staying at hayatt regency with my families. The Rooms are big enough, very clean and amazing services at the front desk and easy checkin and out.
Everything was wonderful, the hotel was beautiful- it was close to everything and the people were so nice and helpful
The hotel is beautiful. There is not much drawer space for clothes. Most of the staff was very good at their jobs. The evening staff at the Mayo Cafe was terrible. They don't understand what acceptable service is. On a recent evening my friends and I were laughing out loud at how almost non-existent the service was. And that was after complaining to the manager on duty.
The entire experience was fantastic. We were there to watch some Olympic Games but was great to be in the heart of the action. The staff of the hotel and the Olympic volunteers were friendly professional and very well organized. Lots of traffic and people coming and going but all went very smoothly.
The staff was very courteous and professional. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. The entire hotel experience was wonderful. I plan to stay here again as soon as I can.
Great location. Customer service par excellent.
Very clean, nice, enormous hotel with spectacular views of Eiffel Tower. In nice area of town near Arc de Triumph. Lots of taxis nearby. Somewhat walkable to some places. Hotel is attached to fairly large mall with some shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater. Hotel also had its own restaurant.
Great stay! Great location!
Upon checkin Brianna was amazing! She is a true asset to your hotel.
Great hotel, little bit pricey
I love the hotel, specially the top roof restaurant, the location and the staff. 5 ⭐️
Great view, great service and staff very helpful. Room/bathroom room too small for comfort. Additional dining options inside the hotel would be appreciated. Attached Mall was mediocre- Check in/checkout simple and efficient. Would recommend overall.
.
Exceptional location and facilities
Great hotel! Clean and great quality
It was a pleasant stay
I liked everything!! this is the best hotel that I’ve been in Paris. The view of the Eiffel Tower from our room was spectacular! I have only good things to say about cleanliness, service, attention, etc. Thanks for all!!
I enjoyed myself.
Clean and friendly staff. In room amenities are a bit lacking. Making it up via close proximity to restaurants and shops.
There was a construction in front of the main entrance of the building, no curbside service for pick up or drop off, we have to walk from the Conner of the hotel in we’re the taxi drop off with all of the luggage with no help offered, also we weren’t told in advance about this so it took us as surprise.
Under construction very tiny rooms and we had one of the larger rooms for a hyatt regency not worth it
Very convenient to the Metro and RER.
Al in all a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay. I did not care for the elevator system. The call buttons were overly sensitive and the automatically selected elevators kept closing before we could get to them. They need adjusting.
Hotel was clean, room was spacious and well insulated and it was just close to a shopping center and public transport
Amazing hotel and staff. Very convenient and close to many attractions. Highly recommend this hotel.
There is construction at the front door, so a bit inconvenient to enter from there…you can enter through the shopping center though. The room was lovely and staff very friendly
Great experience
Great service, clean, safe, well stocked, beautiful property.
close to station for moving around Paris. Farther out from the center of Paris. Staff were friendly, room was nice as well.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable!
Only issue is that the rooms are a bit tiny
The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were good and the bed was comfortable. However, there were no USB ports, and only a couple of electrical outlets. The shower was in a tub with a high side to step into, was slick, and did not have any hand holds. The lighting in the bathroom was poor when trying to shave or put on makeup.
Great Hotel
We booked a family room which turned out to be two rooms. We were given an Eiffel Tower view which was amazing. Rooms are a bit small but very modern and very clean. The hotel is very modern, the only issue was construction in the entry which made it difficult to walk in. Hotel is in a great area with many restaurants in the area and it’s attached to a shopping mall that has cafe’s and even a market. Buffet breakfast is excellent with an omelet station, fruit, potatoes, pastry’s, breads, juices etc. There’s a bar on the 34th floor with the best view of the city and the Eiffel Tower. Drinks are a bit pricey but they are good. They also serve Tapas which were just ok. We will definitely stay here again.
Long waiting time for the lift.
I loved this hotel! Although it wasn’t close to all of the areas we wanted to explore in walking distance (the Arc De Triomphe was the closest which was a 25 min walk), we truly enjoyed our stay. There was some construction outside, however, it didn’t interrupt our sleep. The view was phenomenal and everyone was very kind and polite. I would stay here again and can’t wait to be back!
This hotel was AMAZING. The views of the Eiffel Tower from the bar that's inside the property were just WOW. The staff was also fantastic and incredibly helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and helping us get tickets to the Louvre Museum. I would definitely stay here again.
Awesome
The hotel is very close to the subway, which getting to major attractions very easy. Also, y from the concierge team deserves special mention as he was very helpful, though everyone we met provided good service.
Convenient location, nice, friendly and helpful staff, and good amenities. My only complaint is that the room was not cleaned as well it should have been and the sink did not drain properly. Otherwise, good hotel and stay.
Hotel looks beautiful, very high tech everything.
Great view
We had an amazing view of the eifle tower, great location,. Hotel was clean and modern. Only downside was the bathroom was small so made it a little hard to get ready. But other thsn that, it was a great experience.
Construction
Other than the construction, the property, room, and staff were exceptional. Would stay here again if returning to Paris.
We booked the hotel to have a view of the Eiffel Tower and we did if we went to the window, leaned over and looked to the left.
I’m allergic to animals and had a reaction to the first room they put me in but as soon as I told the front desk they found a room for me that was just nextdoor…. and I had no reaction. I really appreciated the kindness. It was a great experience. Everyone spoke English as well. Rooms recently renovated and bedding was nice.
Costly hotel for the room
The bed was very firm and the pillows terrible. Very costly hotel for the room you get.
Very great location and easy access to transportation
The hotel was beautiful. The staff was very hospitable. Our room was clean and the view amazing. It’s too bad there was so much construction outside, but that was inevitable.
Excellent hotel
Great check in by Elise - very helpful Great view on the 34 th floor although a bottle of wine starting at 80 Euros is a bit expensive given restaurants in the area start at 25 Euros Great stay and superb views
Highly recommended. Great service and accommodations.
Everyone was very friendly. We dudnt speak French, but every staff member we interacted with spoke beautiful English and was more than helpful. Great property.
.
It was nice cause it had a movie, theater and shopping
T
The hotel was great. The area was close to just about everything. Staff were extremely helpful. We will definitely recommend this Hotel to friends and family.
The food was very limited. Everything is dry. No real meals.
This hotel, while on the pricey side, is very convenient to shopping and with the Eiffel Tower views, it is a great place to sit and watch the city go by. Will certainly be returning.
Great room with incredible view. Free breakfast buffet was great.
Convenient locations with lots of local restaurants and easy to get to the Paris central.
Beautiful and nice place
I love it
Everything’s perfect
Modern and clean, good staff support and overall great experience visiting for Vinexpo Paris! Merci!
There were stains on the bed skirts, rug, hair in the tub, desk chair had stains on the legs, window had finger prints on it.
Everything was perfect about the Hotel. From the friendly and informative staff (all of the front desk crew & the breakfast crew as well), the fantastic breakfast buffet spread, the location is fantastic walking distance to everywhere.
Good location. Easy to walk to the centre of Paris.
The hotel made our trip to Paris unforgettable! The agent at the desk, Ramy, helped us a lot in check-in, and the view from our room was gorgeous - we couldn't help but admire it as soon as we entered the room! The only drawback is the location of the hotel - it is a bit far from the center of Paris, but you can take metro or bus. I'd highly recommend staying here.
Just stupendous.
Excellent
Hyatt regency was very good, and in a good location. The hotel staff amazing the cleanliness very good and the services offered as well.
So good.
The staff were all great.
Perfect experience
It was amazing in every corner, perfect bedding, rich variety in breakfast and super friendly staff
Great stay nice comfortable beds.
Amazing views!
The room was clean and the view was amazing. It was also relatively quiet for a large hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding.
