The staff at the hotel were fantastic. The food was very good and the location was great. On my first morning at breakfast, the dining room manager said I looked a little tired and I told him that my room was very warm and I did not sleep well. He brought me a coffee and reported my information to the front desk. The thermostat could not be changed in the room and temperature could not be adjusted so the room was quite warm. When I checked at the front, they had informed me that the manager of the dining room had reported the concern and they could move my room which I decided not to do, so they then brought a fan and opened one of the windows to help. The staff was very kind working hard to make my stay comfortable, the location was great, gym was good, food was great and staff was very attentive. The general manager Neil Li was very attentive and checked in on my stay as well which I appreciated too.

Located in city center, steps from Wanda shopping mall, lots of dinning options. No subway stations in walkable distance, this might be the only disadvantage.

Weekend in Jinan.

Its a very nice hotel with good friendly service but also adjusted 100% to Chinese customers habits. No salt and pepper on the tables and also no sugar and milk for coffee tea in the morning. But all in all a very nice stay and very good location for walking around in the city.

Not what I expected for a Hyatt

Despite an impressive lobby, the hotel rooms are a little run down. The heat did not work in my room, it was freezing for much of the time

Pretty good for China...but still in China

Very clean, beds are soft and comfy, pretty new looking. Customer service was very fast. However, the room was a little hot. The a/c didn't circulate very well at all. I asked for the maintenance guy to come. He showed how the a/c (this is on a warm August day) was blowing out 18C air, but when he checked where my bed was, it was 25C over there. That's pretty warm for me. In the middle of the night it cooled down and was comfortable. VERY disappointed that they didn't have a fan to bring to my room to help air circulation. Very small financial investment they could have made to make their customer happy. Also, the refrigerator was broken, not cold at all.

Great Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The hotel staff were all lovely and very helpful - especially when we arrived at 2am after some big flight delays! The location was nice and central, and the rooms were all clean and very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious and very well priced. We had a great few days here!

Fine for business

The hotel was fine, room was spacious and clean. Spa facilities weren't up to scratch (sauna door didn't shut which rendered it useless).

Very clean and friendly staffed hotel

This hotel was very clean, had extremely friendly staff that were helpful in getting me information and accommodated to my needs. Hotel amenities were to my liking and comparable to many 5 star places. The location was key for me in regards to the business centers in Jinan. I would recommend this to anyone.

Top Tier Hotel

I stayed for three days in September 2013 with my girlfriend during my vacation in Ji'nan. The hotel is extremely well maintained, upper class, and conveniently located right next to Wan'da square, which is a middle-upper class shopping 'Urban Complex'. The room (king bed) is extremely comfortable with upper class showering and bathing facilities, independent toilet and shower room. The ceiling-to-floor window is facing west so I could view unobstructed sunset scene every evening which was extremely romantic. I suffered entire one day of high fever unfortunately during my second day stay, so I slept through the entire day that day. However, the nice room and comfortable bed made me recover very fast. I completely recovered on the morning of the third day. The room also had three china vases as decoration, which added some additional classy elements to my experience of stay in China this time. I did not have an opportunity to do SPA and swim this time, but I bet the facilities are top tier too. It is a nicest hotel in Ji'nan for sure. The breakfast was a little bit expensive. There are carts selling breakfast right outside the hotel, so if you want some taste of traditional China-style breakfast, worth a try. To my surprise, there is a hair salon right downstairs, and I had a nice haircut there. Overall, extremely nice top-tier hotel in a second-tier city in China. I enjoyed my stay there.

Great Breakfast Selection

Overall the hotel was a nice stay and in a prime location for nearby shopping and dinning. The rooms were laid out well. The breakfast was very satisfactory with many options to choose from. In fact, the breakfast is the best I have had since I arrived in China.

Good Hotel in the centre of the city

Good Hotel, clean and excellent service. Too bad about the traffic to go in and out from the area, but apart from this it is a good Hotel to stay at.

Hotel Stay

The hotel is clean and pleasantly decorated. The only problem I had with the hotel was the buffet food. We had dinner on the first evening and opted for the buffet dining. Unfortunately the choice of western food was very limited and what I had was cold. The next time we ate in the restaurant we selected from the Al La Carte menu and the meal was much better.

大夏天的空调自动制热不制冷，空气循环很糟糕，室内空气极差，客房服务几乎没有，要一瓶水要等一个小时还得催了才送说是很忙

새벽 3시에 체크인 했는데요, 빠르고 정확하게 한 부분 좋았습니다. 조식은 5일 중 3일 정도는 좋았고 나머지 날은 퀄리티가 조금 내려갔어요. 호텔 앞에서 택시 잡기는 조금 많이 불편합니다. DIDI 어플이 있어도 들어오는 방향이 어느 쪽인지 헷갈리는 부분도 있어요. 외국인의 경우엔 중국 현지 전화번호가 부여되는 유심칩을 껴야 하고 중국어를 수준급으로 해야 DIDI 어플을 사용할 수 있을 거에요. 객실 안 공기는 밑에서 담배연기가 올라오는 건지 다른 곳에서 향을 피우는 건지 꼬리한 냄새가 올라와서 불편했어요. 이 점은 시정해 주었으면 합니다.

서비스최악

너무 추운데 히터도 안되고 결국 새벽에 방을 바꾸었더니 렌즈빼놓은것과 낙서된 메모지 정리도 안되어있고 숙박예약이 안되어있다고 보증금을 2천위안받더니 체크아웃할때는 호텔스에서 결제안되어있다고 보증금을 돌려줄수없다고하고 어이없었음

整体好交通不错

1、位置非常方便，周边也很繁华，2、晚上在酒店吃的自助，内部价168/位，与潍坊的128的差不多，三纹鱼类的要等，海鲜类不太多。3、酒店比较新，但整体装作比起一些五星不精致，比如说电视墙。4、也没有其他的了，总体还行吧，在上订房显示可以送一张50元的用餐券，但办理入助时没有主动给，吃完自助不能再用了。

Enjoyable Stay

Nice and helpful staff . I stayed for 4 nights. I requested to change a room for the last night for personal reason. It was completed within a few minutes. A belt boy came with me for collecting the hotel key for the first room after I took my luggage to the second one. Clean and tidy.
