Awesome stay and service

Service was lovely! Ben Chan at guest services took great care of us and helping weigh all our heavy luggage multiple times to ensure we did not go over the limit. The location was walking distance to train station and many popular food spots. We loved our stay aside from the cigarette reeking elevators and lobby.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Grand Hyatt (Hong Kong), especially considering the high cost of the stay and the hotel's 5-star rating. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that basic amenities like a personal care kit were not provided, which I would expect at a hotel of this caliber. This was just the beginning of a frustrating experience. The worst part of my stay occurred at check-out. I was falsely accused of using a comb and shaver that I never used, and I could not even find these items in the room. The staff insisted that I would be charged for them. After returning to my home country and reviewing the invoice, I discovered that the charge was actually for a shower cap, which we did use. While the charge itself was correct, the entire experience was handled poorly and left me feeling stressed and frustrated. Given the combination of poor service, incorrect accusations, and the lack of attention to detail, I can confidently say that I will never be returning to this hotel. The overall experience was a huge disappointment, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Staff and service was excellent and location is very good.

Superb hotel in a wonderful location. Entrance is very low key, though, so be sure you don't miss it. This was my second week-long stay.

Great location in Kowloon

A clean and bright hotel, the room was comfortable and the staff were very good. Breakfast restaurant was lovely with great buffet options. It was great to be able to access the metro system without having to go outdoors.

Nice hotel, overpriced but can’t use pool or other facilities once you have checked out and are waiting for your transfer.

Its advertised a business centre to for guests to use but they have none, th3 fitness centre is extremely basic and I would've expected much better...

Great hotel

The property was quite delightful with multiple options for food. The buffet option was quite good with option for english/american, indian, chinese, and japanese. The food was delicious. The Chin Chin bar is exquisite and the bartenders are extremely skilled. There is live entertainment during the week. The band was terrific, showcasing their talents with R&B hits from the 1970s to 1990s. Of course they played other genres of music.

Good hotel, super convenient the MTR bring us to almost every where. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. For sure will come back to this Hyatt Regency TST next visit. Excellent thanks

Good location but not the best quality environment

The hotel location is very convenient. The pool is good but too much chlorine. There's no change room but a toilet without any hooks on the wall for hanging stuff. Most customers seemed to be from Mainland China. Some were quite loud and rude. Hence, too many noises could be heard from the room.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay there. This is our 2nd stay this year and I appreciate the consistency of their good services from the baggage handling personnel, the elevator attendants, the receptionists, the housekeepers and the restaurant staffs especially Teresa Cheung their manager - guest experience who was very attentive to our needs and recognized us even though this is only our 2nd stay. The room is well layout with nice view from the huge window, very comfortable bed and very large walk in shower. We absolutely love the location with MTR station right at the front door. Convenient stores and many tasty restaurants just steps away. We are looking forward to our many stays here again.

I like that I can take the MTR via the K11 mall, and also access to shops, restaurants and supermarkets without going on the streets. It's very convenient especially when it is a hot day or a rainy day. The hotel staffs are always so friendly and helpful, especially those gentlemen at the concierge desk down at level B3.

Recent trip to HK

Five nights stay. It is so convenient, it is in the middle of everything. Walking distance to restaurants, next-door to a mall, and across the street from an MTR entrance. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent start of the cruise vacation

After more than 50 years ago in Hong Kong, we had very pleasant stay here. Location is great& quiet at night. I wish we found out earlier how to visit shopping area from G3.

Excellent location. Good value for the 5 star quality of facility, the ambience and the top level of service. The VIP treatment and pampering for upgrading to Club Room is way surpasses the extra amount charged ($17 USD) for a regular room, which includes a sumptuous breakfast for room guests

The hotel is nice and well maintained. Staff are excellent. Even rollaway bed is very comfortable. However, it takes 2 different elevator rides to go back to hotel room from ground floor.

Still Very Good Hotel

My family and I just came back from a 5 day stay in Hyatt Regency. The hotel is very clean though signs of age is showing. The TST mtr station is just below so travelling is convenient. It has a slightly small mall below the hotel but there are sipermarket, bakeries and many stores convenient for guests. Overall, I am still very happy to be staying in this hotel.

The staff was professional and friendly. They were very helpful with all my needs during and after my stay. I will be back.

Was staying here during my home renovation for a couple of days. I had purchased breakfast included, however during check in they neglected to give me any information in regards to breakfast (time/place). Then tomorrow morning, when i went down around 10:30, it was already closed. When i approached the front desk to ask what can be done or whether there were any alternatives, their answer was simply, nothing can be done. The front desk staff was super unprofessional and only said, during your next stay with us, you find me, i will give you complementary things. This was extremely hard to believe as I would not expect this kind of treatment in a high star/quality hotel. Of course the front desk staff ignored my subsequent complaint and continued to look down at his computer.

One of the best locations in town

We really enjoy staying in this Hyatt because of of its location and the selection of suite that is comfortable and affordable to us. Hopefully there will be return stay if we should go again in the future if the Covid quarantine requirements are eliminated.

We stayed 22 nights in Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon from 12 August until 3 September 2022. We had a wonderful experience there. The room has partly sea view and big enough for me to do some warm up exercise every morning. The swimming pool and the gym are excellent, the staffs are friendly and always with smiles on their faces. We will stayed again next time definitely.

Very little Harbor view as it is blocked by the buildings in front. Pubic hair found on bathroom floor close to towels.

Fantastic stay, good room allocation, superb view as it was new year eve, i was able to view the Victoria Harbour laser show and firework for count down. Check in staff is polite, check out was a breeze. Wonderful bathroom with both shower and bath functions. Spacious room! Highly recommended!

Busy hotel like a market

The lights cannot switch off in my room. The facilities are a bit old. The hotel is very busy like a market. The swimming staff unprofessional and lack of knowledge. They can’t answer the length of the swimming pool and temperature of the water

Breakfast is bit boring and not much choices. And 1 hr is not enough, too rush. Hope this can improved.

Anniversary staycation

Good services. Just the facility of the changing room and toilet in the pool area is not good enough somehow like the public services outside. Another thing no any little birthday complementary for greetings that would show hotel quite cool on this compared with others.

Service was really good. Room is spacious and clean. Food at the club lounge needs serious improvement both in variety and taste.

Modern hotel in excellent location

Excellent location (on top of MTR and an excellent mall K11) with modern decor and clean rooms (the corner rooms are very spacious). Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom is fitted with a big shower compartment. The housekeeping, frontdesk and in particular concierge service are very friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Regency - it’s a beautiful modern hotel with the rooms maintained to a very high standard. We paid extra for a harbour view and it was amazing to wake up to the view every morning so would definitely recommend it. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Also the hotel was located very conveniently next to the K11 Mall. I hope to stay at the property one day again soon!

My kids like the hotel so much.

Left some remarks, totally neglected. The room selected is not ready until 5 hours away from check in time. When check in and out, information provided by staffs are not complete. No room services for breakfast..

Staycation

The room is spacious and clear but the view is not that good as the hotel is just next to Chingqing Building. Curtain is closed all time. The staffs are polite and helpful. Breakfast is simple but it is enough at this difficult time when COVID-19 is still prevailing.

Enjoyable 22 hours staycation

Hotel is about 12 years old but is in good clean condition. Service of concierge, reception, gym/pool and restaurant staff is excellent. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. We had a enjoyable 22 hours staycation. Well done!
