Cairo - Trip - Hyatt Regency Cairo West

Two year old hotel, modern and in a good part of Cairo. Near shopping areas and main tourist areas. Staff helpful, and issue with the food etc. Live music many of the evenings. Down side was the interconnecting doors in the rooms.. Felt like your room neighbour was in the room.. Design fault with the doors ? or too thin. ? Had mentioned to the team, they were aware, but full hotel meant the room could not be changed.

Modern hotel with very good food

Perfect location for where I need to work when visiting Cairo. Safe secure, clean, good food options.

I recently stayes ant Premiere LE REVE and it was an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The team was fantastic! They were energetic, friendly, and always created a fun atmosphere. They truly made the stay memorable. Their enthusiasm and creativity added a special touch to our holiday experience.

Great service

It was very good option to stay in this hotel

A brilliant hotel. Only negative was the extensive building work going on outside in a new vast development, however didn’t affect the quality of our 7 days stay. Staff superb, top notch building and good quality inexpensive dining. We’d certainly return here.

Bery clean and friendly staff

Very friendly staff from Saadia who looked after our room to the bar staff and everyone else. Clean and tidy hotel with a very nice pool and views of the pyramids in the distance

The staff were very friendly and helpful! They made it a fantastic stay for our family with 4 young kids. The rooms were very comfortable, and the pool and gym were great. I would definitely recommend!

My family and I were very happy during our stay here and definitely wished we could have stayed longer. The director Ramy, along with Sana and the staff are all amazing and extremely helpful and accommodating. Food is delicious (coffee is excellent), so much to do nearby and the hotel itself is a beautiful place to be and relax. We are looking forward to staying here again during our next trip to Cairo.

Really nice hotel

The hotel is new and clean. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is not very well accessible from the road. No enough signs for directions. No lights and unpaved road

Family birthday trip, group of 8, stayed 4nights We had a blast! Very modern and sophisticated hotel. Excellent customer service from all staff, very polite and attentive at all times. Comfortable & clean rooms with all necessities at your fingertips. Housekeeping were very good. Clean swimming pool, sufficient lounge chairs, great bar staff. Good restaurant selection on site all decorated to high standard with great atmosphere, The pool table was a great hit for many in the group, we had a lot of fun!! Would fully recommend this hotel to all types of travellers! Well done Hyatt Regency Cairo West! Hope to visit again soon!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. Despite ongoing construction, the cleanliness was impeccable, with rooms serviced daily to a high standard. The staff provided the best service I have ever encountered. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine friendliness set them apart. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Every request was met with a smile and prompt attention, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made our stay truly memorable. They were in stark contrast to the staff at the Marriott in Cairo, who were slow and unaccommodating. The hotel offered great value for money. It wasn't crowded, the pool was enjoyable, and some rooms offered breathtaking views of the pyramids. The food menu was broad, but the quality could be improved, as the meat dishes were generally under-seasoned. This is the only area I see for improvement. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, exceptional staff, and fantastic value. I look forward to returning.

Excellent hotel

The area and outside amenities are good the room is average for the price. Staff is nice. They have a rule not to allow music instruments in the room!!!!. They have to store it somewhere else!!!

Clean , beautiful place

We loved our stay at Hyatt Regency! The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was spotless and everything we needed and more! We enjoyed breakfast and a dinner at the hotel and swam at the pool. We would have stayed longer if we could. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cannot fault this hotel. It’s an absolute pleasure to stay here. Staff are very respectful,especially mohammed sabry,in food lounge. I have never had the excellent level of service. I feel he should be promoted as he has a lot of experience in customer service. The breakfast was one of the best iv ever had,plentiful and very exotic foods. Absolutely loved it. The rooms are super clean and spacious The towels had this amazing smell. It’s these little things that makes a hotel great. can’t wait to visit again. Thanks to everyone there.

An hour away from the airport however the price of Ubers are inexpensive. The food was great at the restaurant inside in the hotel. The staff is great & friendly. I felt safe. Good views from outside the hotel that you can see the pyramids from there. Construction going on around the area .

Great stay

Newer hotel outside of Cairo in New Giza. Very clean, all staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

The Hyatt was a great Hotel in Cairo , clean , quiet and secured. Only downfall was they didn’t have a microwave in their rooms. Overall Great.

Very nice hotel

One thing though needs to be clarified , this not s pyramid view property . The pyramids are 7 miles away and hardly seen .

The staff was excellent. Not a bad place to stay. There is still a lot of work being done but once the area is complete it will be great. I really felt safe in this area. The food was great as well and I would def go back!

Had a grate time at this hotel, staff was very nice. They upgraded us after the horrible experience we had at a different hotel. We would happily come back to this hotel.

Staff very courteous and friendly and made you feel welcome.

Everything about this property was amazing. We ended up arriving at 2 in the morning local time to check in, and Rami was more than happy to see us and check us in. Throughout our stay, Rami went above and beyond to make sure we got the best service. Was more than happy to answer each and every question we had. We were even able to exchange USD to Egyptian pounds here at this hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel is close to pyramids. Breakfast was top notch, and dinner at the bar did not disappoint. Food was unbelievable. Would not change a single thing about this hotel.

Staff, facilities, (even have a pool table), simply can not be over rated. As a world traveler, I can say this is one of the best locations I've ever visited.

Disappointed

First room ac made a terrible noise, changed to a pyramid view ... you can barely see the pyramids. The curtians didn't blook all light ... the shower was in a closet with a bath ... most odd!!! generally not what I would expect from a new Hyatt.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful... Mr Ramy front desk manager was very helpful to help us with our late check out and made a surprise for my daughter's birthday. It is an experience i would repeat again and again. The staff experssed the true meaning of hospitality. Thanks from Nelly and the whole family.
