The best thing about this property is the location. One of the nicest hotels in the area but still not worth the rates charged. Doors slam extremely loud and pillows were garbage. Expected better sleep at this highly rated hotel.

My sheets were dirty had makeup and 2 spots of blood

I had room 302. Shower goes from very cold to dangerously hot every 10 to 15 seconds. The hotel has a serious issue. Also my room had in the morning a very displeassent food oder. Windows do not open so it was impòssible to ventilate

Great hotel Beatles in the bustling Andares neighborhood with various cuisines and shopping facilities.

The property is unique because it still right at the end of Resteraunt row and the best shopping in Guadalajara - The down side is that it has a “convention hotel feel” but most of all it’s super expensive.

Amazing property! Truly a luxury stay. It felt extremely safe and comfortable.

The room did not work to contact the reception, I cannot believe that more than half an hour waiting for them to arrive to pick up the suitcases only to the room and another half hour to take them down, even when we arrived they did not take them up and we did not arrive at a time that they were delivering rooms we were the only ones arriving at 8:30pm, they charge you for parking, it is incredible that a hotel of that category in the place it is located does not provide that service to its guests

it was nice not nothing other hotels don't have . just felt people there where very boogie and look down on others didn't like that also don't care about the price or money but paying 669 pesos for 3 drinks 3 chips and 1 m &m's very over charged . breakfast was 45 usd not impressed would have had breakfast some where else.

The property itself was very beautiful from the exterior to the interior. The room was in great condition upon arriving. The staff was always friendly and extremely helpful. Overall, I rate my stay a 10/10 and would definitely be returning sometime.

Too generic for the price and the A/C wasn’t working properly

Hotel staff was friendly and rooms were spacious and clean. The bar is nice and closes late. You can walk to shop and eat! Restaurants were amazingly good!

Our stay was good. Staff was great had a little incident with our room hotel staff moved us to another room with no view but made it up with complimentary continental breakfast at no cost. Hotel is in a great location but not a top notch hotel. But it was a good stay . A little expensive for what it is.

We had a fantastic five days in Guadalajara. The Hyatt offered great amenities and a perfect location. We will be back.

We stayed for 5 days. No car needed easy Uber or taxi options. Nice restaurants within walking distance with variety of cuisines and next to shopping. Overall the property was very clean and would stay there again.
