Quiet and clean room. Helpful staff. Reasonable price. The bed and pillows in the room were really comfortable.

The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. They are super helpful and accommodated my family's need during the stay. Room was spacious and clean. We had a good time staying and will definitely return next time.

The Hyatt Place Zhuhai is great value for your money. Staff is very friendly and helpful (Nick and George) . Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and clean.

Near Beishan Village

Very disappointing

Location is terrible, nothing around. a lot of construction Lost the power twice in our first room, moved us a floor and lost the power there again. smell of sewage in the bathroom at second room no compensation for power issues and switching rooms (working in our room for a while). Water doesn't drain well in bathroom sink... In general, not what you would expect from a Hyatt Place hotel..

地区确实没那么方便 到处都要打车 而且很多人都不知道酒店位置在哪儿。 很多时候司机都找不到大门口。 酒店里面不错 早餐都很丰富 很多选择 味道可口。

Enjoy it’s convenient location yet quiet, riverside. Wonderful breakfast buffet professional staff. Disappointed in not able to swim because of seasonal closure for winter. Good price for such hotel enjoyment.

Front office staffs are very helpful and nice. But the breakfast items do not fill up in time and not enough cups for hot drinks.

After using the pool I extended my stay. Then the next day I went to the pool it was closed until next year. No announcement or notice. Had I known I wouldn’t have extended my stay. On top of that everyone working at the gym/pool had a nonchalant attitude, unbefitting what the rest of the hotel offered.

Room generally very good, however, bathing soap etc insufficient, printing of product name at the bathing bottles illegible!

Limited time for pool access

Pool ends at 11:30 and reopens 3pm. It seems an excessive time for break. We wanted to swim during the afternoon but pool was closed, and we had to check out. Gym was nice. Room was big and breakfast was adequate, but they don’t refill food once they are gone

breakfast is great. Surprise they only service tea & coffee, no lemon tea. Catering (breakfast) staffs are relatively passive. Sometimes we would clear up table ourselves. Front desk reception personnel appears to be more proactive and caring.

New modern hotel with nice breakfast

New and modern hotel. Good buffet breakfast. The area is a bit far from sites, large shopping mall about 20 min walk away. Only bad thing is taxi is really hard to get in the whole city.

Very Nice new hotel , but all the bars and the restaurants are drive trip, nothing close to the hotel .

Breakfast option is limited but quality is good. Staff at front desk is highly efficient and professional. Love the room design a lot which is modern and stylish. Highly recommend this hotel for business traveller.

New Hotel next to school

The hotel is located next to 2 schools; with the morning assembly area just next to the hotel compound. Very noisy in the morning. There is nothing near the hotel as well. More of a tourist hotel as i see more local tourists at the breakfast area rather than business travelers

Very nice location. The property is very clean and the service of the staffs are helpful. I like the selection of the breakfast. I would stay at this property again.

New comfortable hotel, wide variety of food with included breakfast buffet. Really friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to help me. Big room overlooking the river. Inexpensive taxi ride to local points of interest.

三天兩夜旅行，一點多到達酒店，已經準備了客房入住，房間環境不錯，又有其他枕頭選擇，很好。唯一是廁所沖涼地方去水比較慢。 酒店早餐，餐廳環境雖然地方不大，但早餐款式也不錯。

每個方面都不錯，只是離市區比較遠一點。

突然多了一位同行，感謝前台幫忙安排升級服務，雙人床夠大，即使梳化床亦非常舒適，三人入住也無問題。

凱悅系列酒店的硬件都是水準以上，收費也是水準以上。但是服務水平就不一定。凱悅不是如家所以下雨天客人搭車到大堂有大包小包行李真的不方便，來入住的客人下車時大包小包笨手笨腳的，雨大我們都不喜歡被淋濕但是請站在酒店門口穿制服的門房工作不要嫌棄這樣的客戶；要出手服務幫下忙。

酒店房間環境很寬敞、很舒適，到深夜時分，家人去廁所時發現天花板油漆跌下，及滴水，因小朋友已熟睡，所以繼續睡覺，沒有叫服務員過來查看，只是用毛巾墊在地上吸水，怕小朋友起床濕滑跌倒，怎知滴水情況很嚴重，竟然可以被滴水聲嘈醒，所以整晚都睡得不好

Nice & comfortable room inside with wide corridor at typical floor but catering management at breakfast hours needs good improvement as it was chaotic and not easy to find a table despite attending the eatery place early in the morning

有地下停車場，泊車方便，但停車場與整棟商業大廈共用，靠近酒店的停車位指示不足導致找位置要花點時間，除此之外並無其他問題，而最令我欣賞的是房間不用插房卡就能取電，還有酒店靠近巿中心

整體酒店環境舒適，服務態度良好，早餐選擇畀一般的多。酒店週邊環境清幽，但外出必須要乘車。如進入繳付停車場，必須前往酒店前枱辦理免付手續。^u^

Check in入房後發覺還有垃圾未清走，sofa還有餅乾碎，已向前台反映。浴缸去水很慢，去水位阻塞，相信整理及保養有問題。好處：房間夠大，早餐還可以，選擇足夠。

Is not good for first choice room. As I feeling bad smell from that standard one bed room. At the end, I spend additional 70 dollars per day update to another river view room.

早餐尚好，多種食物。但酒店員工不專業，沒有笑容，不親切。 說好不要吸煙房間，有有煙味，應不是不吸煙房間。

沒有失望的酒店

房間面積大，整潔。員工態度友善，旱餐丰富。只是舒適度稍欠少少，附近沒有商店食肆，及有建築工程進行中。

服務台有一些員工不夠熱誠，酒店門囗接代員不幫助接的士，要我一家人走出大馬路接車，餐廳食物款式少之又少。
