Room was nice; however, the tv kept having glitches. It was like the signal wasn't very good or the internet/tv service wasn't fast enough.

Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed my time. The property was clean, modern, warm and inviting. A very cozy place on a cold weekend. The lobby had a nice sitting area, bar and restaurant. Good breakfast selection. Rooms were clean and comfortable with easy access to parking. I did not use the pool/hot tub due to the temperature, but it looked like a nice area.

We had a lovely stay and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room. The hot breakfast was one of the best we have had and there bar and grill had really good food priced reasonably. We will definetly recommend this hotel to anyone coming this way!!

This place worked out great! The staff was awesome! Isiah at the front desk went over and above to help. He recommend a dog friendly hikes for us as well as helped me with the printer when I couldn’t quite figure it out. All the rest of the staff was very friendly as well

Front desk accommodated checking in at lunchtime. Room is clean and spacious. Wi-Fi is fast. Towels and sheets are soft.

It was great, accessible and peaceful

We booked a casita as we had a nice time in one before. This time we found that the light switches at the entry were broken and though they worked, it felt like the switch would break completely at any moment. When we walked in to the master bedroom we were surprised by a few cockroaches that quickly hid when the light was turned on. I am glad we are only staying for one night.

The Hyatt was great! Great location. The pool was amazing, even in November!! It has 3 different levels in the big pool and was heated to a nice temperature for November and the hot tub was spacious and wonderful! The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The free breakfast was really delicious and something different the 2 days we started there.

Nice place to stay. The place is clean, convenient and with an excellent breakfast included. We stayed in two bedroom suite for 3 nights and was just perfect!

The hotel and staff are wonderful. Breakfast is excellent. And the location is good if your main interest is Arches. But if you want walking distance to restaurants and shops in Moab, not the best. And our window’s view was the base of a dirt cliff with a sole restaurant perched on the top. Not much to look at outside, but you probably can’t expect more in this area.

On north side of Moab, so avoids city noise and congestion. Easy to head out to Arches. Quiet, clean, comfortable, very good breakfast, easy check-in/out, very nice, courteous, helpful staff. Excellent place to stay for a visit to Arches National Park - or just to stay for any reason.

Couldn’t enter the room as room card/key didn’t work. Went back for new card, that didn’t work either. Maintenance guy tried to fix it, but couldn’t. Then assigned another room, were we found table tops full of dust, bedsheets didn’t look fresh. Then moved to another room. The whole evening was ruined.Really terrible experience.

Our room was perfect, clean and easy walk to the pool, restaurant, lounge. Easy in and out to places and activities off site. Would stay there again.

Lovely swimming pool open until late in September. Reasonably priced eat-in but it's fifty years since I've been asked for my ID in order to buy a beer and a glass of wine for my wife (state law?!)

Moab stay

This is a great place to stay in Moab when everything is working. On the first full day of our stay, the pool was closed, and the TV was not working. We had to ask several times before it was fixed. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean, food is good, pool has a nice view, rooms are clean and they have entertainment for kids and a gym.

Hotel and grounds were very clean and mostly, well maintained. Hotel seems very new and modern. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. But a cabinet door in our room was broken. Breakfast options were poor and not tasty. A children's water play area of the pool was not functioning. The pool cover housing was not fastened down and very unsafe. Several people tripped on it.

This is a very stylish and comfortable property. Our room looked out on the street, but it had excellent windows and sound insulation. The breakfast was included in our rate and offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. We loved that breakfast started at 6:00 a.m. This allowed us to be among the first people to enter the national parks and avoid being outside during the hottest hours of the day in August. The staff was very friendly, and the strawberry infused iced water was refreshing. There were also a bottle filling station and an ATM downstairs. The pool/spa area was excellent and offered extra towels. I would definitely stay there again and will recommend this place to friends and family.

This is a very clean property with comfortable beds and insulated (quiet) rooms. The pool area was particularly nice. The only negative is they charge an UNUSUALLY HIGH amount for a pet fee, $75, regardless of whether your dog is hypoallergenic or the length of your stay. This is 3X-4X what other hotels in the area charge. To add insult to injury, they tax you on top of that, pushing the total to over $86 (for one dog!). We felt this was extreme, but the staff refused to do anything about the high charges).

The only thing that was below my expectation was the shower water pressure. But I believe this is due to regulation beyond the control of the property. Essentially, everything else was great! Our room was spacious, modern and very comfortable. The pool and breakfast were good. Because the hotel is in the heart of Moab, accessing all the sights and activities available is easy!

My son and I enjoyed our stay! Having complimentary laundry was a game changer and I was so thankful for this perk. The pool and hot tub were also beautiful after a long day of exploring. We’ll be back!

Hotel was clean and updated. Breakfast could use some improvements. Would be nice if they provided regular sausage and not just the nasty vegan sausage. A lot of things were out and weren't filled very quickly so it really limited your options. The drinks at the bar were ridiculously high and the bar tender's english was difficult to understand.

The hotel and rooms feel modern, new and clean. The swimming pool is great and we enjoyed the breakfast. Close to Arches National Park. Moab has a historic Western or auto town. We enjoyed going to a classic diner. We had a larger room with two queens and a pullout sofa - great for traveling with young children.
