Very good

Very nice luxury hotel for an affordable price. I just wish they had more vegetarian options at breakfast. Other than that, excellent.

Very pleasant stay

The room is very clean. The breakfast is excellent with so many choices. The location is super convenient, only 10 minutes walk to train station. Highly recommended!

Subpar

I have stayed in other Hyatt properties before but this was just sub-par experience. The trash wasn’t taken out during the whole stay in the hotel. There was a kitchen but no utensils (you need to call them for utensils to use). It was just an underwhelming stay unfortunately. No combs, no toothbrushes (they handed me 2 toothbrushes at the check-in). I can understand the Eco-friendly aspect as many hotels are doing it but it was just unexpected and they should have send a prior notice to carry utilities like some of the other hotels do.

Low service level than money paid.

Location is next to airport. But there are no shuttle service not loke others.. Also there are fungus around shower booth. Not very friendly.

Everything was great experience

Room is very big and clean. walking distance to a mall with many eateries. the staffs of hotel are helpful and polite. Breakfast is perfect. The only con is the room turned blackout suddenly for two times during my stay, the explaination is blackedout if sensor detect motionless of guest in the room. Quite speechless to hear this.

Fantastic Hotel, very comfortable large room

Three night business trip, Hyatt was fabulous Hotel Friendly staff, quick check in, very spacious King Suite, super quiet, clean and comfortable room The location is okay, although it is indeed a long walk 10-15mins from Hongqiao Railway station / Line 2 Metro). The nearby shopping area HUB has many good restaurants to cover all tastes. I will certainly stay here again, highly recommended

Stayed here for a business trip. The people in the front desk were very helpful with my trip and organising taxis for me around the city! Highly recommend if you’re in Shanghai on a business or just traveling. Super save area as well!

Good location new hotel

location is great. just take 5 mins shuttle bus to the airport and train station. Room is new and clean. Air conditioner is great. WiFi signal is excellent.

Comfortable bed. Clean room and bathroom. Nice kitchen and sitting area. Friendly staff and good service. We needed an extra blanket and it was delivered very quickly. Great location near the Hongqiao railway station (about 10 mins walk). Buffet breakfast was very good. Highly recommended.

I really enjoy the stay in Hyatt! Room is very clean and quiet. The shower room equipment is updated so it’s good and comfortable.

The suite is good for 3 people. But it would be better if the room is bigger.

Super clean, so close to Hongqiao Train Station 5 minute walk. Breakfast many selections delicious and included. Bartender in bar area (lights too bright, lower them please!) spoke no english not so good. Good internet. Otherwise check in, check out smooth and efficient. Highly recommend for business.

Good hotel but horrible service staff

I stayed here for a few nights. The hotel was great and location although far from city but was close to the main railway station. But they have not returned my security deposit and it has been over 3 weeks. I had a good stay there but this lack of professionalism has ruined my overall experience of the hotel

Very close to the train station. Easy walk or there is a shuttle bus every hour on the hour. I did have a little trouble finding the hotel at first. There is currently construction going on during the day, but I was gone before it began in the morning. Overall good stay!

Huge island kitchen, clean and chic setting. Staffs are friend and available.

A nice convenient hotel. Near the station and airport. Perfect for a business trip. Many staff did not speak English, but they always found someone to help me.

Problem with unclean robes!

The property and rooms are great but I had a bad experience with using an unclean robe where I had big bites after using it.

Well Located for foreigners

It’s 6 months old and a walk to the bulletin train and the very new Hub, a place for foreigners to feel more at home on a business trip with a wide choice of Anglo/Australian/American cuisine. English is limited but good in a few of essential staff members, breakfast had a good buffet selection. The rooms were a really good size for a business trip with a kitchenette using it as a makeshift office area in the room. Lots of USB ports for charging devices.

1, Check-in slow, and not first come first sever. 2, Buffet dinner is the worst I ever had. 3, Shower drain was partially blocked, when finished the shower, you get 1 inch water on the floor. 4, Sink drain was also partially blocked. 5, Location is miss-leading. During the booking it says ~10 minutes by walk from airport but when I landed at T1, it takes 20 minutes by taxi because it has to go a big circle. 6, You can see many staff just standing there doing nothing. 6, Buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra if you want the noodle, crazy practice. 7, not allowed to check-out at 2 pm (many hotels can negotiate but not this one). When checked out they didn't like you to stay inside the hotel anymore. 8, The working desk got the power socket but if you are a UK traveller, you can not use it because the slot is not wide enough to let you plug in. 9 If you have heavy luggage, better not use this hotel because as soon as you come out the elevator, the long corridor is covered with soft carpet, suitcase wheels will struggle or can be easily damaged (I got one wheel broken in a similar hotel before so this time I lifted the suitcase to the room).

Where is the swimming pool

If you want a property with a pool it will be ready next year! On the web site it says it has one when I asked for the location and opening times I was told “ next year” A very new very well located property. Walk to Hongqiao Teain station for the bullet train. The new Hub makes being a foreigner in China very comfortable to get a good choice of food and coffee!!!

Great hotel near NECC

The hotel was very clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent and it's located near a shopping mall. Very good choice if you have business in NECC. Free shuttle to NECC was also a plus!

Muy buena ubicación para utilizar el metro y el tren. También para acceder al Centro de Convenciones. Pero no hay restaurantes de comida internacional alrededor del hotel. El desayuno del hotel está muy bien, pero su menú para comida y cena es pobre. La mayoria del personal sólo habla chino...

Clean, efficient and lovely stay at Hyatt house. Super convenient as there is a large mall with many dining options nearby. Would definitely come back again!

L’hôtel est neuf et à 10mn à pied de la gare d’Hongqiao, très pratique. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité chinois/occidentale. Autour il y a des centres commerciaux et quelques restaurants/ brasserie. Hotel Très pratique pour un budget très raisonnable comparé aux prestations de l’hôtel.

Gute Lage in der Nähe von Hongqiao Airport/Bahnhof. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

hotel is ok, but there are some complains.

Room is good, and worker can speak English, breakfast is ok. I stayed in winter time. the air was dry, so I can see quite fabric dust. I think they don't clean carpet on every day with vacuum cleaner. If I consider the room rate or rating of hotel, they should have done. and furthermore, they don't have any room service for meal. Even though there are several big shopping center restaurants near the hotel, you should go with person speaking chinese. Or you can have McDonald's or KFC, but even in this case, you have to have RMB Cash or Chinese pay service ( like "Ali" , Wechat") Only big decent restaurants and hotel get your foreign credit card.

房间设施比较新，但是没有洗衣机，长途一站一站出差，定公寓就是需要洗衣服，厨具需要单独要才给。 整体上看前台的态度有问题： 1. 前台问是否要额外消费，表示没有后，前台不打算收押金，但是马上追问是否吸烟，我订房时选择了吸烟，自然如实告知，立刻说要收押金，隐含的意思很明显，让我有被挖坑的感觉，而且话语间透着上海人的某种对外地人的小骄傲感染。 2. 还是这个前台，我要求他给我送厨具，结果只送来了锅，刀和案板呢？最起码的应该联想到的完整性。 总结就是，需要安放洗衣机，冰箱最好换一个静音度高一些的，前台的本地上海员工需要从态度上重新培训一下。
