We enjoyed our stay

Three night Pause

We had a three night stay after our cruise. The room was very well appointed,staff were friendly.Farm house was great for breakfast,so much choice. We had our last evening meal there before we left Hong Kong, It was fantastic . so so much to choose from. I'd recommend the hotel for where it was situated and it's facilties. Great coffee shop on site.

Wonderful hotel in a complex of other hotels. The room was spacious and had its own washing machine which was prefect as I was on a 2 week tour around Asia. The staff especially the concierge was super friendly and helpful with tips and advice.

True 5 stars hotel

It's. Good decent hotel. Since it's Hyatt, I expected more breakfast spread, which is international. The food was mainly Chinese & had pork & seafood in almost everything. Less choice for other cuisine. Since there are 2 towers, & little bit confusing to find check in area, I expect the bell boys to guide the way & take luggage without asking.

I stayed in HYC for 5 nights. First, I have a great experience in check in service. Cherie has a great knowledge and patience to answer my questions and concerns. Great view from my room to see Victoria Harbour. Clean and size is more than enough for 2 persons. Hotel is close to everything… shops, restaurants, transportation. 5 mins walk to MTR (subway) bus station is about 5-8 mins walk to hotel. Bus # A11 (about $42HK)from airport to hotel bus station(final destination). Hotel main entrance is behind Java market. If you are going thur by the side door beside Starbucks, make sure you take a lift (elevator) to second floor to the hotel. One of the best hotel that I have even stay in Hong Kong for such for reason about price. Thank you HYC! See you next time!

Avoid. Wrong side of harbour. . Room smelt of smoke. Hair in bathroom. Property across 2 buildings. Pool area nice. Surrounding area ok, Overlooks highway. Would recommend staying in area of Admiralty. This is easily accessible from Hong Kong station/ airport and a much more upmarket area

Convenient location.

Amazing stay overall in North Point. Our king size bedroom was spacious. The amenities ( pool, gym and spa) were amazing and cleaned! The MTR station is just a few mins away. Right on the harbour, beautiful walking paths. Next door is a big and developing shopping / building complex with many great shops ( grocery, clothing and accessories stores)

Great stay

I am a returning customer. It is a nice and safe place to stay. Close to Subway n easy to commute. Kingsley at the concierge is very helpful. . I will return soon.

Clean, beautiful view, nice staff.

The check in staff was really helpful and let us checked in early. All the other staff were courteous and helpful too. The room space was tight. There was no space to open up our luggage. We only managed because it was only a one night’s stay. The location is also not desirable. It’s right across the market. We had a room on the 29th floor facing the harbour but could still here the traffic at night.

Ok hotel, convenient location

It was fine. Location was best part. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean so that’s what was most important. However, given it’s listed as “5-star” I expected better amenities and service overall. Nothing was special or stood out to me about the hotel. The “harbor view” was fine, but partial at best. I guess considering the money it was an OK deal, the location near North Point station made using MTR easy so I enjoyed that

Had an amazing time at Hyatt in North Point. We had a late check in and the hotel was able to accommodate it. Hope to use the pool next time we visit!

We were only there for 7 hours to fill in the gap between disembarking from a ship to going to the airport the hotel was great in accommodating an early check in - the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had comfortable beds.

Very limited dinning options except for the rooftop restaurant Cruise. The Farmhouse is a cattle feed. Small, crowded, and limited hour service, always a long line. A 5 star hotel, should offer continuous dining service and the room service. If you want something to eat approximately between 10:30am and lunch, or between 3 and 6pm, you are out of luch. The Cruise rooftop was taken by a wedding party on a Friday all day, so no bar option was left for the guests. No bar on a Friday night in a Hong Kong 5 star hotel!!! You be the judge!

Location is not great and the entrance to the hotel is too busy and inconvenient.

Awesome .

Nick Nam & Yulia were the most helpful staff ever. They helped me so much after my brother could not enter the country so he had to cancel his booking last minute. If it wasn't for them I would have lost a lot of money with my booking. I really appreciate their help and I will be sure to comeback to this hotel again.

The area was very convenient for shopping and restaurants. The hotel room is comfortable even tho its on the smaller side but that is typical for Hong Kong. The house keeping staff was amazing.

Great place to relax and with the view, shops, and especially the pool there was no reason to go out.

Service needs improvement but recover quickly. Lower floor could Harbour view room could possible hear the ferry noice.

We had a an amazing stay here. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. We arrived at 8am from our long haul flight, they gave us an early check in of 8.30am. We were so grateful. The bed was comfortable. The shower was really good. We got breakfast delivered each morning and it was yum. The blackout curtain was awesome. We were also given a late check out for leaving as well. Pool was warm and had another great view. Very close to the metro, there is a small mall across the way and also good local eateries. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there a total of a week including family members. The majority of the staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. The manager is smart and accommodating to us. The location is convenient and we will stay there again in the future.

This is a my first time to Hongkong and it was a great experience with this hotel. They also provide a free coupon for local streets foods as experience. I love it as well.

Nice clean rooms. Very close to the MTR. Nice restaurant (Cruise). Staff were helpful. Only slight down side is the bathroom is a bit small. Great idea to give vouchers for some of the local businesses in the area.

Fantastic hotel - decor, cleanliness and service all very good. Room had fabulous views of Victoria Harbour and roof top bars served great and unique cocktails. One of the best breakfasts I have come across in a hotel - great selection of both Chinese and western options. Only thing that lets the hotel down is the extremely small rooftop pool with only about 8 sunbeds - although most people aren’t in Hong Kong for a pool, if you want to use it, you will need to get there very early! Also worth noting that the hotel is quite a distance from the central harbour area, but transport there is very quick and cheap. Overall, great stay and would return!

Hotel met our expectations. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food quality at both breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Convenient 2minute walk to Public Transport. Shopping centre close by , which was also a good close by alternative for dinner.

Great location only steps away from the subway and the North Point ferry. The background "duff duff" music ruines the atmosphere in the dining rooms and terraces. It should be repaced with much more relaxing music that establishes a more sophistocated vobe.

the one thing we did not care for is there IS NO room service after 10pm, and for late travelers arriving it was not great to find out they had no room service after traveling long distance. very disappointing

Love the view from our room so worth the extra $ that we spent. Only 1 problem is we are family of 4 with 2 small kids wants to stay in the same room but when we book through Expedia it only allow 2 adults and 1 child even with suite but thank god when we were there the stuff that helped us, he was really nice and helpful, told us that actually our room can accommodate 2 adults & 2kids. And if we book directly through their website there would be no such problem. So I know what I should do next time because we would definitely stay there again. Convenient location, rooms are clean, nice hotel, friendly stuff, and they actually have filter water in the room that I really appreciate.

A modern hotel located in an exotic old district. The hotel rooms are clean, facilities new, hotel staffs friendly and efficient. The infinity pool is a must try. There is an old, traditional wet market next to the hotel which offered an intersting glimpse of the local food scene. Stores / street vendors around the market offers deeply valued prices for both goods and food. We grabbed herbal tea, freshly squeezed fruit juice, and light snacks every time when we walked by. We absolutely love the location of this hotel.
