The rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed, and the hotel was easily accessible from the bus/train station. There are lots of restaurants, and you can hop on the Kanazawa Loop buses nearby to get to many of the popular sights. Lovely hotel, would definitely stay here again!

Classy and best hotel we stayed at here in Japan. The size of the room was huge and beautifully decorated. It’s Across the street from the station and next to a Starbucks. We’d definitely stay there again.

Amazing Hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. Everything about it was first rate. The decoration and art work were combined to make a truly remarkable hotel. Value for money for the quality probably makes this the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Room was very large and everything was perfect.

this place is missing a 24hr free coffee station. It was sad not to see one. Also, the rooftop lounge requires a Hyatt membership AND a cover fee to sit down for a drink. A bit too much! And to top it all, drinks were overpriced and not so great.

Excellent hotel Clean and great location

The hotel room was stylish, comfortable, large and well appointed. The furnishings were gorgeous and the staff were polite and helpful. The location was fabulous- a minute walk from the time you stepped off the train. I’m sorry I was only staying two nights and not longer.

Had a lovely time. However, I feel the cover charge to go to the rooftop bar as a guest of the hotel felt excessive.

It was very central, close to the train station and Kanazawa Loop buses. It was also very close to the best, air conditioned shopping centre that also had great dining options. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfectly located if you are traveling by train. Two bus loops give you the ground transportation to see the sights of the city. The hotel itself is spotless and the lobby is staffed with an attentive staff ready to assist with any need you may have. Is this a hotel I would stay in again if I were to visit Kanazawa? Absolutely. This is Japanese hospitality at it's finest

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds. Near public transport, nice sho0pung area. If you need to wash your clothes, just go round Hyatt Place and they they will let you use their laundry area. Staff in both places are wonderful. Highly recommended.

Great hotel

Hyatt Centric has been a great stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great and allows one to get around easily. The housekeeping can do better only because they did not replace the floor mat they took away. Also, the aircon unit can be rather noisy at times. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

New hotel, friendly staff, nice location.

The property was amazing! Getting to the lobby is a little confusing. Right when you enter you need to first take an elevator to lobby to check in. Other then that, the rooms, breakfast was excellent.

Decent property

Property is conveniently located just outside the station. Two mins walk from the east exit of the station. Lots of shopping and food in the vicinity. Castle and the two historical districts are about 2-3 kms away.

The rooms were nice and big, the biggest room we stayed at in Japan to be honest. It's right next to Kanazawa station and there's a food place beside it on the second floor. Every place was good.

Gorgeous accommodations. Excellent food. Fast check in and check out. Stones throw from the train station and walkable to many beautiful sights. Had a QR code menu for pillows and additional services that made for a very restful experience

Very good hotel!

Excellent in every aspect except for the time it took for checking out. Only one person was assigned to check out and it took over 15 minutes to check out one party before us. The hotel should address this issue.

Perfect place to stay in Kanazawa

This was the best hotel from our two-week visit to Japan. Location was ideal for visiting, a one-minute walk from Shinkansen station, and virtually connected to the trains station and its own mall. Probably 25+ food options and tons of shopping less than five minutes away. Also very convenient for catching buses which use the train station as their hub, including the bus going to Shirakawa-go. Room was decently sized and in great condition. TV had screen-sharing from phone, so we could watch Netflix and Disney+ (Japanese TV doesn't have much for non-Japanese speakers). Bed was a bit on the hard side, but that appears to be the case for all of Japan, so no worries.

Modern large room, with great views. Very close to station and shops with plenty of food options. The only negative was the roof top bar - a cover charge of $5 each person to enter the bar and then when you order a glass of champagne for $15 which is served at table,the waiter only half fills your glass. Would give the roof top bar a miss!

Top-notch hotel adjacent to Kanazawa station.

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff. I encountered some problems during my stay, and they were diligent, friendly, and efficient in helping me fix it. The location is great and the neighborhood is full of things to do. Even the set meal in the restaurant was extraordinary, including the best wagyu beef I have ever tasted.

Deluxe room for 3 persons. Very spacious room size, very good mattress and tempur pillow for a good night’s sleep. Excellent location right beside train and bus terminal, everything is within walking distance. Will definitely return! Highly recommended!

Kanazawa hotrel

The room was relatively large, clean with a modern design. The shower area however, lacked any provisions to hang towels or clothes, which resulted in some wet items after a shower. Otherwise the room was very nice.

Excellent decor, furniture and layout. Very pleasantly surprised for the price point. Had the vibe of a much more expensive hotel.

Excellent hotel - reasonable prices

Friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms. Central location. The hotel deserves a five star instead of a four star rating. Room rates are very low when compared to similar hotels in Japan. Making restaurant reservations at high end restaurants in Japan is challenging and has to be done through the hotel concierge. The concierge desk is understaffed for the number of guests who require its service.

Excellent stay

Really lovely hotel and the perfect location next to the train station which made it easy for day trips to Shirakawa-go (bus tour picked us up right outside) and train to Kurobe Railway. Staff couldn’t be more chill and lovely. The room was HUGE for Japan and the bed was super comfortable.

Really a nice place. Classy. Beautiful interior. Big room. Nice touches abound. Breakfast is expensive. So we skipped it. I am sure it was great as well. This type of room would have cost twice as much in Canada. I will stay here again.

Sleek and beautiful accommodations walking distance from Kanazawa Station, we were very happy with our stay. The breakfast was delicious with many choices all prepared to very high standards. We would stay there again.

Take the right exit!

Hotel was very conveniently located near the station. We took the wrong exit and caught a taxi not realizing that it was so near to the other exit. If that information was listed on their web, it would've saved us money and time. The hotel was very contemporary and beautiful but it would've been excellent if breakfast was included like other hotels.

Wonderful hotel perfectly located!

I stayed with my family for five nights at the Hyatt Centric hotel. We enjoyed the facilities, walkable to the Kanazawa Station, shopping areas, Starbucks and many more. The parking is managed by a different vendor, parking pay at each exit.

Staffs are not so kind enough. And I needed to pay extra parking fee, even parking lot was located in same building.

The hotel has an excellent location due to its proximity to the train station and the commercial complex, and the surrounding area is safe
