Good stay

It was only a 1 night stay. The convenience of the property from food to attractions is worth staying. Our room was clean and beds are comfortable. It was worth the stay.

Great place all around.

I booked a 2 night stay for myself and husband to celebrate our 30th anniversary as we did over 25 years ago. After booking I called the hotel and spoke with the front desk about the room location preferably on an upper floor and that we wanted an heart shaped hot tub. I also explained the reason for our trip. The lady confirmed we had an upper floor room with the heart shaped tub and also said the room would be ready for us upon arrival. When we checked in we were given room 128 on the first floor right outside the swimming pool. It was the noisiest room all day and night as it was located at the back of the hotel right on the main road. People traffic in the hallway was loud and disruptive all day and night. And the traffic was so loud each morning before 7am that we couldn’t sleep any longer. It was not romantic at all and the tub would turn off after 7-8 minutes each time we tried to use it so one of us had to keep getting up each time to turn it back on.

It was amazing other then the mattress we ordered for our room a rollaway one my son could barely sleep on it as it was most uncomfortable thing ever

Everything was so close

Location and price was great but the cleanliness was not up to par. I grabbed a towel from the rack in the washroom and it was dirty and the room had a sour smell to it.

We have stayed here many times and been very happy. But last night was not great we had an adjoining room n the people next store had kids they were c crying n yelling late n in the night then again at 6am . So basically our sleep was awful

It was close to Clifton Hill and lots of restaurants close by.

Frint lady staff was very rude and unhelpful. Was not hospitable and seems like she did not go thru the proper training in customer service. There was also another two groups we were with that checked in also... they had the same perception Very poor service.

The pool was nice and warm. The jacuzzi in the suite was relaxing.

Had a good stay, our last visit we were on the 7th floor. This time the 5th and fpund it quite a bit noisier and not sure if was just timing. Next time I will request the 7th again. Overall a pretty good stay.

The staff was courteous, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the unit. There were plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel is conveniently located near the falls and Clifton Hill. I would definitely return.

I used to go every year there, it’s my first time in 14 years going back there. This, time with my 2 daughter we stayed for 3 nights it was awesome as usual but Denny’s wasn’t great! The worst meal we had.

Overall the stay was ok. Their were kids running around the halls past 12am even with complaints to the front desk so i had a horrible sleep. Pool floor was gross, as well as the chlorine smell was strong and burned my eyes and killed my asthma. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful.

We always book there when in niagara. It’s been almost 26 years we love it! It started with our honeymoon!

Location of the hotel was perfect walking distance from everything you’d want to see in Niagara! It was convenient being so close to so many food options especially late at night. The only downside would be quality of the room. Everything was very outdated and some things didn’t work well or at all. The jetted tub was slow and not spectacular, the hair dryer didn’t work, and a few minor things. Cleanliness of the room was good and at the end of the day, that’s all that matters when spending the night. There’s just a few things they need to update to please more people in the long run. Overall 6.5/10

The heating was not so hot.

The room itself was clean and had everything we could expect from that type of hotel (coffee, toileteries, etc). The staff was polite and adequate. However, at the end of our stay I mentionned twice to the front desk that someone was smoking on our floor and it seems like they did not care. The facilities in general are good, nice (if a bit small) swimming pool. There was a lot of chemicals in the jaccuzi, i guess that makes sens. There is also a sauna which i enjoyed. The hotel was very quiet, just before Ontario's March break. So I can't comment on how noisy or rowdy it gets. However, located this close to Clifton Hill I can imagine it gets rather busy. Important note: The staff at check in will try to sell you a meal package for the Denny's next door. AVOID THIS AT ALL COST. It's only 10$, ok, but I actually feel like I have lost part of my soul eating in that place. I think all the lost and depressed spirits of Niagara go and work there. It will suck the life out of you, tastes like wallpaper paste and they will charge you 200$ a family for it.

This trip was with my daughter and granddaughter. My granddaughter lkept on saying this was the best trip ever! She is six and loved the pool We also loved the fact it was close to Clifton hill and food locations were fantastic. Baskin Robbins is my daughter's favorite. The place was clean and staff was fantastic! Thanks for the best trip ever as my granddaughter would say?

Really Nice Hotel

We rented the jacuzzi suite. It was lovely. The facilities were clean and the pool area was relaxing. There wasn't really garbage to recycling bin per-say so everything went to the landfill which is a concern. The staff is super friendly.

We paid extra for an in room jacuzzi and it did not work - in fact, the jets had been removed. That was a disappointment. Good area, walking distance to the Falls.

Everything is awesome here, a little expensive, no breakfast included.

My stay at this hotel came as a result of a search on Expedia.ca. In the past we (wife and I) have stayed at other places but this one was very comfortable and most of all offered a quiet night. Very happy to have stayed. Great staff. Thank you

Quiet,clean and easy to get around.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Like the location, walking distance to Clifton Hill and many restaurants. Also having a pool and hot tub, as well as an outdoor pool for warmer weather. Although we did not take advantage of these this time, we still like the location and the hotel itself.

Live their rooms especially with the hot tubs.. Remote channel up bottom didn’t work, kinda annoying.. but I just wanted to be left alone… so I didn’t call the front desk. Lot of paperwork work to fill out, kinda annoying.. Parking sucked, had to pay $20.00 Also, learn to lesson not to book through Expedia, as this hotel requires a 72 hour cancellation… my husband and I had planned a nice romantic evening away from our kid and he got called to work two days before and they would not allow me to cancel.. Love the rooms but I don’t think I would go back too many annoyances.. was really upset I couldn’t read book as well so I ended up going to the room by myself and got a sitter for my kid.. Also when you’re in the hot tub rooms they’re very loud, my next-door neighbour whoever they were decided to have a hot tub at two in the morning which I heard every single sound.

King bed with hot tub room

Hotel was very clean, staff was helpful, keys deactivate anytime they get near a phone which is kind of annoying. Otherwise the beds were clean, close to downtown and all the main activities and the hot tub in the room was awesome

Location

For the low price you pay considering it's a popular area, the experience is satisfactory. The room was clean, and had nice amenities. The elevator smelled like smoke which was unpleasant. It's nothing fancy but that's given since the stay was cheap. Clifton Hill is a five minute walk away. There's Denny's downstairs and other restaurants that are nearby. Lots of parking, however they charge $20 tax a night which ends on the day of your checkout at 11:00 AM which is inconvenient. Overall, satisfactory for what it was.

Hot tub was great, pool was great. No free vreakfast but for an additional charge, you can get meal vouchers at Denny's next door which worked out to be 20 a person.

Not sure about room design. I’ve never stayed in a hotel room anywhere that had no privacy at all if the door was opened. If one person leaves the room, people in the hall should never be able to see someone sleeping in the bed!
